Every time I visit this store I am pleased. The cashiers are friendly and courteous. The line is often long but the employees take care of the customers very quickly. The ice cream is delicious

Great add to Madera. Shop was clean, neat, and even the work station looked organized. Team Members were polite, and did what they do very professionally. Loved it. A little more than the shop in River Park.

The environment is very clean well organized.The employees very nice and polite ready to serve you with great pleasure.The most exciting thing to see is them combined what ever the flavors or special features flavors on the menu or the request you ask for... Last but not least you stand there watching them combined what ever flavors you ask for.... I really love that they don't just got the simple old flavors there all different and flavors u see at any other ice cream parlor..... The best creamery in Madera by far...EXCELLENT I LOVE IT 💘 ....

I absolutely love this place, their size proportions are generous and their flavors are extremely tasty! I myself am a coffee lover and so it made for a new a delicious experience when I found out that they had a coffee lovers option. Overall, best place to go when you want something to cool yourself down in this heat. 20/10 definitely coming back again :)

Loved it! Very attentive staff. I took my two boys in, and my oldest was trying to decide what flavor to get. The young lady that took care of us informed him that he could have a taste if he wanted. She was so attentive with him, she made him feel like he was her priority at that specific moment. Thank you so much. Will be returning soon, and recommending this establishment to my family and friends. 👍💖

Paid for 4 servings that were too big for any of us and then a fifth child size scoop. The place is super clean and inviting though.

This was a great establishment, staff was friendly. They really hooked it up for my girlfriend's cheesecake fantasy, but my peanut butter dough delight... not so much.... all in all good experience though👍

What in the Madera is this? I have never been rushed out from a store so fast in my life. I hate to believe that Madera is a city that is prejudice, but I am starting to see a pattern. Sooooooooooo I came in with a smile having conversation and with a friend who has never been to ColdStone. One girl asked what would I like and I was giving my friend the break down of how cold stone works. So one associate said that she would let him try a sample of anything he wants. If I could have screen shot the look the other girl gave the other one- it was a look of “Are you freaking kidding Maria”! So I said if it’s an issue- we don’t have to get samples and “Maria” said no it’s not an issue and she helped us with samples and ice cream.. Then Becky comes speed walking out of the shadows rapidly asking the girls (Vin Lui and Maria) what did we have. Listen I wasn’t even finished with my toppings - that’s how fast Becky was trying to get us checked out. If it wasn’t for “Maria’s” politeness this would have been a 1 star review. I don’t pay for bad service. Was this place clean? -yes Was the ice cream good? -of course How was the Customer service? -Spotty and not consistent enough for me to come back How can the issue be resolved? - Training on addressing one another in front of customers, controlling your facial expressions, and not rushing customers orders especially when we are the only ones in line. Would I recommend anyone to this Cold Stone? -Based on my experience- No.

I love cold stone ice cream my family goes pretty often & I always get my son's birthday ice cream cake from them, it's always been in Fresno since Madera didn't have one so I was very excited when one did open here that is until we took the cake out to sing to him just to discover it was the wrong cake (asked for a cookies & cream but got cookie dough) my son was extremely disappointed he had been looking forward to that cake with his favorite ice cream but the biggest disappointment came when my husband called to tell them what happened & was told they couldn't do anything since we already took the cake. I then of course called back in disbelief that their mistake was now on us, & instead of getting to sing & enjoy my son's birthday had to go back & forth with them until finally they said they would give us 2 ice cream of choice which is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars but I am really disappointed with the customer service that up until then I was talking about how great they were when we got the cake. I will now go back to Fresno to get my kids cakes, never had any problems with them & they've missed up a cake once as well but made sure they made it right!

Super rude and unhelpful service. Mali was rude and refused to help us. We tried to use a BOGO code for a birthday but after we entered it the pass reset and deleted the code. She said there was nothing she could do and we had to pay full price. I asked for a number for corporate district manager or her boss she said she didn't have any of them but eventually gave me a fax number to call before she finally went to the back and tried calling someone but came back saying they won't answer her and said I could try and have me another number that didn't work. Our ice creams were also not mixed and had very few toppings over all disappointed with the service here

Came in at nighttime wanting to try something different other than Baskins. And 2 girls were there. One girl in particular was rude . Not the friendliest attitude, no smile, seemed like she didn't want to serve me. The milkshake was good , but the customer service was not good. I'm better off going to Baskins from now on.

Not the friendliest attitude, no smile, seemed like she didn't want to serve me. The milkshake was good , but the customer service was not good. I'm better off going to Baskins from now on.
