The people making the food failed to follow instructions. Causing the store to steal money from me. I ordered a taco and added beans for an extra .80. Instead of adding beans to my taco, they substituted beans. This was done on 2 tacos that costed 80 cents each for a total of $1.60 plus tax stolen from me.

My french fries were stale. This is the second time I have went to this location and they were stale. Obviously, they been there a whole lot longer than 15 minutes I also paid for one of those green sauces and didn’t receive it. I also was not given my receipt. as a pregnant woman, I’m literally just gonna sit here and say how diabolical!!!

Double beef burritos have very little beef, cinnamon twists have no cinnamon, and their weekend food is ALWAYS bad. Pepsi machines have a lot of issues.

Bar far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Bathrooms were disgusting! I did an online order, it was completely wrong, I didn’t get any of the sauce I ordered and the Pepsi I was suppose to get I think is cherry Pepsi? I would give them a zero of if I could!

Seen them make food for like 15 cars but couldn't even do my online order. Waited 40 mins just for them to tell me they didn't even start it. They had like 7 people are you gonna tell me one couldn't start it? This place is a joke

If you want to have your food made of poor quality by 16-17 year olds this is your place to go. I ordered online at 9:23 pm and got a 5 layer burrito, nacho fries, and a baja blast which usually takes 5-6 minutes at the other location in Cleveland. After waiting for over 15 minutes, I decided to ask if my tacos were ready and was given a response in an attitude way by a kid saying "we are working on it, it's not done yet" and then another 7 minutes passed by so I asked again and they said something was wrong with my order and that they never received anything. The manager comes out and is just as 🧠less as them, he begins to repeat the same thing "we don't have anything are you sure it's for this location?" I show him and he sees that it says Howard and checks the computer again and says "we don't have anything can you make sure it really is this location?" I show him like 3 more times and after he repeats the same action again he says "Oh WeLl YoUr GoInG tO hAvE tO wAiT uNtIL iT pOpS uP oN tHe ScReEn" it was 9:57pm already and an order we placed on drive through at 9:19 pm was already very cold. After realizing that this "manager" couldn't do his job correctly, I decided to leave and contacted Taco Bell. Please save yourself the headache as they are also blasting music like it's some kind of party or something and laugh instead of help you. Head to the other Taco Bell or get McDonald's but avoid this location. Safe to say I will NOT be coming back to this location. -10/10

It’s like there is a concert going on in the dining room. Absolutely no reason for the music to be so loud you can’t even enjoy your meal. It’s bad enough the Taco Bell’s in Madera aren’t as good of food as Fresno but to have to hear this during our whole experience is ridiculous

I recently visited the Taco Bell on Howard rd. In Madera and unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. While there weren't many customers present, my online order took nearly 30 minutes to be prepared. To my further disappointment, the burritos were skimpy, barely two fingers wide. Additionally, my wife's cantina bowl wasn't assembled correctly, requiring us to return and wait for a remake. This is the absolute worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody. The Taco Bell on Cleveland Avenue is so much better! Hope this helps.

I came to this Taco Bell to order dinner and when I got there, I waited for more than 20 minutes. No one bothered to acknowledge me or say to hold on, I was left there in silence as no one came to the register. All employees were just minding their own business and not even bothering to say hello and just ignoring their customers focusing mainly on the drive thru; providing the worst customer service I have ever received. Another customer behind us also left after seeing their disgusting service. If I could leave a 0 star review, I would but unfortunately that is not an option.
