Staff are very nice. They greet you with a smile every time. I ordered our Pizza ahead of time. I ordered it to soon. Forgot I had to pick up Henry at school. Pizza Guys are right on the way home. Our Pizza was hot. I can't tell you how hard it is to find a good a 13 year old boy well eat and we tried all the Pizza joints in town. Pizza guys is now Henry's favorite Pizza in town. Thank you Pizza guys. Your the best!!!

Placed an order at work between our coworkers. We were a little skeptical about how good the pizzas were going to be. We used a promotional coupon that was given to us at work by someone in the team. We really enjoyed the pizzas. They were fresh and good quality that we ordered pizza two days in a row. Deliver drivers were nice. Would order more often but it's about 30 mins from our house.

I just happened to make a stop in Madera last Friday night. The people there are friendly and attentive. They were helpful because it's been a while since I've ordered pizzas at Bay Area branches. Even at other locations, their pizzas are so good! Defo will come back!

Im amazed by their customer service whether it's by phone or in person. And first off I gave this pizza place a try because of the ad that was sent to me through the mail and they've had a large selection of pizzas that actually fit my tastes especially the cup&crisp pepperoni pizza and the prices were affordable and fits my budget!! My family is really picky about pizzas and to my surprise they were completely satisfied!! I'll definitely be ordering more in the future!! Look forward doing business in the future :)

Pizza Artist Rebecca is an amazingly fast worker and super nice!!! Every time we order she gets right to work and I have to say the pizza very good. I would recommend eating here hands down best service and always fresh pizza. I will for sure be coming back!

I'm a Canadian truck driver. I was broken down on the side of the highway, and I called every pizza place in town and heard every reason possible as to why no one would help me. I was nearly out of water and had already been sitting for 4 hours and had at least another 2 or 3 more hours to wait. These folks were the only place willing to help me. These people have my utmost respect. Support businesses that have morals and a kind heart. This business will always have my order. Thank you for your kindness 🙏.

It was recommended by a friend, and I'm definitely coming back. The staff was really friendly and great customer service as well. I ordered a large pizza with pepperoni, chicken, mushrooms, and on one side with black olive and green pepper. It was delicious and WAYYYY better than Pizza Hut, to be honest. Even their price was better, too. I love how you get a free 2-liter soda with a purchase of $20 or more. This place is going to be my new favorite spot for pizza.

I would highly recommend ordering from here. I placed an order on the phone and the gentleman was helpful and patient with me while I made up my mind. The delivery was prompt and followed all safety measures due to the current crisis. The quality of the pizza was fantastic and we will be ordering again soon. I suggest trying this place out once (one of their signature pizzas) and formulating your own opinion. *EDIT* 11/8/21 I recently gave this place another try since I work out at Planet Fitness right next store. And the smells of this pizza place sometimes get to me after a workout. I ordered a specialty pizza last time (veggie artichoke with garlic white sauce) and I’m glad to say it was pretty tasty. The staff was also polite. The order also came with a free pint of Ice cream! I also appreciate how the owner responds to every review on here. Although this pizza can be a little pricey, it is still good and worth trying. I am happy with the quality. I will be updating my review to 4 stars.

Ok my husband loves this pizza could well be his favorite in Madera. The crust is doughy and toppings are loaded..maybe a little too much cause the toppings in the bottom are like not cooked properly and makes the pizza somewhat watery. I personally don’t like it. The white sauce tastes odd from this place and they put way too much of it. I don’t like the crust but that’s just my personal preference. It’s not nasty but it’s not the best either. Staff is polite.

We didn’t mind the longer wait time, waiting area seemed very clean. The taste was ok, my children seemed to enjoy the normal crust pizzas very much. Sadly their cross contamination for gluten free is pretty high. I watched as the gluten supplies and gluten free supplies, and the counter top were wiped down with the same rag. It’s kinda pointless to wipe everything down with the same rag. But I understand when eating out there’s always a risk of cross contamination, either due to limited space or improper training. I just wish they wouldn’t advertise gluten free, because that is pretty dangerous for some. Sadly I myself and my 4 year old got sick and won’t be able to eat there again.

After we were already charged, The driver/manger said “next time we won’t deliver to your correct address”. So Pizza Guys has lost our business and we will let others know the poor customer service of pizza guys as well. We’ve gone here since they opened, we will never go back.
