Went & had a great time our server Arthur did a phenomenal job, was super attentive you must try the jack Daniels blackberry with a shooter. We don’t get to go out often but when we do we love finding a great place for a date night. The wings were on point, make sure to double check your tab to ensure all the charges are accurate.
Went to watch game there, parking is little and towing signs on street so go early to get good parking. Only staff that talked to us was bartender when we sat down at bar, he was great to us and got our orders perfect. I needed milk for my spicy wings and he brought some from the back. Definitely worth asking for a brownie too.
The bar service is always great and a big surprise: the new food offerings are really good. Mozzarella sticks were perfect and the kitchen staff has definitely been upgraded. I enjoy the large wings and spicy flavors. The chicken tenders are crispy and delicious. They upgraded the sound system and TVs and I am glad to say, the restrooms. The ladies rooms are clean and well attended.
The food and service at this establishment are exceptional. While it is primarily known for wings, it offers the finest hamburgers and onion rings in Dallas. We look forward to our next visit.
I see a ton of bad reviews and honestly I’ve never had any issues. I order on DoorDash and it’s amazing everytime.
This is one of the nicer B-dubs. Service was so good it was almost annoying ha ha.
🍗 Disappointing Experience at Buffalo Wild Wings – Dallas, TX My recent visit to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Dallas was unfortunately one of the most disorganized and poorly managed experiences I’ve had at this chain. The place was clearly understaffed, with the bar area cluttered with empty glasses, trash, and no one making an effort to clean up. It felt like no one was in charge, and the lack of management was painfully obvious. Service was extremely slow, and the few employees who were working seemed overwhelmed and disengaged. The bartender was left to manage the entire bar alone, and it showed — not just in delays, but in the growing mess and confusion. There was no structure, no urgency, and no one stepping in to support or direct the staff. Even worse, there were several visibly intoxicated customers, and at one point, it became a concern for guest safety. It didn’t seem like anyone was monitoring the situation or taking control, which only added to the discomfort of the visit. Overall, this location felt dirty, chaotic, and unsafe. Buffalo Wild Wings is usually a reliable spot for food and sports, but this location needs serious attention from upper management to address staffing, cleanliness, and safety. I can’t recommend this location in its current state.
The customer service was great. I had a online order. I made it to the red light and tried the fries which was cooked to order. I tried the wings and they were not fresh, they were cooked before and redipped again. The wing were cold. The sauce was not Sweet BBQ sauce. The wing have gotten smaller. The chips tasted burnt. They really need to change the grease. I wanted a refund and he passed me a receipt of my order and said I have to call the number. He asked the manager questions multiple of times. I asked him could I talk with her and he mentioned that she was working on a catering order. Then he took my information to give me a refund later.I gave him all the food back
From server to food to atmosphere it was great! I enjoyed my lunch at this location. I was worried 45min wouldnt be enough to be able to enjoy my food but it was enough i didnt feel rushed to be heading back to work! Thank you Kole!
Thanks for the remake and making our order right !!! Was soo worth it hot fresh and delicious!!! Yall did awesome !!!
Shout out Jose for being quick with our pickup order!! Great service!
Always good for wings and drinks. One of the most consistent chains around. You know you will get sports and pub food. The burger is a sleeper as well and spicey garlic sauce on the wings a favorite of all my ears anywhere. Also garage parking is the best bet.
I went on a really cold day if your from dallas you know i was cooking all week so it was defentiley savory my fries were a liitle cold but other than that its was good made a mistake and order boneless wing but the staff was so nice and got me my crispy bone in wing i took it to go i got the sampler and a regular combo
Pick 6 Meal for 2 $19.99 is def quite the deal. I was shocked at the size of the 2x Cheeseburger & can't even believe I finished it so highly recommended; limited time btw. If you want to binge your NFL Sunday, get here no later than 1p, it went from crickets before noon to rowdy by 1:30p. GM Stan is pretty good at rotating priority games on the right screens and sounds, most places hardly put in any effort, if at all. Even the nice blond haired assistant mgr stopped to talk and check in on us. It's effortless to set up the app and earn free food, my buddy and I always have some sort of free food every time we visit so we will be back very soon.... ~CCG
Five stars not because I think they are the best wings, but because service was impeccable. We had a short wait time, waitress was very attentive and nice. I ordered the garden salad and a 10-piece traditional Wing half hot, half garlic parmesan. The food came out hot and fresh and had a really good flavor. Although it's not my favorite wings, this trip is definitely a five-star review. Don't get me wrong the wings were great, I just have a couple of places that are my favorite. All in all, 5 stars.
Been at this location couple times and we've always had a great experience. We came to watch the Mavs playoff game and we got seated right away (dining area) our server Brent was amazing! We kept checking in on us to make sure we were OK. The food is great too! We always get the house samples and wings. We'll definitely keep coming back when we're in the area.
Decided to hit up Buffalo Wild Wings after hearing about the popular $10 all-you-can-eat appetizers deal. and the $10 is not per person- it's for up to FOUR people (so only $2.50 per person!!). We …
10/10 amazing service , food . Relax place also all type of music !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I like this To Go Buffalo Wild Wings. Is so good especially when you don't want to go into a restaurant setting or if you don't have the time. The wings are good. The only complaint is that they are a little light on the sauce on the wings even though I order them Wet. I recommend.
Our server was friendly and checked in our table multiple times. Our food was good and served quickly. Buffalo Wild Wings is a great place to go to see a game when your favorite isn’t the local favorite. Estimating 30+ TV’s to catch your team on. Happy hour M-F 2-7 9-11 Wed is 11-close $1.50 off drinks and 4$ appetizers
Our server was hard to catch but was very knowledgeable of the menu. My black bean burger came with no sauce, so I used my onion rings sauce instead (good save). The meal was prepared in a decent amount of time 👌.. can't say that I'll go back anytime soon but they're definitely not scratched off of my list.. happy dipping you guys..
HIGHLY RECOMEND! Had a bad day with pluckers not serving us and went here and they saved the day. I like hearing the workers talk about who is working what table,it is a good sign or organization and team work as a resurant. We were seated, given menus and drinks almost immediately. The table was a bit wet from being cleaned but the worker noticed and give and gave it a quick wipe down. Tables were a good capacity for comfortable walking. Our server was very customer friendly and got our order in quickly. She was attentive and very willing serve. The burger was honestly perfect and had all the modifications that were asked. The fries are thin and a bit stale but had good seasoning with salt and pepper. The wings were a bit shy with the sauce but the chicked was well cooked. The tea was good but very concentrated and almost tart.

Second time I have visited this location in the evening hours, late dinner after 9pm, and both times I have had the same experience. It took a while to be greeted but our server was sweet and appeared busy. My 2 star rating is only regarding the kitchen taking an absurd amount of time to bring out a simple order. When I say simple order I mean a 2 person dinner, not a large complex order. Although, food was hot and fresh BWW serves poor quality fries.
The food was great when we finally got everything going. We were a group of 9 and they only had one server when we arrived. She explained that and we were fine until we were 20 minutes in and she had forgotten our drink order for the second time. (Still not even a water) The bartender ended up taking our table and we were well taken care of after that. We made sure to thank and tip her well. Food was brought out in a reasonable time and the rest of the evening was good.
Casual Buffalo Wild Wings spot. Huge wings (I wonder if they’re cage free and antibiotics free). Anywho, the best wings for the price, all sorts of sports playing on the big screens, lighting is a bit dull, parking is a challenge, the staff is super nice and they also have free WiFi.
It's hit or miss because it's usually all based on a sporting event. The wings are solid if a bit pricey, or sometimes cold. The servers -while being noticeably understaffed & in the weeds 99% of the time- are very considerate and nice. All respect to them. I give them a ton of credit. Definitely earning a big tip from my group!
BWLD is my go-to place whenever I want chicken wings and burger. I have never rated any branch of Buffalo Wild Wings below 5 stars before. But this branch is probably not like the ones I have tried before. The burger I ordered was dry, and I was not asked how I wanted it done either. The food was given without the boats/plates, no silverware, and no sauces. We particularly ordered sauces but they only came when we asked for them again, in two installments. It’s not as sanitary as the other branches, too. The server was either kind of new, or just did not care enough. But she was nice. It’s just the entire experience was not that pleasant.
Couldn’t fault the food (boneless buffalo, tenders and cheese curds) but the service was atrocious. Staff spent almost all of our visit in a corner, on their phones.

I will never understand why people work in customer service, when they don't like people. I was waiting for pick-up and naturally there was no one there and there was no food on the pick-up shelf. When the cashier FINALLY waddled her way to the front she had the nerve to have an attitude and roll her eyes. The food was mid, it's definitely not good enough to excuse the poor customer service.
I can see why this place is dead. Wings are always cold! Have you heard of “cook to order” you just let them sit and get cold, dry, and hard. This place has no standards
So I will state that nothing was wrong with the food I received. But this location is notorious for providing bad service. I’ve ordered thru the app several times and have yet to receive my order 100% correct. And usually make you wait 15-20 mins longer than the pickup time. Most orders I’ve had only small things but the times where I have had larger items missing when I try to call the location they either let it ring forever. Or I’ve been put on hold upwards of 15 mins (I can only assume this is them hoping you just hang up). If you’re looking for a take out option try the location on Harry Hines, you might have better luck.
I went to this Buffalo Wild Wings twice (once dine in and once takeout). Both times I experienced a problem with my order. Both times, I had them correct it, and both times, they appeared hesitatant and unhappy to do so.
Let me start off by saying I really hate giving reviews that are below 5 stars. However, sometimes it does call for it. While I have never had a personal issue with any staff member here, the location is consistently dirty, and the food is pretty subpar (I've had food poisoning twice after eating here). I really hope they can turn things around as it offers people the opportunity to watch sports, socialize, and hangout. but until they can get this place cleaner, it will probably remain the same
I waited 40 minutes for a takeout order, only to be told it would be another 30 minutes - it actually took more than 40 minutes after that. Thanks for that, you guys. If I ever want people to piss away precious time again, I’ll know where to find you.
Trust the other reviewers who order to-go and didn't get the items they paid for. I have ordered to-go meals from them several times. Every time I pick up my meal, the celeries/carrots and ranch are all missing 100% of the time. Luckily, I check my bag before driving home and just ask for my sauces and sides before leaving and get them with no issue. HOWEVER, if you order delivery, you are fresh out of luck. You WILL be missing items in your order and you WILL NOT be helped. Last Sunday I ordered delivery, didn't get my celeries, or carrots, or dips. I called to let them know about the issue and the response I got was, "what do you want us to do about that?" LOL.
Online portal said my order would be ready at 10:10. I laughed hysterically for 5 minutes and arrived at 10:20. Food was not ready, shocking I tell you! Got my food finally at 10:40, a full 30 minutes after the web portal said it would be. The restaurant was not busy, and even if it was, I got a 10 piece and fries, and I waited 30 minutes for my online order. Go if you have time to burn, but if you're looking for quick? These guys are bereft of any sense of urgency.
There is no surprise this location has a 3.6 rating overall. I'll always have a love/hate relationship with BWW because 90 percent of the time the service is terrible(whether dining in or picking up) and the food is lackluster when ordering to-go. Order was supposed to be ready at 8:40 pm. Finally comes out at 9:13 pm and I am missing a large cheese curds. Had to then wait an additional 6 minutes for that. Meanwhile the fries you could easily tell were simply fried again and not fresh. After a 33 minute delay, you'd think at minimum, the fries would be fresh. Stars game on or not, it shouldn't take that long, and if it's going to, the food should ALL be fresh and ALL be what I ordered. The only thing I trust anymore at Buffalo Wild Wings is eating in restaurant, and at the Bar.
Meh. Our server got our order wrong 3 times. Food was also dry after we requested extra wet wings.
Food I ordered chicken wings and cauliflower wings there was no sauce at all it was bland and I had to wait for 30 min for dine in order and to call the server I had to wait for 15 min more then the front desk lady showed up she was very polite than the server but the order came out too saucy it was not perfect .!!! I would like to comeback to give one more shot .!!! Its just a Review for improvement
Terrible! I ordered off uber eats and they have a buy 1 get 1 free special. The receipt provided a detailed description of my order. Somehow I still ended up with missing wings and no boneless wings. This sauce is what I assume is bbq flavor (it had a purple sticker) instead of desert heat and Thai curry as I requested. Luke warm even though my delivery was assigned to a driver immediately. Overcooked dry burgers with no salt. They just threw anything in my bag that was already made. Overall disappointing.
The Bartender service was crap last night. Been here many times and never had a problem.
If you place an order for pickup, it will almost never be ready on time. The quality and taste of the food has gotten significantly worse the last few years. I had a wing with a feather still on it. Staff for dine in has always been nice and attentive but the to-go counter staff is terrible, they basically hide from the crowd all waiting for their food. Add 20+ minutes on to whatever the estimated pickup time is if you are ordering during dinner hours.
The food is always fine to mid. Pretty standard for a BWW. It can be worth coming here if they’re running a really good promo, like the all you can eat apps or wings. Not usually worth it on a regular day. Where the location really fails usually is the service. They usually seem to be pretty understaffed, and when lack of staff isn’t the issue then lack of training definitely is. We’ve had maybe one server who didn’t seem like it was their first day on the job. This issue could come down to a problem of management mishandling the training process. I’ll just say, there’s absolutely no reason I should sit at a BWW for 90 minutes with only half my food, no napkins and silverware, and only one drink refill the whole time.

I cannot even begin to describe explain or express the terrible service I received at this Buffalo Wild Wings. It all started with Uber Eats, the food looked absolutely disgusting. I called and asked them to remake it. Spoke with Jose and Bell the manager. Jose lies on several occasions and Bell has an attitude that should keep her far away from any type of customer service in person or over the phone. They stopped answering the phone after I called for a follow up. I went up to the store and asked for Bell, Jose told me she wasn’t there. Another lady waiting for a manager said Bell was there and that she had been waiting on her. Finally she came out, in a matter of minutes she spoke very rudely to two customers, one resulting in a guy demanding a refund and another cancelling her order for her table. I was told I had to place my order again, pay for it, and get a refund. She never came back to refund me. Not too mention she said my car would towed for blocking a customer in after I told her and the customer I would move. I had no where to park so I didn’t have a choice and the length of time it took to wait on her to come had me there longer than I expected. Due to how she handled the situation I was there for over an hour. This absolutely the worst situation I have had with any restaurant.
This place it’s so GROSS and BAD! I just came here for the first time and was so bad! The food takes like 1 hour to be ready, the people in the front door looks like they don’t know anything. Bad food , bad service and my question it’s how this places still Open!?? 😖😖😖
Do not order from here. We all know that Buffalo Wild Wings are already overpriced mid wings but this location is absolutely terrible. This is only my second time ordering from and both times were absolutely trash. First time the manager argued about an incorrect and delayed order. So I figured I'd give one more shot. This time everything is cold, wrong sauce on wings, and I have missing items. The only thing they didn't screw up was the cheesecake which I'm sure it's hard to mess up taking something out of the box.
I can't say that I've ever experienced as much of a complete breakdown in service and management as last night. I walked into a 70% full restaurant with no hosts at the front (they were in the kitchen talking). I waited for a few minutes until I finally sat myself in the bar. The bar had about 7 tables that were open, yet hadn't been cleaned or bussed. Plenty of seating but none of the tables were ready. I sat down at a table, and waited as 4-5 employees working the bar area continually walked by me without acknowledgement. I finally had to stop someone after sitting for about 15 minutes and ask for a server and for someone to wipe down the table. The dirty tables around me stayed empty and dirty for 30-45 minutes. The restaurant began to get an influx of people. 30 or so people standing at the entryway, open tables all over the restaurant that needed to be bussed that remained dirty throughout the night. I watched as a busser basically stood against a back wall and stared at the sea of empty tables, doing nothing. At one point he walked across the room to a dirty table, moved a chair a few inches and returned to his post in the corner without cleaning it. It became comical. I watched him for the 2 hrs I was in the restaurant and he would move menus from one place to another, stop at tables to chat, watch football, and return to his wall. My friend and I ordered food, waited well over an hour to receive it. Still the fries were cold and stale. Tables all around us were receiving incorrect orders and managers and other service staff were walking around aimlessly with drinks for tables they couldn't locate. Our server was working her tail off, trying to make the best of a situation in which her management and teammates failed to do their jobs. I felt bad for her, and certainly tipped her well. At the end, I understand being short staffed has a burden on service, but this restaurant's faults came down to mismanagement, horrible communication and leadership.
My friend and I went to watch a Mavs game on a Thursday. The restaurants wasn’t busy at all when we arrived. The waiter was fine. He informed up about the Thursday BOGO . We ordered that. After waiting over an hour and a half, the waiter came by and said he doesn’t expect our food to come out anytime soon because the kitchen wouldn’t even take the ticket from his hand. We could tell hardly any food was coming out of the kitchen. We paid for our drinks and left hungry at 9:00pm. This kind of service is absolutely unacceptable. How can you not be prepared when you have a BOGO deal and know the Mavs are playing the same night? I will never go to BWW again anywhere because this same exact situation occurred in the Addison location a few weeks prior. Such poor service and management. I advise any customers to stay away from these restaurants. Just take a look at all the other 1 star reviews.
There was no host to greet. I believe the person who finally came up to us was the manager. He walked us to a table that was still dirty with crumbs, he grabbed a dry towel and wiped it down using his finger nail to scrape some ketchup. As we sat down, I noticed a smudge of something. We waited for about 10-15 minutes until we finally ordered using the QR code (it wasn’t busy). About 5 minutes after we put in our order a waitress finally shows up, does not apologize or introduce herself she just takes her tablet out to order. We notified her that we placed our order but would like to have the table properly wiped down. It still took her a good 5 minutes to get our drinks, and I honestly feel like it was only because another waitress whom we had before came up to check on us and willing to attend us because she noticed we were not properly assisted. Overall the service was horrible other than the one waitress who checked on us (not even her table) we always come to this location and never had a bad experience until today. Luckily, the food was delicious. Our assigned waitress did the bare minimum by taking the food… she did not come back to check on a refill for my husband.
The food was good but service ruined it. It was so bad I didn’t even tip and always tip at a sit down restaurant. I wait 10-15 minutes to get a server, when I did get one she rarely came to my table, I ordered pretzals bites with my wings and I asked for two beer cheese dips they gave me two honey mustards which I specifically said not to give me, and I had to ask the manager for my check and to go drink since every sever in the building passed by my table despite me raising my hand and calling for one. Horrible. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location unless they have serious improvements in customer service.
I came within a party of 4 people. We couldn't even order our food. I understand we came late, and it was almost midnight, but service was absolutely nonexistent. We were forced to sit ourselves, and the place was decently clean but still a mess. We were forced to order online, which we made several attempts to do so, but our orders wouldn't go through. We attempted to get a server to help, but to no avail. Another server came and asked us to order online as they only had 2 servers that night. So instead of us being able to order food,we wasted time being given the runaround by the servers. Don't be like us and waste time even if the underground parking seems like a novel idea. It is not worth your time, effort, or money coming to this place.
Dear Buffalo Wild Wings Corporate Team, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint about a deeply disturbing and unacceptable experience my party and I encountered at your location on Monday, December 23, 2024, at 4140 Lemmon Ave Suite 176, Dallas, TX 75219. This incident was a display of discrimination, retaliation, and negligence, reflecting a complete disregard for workplace standards and customer rights. We initially visited the restaurant to enjoy some food and ordered wings, which turned out to be excessively spicy. We then walked to the bar and respectfully requested some glasses of water. Instead of being treated with basic courtesy, the bartender, who appeared to be under the influence of some substance, immediately escalated the situation by screaming at us without any provocation. Her behavior was intimidating, unprofessional, and left us feeling unsafe in what should have been a welcoming environment. When we requested to speak with a manager to address the issue, the situation worsened. The manager arrived and dismissed the bartender’s behavior with the shocking statement, “She’s like that.” This response was not only dismissive but demonstrated a clear failure to address concerns and dereliction of duty. To make matters worse, when we attempted to obtain the names of both the bartender and the manager to file a formal complaint, they refused to provide their names, further demonstrating a lack of accountability and transparency. Before we left, the bartender escalated her retaliatory behavior by threatening to call “her friends.” We do not know who she was calling, but this act of intimidation made us feel even more unsafe. The toxic environment, abuse of power, and derogatory behavior we experienced are not only unacceptable but also pose a serious violation of workplace standards and a breach of customer trust. The level of negligence displayed by both the bartender and the manager demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. The bartender clearly lacks the emotional stability and professionalism required for her position, and the manager’s inability to take action or resolve the matter shows they are unfit to manage such an establishment. I strongly urge you to take immediate corrective action to address this situation. The bartender should be terminated for her unlawful conduct, and the manager must undergo substantial training—or replacement—for their failure to take accountability and effectively manage their team. This matter cannot be ignored as it reflects poorly on the Buffalo Wild Wings brand and could lead to legal or reputational consequences if left unaddressed. I look forward to hearing from you regarding the steps you will take to resolve this issue. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Luis Castillo
I hadn't been to BWW in a few years and couldn't remember why so long. Food was fine. Service was the worst I have ever had. Server didn't tell us her name. She didn't smile and had many chances to sell us more drinks but wad so bad at her job she missed an easy upsell. Maybe I'll try again in 4 years, maybe. Server name was Alexandra according to the bill she brought us
The short: I should have looked at the reviews before coming here, like others said - do not go here! The worst BWW I’ve ever been to. Management needs to either re-train their staff, fire them and start over, or call Jon Taffer. The food is fine, but the service is awful (2/2 times). The long: I came here a few weeks ago with some friends for drinks and wings, and we sat at the bar (which was pretty empty). Jay was our bartender and, after putting down her phone, 15 minutes later she took our order like we were an inconvenience. Food was good, service was horrible, but maybe she was having an off day so we went back this weekend. Jay was our bartender again, and it became apparent the first time was not an off day - she just lacks any hospitality and should not be employed by BWW. The entire time we sat she made no effort to ask what we needed so we had to call her over for our order, drink refills, and the check. I’m not asking for 5 star service, but I don’t appreciate my server/bartender rolling her eyes when I request a box for leftovers, especially when there are less than 5 people at the bar and the only other thing she’s doing is looking at her phone. The food was good again, but the lack of decent service is disappointing.
Ordered food online at 935. Order said pickup was ready at 950. Got there at 952. Order was late. Front desk told me another 10 minutes. 10 minutes went buy, no order. 20 minutes went by, heavy set hispanic walks out, says sorry for the delay, small order aswell, didn't make sense. Was offered a free kids meal coupon.. smh I don't have kids.. Order was cold too, so it sat most likely. Great management skills 👏🏻 WILL NOT RETURN
I want to start by saying we only go during football games and know that with that comes longer waits. BUT after the third time of trying I feel terrible for the wait staff because it’s not their fault that it takes the kitchen 2 hours to deliver food… yes we got there just before kick off for a Thursday game and knowing the service is slow immediately placed our order at 7:10. At 9:20 we asked for the manager to cancel our order cause they were still working on our food. We ordered for two people.. 25 wings in total and side of fries…. This place is a liability waiting to happen. Our beers got delivered in 10 minutes while our waters we ordered via the app and with a waiter took 1 hour and the food well never came..
Honestly this was worst restaurant I've been to this year...The food was cold the service was not good....
Everytime I come in here the service is awful. As a bartender/server myself, I understand we have bad days and good days but omg there’s no reason I should walk into somewhere SIT AT YOUR BAR trying to give you money and you don’t even consider taking care of me. Jay (I think) the bartender taking “care” of us was awful and should never be in the service industry. I hate having this attitude but when it comes to making your own money you’d think you’d be more polite.
Worst experience... We get there and immediately when we sat they told us it would be 20min before anyone got to us because they had an extremely large party. That's fine I understand that. But after sitting for 40min not one person came to even take a drink order. Every single server was only focused on that table. Eventually we just got up and left
The worst wings I've ever eaten! I ordered 16 bone-in wings and they were all: dry, over cooked, chewy, and tough to the point that my jaw became sore after trying to eat a few of them. There was no sauce or juice, only dried up wings! NO, I didn't order or receive dry rub seasoning. How does anyone mess up something so easy to cook? I started to ask for them to be remade, but I don't eat ANY food after complaining. Expect a charge back from my credit card company.
I will never eat from here again!!!!!! After spending $100+ on a order just for me to receive my order and it’s wrong then finding a long black hair in my food when I have red kinky hair. I had to throw my food away and on Tuesday morning I will be reporting this to the health department. It’s unsanitary and gross also when I called the manager hung up before I could get her name and now no one is answering Talk about horrible establishment 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 if I could negative stars I would
Took more than 40 minutes past expected ready time to get my order. Employee was rude and insensitive to the many people waiting with no apologies or consideration for the extra wait time. 0/10.
Waitress was been a asshole just because we were Mexican until I responded in English because Im Chicano also asked to go outside she made a face like just bad as soon as walked in never eating in this location again I didn't order I just left ain't gonna let someone disrespect me for nothing
The service sucks and the staff is rude. It’s every time so it not just a bad day with them. It’s the closest location to my house so I go for convenience. The manager( I think she’s pregnant) even worse. Like take your leave if you’re gonna be nasty. I don’t even trust them remaking my order because they all come out the back on the Togo side and whisper and laugh.
I ordered a 6 piece Parmesan garlic and regular fries with cheese. The wings were small and hard. I only choked them down because I was starving. The fries were like pieces of wood and it looked like they used sliced cheese. The fries were SO HARD I couldn’t even eat them. Trash fries.
Food was okay serving sizes were for kids server was nice
I like buffalo wild wings, but the wings I ordered the last time was unacceptable . When I complained to the manager he was saying that it was not possible they they put it in an even to a certain degree before they spin it with sauce. It gave me food piosning . Just look at the pictures. Does this chicken look good?
Sat down and as soon the waitress came over she started speaking Spanish to me (completely ignored my boyfriend who is white and maintained eye contact with me) but I don’t speak Spanish I just look Hispanic due to my heritage, but she let us know she spoke very little English. So we struggled to order and had to repeat it multiple times eventually got it though. Asked for mustard while ordering and once she brought the food. After waiting 45 minutes food came and the fries were cold. I let know her know and asked for mustard again. After repeating the fries were cold multiple times she understood and went to place another order. After waiting another 20 minutes I asked to speak to manager because at that point my boyfriend had finished his food, I’d finished my burger (never received mustard) we didn’t receive a refill on drinks once and it was just getting annoying. Finally she brings the fries and mustard packets which I have no use for now. I asked the manager for a to-go box for the fries since we just wanted to go at that point. Had to wait another 25 minutes to pay. Kept trying to get our waitress’s attention, but that didn’t work so we finally just went back to the manager and asked him for the check. He took our payment and as we were walking out she finally decided to pay attention to us and literally chased us outside yelling at my boyfriend “you no pay you no pay”. So I’m sorry, but this experience was so disappointing and sad. Not worth the time or money honestly.
Worst service ever!!! Giselle our server was rude and lazy. We waited almost 40 min for 3 beers, she brought the beers when we were done eating. She refused to give us our check. We asked the bartender and she was even worst(Beth or Ivette). Samuel the manager apologized and tried to fix the issue. If you get Giselle as a server just go to another location.
That was wild lol. I came in with my girlfriend on Wednesday evening July 9th, ordered appetizers and drinks to start. I can only assume our server thought we were going to be a cheap/pointless table with how she seemed to avoid serving us pretty much the whole time we were there (over 2 hours). I didn’t get her name since she never even gave us our check to pay out & we had to do that at the takeout counter. I’ve worked service industry for about 10 years and I can definitely understand the frustration of a 2 top ordering almost nothing. But the thing is, I don’t think you’re going to really do yourself any favors by ignoring your table for 2 hours. In the time she spent walking directly past us avoiding eye contact & chatting with every table around us, we would have been done, table flipped, and possibly someone a lot less broke than us seated. It’s wild to me to walk past empty drinks and pre bussed/stacked trays for 20+ minutes to the point where your COWORKERS are refilling drinks and grabbing finished trays. We were trying to pay out and planned to tip $15 on a $18 ticket because even if she’s going to be terrible at her job, she has bills. But we quite literally sat there waiting for her to acknowledge us so we could ask for the check for a good 30 minutes. We eventually had to go to the takeout counter to get our ticket printed and paid out. Here’s some guidance from one server to another- if you can conceptualize that some people don’t have the money to drop $25 a head, but can also treat them like any decent server should, you’ll be a lot more likely to get the tips you assumed you’d miss out on. Not spending a ton of money in this horrible economy but still tipping well (20% is trash, lol) isn’t hard. But the level of completely ignoring us went far beyond what I could assume in good faith was being busy or forgetful. It was ridiculous and a huge waste of our time. You may consider a different field if the fundamentals of customer service are that difficult for you.
I ordered to go on Saturday for dinner. Wings were dryer than my elbows and looked like they were fried twice. They were so hard. Barely any sauce whatsoever on my wings.
Absolutely terrible service. Jose at the Buffalo Wild Wings off Lemmon in Dallas was hands-down one of the slowest, most disorganized servers I’ve ever dealt with. He asked what we were drinking three separate times and still managed to forget. The entire experience felt like a mess from start to finish. Food came out cold, flavorless — honestly just trash. This place is chopped . Skip it.
I’ve been a regular at Buffalo Wild Wings, but my recent experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I called to place an order, as I usually do, but the employee on the phone insisted they couldn’t take phone orders. After some back and forth, he reluctantly agreed but then refused to process it because it exceeded $20. He even insisted on taking a credit card over the phone, despite me explaining I only pay in cash. This seemed odd and unprofessional. The manager later admitted this wasn’t the proper procedure and said they should have offered a payment link instead. Frustrated, I went to the location in person to place the order. It then took nearly 50 minutes to prepare a small, single meal, with no help or care from the staff or manager. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth—Buffalo Wild Wings needs to address their customer service and questionable practices immediately. Quite frankly the insistence on my cc number seemed very sketchy. Back to Wing Stop.
We walked in to a dirty restaurant. We asked the server to clean the table we were sat at. When she finally came back after 10 mins, she sprayed the table down while we were sitting there with what appeared to be windex. When I asked her to stop because I was being wet up from the spray. She was "confused" on what the issue was. So we got up and left. Never had the chance to place our order.
Please do not go here! Management should be completely removed and wait staff needs to be fired. This review should be zero stars, the service ruined the entire experience. I ordered a Coors Light when I sat down at my table and it took 55+ minutes for me to get my beer, that was after I walked across the restaurant to the bar and complained. Next was the terrible food service. It took over 2 hours for my wings to come out after I ordered them. Then, my girlfriend’s wing order was wrong. If the service was even somewhat decent I would enjoy watching sports here but I wouldn’t wish this terrible experience on my worst enemy. Please do not show up to this awfully run establishment. Lastly, the parking situation is brutal. There is a lot of potential here, considering the location and TV set up but the entire management staff needs to be fired and replaced before this place will ever have a chance at providing customers with a decent experience.
Went to BWW today to get my favorite curry wings. Sat and attempted to use my promotion code the waitress did not speak English 🤔. So she got another waitress to tell me the promo code only works with take out, goal figure. So I went over to the take out counter and ordered with them. No one was at the take counter but shortly after the person that was supposed to be there had there back to me watching a game which was on the TVs. He took my order and said 15min it will take, I ordered at 5min to 5pm. I did not get my food until 536pm after continually asking about my order. The oder came out and tasted and was dry as if it was sitting on the back for a few hours. I am very displeased with this location very displeased. Dry oily tasting wings sad day for BWW because the manager was there observing and hearung justified complaint but did nothing while acting more concerned with other conversations with his staff members . Couldn't even eat the wings when I got to work because the wings were so hard and distasteful. What a waste of my time and money today.
They have two Dallas stars jerseys hung up on the wall and refused to put them on the TV because they “don’t get the victory channel”. Victory+ is a free streaming app that allows businesses to stream the game. I’ve never been to a bar that advertised itself as a sports bar that hasn’t been able to figure out how to put a game on the TV. Additionally there was a team member wearing a stars jersey. Tacky to wear a team that’s playing yet refusing to put it on the TV. If you’re coming to a sports bar to watch a game, this is NOT the sports bar for you.
never come here, seat yourself but have to wait 30+ min for a server to acknowledge you. terrible service had servers look over to my table & still ignore us never taking our order.
I had an awful experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings location (4140 Lemmon Ave, Dallas) on Sunday, April 4th. My aunt and I walked in around 11:59 PM and placed our orders shortly after. A staff memeber by the name of Alex took my order for a six-piece lemon pepper and a 10-piece split between lemon pepper and spicy garlic. We waited over 20 minutes before I asked about the wait time. I was told 10 more minutes. Another 20 minutes went by and when I asked again, Alex told me, “I cannot give you an estimate,” and disappeared to the back, ignoring other customers as well. Eventually, my aunt had to knock on the counter to get anyone’s attention. A man named Samuel (I assume the manager) came out to speak to the customers. After doing so he went to the back and came out with a bunch of takeout orders that looked like they had been sitting out for a while. My aunt got her order, but mine (which I placed before hers) was still missing. Likewise, Samuel took all the receipts to the back and didn’t return them. When we asked for ours, he did not have them anymore and said he had to reprint them. Meanwhile, I overheard a situation with two other customers who were clearly upset because Samuel had canceled their order without telling them. He finally gave them their receipts and they left frustrated. Another man then came up and said his Uber Eats order still wasn't ready. There was a clear pattern of poor communication and mismanagement. When I asked about my order (again, very politely), Samuel told me “you canceled your order,” which was completely false. I had been sitting at the bench up until my aunt got her food and never requested a cancellation. After that, he said there would be a long wait. At this point, I asked for a refund, as I never received my food and had already waited nearly an hour. To make matters worse, the wings my aunt received were lukewarm and dry — clearly sitting out for too long. She asked for a refund as well. When she politely mentioned that an apology would have been appreciated, Samuel claimed we had cursed out the staff, which was absolutely untrue and deeply offensive. My aunt and I remained calm and respectful the entire time. We had nothing to do with the earlier confrontation with the other guests. This was my first time trying Buffalo Wild Wings and I never even got to taste the food. Instead, I left feeling disrespected and extremely disappointed. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the customer service, accountability, and basic professionalism at this location.
Buffalo Wild Wings - Lemon Avenue I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The wait times were excessive and poorly managed, but the most troubling part of the visit was the behavior of the manager on duty. I witnessed the manager being verbally aggressive and disrespectful toward an older woman who was dining with her family. The interaction was uncomfortable and completely inappropriate, especially in front of guests. At a certain point, the situation became so hostile that I felt compelled to step in and calmly ask that the situation be handled more respectfully. I remained cordial and non-confrontational throughout. Unfortunately, the manager then directed the same rude and aggressive behavior toward me and even attempted to have me removed, despite my polite demeanor. No customer should feel intimidated or disrespected while dining out, and no employee—especially a manager—should speak to guests in that manner. Combined with the unreasonable wait times, this experience reflects very poor management and customer service. I hope corporate leadership addresses these issues, as this location seriously damages the brand’s reputation. I did ask for a refund and will no longer visit this location. Go to the Harry Hines one, 5 min waits and friendly staff. Buffalo Wild Wings you have a major problem at your location.
I have visited this location a few times because its closer to my house and because my boyfriend like to eat here. I will say the service and food was terrible tonight. My food came out before his and my wings were cold,we had to wait like 10 minutes for his food to come out and the server was not very attentive. If I was to recommend any buffalo wild wings it would be the one in grand prairie. This location is trash and they do not care about the customer at this location.
The service was horrible. The waitress was short couldn't get our order right. She also could not understand us. We asked for ranch 5 times my husbands food was cold by the time he got it. Waiting almost 1 to get entrees and our food. We also didn't get checked on. Took forever to get refills
Disappointed by BWW’s Shift Away from Fresh Wings If you haven’t heard, Buffalo Wild Wings no longer cooks wings fresh by default. A few months ago, they switched to pre-cooking and reheating unless you specifically request fresh wings — and even then, it’s hit or miss. I visited on a Tuesday BOGO night and ordered 10 wings for myself and 10 for a friend. They came out way too fast, were cold and overly crispy — clear signs they’d been reheated. We ate them begrudgingly and chalked it up to a bad night. The following week, we returned and explained the issue to the bartender, asking her to confirm with the kitchen that our wings would be made fresh. Despite that, they were served in just 12 minutes and again came out lukewarm. We spoke with both the bartender and the manager, but their responses were indifferent and unhelpful. Corporate needs to rethink this reheating policy — it’s hurting the customer experience. And this location could benefit from a manager who understands how to listen and take care of guests.
We were a party of 5 we got a 30 piece and my wife ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with cheese and a side of buffalo. The food came, the sandwich didn’t have cheese nor the side of buffalo. My wife asked for it again yet they didn’t bring it. The waitress didn’t bring us napkins nor plates. She didn’t come to check on us until we were about to be done and she finally asked if we needed anything but she herself saw we didn’t have napkins but didn’t realize she never brought us plates either. Also never brought us refills. It was also super loud, they had the tvs full blast. I would say more than the usual that you couldn’t even hear each other when ordering. Terrible service
Terrible service and dirty restaurant. After waiting for food it was delivered without dressing, plates, and silverware. Server and bartender kept saying they were out of pretty much out of everything ( carrots, celery, limes, fries, and ranch) When asked for plates we got attitude from the waitress, at this point we asked to speak to manager and she walked away. We later found the manager on the way out. Which claimed they were short staff(but had 5 employees polishing forks together and did have all the stuff the waitstaff said they didn’t. Highly disappointed from this experience and will not be back. Corporate should highly look at employees performance reviews and bring this place back up. Sad too see establishment lose customers due to bad employees and managers.
Like so many other restaurants, BDubs has struggled with staff. Went twice this past week - first time, we left without ordering after noticing how dirty the tables were. The second time it was obvious that our server was brand new. This being said, the staff was friendly and did their best. Additionally, it seems like the wings were a bit smaller and the side celery/carrots were sparse. Three sticks each for an order of 20 wings. May need to try another wing place.
