Unos amigos que viven en San Sebastián de los Reyes me llevaron a comer ahí hace dos semanas. La comida es de calidad, casi todo es carne eso sí, el sitio no estaba muy concurrido, creo que por ser verano, pero aún así tuvimos que reservar. 100% recomendable si estás por la zona de Valdebebas o puedes desplazarte.

Maybe it’s my American palate, but our trip to Spain has included a lot of hit and misses with cuisine. It’s our last night after a two week trip to Spain and we decide to try out Alex’s. Being from Alabama, we expected sub-par BBQ but we were blown away. The brisket is right up there with any brisket that you could find in the states. The rub was flavorful and the meat was very juicy. The ribs had a very light and tasty sauce that complimented the meat. We also tried the torreznos de wisconsin. It was very unique and flavorful. The potato side dish was excellent. The fries were also very flavorful. Finally, the croquetas were very unique and delicious. The mix of brisket with hush puppy flavor was awesome! I highly recommend this restaurant!

Alex's barbecue was fantastic, from the ribs and chicken to the brisket and sweet potatoes. The ambiance was delightful and the prices were reasonable. It felt as authentic as a Texas barbecue could get. The moment I stepped in, the aroma transported me straight to Texas.

The brisket is amazing. Just like in the States. A great cut of meat that's cooked so well. We tried some chicken wings which are huge and the gorgonzola sauce was so good. My only thought would be the buffalo isn't what I'd expect buffalo sauce to be and it's a bit strange but still pretty good. I get that it can't be overly spicy since the American level of heat isn't super popular here.

Fabulous authentic Texan BBQ experience with a light Spanish touch! We went for quesadillas and croquettas for started followed by the juiciest brisket and most tender/slide off the bone ribs! Topped it all with a perfect cheesecake for deserts which will leave you asking for more! See you again next time!

We were craving for southern food and saw this place as one of the recommended places to eat in. We enjoyed our dinner here. the brisket and tender off of the bone ribs were just 🤤. Onion rings and buffalo wings paired nice with the 🍹🍺.Staff was friendly. We definitely felt welcome. A great spot to go!

We decided to try the BBQ in this restaurant because we were in this area yesterday and we read the reviews, which were quite good. I'd definitely say it was worth it and must mention, the service really added to the experience - because it was very good. Very friendly service, they checked if everything was good ( at least twice ) and didn't keep us waiting long ( though the place was almost full ). I asked for an opinion and the girl who attended our table suggested me to try the short ribs with thier BBQ sauce (which, according to her, had a sweet taste to it that she personally enjoyed ) - I decided to try. AND it was very moist + tender and very good indeed. I normally don't like beef that much, but this - I loved!!!. Excellent suggestion and I'll definitely be more than glad to have more. (My friends also tried it and agreed that it was very good). My friends ordered the meat combo and they mostly loved it (We shared and tasted everything). They only did not like the pork belly ( I wouldn't know why, because I don't eat pork, and they didn't specify why ). They loved the pulled pork though (with the bun) and enjoyed the chicken very much. They were OK with the beef brisket BUT I actually found it very good 😅. I enjoyed that it had a very pleasant smoky flavour and that it was not too dry. For me it was 👌🏼 Anyway we also tried the croquettas and chicken wings - they were really good, we could've gladly had more 👍🏻 (* The croquettas were one of the best I've had so far and the chicken wings were very well seasoned with a delightful sauce.) We wanted to try dessert too, but we were so stuffed we decided we'll try it another time. The menu had an interesting selection of desserts that looked very tempting ( which I'm sure very good too ). So, all in all- a very pleasant experience and I'll/we'll gladly return - and won't hesitate recommending it. One of the very best BBQ places I've been to. And the service - EXCELLENT 👍🏻

If you’re craving Texas style brisket, this is the best place to go in Madrid. It was awesome! The corn was a little over cooked, but the cole slaw and bread were delicious! I was surprised to find that I really enjoyed their pecan pie (“American Pie” on the menu). The filling was closer to flan, a little less sticky and sweet, presumably from the lack of corn syrup. But it was actually really good. The service was friendly, and the interior is nicely decorated.

By far the best representation of American BBQ that I have found in Madrid. It is quite far outside of the city center but easily accessible by public transportation. The cocktails are very good and have a good pour. The only thing we didn’t like was the Coleslaw; it had raw onion and raisins in it. Otherwise, I cannot recommend it enough. We will definitely be going back.

El sitio está bonito, como si fuera una casa. Los chicos muy amables. Hemos pedido varios platos. Las cebollitas son curiosas, pero no las pediríamos de nuevo, mucho sabor a aceite y complicadas de comer. Las patatas con brisket muy bien. La hamburguesa paisa estaba rica pero tanto guacamole oculta el resto de los sabores. Las costillas muy buenas. El cheesecake buena porción y buen sabor.

El sitio está bastante bien, la comida es buena, tiene buen vino y los camareros son muy amables. Es verdad que me esperaba un poco más de calidad en la comida, las costillas estaban muy ricas, pero el torrezno de Wisconsin tenía demasiada grasa. Los postres estaban muy ricos, la tarta de chocolate es la que más me gustó a mi.

No está mal… Pedimos patatas con brisket, costillas, pulled pork y el chuletón. A ver, en cuanto a sabor, muy rico, pero en esencia falta algo, no me llego a convencer al 100x100, no sé… Estaba rico pero como que sin más. Si vais os recomiendo que pidáis el chuletón, es lo que merece la pena. La atención es magnifica y el servicio muy rápido.

Los mejores nachos que me he comido hasta ahora en todo Madrid! El resto de la carta esta muy bien también, las porciones son muy generosas y el precio normal, ni tan caro ni tan económico. El ambiente increíble, fui en octubre y la decoración de halloween estaba espectacular. Me parece que hay muy poco personal, había poco aforo cuando fui y sentí que los camareros se quedaban cortos, sin embargo fue buena la atención de ellos.

La carne ahumada espectacular. El servicio un poco lento pero los chicos muy atentos y serviciales. El ambiente juvenil y acogedor.

El brisket es espectacular, junto a la ensalada de col, y el apple pie tambien. Sin embargo no puedo dar la nota maxima porque el tomahawk que he pedido, pese a estar genial en sabor, en textura era demasiado duro. Aun asi, repetire sin dudarlo solo por ese brisket.

Restaurante americano con buenas carnes y muy buen servicio. Fuimos a comer y decidimos pedir unos nachos para compartir, y 2 carnes (un brisket y unas costillas). Los nachos la verdad que no fueron nada del otro mundo, simplemente nachos, que venían muchos eso sí, lo que ésta vez no era un punto a favor, porque sólo tenían queso gratinado por encima y aguacate (aparte de un poquito de crema de queso en un recipiente aparte). Lo que hacía que al final fuera algo monótono comerlos y estuvieran un pelín secos y hubiera mucho nacho, ya sin nada que lo acompañara (mi consejo sería que si los ponen con algo más como algún tipo carne como la mechada o picada, frijoles, etc...le daría un plus y "se comerían más fácil"). En cuanto a las carnes que es lo principal muy bien elaboradas y cocinadas, tantos las costillas como el brisket muy muy tiernos (alguna zona del brisket algo menos pero seguía estando muy buena), muy bien aderezadas y condimentadas. Y las salsas o acompañantes muy ricos (el puré de boniatos genial!). Por último la tarta de queso que también estaba sabrosa, no llegó a ser de esas "semi-líquidas" que tanto se ven ahora, pero tampoco es necesario que sea así y estaba buena. Además tienen una amplia carta de vinos para ser éste tipo de restaurante de carnes/americano, y el servicio es de 10, muy amable y atento.

I was wondering this place because of its brisket. The photos were promising. At a time when I was passing by Valdebebas I wanted to try. I had brisket. It was quite good. If you are craving brisket, you can give a chance. It is almost a brisket you can find in US. But sincerely speaking the atmosphere was below my expectation. I am not sure if it deserves to be visited from other neighborhoods of the city.

Being a fan of Texan brisket, I keep scouting for options nearby. I must say that despite not being the real deal (challenging given different meat and wood) it’s the one that most resembles. Meat is extremely tender and juicy, with that special smoky flavor. Staff is super friendly and prices are reasonable. Will go back.

A real accurate star review would be 4.5. The only two things that we needed were for the Buffalo wings to be spicier/crispier and for more BBQ sauce to be given with the meat dishes but otherwise, lovely experience. Attentive table service, even as they got busier. Will definitely return!

Llegamos a este sitio por recomendación y nos decepcionó bastante,los nachos eran de bolsa y pedirlo con carne eran 4€ adicionales. Pedimos varias hamburguesas,un poco secas las carnes,de cantidad bien pero bastante grasosas. Los costillares venian como frios/secos era un poco raro,creo que el sitio esta muy sobrevalorado y los precios son demasiado altos...una pena ojalá hubiese estado mejor. Nos atendieron bien y rápido y los baños estaban limpios.

Todo correcto, no hay nada que te sorprenda pero cumple su cometido. Las alitas muy diferente a ninguna que haya probado. El costillar un poco seco pero aceptable. Las patatas fritas muy buena pero la patata asada sin más.

I was very excited to find this restaurant. Excited enough to sit and wait 30min until they open, even though I hadnt had a warm meal today yet. I browsed the menu while I waited and settled for the short ribs, and croquettes for start as I was starving. Croquettes were quite good. Then came the short ribs I had been salivating over. This is something that slow smoking brings to perfection. With time and low temperature, it is very hard to mess this up as it's a part of meat with sufficient fat to protect the juiciness. Unfortunately that was not the case here, it had been quite thoroughly ruined by drying it in a too hot pit for too short a time. I tried to eat the parts with at least glazing on it but gave up as I ran out of cole slaw and this pulverizing in my mouth by itself was not a pleasant experience. The cole slaw was quite good btw. I am not sure which language was the waiter's forte. It definitely wasnt english, but apparently not spanish either. When he came around, I pointed to the meat and said "es muy seca", and he proceeded to bring it back to me in a doggybag container. Even if my dog wasnt thousands of miles away, I wouldnt have given that to him as he doesnt even get to try to drown it with beer. I really wanted to love this restaurant and go back again tomorrow. I won't. Perhaps it was just a bad day for the pit master but I won't risk such a disappointment after high expectations. A good pit master never serves mistakes like these. I'll rather have mediocre pizza next door.

Brisket flavourful was ok, food quantity miniscule, 23 euros for two thin slices of brisket. Definitely not worth the price, to be hearing bside country rock-blues covers in a theme park of a restaurant, definitely not worth it
