A comfortable, clean, and well-equipped roadside stop. We ate at the restaurant, and everything was fine; in fact, there was much more variety than you'd expect from a service station. We ate well, filled up with gas, used the restroom, and bought snacks for the road, all in one place. Perfect.
A highly recommended stop on the road. At Repsol El Cisne, you'll find everything from refueling to a quick bite to eat, with a pleasant space for a break during your trip. The service is good, the bathrooms are clean, and you can tell they pay attention to every detail. Ideal for a family stop and continue your journey in comfort.
Exceptional service from the staff. It has excellent showers; the service is available to anyone who needs it, and it's very affordable, just €3, and you have a place to leave your things and shower in peace. It's spacious and clean.
Good evening. I'm here to share what happened this morning. In fact, I've never written a review, and my wife had to tell me how to do it. This morning we stopped for coffee and after waiting in line for 15 minutes, it was going to be our turn when the rude lady in front of us decided to start a fight with the poor waiter, treating him like he was garbage, I don't know his name but he was a curly-haired boy, what he had to put up with is not normal from this uneducated "lady", she even called him a brat, to begin with, the boy said good morning to him with a smile, she didn't even say hello, she explained that the coffee and pastries breakfast was not available on Saturdays or Sundays but that for a few cents more she could serve it to him and she threw it in his face that he hadn't waited in line for half an hour to be robbed, when the toast came out it was also wrong because she assumed that the toast came with ham when she didn't ask for it and the boy obviously ordered toast without "anything" because he didn't ask for it, that's when the lady told him he was a brat and that he was not good at serving when the boy kindly offered to change it. ,I also worked in bars when I was young and despite this lady's lack of education, I have never seen a customer served with such "poise of manners" and such kindness, as the lady told the boy who was going to write a review of the robbery that had occurred this morning, I also leave my positive review of what happened and like all the customers in the line thought, if I had a bar I would hire waiters like the ones in this place, because apart from being professionals they are polite, another thing will be the price that seems somewhat expensive to me, but it is what it is, you are in a service area and the products are of quality, but the staff is 10. I hope this review is of some use, best regards.
On July 10th, I stopped by this restaurant for a drink around 4:45 p.m. I want to state that you couldn't possibly treat a customer more kindly. Excellent service. I don't want to name the person who served me, but I will say it was from Terminal 3 and that my order was 318. Thank you very much.
A large rest area, with very friendly service. I thought it was fantastic to find such a variety of vegetable sandwiches in a rest area. I had the best vegetable sandwich there in all of Spain 🤗 better than any veggie burger from a fast-food restaurant. Unbeatable. The restrooms and the place in general were clean. A large truck parking lot. In my opinion, a very good area.
Whenever we travel to Madrid, stopping here for breakfast or lunch is a must. Excellent service, generous portions, and very clean restrooms. Keep up the good work!
Where did they find the chef at this restaurant? They're out of this world. If they were a soccer player, they'd be Messi. They worked magic with today's food! The meat cannelloni were perfect, and the braised pork cheeks were perfect. Thank you so much! The service at the restaurant was also excellent.
Stopped in for a shower, condition 9/10. The staff knows how to use a translator, a big plus for that. I recommend it👍
Tasty)
There's a restaurant with very good food.
Parking is a solid 5! They accept DKV cards both for parking and at the gas station if you need to buy anything for your car. The restrooms are clean. There's a bar and restaurant. There's an outdoor shower, just to the left of the entrance, for 3 euros. If you need water, just ask the guys at the gas station. The staff is polite and friendly, and one of them speaks English, which was a pleasant surprise!
Yesterday I was at this restaurant, the sandwiches were delicious and the Torrija was impressive.
There were hardly any people, and the service was quick. Delicious tortilla skewers, croquettes, and coffee. Reasonable prices, considering you're in a service area. Clean restrooms.
Express menu for 11.95 with self-service, also offers delicious sandwiches and burgers, and very friendly staff. Very clean bathrooms and lounge.
Great variety, good quality, and good prices. They have a buffet, tapas, sandwiches, breakfasts, hamburgers, etc... I highly recommend it!! My boyfriend really enjoyed the food.
The food was spectacular.
Today is Pilar and Hispanic Day, and it's a pleasure to come and eat at such an iconic place. Fast service, exquisite food.
I was served by a very kind gentleman. He explained how the shower works in less than 15 minutes, from entry to exit... incredible! It's a 24-hour gas station, both as a gas service and a 24-hour restaurant. The best thing is that they have a 15-minute shower for 3 euros, ideal for a personal camping trip like mine or a truck driver. I wish all gas stations had a shower, so getting one wouldn't be so difficult, because there are few like this one... I highly recommend it for everyone.
Good attention and service
A manned service station, very friendly and helpful staff, and they have a fantastic chamois car wash. If you have a new car, this is definitely one of the best places to wash your car. They also have frequent promotions and discounts.
Great Starbucks coffee! Very good. Great service from the staff.
Great Tesla Chargers
I recommend the croquettes! Soft and plump! They're incredible, not only fluffy, but they also have an incredible flavor! I'm sorry I didn't take a photo sooner; I couldn't resist!
The best highway restaurant I've ever been to. Delicious tortillas, excellent croquettes, amazing sandwiches and burgers. Not once on a trip do we stop by there without stopping for lunch or breakfast. Everything is made fresh to order. I recommend the Gorgonzola croquettes.
Good places to have an early breakfast, fast service, good waitress attention, clean place
We had an issue with the roof top vent while camping near Mulhouse. Luckily, they were near. Replaced our failed part in less than an hour! Great service! Staff willing to help and provide solution.
Great service. Proper Vegan options. :-D All the other options looked good too. Clean and spacious, cool and we'll lit.
A cafe at the entrance to Zaragoza on the A2. Spacious and clean.
Service station with restaurant and café. Very clean and quiet. Anti-Covid measures in place throughout. Friendly service and affordable prices for a highway rest stop. Recommended for a quick stop.
Clean place.
The torreznos are highly recommended.
I parked my car for two days at a gas station next to a car park. Everything was fine. There was a restroom in the restaurant, but no locks. There was a restroom and shower at the gas station. There was a street nearby, so you could park there, even with a trailer. There were plenty of empty spaces and lighting. There was a supermarket 1.5 km away, and you could get water, see the photo here.
I used the restaurant and everything was very good, quite hygienic.
It's like any other gas station.
Incredible selection of quality foods
Good service
It's been a while since someone cleaned my windshield when I saw it covered in mosquitoes after a long trip, just stopping for gas. These details are what make the difference and aren't forgotten when stopping later.
The bar-restaurant is very expensive.
Good site, good price
Full service station. Next to the Repsol gas station, you'll find this cafeteria. It's clean and tidy. The waitresses are very friendly and quick. There's a wide variety of food to choose from. There's even a playground. Great for a quick break.
The Área Cisne restaurant is very good, it is spacious and generally very clean both in the dining area and the bathrooms and the bar, which is very important in times of COVID, it has good parking, it has disabled access through the service station, it has a good assortment of products, a variety of tapas and the lunch menu is quite complete, it is also open 24 hours a day, I have stopped there some early mornings, on the other hand I cannot justify here or anywhere else that they sell me a 350ml Coca Cola for € 2.60 as I show in the photo that I upload below.
This is my first time here, but not the last. Sandwiches, croquettes, torreznos from Soria, etc., all very good quality and value.
Plenty of space to park and rest. Large cafeteria.
Good place to stop if you catch the sunset
Security parking... Good food.. not very friendly service towards foreigners... Toilet/shower clean, free when refueling..
Located at Km 309 of the A-2 towards Madrid from Zaragoza, it has good access and good incorporation into the A-2. You can refuel, stretch your legs for a while and eat something in the restaurant. It is quite clean and they have good sandwiches.
Ok
Good place for a quick bite
The parking lot is large and nice! But there's one BUT!! The entire parking lot is rented out to local companies! And for regular visitors, there are only 5 spaces (70-75). On Friday at 4:00 PM, I was the third car in line. By 5:00 PM, two more cars had pulled in, and then the "NO SPACES" sign lit up. Three clean showers, no keys required, you pay 3 💶, they give you a receipt with a QR code, scan it, enter, choose a stall, scan the same code in the shower, and the hot water turns on. You can fill a canister of water on the other side near the gas station.
Good. Cool, spacious. Roadside food.
It has everything you need on a trip.
You have everything
Normally it's good, good service and good food. But today I went for a takeaway meal, like I do sometimes, and the girl who served me was awful... She pushed the potatoes in with her fingers, put the lids on the containers upside down, so they warped and everything spilled out, creating a rather elegant stain on my car seat, and instead of putting the dessert in a proper container, she wrapped the flan in aluminum foil. As a result, the bag got so wet between the pork cheeks and the flan that when I took it out, it ripped and everything spilled on the floor. Since the lids were warped, a little bit of lasagna was salvaged... 22 euros down the drain. Remember, waitress, silver on the inside and white on the outside.
12€ menu good 3of5 stars
Shower ✅ Costs 3 euros, water runs for 15 minutes. Bread 🍞 available Water tap ✅ Near the gas water heaters (see photo) All drinks at the gas station are very expensive
I would give the croquettes a 10, the service a 5, draw your own conclusions
Bar-restaurant and gas station. Open 24 hours a day. Near Zaragoza, Plaza Zaragoza, and the Trade Fair. A good place to stop for a bite to eat.
The waitress was very nice.
Everything was quite expensive.
A good option for a stopover between Madrid and Barcelona. It must be the closest gas station to Zaragoza. Plenty of parking, a shop with tons of food and drinks to tide you over. Very clean bathrooms.
Enough
Good service, but very expensive
A little small, it's just for refueling
Good option, but prices aren't competitive.
The food was bad, never before at Huevos Rotos. The worst part was the ham... overly salty, inedible. The sandwich had runny cheese and a sandy taste... but it wouldn't be so bad if everything wasn't so expensive... €15 for the worst Huevos Rotos of my life, hahaha, it's absurd... I'm giving it 2 stars because the bathrooms were decent.
The tortilla pincho and ham croquettes were good. The place is spacious and has a variety of food. If you're a vegetarian, you shouldn't have salmon. I can't give it more stars because I don't think it's normal to charge €15 for a sandwich. Overall, it's quite expensive.
The restaurant is extremely expensive and has very little variety. There are two waitresses; one is very friendly, the other is incredibly unfriendly. If you absolutely have to stop there, it's better to eat at the gas station.
Terrible service. We waited 10 minutes for two slices of toast that arrived cold and dry. The sandwich was inedible. The coffees were decent, but nothing special. The tables were littered with dirty dishes, there was nowhere to sit, and it was expensive. A deplorable sight. The waitress who served us was very rude. We won't return.
Super slow service. Holidays, 8 a.m., everyone stopping for breakfast. The waitresses were incredibly uncoordinated, incredibly disorganized, and incredibly slow. Lines of 20 people long, unable to serve us quickly and efficiently.
It had plenty of water.
We ordered a classic breakfast menu (coffee + pastries) but since it was for our daughter we asked them to change the coffee for a glass of milk with colacao, they told us that it was not possible that they had to adhere to the rules, that we had to pay extra. Shameful after having paid almost 30 euros for various breakfasts between two families. The unpleasant staff is very unfit to serve the public. It is the second year that we have been there because we loaded our car at the facilities next door, we already had similar problems last year, but this time I had to request a complaint form. I certainly won't be back.
My family and I stopped in for a quick snack. I'll point out that we're Brazilian, and some words and their pronunciation don't always come naturally to us. My partner mispronounced a word, and the barista (a short guy with a long beard and hair) corrected him with a despotic and arrogant attitude, pretending he didn't understand. This isn't the way to treat customers, and he should have shown a little more empathy when he saw we're from outside. After we sat down to eat, after 10 minutes, he stood there staring at us, chasing us out of the restaurant with his eyes. In the end, we had to leave with our food in our hands because we felt uncomfortable with that attitude. I'd also like to emphasize that the cleanliness of this restaurant was conspicuous by its lack of cleanliness (dirty tables, lots of flies, and papers with food on the floor). I don't recommend this place at all, especially if you're from outside.
Atraco a mano armada.. 9,30€ por un bocadillo de atún que encima es pequeño! Hasta más caro que uno de tortilla que tampoco es barato.. 8,30€! Antes por lo menos eran grandes, pero es que ahora ni eso..
Absolutely awful. The waitress was very rude just for asking for the ticket, and then for a coffee, she cost a whopping 80 euros. Are we crazy? I used to stop a lot, they were very nice and the prices were reasonable. Now there are no people, exorbitant prices, and terrible waiters. What a shame. I won't go back.
From the restaurant: I can't complain. It's the second time I've had to shower in the bathroom and I won't do it again. There's no hot water, and the room is dirty.
I ordered potatoes with cheese and they gave me patatas bravas. When I complained, they said I ordered patatas bravas when I told them three times I wanted cheese, and all they said was that they'd show me the receipt… Of course, if you made a mistake, it'll be what you ordered. Potatoes with natural tomato sauce that aren't even spicy, fried in oil that's been fried a thousand times.
I didn't like the organization and the overpricing of products. The prices were all in the wrong place, leading the consumer to make mistakes, and on top of that, the price was extremely high for simple products. I ordered 3 portions of different things and the price was exorbitant. I asked the employee to return them because the signs were wrong, she just said "I'm sorry" and didn't try to help me. And believe it or not, the Russian salad, besides being very expensive, was also sour. I had to throw away a small portion that cost €15! If I could give this place a zero rating, I would! Too bad I still have to give it 1 star.
Very expensive place for a roadside bar frequented by many employees
Very expensive!! Not recommended at all. A pork loin and cheese sandwich costs €8.85, and they charge you €0.30 for ketchup. Honestly, I don't like being ripped off.
Very expensive!! Bad breakfasts: 35 cents for butter or jam, and the breakfast was charged at €6.25. Overpriced portions, bad coffee. It doesn't stop there. The waiters are rude and unpleasant.
We just entered this service area and it will be the last time because there's an employee who was very unpleasant and rude to us. Since I don't know her name and I don't think she told me, I can describe her: she's a woman who isn't wearing a hat, has loose hair, a blonde headband, and red lipstick. I hope the managers take this comment into account because they're sure to lose a lot of customers because of her.
The bathrooms were in disrepair. It took 25 minutes to order a coffee and a croissant. €4.70! 😂😂🤦🏼♂️ The waitresses were rude and grumpy. A disaster.
It's a shame the food is delicious, but the table service is terrible. It takes a long half hour to prepare fried eggs. If you like to wait for food, it's highly recommended, but they take a while. Best regards.
Scoundrels. €6.75 for a cortado, orange juice, and a croissant. Thieves, if that's what breakfast costs, I can't imagine how much lunch costs. Scoundrels.
The gas station staff was attentive and friendly. The overnight stay in the secure parking lot was fine. The bathrooms needed to be cleaned better. The cafeteria was a disaster. The cafeteria staff were rude, the waitresses chatting amongst themselves and not paying proper attention to the public. The man next to me looked at me and said, "You two aren't doing what you're supposed to be doing." We ordered two coffees, one of them lacking coffee, and they gave us the same two. We ordered churros, and when you went to complain about them not being served, they rudely told us that the toast came straight from the kitchen. I replied that what I wanted was the churros, not the toast. Be careful! When you pay for your parking at the gas station, they keep the cafeteria receipt to give you a discount, and when you went to ask for a duplicate in the cafeteria, they told you they couldn't do it and that you should have asked for it earlier. I then ask them for an invoice, and I have to write down my information and attach the receipt so they can send it to me. If they keep it at the gas station, how do I attach the receipt? I then also write down all the information on the receipt, which came from a computerized register (even the toast order goes from that program to the kitchen), and they are unable to make a duplicate of it. I give the waitress a piece of paper with all my information and all the information on the receipt, and she tells me, in a rather blunt manner, that I should write down the establishment's phone number because they don't have an email address (although they send you the invoice by email...) so I can call to complain when I don't get the receipt. This is a bit complicated. It wouldn't hurt to give them a customer service course and explain to the waitresses how to make duplicate receipts from that highly computerized register they have.
Very average and poorly attended service... the waiters are very pathetic and without a smile, just bad faces, no matter what shift you go to... by the way, I think the prices for the coffees are very bad... they charge the same for a cortado as for a cafe con leche...
Regarding the El Cisne restaurant (Zaragoza): It's a shame that in the 21st century, it seems we're still living in the Middle Ages. They wouldn't let us in with our Labrador at a service station with over 1,000 square meters and countless tables. Honestly, coming from France, where pets are allowed practically everywhere and are even offered free water, we still have a lot to learn. I hope this is corrected soon, as it already is in shopping centers. Finally, if it's a matter of regulations from the Government of Aragon, as the restaurant claims, it's even more regrettable, and I hope they redirect the complaint.
The place itself is very good, except for a gas station employee named Mr. Ricardo, a rude and impolite man who must not have been having a good day or shouldn't be working with the public if he's going to be as extremely unpleasant as he was. If he had handled the situation politely, nothing would have happened. Some employees need better training. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Two showers were paid for, but only one cost €3. I spent €6 on showers that weren't used. The problem isn't paying, but how the man treated us; that's unacceptable. Perhaps if it were a man, he wouldn't have adopted such an attitude. It's regrettable.
The buffet cafeteria is a rip-off. They have a 17.50 menu, and in small print, a 13.90 Express menu, which includes one dish, dessert, a drink, and bread. We ordered the Express menu, and when we got to the register, they charged us an extra 4 euros for the pork knuckle. We told the cashier that the 4 euros weren't included in the Express menu, and she replied that it was included in the full menu, which was more expensive, and she acted as if we were fools. I don't recommend it at all; on top of all that, it's expensive and of poor quality.
I'm not giving 0 stars because otherwise it won't let me comment. We went downstairs, wanting to get something to eat with 4 kids, 10 people in total. A huge sign saying "24HOURS A TIME." When we arrived, the waiter didn't even say hello; he was more focused on cleaning the space two meters away from us. After standing there for 5 minutes, we asked if we could order something, and he told us THE KITCHEN IS CLOSED. He didn't even offer us the cold items he had in the display case. We had to get food from the gas station. It's a shame that people don't take care of their jobs and cause establishments like these to lose money. As we left, he started grabbing his phone, as if there was no tomorrow. I WOULD NEVER COME BACK. We've
Allergens, it says... And they don't have anything for celiacs. Very good...
Hello there. I am a truck driver and stopped for the first time at this gas station to take a shower. Had to pay 3,00€ to shower in one of the filthiest places I've ever seen. Hope I didn't catch any disease. The pictures speak for itself.
12.06.25 I often come here to the Secured parking lot because it is the only one in the Amazon area, regardless of whether I am loading/unloading, I know that they only have 6 or 7 parking spaces there from the exit barrier towards the inside! This evening there were 2 free spaces, visible... I went inside the house, I explained to the employee, I even showed him his room and he pretended not to understand, that he doesn't speak English but only Spanish, and he said that the parking lot is full that there is no space and that he won't let me in, why do you guys keep 2 empty spaces on the entrance plate and don't let people in, not to mention that the rest of the parking lot was empty, but I can't discuss it because I know it's reserved... but the 7 spaces if there are and there is space why the hell don't you let trucks in as long as they pay you a cartload of money and you don't have any service, a shower with money and a smelly toilet and that's free... and the one at home, go to some courses with him, because there are also tourists, drivers who are not necessarily Spanish, he needs to know a 2nd language in addition, not to stand there like a fool giving a damn shoulders to tell me that he doesn't understand, I show him that there is free space on the TV with cameras, he says he doesn't understand🤬😝😡
There's a shower, but only with cold water! The gas station owner should just take a cold shower. Miserable people.
It used to be better, but now the burgers leave a lot to be desired; they are frozen and they give them to you burnt.
We had to stop there on a trip, and everything was incredibly expensive. The parking was awkward and uncomfortable. The only notable thing was the large bathrooms.
Very poor truck parking service. They rip you off. 1 HOUR FREE. A LIE. BE CAREFUL.
