Sabíamos que no se hace reserva que coges mesa haciendo cola , al llegar nos dieron una mesa en seguida Es la segunda vez que cenamos ahí y como siempre la comida muy rica y la atención estupenda Es un restaurante muy elegante , las vistas son estupendas,por la noche hace un poco de fresco, enfrente tienes un aparcamiento muy grande donde se puede aparcar Los precios tirando a altos pero merece la pena

Mi mujer y yo fuimos a comer allí ayer. Nos gustó mucho el sitio por: - Las hermosas vistas del Lago de la Casa de Campo. - La atención y profesionalidad del personal del restaurante. - La variedad de su oferta gastronómica. - La buena relación calidad-precio y presentación de sus platos. - La decoración ecléctica del lugar que combina muy bien el estilo industrial con el estilo rústico.

Uno de mis restaurantes favoritos en Madrid es un lugar que nunca decepciona. El servicio es excepcionalmente profesional, lo que hace que la experiencia sea aún más agradable. Recomiendo encarecidamente la carne a la parrilla; es jugosa y llena de sabor. Además, todas las ensaladas son frescas y deliciosas, perfectas para acompañar. Y no te puedes ir sin probar el tiramisú, ¡es simplemente espectacular! Es un restaurante de confianza al que siempre quiero volver, y el ambiente familiar lo hace ideal para disfrutar de una buena comida en compañía.

Llevo siendo cliente de este restaurante desde hace aproximadamente 15 años, y creo que eso ya dice mucho. A lo largo de todo este tiempo he ido a comer de menú, a cenar tranquilamente, a tomar unas cañas… y aunque he probado otros locales de los que hay alrededor del lago de la Casa de Campo —sin haber tenido nunca una mala experiencia—, ninguno ha conseguido igualar todas las vividas en El Urogallo. La comida siempre está increíble, tanto los platos de carta como las sugerencias, que nunca fallan. Pero si algo marca la diferencia es el trato del personal: excepcional incluso cuando el restaurante está lleno, que es casi siempre… y no es casualidad, es sencillamente el mejor sitio 🫶🏻. Los camareros están pendientes de todo, con una atención cercana y natural, sin agobiar, haciendo que te sientas cómodo desde el primer momento. Esa cercanía y ese ambiente hacen que quieras quedarte allí sentado, disfrutando, como si estuvieras en casa. Un lugar al que siempre apetece volver y que, después de tantos años, sigue siendo un valor seguro en el lago de la Casa de Campo.

Whether you're a local or visiting Madrid, it's a great place to slow down, enjoy classic food, and take in a different side of the city.

This is such a great place by the lake, really beautiful and authentic. Went there with a couple of friends and we ate almost every vegan plate they had on the menu. I strongly recommend the grilled artichokes and the rice, that was some kind of vegetable paella that was amazing. Definitely going back!

I was very surprised how good and how big the food was at this location and that I got some rice dish on the house as starter, even I only ordered I "small" dish (which was much bigger than I expected) and 1 drink. Yes, as written in other comments, the knowledge of English at the service personal is quite limited, but I am in a foreign country and I have to adapt. I had no problems to communicate with a mixture of Spanish and English, using easy sentences/phrases in both languages. When I did not understand the waiter, even another one was called who had some more knowledge of English. Very positive experience, thanks a lot.

Excelente menú del día. Muy buenas porciones de comida con una buena sazón. Quedé satisfecho. La zona que tienen afuera para sentarse es excelente.

En línea con el resto de urogallo, relación calidad precio buena. La comida está rica, el servicio de camareros mejorable, meten prisa quitando platos y luego hay que estar detrás de ellos para pedir algo. La terraza bastante buena aunque llegan muchos olores de cocina pero se estaba muy bien

Ha sido una buena experiencia. El trato por parte de los camareros ha sido muy buena. La carne a la brasa ha sido una delicia, aunque hay cosas que mejorar. Probamos unos champiñones con queso y bacon, y el bacon estaba durísimo. El postre del milhoja también dejaba mucho que desear, el hojaldre chicloso y la crema muy cuajada. La comida no está mal en general, pero para el precio que tiene esperábamos mejor calidad. Para cuatro personas nos costó 195 euros.

Restaurante familiar al lado del lago de la Casa de Campo. Los entrantes: pulpo; calamares y croquetas estaba bien tirando a normal. Los principales destacaron: verdinas con chipirones; steak tartar (racion muy generosa) y la merluza a la romana. Mejorables los tacos de solomillo. Algunos de los principales tienes la opción de pedir media ración (y en muchos casos es suficiente). Las raciones son bastante generosas. De postre muy bueno el brownie. Buena atención. Comedor con vistas al lago. Unos 50 euros por comensal. Aparcar en fin de semana una locura.

Buen sitio, sobre todo porque el entorno es fabuloso. Para mí está muy sobrevalorado, tiene fama, ganada seguramente porque lo valdría, pero no me parece nada espectacular y los precios son elevados. El lugar es bonito, sobre todo la parte cerrada pero no deja de ser una opción más como cualquier otro de los que están al lado...son todos como una copia de estética. La comida está bien, atienden bien y es muy agradable, pero me parece excesivo lo que se paga por cenar o almorzar allí.

Inicialmente hemos compartido una Parrillada de Verduras más bien normalita, con algunas verduras un poco bastante crudas, para seguir con un costillar de ternera muy rico con su salsa BBQ, unos taquitos de solomillo con ajetes también en su punto y muy buenos y un rape a la bilbaína muy sabroso. La comida bien, pero no el lugar donde comimos, una mesa al lado de la barra con todo su bullicio.... un restaurante que se precie, y más de de ese nivel-precio, debería tener un comedor independiente, ha sido como comer en un chiringuito, lo cual no está mal si vas con esa idea.

Not great service. Other people who arrived later without a booking were sat before us. Food was yummy. Asked for a refill of wine but never came. Asked for the bill three times and ended up waiting 20 minutes. Overall not the best experience. Good views.

We sat down at a table outside, and their first sentence instead of greeting us was an unfriendly yell, that we should wait by the door to be seated. There was no sign which would indicate this. To the best of our knowledge, it is not a common practice in this country, hence our surprise. So we stood up, went to the door and waited for the waiter to accompany us to the exact same spot. We got no menu, offers or anything. Of course we came for a coffee, but we would have been happy to order something sweet. The coffee was expensive, low quality and served with an attitude. The mug was dirty and the waiter spilled the milk all over the side of the mug and the saucer. I understand that we are not high paying customers, but this is no reason to be that rude. The restaurant wasn't even full, so we weren't taking up the place from anyone. We just wanted to enjoy a nice cup of coffee with a slice of cake by the lake. We should have made a takeaway at home.

The place is close to the lake and views are nice but I only can recommend it for a drink. Traditional food from the north of Spain (Asturias) in a big restaurant serving perhaps one hundred clients? at the same time is almost guarantee of not great taste and service.

Met a friend here for lunch, great location beside the lake at Casa De Campo. The location however means you pay very inflated prices for very average quality food. The ham Croquetas were bland with no ham flavor at all, just tasted of Béchamel! The Calamaris were over-cooked and also bland. Portion sizes were also on the small side. The Beef was tasty although the accompanying fries, cold and soggy. Charged for an extra beer, which seems to be a common occurrence from reading other reviews. 95 Euro for four dishes, one beer, water and two coke, is not really great value for money! Cant recommend.
