El sitio es estupendo, la comida está muy rica, pero lo más importante para mí siempre será el trato, la atención como cliente que recibo. Quiero agradecer a Teo por la excelente atención que he recibido, ha estado muy atenta, amable y siempre con una sonrisa. Para mí el trato es importante porque es lo que define si volver o no! En este caso es un rotundo SI!!!!. Así da gusto ir, con el trato que me dio Teo vuelvo sin dudarlo. Gracias por ser una persona tan atenta y amable.

Me atendió la Señorita ROSA, fue amable y atenta, me aconsejó Roscón con café y un deseo y se me cumplió. Recomiendo venir, sitio tranquilo y cómodo para hablar y estar tranquilo mientras tras comes.

A wonderful little spot for breakfast that we thoroughly enjoyed. We had the chicken club sandwich and the salmon club sandwich—both were generous in size, very filling, and genuinely tasty. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, providing warm, efficient service throughout our visit. The restaurant is also very kid-friendly, which made the experience even more relaxed and enjoyable. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a casual place with great service, satisfying food, and solid value.

It is the first place we went to after long tiring journey. Really nice place to have a snack. Chai latte was really good and they made it with oat milk ☺️ We tried Caesar salad, tortilla, spinach pastry, especially loved traditional dessert roscón de Reyes Rosa was very attentive to us and we felt very welcomed

For the first time, I ordered sandwich club salmon and one cup of pistachio latte. In addition to the crispy and soft toast which was super yummy, the pistachio latte was extremely delicious. In my personal experiences, it is absolutely the best of the best. For the second time, I went there for pistachio latte and made it to go. Indeed, Panaria made my trip upgraded.

Nice place to start the day in Madrid. We take breakfast over here. Of course, churros is good. Recomend to try it.

Great customer service and food 😊 Special mention to Liz who provided excellent service and greeted customers with a smile, creating a warm atmosphere. She was very professional and it was a great experience. I would gladly come back. The staff spoke good English and were very accommodating.

I came by chance on the street and it looked delicious, and it was so delicious. It was the best salmon bagel I've never tasted in Korea! It was a pleasant morning because all the staff were kind.

Lovely simple cafe. I woke up early and found this place opens up at 8. Perfect place to get a light breakfast and an ice chai. They have oat milk too which is great. Liz was super helpful

The best breakfast we’ve ever had!! The salmon and avocado on toast was incredible, I can’t describe how good it was. Smoothies were fresh and we ended on a hot chocolate which was literally melted chocolate with cream, heavenly. Can’t recommend enough!

Un servicio excelente, calidez y amabilidad del personal. La comida tiene buena variedad, buen sabor y texturas. Los precios son razonable. Volveremos por un nuevo plato.

El sitio es bonito y abierto. Nos pudimos pedir un trozo de roscón de reyes, lo cual nos sorprendió porque nunca habíamos visto que se pudiesen pedir porciones de roscón de reyes en una cafetería, y también chocolate con churros. El chocolate no estaba tan espeso como me hubiese gustado, pero los churros no estaban mal. Sin duda, nos quedamos con la amabilidad de la camarera, que era súper apañada y nos hizo estar muy cómodas allí.

Para desayuno esta muy bien, gran variedad de opciones desde bocatas estupendos, pastelería, pastas, zumos, infusiones diversas, y otras cosas. Panaria is a little gem at Atocha Street! I went there for the first time last week to get my morning coffee, and the staff was incredibly kind and switched right to English upon hearing my broken Spanish 😄. I decided to come back to try their menu for breakfast. Luckily, I wasn't disappointed. The shop is pristine and very aesthetically pleasing. I would definitely return & highly recommend it.

Good place to have a meal. I came for breakfast, and while the food was decent, it’s the small details that make a big difference—and those were lacking. We had to go and ask for the menu ourselves, and then again to request someone to take our order. For breakfast, the only vegetarian option without eggs was the avocado toast, which felt limited—especially with so many ham-based options that aren’t suitable for Muslims. The toast itself was tasty, but the avocado portion was smaller than expected. It felt a bit plain, with no option to add cheese or anything else for extra flavor. The smoothie had a very thick texture, which made it difficult to drink using the thin paper straw provided. As for the latte, it was filled to the brim and had spilled over the cup when served.

La consumición estuvo buena, la atención del personal muy buena, pero lo realmente DESAGRADABLE y por lo que no regresaremos es el "encargado" porque me niego a creer que sea el "dueño" del lugar... un caballero prepotente, mal educado, quien de muy mala gana se dirigió a una dependiente que estaba haciendo su trabajo y le ordenó que limpiara una mesa... cero empático, es un desconsiderado...por eso creo que no puede ser el dueño, porque si lo fuera al ver que el personal está ocupado, podría colaborar con su equipo. Por este desagrado no le daré buena puntuación a un lugar donde el personal no es bien tratado delante de los clientes...deja mucho que desear...

Service was sadly poor. It took 20 minutes for two coffees, a small sandwich and a croissant to arrive and the attitude of the staff was more rude than friendly/helpful. Food was okay but for the price is rather high (compared to other cafés we've been to in the city and in the area). I would recommend to either only get a take-away croissant or if you want to sit down visit another cafe around.

No puedo poner menos. Mala atención, espere más de un cuarto de hora para un café con churros, que estaban quemados por fuera y fríos por dentro y me cobraron 6,20, un verdadero atraco.

Avoid!!!! Very unpleasant staff! Barely speaks English, takes orders incorrectly! Doesn't smile or say hello. The smoothie and club sandwich weren't good either. Constant construction noise in the background!
