Este restaurante situado en el corazón de Carabanchel ofrece una comida muy sabrosa y original. El personal podré estar un poco más atento al cliente. Recomendo.
Vamos a desayunar cada mañana antes de currar. El mejor sitio de Madrid para desayunar y comer sin duda. Tampoco encontrarás mejores camareros. Calidad-Precio inmejorable! Ya tienes que andar para encontrar una tostada igual que esta, con jamón recién cortado, tomate recién triturado y aceite de Jaén más café por 3,40€!
Es un sitio genial para ir a cenar, los camareros tienen una atención fantástica y súper amigables. La comida riquísima y raciones con buena cantidad. A destacar las croquetas muy muy cremosas, las lágrimitas de pollo que la salsa está espectacular y la tarta de oreo que al final nos llevamos una entera a casa.
I liked it. Spacious... busy... well-prepared dishes... at a reasonable price. It's not a run-of-the-mill restaurant... The €14.50 set menu seems reasonable to me. I had rice with lobster 🦞 (it came with half a lobster head) and a slice of cod. It was delicious, made with care... with a light, coconut-like sauce and some spring onions... and the homemade mousse was very good. We went without a reservation on a weekday and found a table...
A spectacular place. There's no restaurant with a better set menu for miles around. The owner has put a lot of work into the menu, with surprises and new dishes, something those of us who love fine food truly appreciate. Homemade desserts. Incredible price. Very efficient staff. My only complaint is the music; I suggest more ambient background music, like jazz or something soft, as the current selection is quite repetitive.
Great recommendation from an acquaintance. The smell of the grill as soon as you walk in, and the traditional cuisine with modern touches are truly appreciated. The dining room is brightly decorated and the atmosphere is very pleasant with natural plants. The service is very attentive and friendly, and the dishes impress. The black rice is spectacular, and the tender cut of aged beef is incredibly tender. You can tell they know how to care for their produce.
We came to this restaurant based on reviews, and I have to say it didn't disappoint at all. We had several starters, each one better than the last. Only one of them seemed too spicy, but they changed it right away, something that happens in very few places, and they also appreciated the constructive criticism. For our main course, we ordered rice with oxtail, which was delicious, but on this point, I would advise you to follow the recommendations of the waiters themselves, who go beyond the scope of their business and are very empathetic. In fact, that is the place's strongest point: the empathy and good work of its waiters. They carry the burden of the business's image, and I would especially like to mention Gonzalo and Diego, who, considering it was our first time there, treated us like we were at home. A place we will not only return to, but we highly recommend it.

The menu features original, delicious, and high-quality dishes. You won't find your typical menu here; instead, they offer dishes like the Iberian pork sandwich, which is absolutely delicious, and artichokes that are flavorful and tender—you can tell the ingredients are top-notch. For dessert, the cheesecake mousse is delightful yet incredibly light and not at all cloying. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and the prices are reasonable for what you get. I highly recommend it.
A neighborhood restaurant we'd been wanting to try, and it didn't disappoint. This first time, they didn't have much fish because it was sold out for Easter, but we tried some delicious dishes from both the menu and the daily specials. The service was excellent, the presentation of the dishes was superb, and the restaurant itself is very comfortable and pleasant. There are a few minor flaws, but they're not insignificant. We recommend that the fries be cooked better, and the fine pepper, especially on the scallops, could be improved, as we found some whole peppercorns. The quality-to-price ratio is good, although it could be better. We'll be back and try more dishes from the menu so we can give a more thorough review.
The food is very good, the service is good, but depending on what you order, it can be a bit pricey. Last time, there were only two of us, and we ordered half a portion of croquettes, tuna tartare, and entrecote, plus two beers and two glasses of wine. It cost us €80. Everything was good, but I thought it was a bit expensive. They do have a very good set menu.
The decor is very pretty. We tried the menu, which was delicious, although the moussaka was a bit lukewarm, and the skin gave it a very rough taste. This dish needs to be improved. The trotters risotto... entrecote was flavorful, though very thin. Cod with pumpkin was exquisite, although fresher it would have been better. The chicken cachopo with cheese and peppers was excessively large, but not far from the flavor of breaded chicken with cheese flavor, but it was good and juicy. The potatoes were delicious. Only two dessert options could have been better, but... I opted for the coffee, which was super good. In short, some dishes were over-sized, while others were under-sized. The service was very good. We left very happy. I'll return, even though it was a bit chilly. A touch of heating would have given this review a 5. 🌟
I went with my partner, without a reservation, around 1:30 p.m., and although they were almost fully booked, the waiters made room for us at a table near the bar. The staff is very attentive and pleasant. The place is nice, with part of the kitchen open. The only complaint I would make is that they didn't turn on the heating/hot air until an hour after we'd been there, and we felt cold. We started to feel a little warm as we were leaving (2:30/2:45 p.m.). This coincided with the main table reservation time. The service was very fast, and the dishes were very good. Price per person, including two starters, a main course of oxtail rice for two, dessert, and two small bottles of water: €35.
It's a nice restaurant, although the quality of the dishes could be improved a bit. The espetos are very good, and the quesadillas are delicious, although you can't see the cheese and they have little guacamole. The salad we ordered was too greasy because of the bacon, and the cheese sticks had barely any cheese. Otherwise, the service from the waiters was very good, and best of all, the chicken, which has a delicious sauce and is very tender and well-cooked.
Cuanta más fama va cogiendo, peor va. Hablando de "a la carta" en fin de semana.... Precios por las nubes, mucha gente, mucho jaleo, servicio que no da a basto... Cada vez nos gusta menos y con los precios que van teniendo... Tienes que gritar para que te escuchen mientras comes, llamar 3 veces al camarero porque no te escucha o tiene muchas más cosas que hacer Cada vez la cantidad va siendo más pequeña y de peor calidad La verdad es que nos defrauda cada vez que le damos una oportunidad El entrecot bastante seco, los huevos rotos son muchas patatas y debajo encuentras algo No lo recomiendo
We came in for lunch with a reservation and service was a bit slow. We were given drinks but without any appetizers/tapas. Our first dish was served 45 minutes after. For our main course, we ordered steak and the fries that came with it was cold and soggy. The dessert wasn’t worth it too.
We went for a Sunday lunch a la carte. A very family-friendly place. Always packed on weekends. The waiters were friendly, although I wouldn't say much about the service. The food was average, though I wasn't thrilled either. They didn't have the wine we ordered. We swapped for another. The best were the cuttlefish fritters.
Fuimos a comer con reserva un domingo. El sitio estaba lleno de gente y nos atendieron rápido. Pedimos croquetas, chopitos y carne para compartir, la carne y las croquetas bien pero los chupitos no sabían bien y pedimos que nos los cambiasen por "solomillitos de pollo" que al final parecían rebozados en el mismo aceite de los chopitos. Nos pasamos la tarde con el estómago regular las 3 personas que fuimos. Al pagar con tarjeta, dijimos que nos cobrase un poco de más a modo de propina y el camarero nos dijo que no, que eso era para el jefe y que pagásemos lo que ponía en un tono un poco seco. Aparcar por la zona no nos costó mucho.
Hoy domingo he ido a comer con mi familia y he pedido costillas de ternera. 24€ por dos trozos de costilla, todo grasa, me he comido solo lo q he podido aprovechar de carne pero con una sensación de grasaza mala. He estado toda la tarde mal del estómago hasta q al final he echado todo, entiendo q la carne o la salsa aceitosa q llevaba no estaba en condiciones. Mis hijos han pedido entrecot y no era de calidad acorde al precio. Tenía q haber protestado en el restaurante como me han dicho mi familia. No recomiendo visitar este local, carísimo para la calidad de las carnes.
Al entrar ni te haz sentado y ya te dicen que quieres beber...en menos de un min 3 camareros pasaron uno atrás del otro los cuales uno de ellos "de gafas" tenia una cara de enfado increíble... fui en hora de comida.. deje claro que pediría a la CARTA!! El tartar sin sabor...la ensalada 5 gambas y el resto lechuga...El Arroz caldoso con bogavante LO DE BOGAVANTE (SOLO LA CONCHA) NADA ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA DE PRODUCTO por respeto al momento en que me encontraba PREFERI NO RECLAMAR... SI HACEN PUBLICIDAD DE UN PRODUCTO TIENE CUMPLIR... y por decir algo positivo el local limpio...
I went to eat there on a friend's recommendation, and I don't know if they've changed owners or chefs. We ordered the oxtail bao buns, and they were inedible—cold, the bread was stale, and the filling was dry. The prawn salad was awful; the prawns had a strange taste, and we think they were spoiled. I certainly didn't like it at all, and we won't be back.
Please refrain from eating at this place if you don't want to feel ripped off. My friend and I ordered beef ribs for 25 euros each, but imagine my surprise when I opened the meat and what was supposed to be toasted and coated in sauce was just a piece of fat. I immediately called the waiter, he took it away, and after a while, they brought me another piece... this time it was cold inside, and the waiter didn't even bother to ask if I was happy with it. It's incredibly indecent of a restaurant to serve a customer who's paid for a meat dish a piece of fat. My friend, for her part, received half a bone in the same dish and was also left wanting and very disappointed. We won't be returning to Piñon 2 or Pikondo because of the rip-off you've made of your food.
