El sitio es algo pequeño, lo más recomendable es reservar porque hay poquitas mesas. Respecto a la comida, estaba todo de 10. Todo con bastante sabor y frescura. El servicio muy atento, rápido y amable. Sin duda volveré pronto para repetir la experiencia. Muy recomendable

Eso sí, hay que ir con reserva y ser puntual, que vimos muchas personas que devolvieron o les dijeron que no por llegar muuucho después de la hora o no tener reserva. Sushi Shoo Madrid – A Fun and Flavorful All-You-Can-Eat Experience We visited Sushi Shoo in Madrid for their all-you-can-eat option, priced at around 20€ per person, and were pleasantly surprised by the incredible variety — more than 130 different dishes to choose from! With so many tempting options, we found ourselves a bit overwhelmed at first, but the friendly waitress happily guided us with recommendations that didn’t disappoint. The service was impressively fast, and the presentation of every plate felt thoughtful and appetizing. Some dishes were so delicious that we ended up ordering them repeatedly — and that’s the fun of all-you-can-eat done right! Whether you’re a sushi lover or just looking for a great value dining experience with lots of choice, Sushi Shoo is definitely worth a visit. We left full and happy! 🍣✨

This place is a total hidden gem near my hotel. As a serious sushi lover, I've got to say this spot is legit. Every single thing I ordered was absolutely fire. The staff is super cool and the guy who helped me even spoke English, which was a nice surprise. The fish is incredibly fresh and the vibe is great. 100% a must try for any tourists visiting Madrid for a few days like me. Definitely a highlight of my trip

Literally the best sushi my husband and I have had in a while. Well incorporated Japanese-American style menu with local items (clams, specialty dishes and modern menu items that felt curated to the local flavors) and very efficient ordering process via your cell phone. The staff was incredibly attentive and the food was just amazing. Wish we could return, as it was our last night we visited. We were unsure of whether it was the place to stop or not, but we are so happy we did. The sangria was 10/10! Absolutely worth a visit.

Tried Shoo in Madrid and left impressed. It’s a buffet-style sushi spot with fresh food, fast service, and just the right level of cleanliness. What really stood out? Alonso and Luna. Their attention made the experience genuinely excellent — friendly, sharp, and made sure everything ran smoothly. We were two people, went for three full rounds (yes, you can go hard here), and shared a bottle of decent white wine. Total: €46. Solid value for money. If you're craving a casual sushi fix without breaking the bank, Shoo hits the mark. Would go back — especially if Alonso and Luna are on shift.

coming from america, this is the best sushi i've had in a long time. it was fresh, came out exceptionally fast and was delicious. there were so many options and it was relatively inexpensive (24.80 euros a person for all you can eat). the staff was very kind and attempted to help us in english with limited fluency.

Fuimos el día de San Valentín a cenar, antes que nada decir que tuvieron por lo menos en la mesa que nos sentamos nosotros y en otras mesas una rosa como detalle. La cena estuvo bien, la cantidad también bien, además de atendernos muy amablemente.

All you can eat de Sushi y comida oriental , el sistema funciona muy bien por el app del local , donde vas pidiendo de 4 en 4 platos por persona , esos debes terminarlos para pedir el siguiente , plato que no terminas lo cobran. En cada escapada, mi pareja y yo tenemos una noche de Sushi. Al venir de fuera, no teníamos ninguna referencia en Madrid y nos han servido mucho los comentarios que tenía este sitio! Sin duda fue una excelente elección. Cenamos una noche entre semana y reservamos por internet media hora antes. El servicio fue excelente! Me gusta mucho este Sushi Shoo Buffet en Madrid. Está muy bien ubicado, al lado de la Castellana, en una zona bastante céntrica y cómoda para quedar. El local es un poco pequeño, pero la comida está rica, es abundante y puedes pedir bastante variedad, que al final es lo que buscas en un buffet de sushi. Como detalle a mejorar, el baño tiene el lavabo compartido y personalmente preferiría que fuese individual para cada uno. Aun así, en general me gustó y fue una buena experiencia.

Hay que descargarse una app en el movil para poder pedir; es poco intuitiva y se tarda tiempo en cogerle el truco; se pide desde un solo movil por mesa y hasta un máximo de 3 platos por comensal; luego se puede repetir tantas veces se quiera; comida muy buena en porciones pequeñitas; pedí coca cola normal, y no tenian. Staff muy correcto. Cierran cocina a las 23:30 con lo que si tienes reserva tardia hay q darse prisa. Buenas mesas en general.

Sushi de calidad brutal por el precio. Menú muy variado y servicio rápido y amable. La única pega es la gestión, aunque tengas reserva tienes que esperar. Tuvimos que estar 30' esperando en la calle a pesar de tener reserva. De todos modos vale la pena, calidad precio un 10

The food was good enough, especially for a place that have buffet option with a very fair price. 3 issues: 1. We had a reservation that was confirmed, but they had no place and I had to wait for 32 minutes outside, when no one can really explain what happens because of issue number 2 2. No one talk in English. Not even basic English. I feel that it’s a need for a city with that amount of tourism. 3. The buffet is for 1 hours, but no one told it to us, so we had to leave before we wanted to.

The food is good quality for what you pay, it's an all you can eat. What I really don't like but keeps happening in all asian restaurants so perhaps it's a cultural thing, is that they remove the plate under you while you're still eating, maybe to save time. That could be improved.

Típico buffet de comida asiática. Fuimos por la gran cantidad de reseñas y por la buena nota pero no es una maravilla. La carta no es excesivamente amplia y el local tiene demasiadas mesas, estando muy cerca del resto y con un constante vaivén de gente. La comida en sí está rica pero no es un sitio que repetiría. El personal muy amable.

The sushi is bellow average with extremely tiny portion sizes. They have a bunch of limitations when it comes to ordering so calling it a buffet is a stretch. The staff dos not speak a word of english. They communicate with you by typing into google translate and showing you their phone. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. We saw the prices on the website but when we were sat, they decided to inform us that the price changed from 17.80 to 25 or 26 euros because it was epiphany. No please. No thank you, nothing. Not even a glimpse of hospitality. One of them started to argue that we couldnt order from two phones, i tried to explain we were just looking because its crowded and we are on opposite sides of the table, but as previously mentioned, they dont speak a word of english so that went back and forth for a while. Do not recommend.

Very terrible service, rude staff, many different staff taking food and putting food on your table with so much aggression. The customer service is really really bad. We paid 127e bill for aggression and basic food. The place is rude, aggressive and just worse experience. The food is standard and nothing to write home about. A blond guy who served us was the worse with attitude who grabbed the receipt off my daughter. They also had us on a clock and put us on so much pressure to eat and leave. This is our worst experience ever globally.
