I have dined here several times. The food here is of high quality. The service from the staff is very good. I never have an empty glass of tea, they also have Happy Hour drink specials, like $5.00 margaritas. The lunch specials are very filling. There are plenty of hot chips and salsa. The queso is also very good. The restrauant has a wonderful interior, it is clean, no messes on tables. The parking is great, several handicapped areas. I highly recommend this restrauant to dine at I give it 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟's
Rocky service when they first opened. Mother's day was not a good experience, however I went back and they have gotten nothing but great! Good food, fast service, served hot and they keep the drinks full. Also I love the black bean dip they serve with chips now. No complaints here!
Went there with friends/coworkers for a School Staff Christmas Party. Nice place, good Tex-Mex meals. I had the Chicken Tortilla soup and enjoyed it. All the other menu selections looked wonderful and everyone in our party was very happy with their meals. Portions are generous. Great selection of drinks. Friendly owner and staff made us feel at home. Will go there again
Excellent service, delicious margaritas that actually have enough tequila in them and the food is always excellent! We asked for a hotter salsa and they produced one. We rate Mexican restaurants in our area by the flavor of their salsa, beans, rice, fajitas, enchiladas and by far they are superior!!
Great food and service. We decided to venture out and try a new place tonight over the old standbys, and we were not let down by our choice. We will be going back for more. 😁 I had the tampiquena mar dish and it was perfect.
The service and food was great! They had our drinks and appetizer out quickly. I loved the del Mar tacos so much! Not a fan of their salsa (all spice, no flavor), but queso is better anyways. 😅
Amazing margaritas! Excellent queso, fajitas and service! They don't rush you and allow you to enjoy your food and company. We LOVE karaoke on the weekends too! Very entertaining.
Came here this past Sunday with my mom and daughter and it was delicious. A huge plus is a Corona was $2.50!!! (during happy hr). But the salsa, rita, and fajitas were good. Downside is fajitas don't come with rice. Only beans. We'll def be back.
Food is good and comes out quickly. The enchiladas verdes is probably my favorite thing here besides the fried and stuffed avocados. Which every time i visit i always order them. Also the drinks are reasonably priced and the patio area is my favorite place to sit.
It's a good place to eat, my husband and I frequent here because the food is good. Happy hour every day cheap margaritas. If you like black beans and you go in the evening, ask for the black bean salsa dip. Hope you enjoy my review and thank you for reading.
My boss and I love to have lunch here. Not to expensive and the food is great with the perfect portions. Also, the staff is helpful and attentive
Sat outside on the patio, the waiter was very nice and helpful with suggestions. Kept a good eye on us to see if we needed anything more. The food was absolutely wonderful and portions were plenty. I had the plabano fajitas and actually took some home. Will definitely be back again when we are back in the area.
It’s been awhile since we have eaten here. I was hesitant because of the reviews thinking the place had gone down hill since we had been here last, but that wasn’t the case at all. We brought my son here after his team won a football game. Granted it was later in the evening, but the service was great and the food was as good as I remember it. We will probably be coming more often now.
My family and I last visited on a very busy weekend evening. We requested to be seated in Umberto's section and didn't mind waiting as he is FANTASTIC! The food is great and the service and fun atmosphere is awesome. We have never had a bad experience and always look forward to coming back.
The service here was insanely fast. Went here with my cousin and enjoyed our time. The food was great and the drink was delish. Definitely will be back.
BEST PEOPLE, FOOD AND SERVICE! THANKS FOR EVERYTHING JEREMY
It was our first time eating their food. We took our order to go and when we got it home we were pleasantly surprised at not only how good the food was, but how much food was in the order. They definitely are not stingy with their portions. Very friendly staff and appeared to be a very nice environment inside as well. We look forward to eating there again soon.
We had a big party during this visit, so it a little hectic. We had a party of 20 people, so things got a little crazy. The visit it self was great. The staff worked hard to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our evening. The food was amazing, I had tacos al carbon. The fajitas were amazing, the margaritas were awesome. The atmosphere was great. They had karaoke night, which we took full advantage of. We all had a good time, and we will definitely be coming back again.
It's never too crowded here. We like the food. No matter what we order, it's always delicious. They were slow tonight, but it was a Friday night, and our waiter also had the 12 top next to us, so he was swamped.
We had the friday special. Chicken fajitas for 2 and some house Margs.
This place is huge inside and I've been when it was too busy. I've never had to wait for a table. I also highly recommend the cheese enchiladas. They are so good. The atmosphere is nice because the tables aren't all crammed together and the service has always been good!
Mmmmmm very deliciso! I got the crispy tacos and a frozen happy hour margarita.. Seriously the best house margarita I've ever had. I'm not from around these parts, I've from Garland. Will definitely be coming back when I visit. Service was crazy fast and my meal was hot! We did go around 4:00 it wasn't busy, but still we got our food at a rapid speed. Everybody from hostess to our waiter was so sweet! 👍👍 Them Margaritas Gotta Try It!
Food and service were great. We loved the atmosphere and were so comfortable. I highly recommend this place and we'll be back again.
Ranchero's is a wonderful local eatery that you absolutely should visit. The cheese enchiladas are killer and the table salsa is absolutely perfect. The staff could not have been better and the fountain in the center of the restaurant is beautiful. I cannot recommend this place enough!!
Fantastic service, delicious gourmet style meals, warm salsa. We were treated like regulars, and the drink service was spot on. Absolutely recommend the top shelf margarita grande, smooth and delicious! The strawberry margarita had real strawberries, and our dinner guests were impressed. Although we came in later in the evening, this felt like a scratch kitchen, as time from order to table was more than 15 minutes, the food was AMAZING, all guests agreed. Maria Tacos, El Jeffe, beef enchiladas, all plates were eaten to completion and nothing to take home, you will not be disappointed! The refried beans were yummy, and the spanish rice, fluffy and not sticky, was mucho perfecto! Loved service, ambiance, and the food! This, hands down, will be our new first choice, Restaurant!!
Great food, excellent service. Went with a huge group and they were fast and courteous.
Best margaritas in town. The food is always fresh, and flavorful. I like to try something different every time, and haven’t been disappointed yet. The service is fast, professional and friendly. Prices are as expected. Angel is our favorite server!
Great food, good prices, great specials, and friendly staff.
This was my first time trying this restaurant. I was a bit skeptical because it was not busy at all but it was actually really good. My boyfriend got the enchiladas and he loved them. I got the pechuga shrimp and it was really good. The staff were also very nice.
Pretty solid tex-mex if you ask me. No doubt they did their research when they prepared their menu. And the service, was.not perfect, but it wasn't bad either. I will be back, the next.time.i am in the Houston area
Packed house, full parking lot, but still got seated fast 🙌 The place is huge, the food was delish, prices were solid, and the service? Hands down the BEST ever. Already planning my next visit ✨🍴
I grew up in Magnolia and left pretty soon after highschool. Came back to the area this weekend for a friend's wedding and took a trip down memory lane! My family went to Ranchero's just about every Saturday with my grandparents after church. I still remember their original location around the corner. I grew up on this food and have always considered their salsa and chicken enchiladas to be the standard. This did lead to many disappointments later in life. 😂 But coming back it is absolutely just as good 11 years later! What a joy it was to come back here today. Beautiful restaurant, absolutely stunning wall murals and cultural art. Food was out quick, everyone was very friendly and kind, very attentive service. Rancheros will forever be my favorite Tex-Mex restaurant. Until next time!
My family and I had dinner here last night. It was absolutely wonderful. My husband had mixed fajitas. My daughter and I had shrimp fajitas. It was fresh and delicious. Service was spectacular. Our drinks were always filled. The Charo beans were excellent as well. Definitely will be going back.
If you’re searching for the best Mexican food in The Woodlands, look no further than Ranchero’s ! Their brisket quesadillas are melt-in-your-mouth delicious, packed with tender, flavorful meat, and perfectly crisp tortillas. The Tacos Del Mar are equally exceptional, with fresh shrimp, bacon and savory flavors that will leave you craving more. To top it off, the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring an outstanding dining experience every time. Highly recommend Ranchero for anyone who loves authentic, top-quality Mexican food!
my first experience with Texan-Mexican cuisine. first and foremost very friendly and helpful service. the food was super tasty. thanks for the nice food and service. PS: I live in Belgium and am here on vacation. *as a tourist in America it might be interesting to bring a sweater with you when you go out for a meal. it is quite cold for Europeans with the air conditioning
7 Siete Leguas used to be our favorite all-time go-to for the BEST Mexican food. Now that they are gone, Rancheros is the next best place around our area. We especially enjoy their outdoor dining patio and their bar. The bathrooms are clean. Their fajitas are not as good as 7 Siete Leguas, but tasty enough to order just to enjoy the venue. The bathrooms are clean, and the service is prompt and friendly. The margaritas are pretty tasty, too. (On a side-note, 7 Leguas still has a restaurant near Lake Conroe on 105.) We still will make the drive up when we feel up to the 25-minute drive.
Food was good. Margaritas are completely overpriced...I always like my server or bartender to suggest the specialty.... I'll just have to ask for pricing the next time but $13 for a drink is a little much.. and I had 2 lol... my bad. But everything was good.
Service is usually pretty good as Is the food. I wouldn’t give it 5 stars only because the quality isn’t 5 star. I am pretty picky for my 5 stars but overall we like this place. It’s quick and priced right with above average food
Our server was very nice and the food was decent. Their house salsa was great and the chunky guac is the way it should be made! Was perfect in a pinch.
The food here is decent mexican (Tacos, burritos, enchiladas, etc). However, the service is attentive and fairly quick. The only wait we had were for our orders. One quirk is that you pay the bill on the way out of the restaurant, rather than at the table. In general, we had a nice comfortably paced meal, without felling hurried or pressured in any way.
Our first time there. The service was great and the food was good. A solid mid range Mexican restaurant. We had the poblano fajitas; tender meat, very flavorful, and not greasy. The margaritas were very good and better than most. We will be back.
Been here multiple times and have always been impressed. However last visit a waiter was carrying around a tea pitcher to refill costumers glasses with and when the pitcher the low he was using the pitcher of water to refill it and as well as the unfished waters at costumers tables. Thanksfully I got a Sprite. The food is amazing pricing is good, margaritas are excellent. We will continue visiting this location due to its great service and food.
I really did not eat, but my grandchildren, did. It was not busy when we got there but by the time we left it was much busier. We had nachos. and quest which was good. The staff treated us like Royalty. The kids had Tacos and the pepper, shrimp and bacon dish and we're very happu.
Great food and service! We have a 1.5-year old that was pretty hungry when we got seated, so the manager brought out tortillas for her before we even got our drinks. They serve their lunch menu 7 days a week, so you get great deals every day!
my autistic boyfriend absolutely loves this place. i have grown to like this place more over the past few years with him. he loves the energy and the atmosphere in the building and everyone is so welcoming and lovely. always helpful and nice. service is just a little slow.
Had been here a couple of years ago after churches were out so the were busy and things were okay but not Special. Mathis was a week day after the lunch run and everything was pretty good. I am really big on on my enchiladas bring HOT, with heat. When they say most places be careful the plate is hit,I usually give it my in own test. This is passed and everything was pretty darn good. Service was excellent, prices were decent to lunch specials. It's a little hard to tell these days what " good" prices are since things are changing and going up so quick. Overall would go back for lunch. Since 7 Leguas moved out to 105, there isn't that many places at 2978 and 1488 for decent Mexican food.
Gave this place another shot before Christmas. Very good, good came out fast and fresh!
Food was good. Service was SUPER slow. They took drink orders quickly, brought chips and salsa, and then it took half an hour before they came back to take food orders. There were only 4 of us at our table. Food came out reasonably quickly, but then we ate, finished, they took our plates and we sat for a other 35 minutes waiting for the check. Finally had to go to the counter, they had to find the check, and then we paid to leave. Food was good, environment/atmosphere was great... service left a lot to be desired. However the older gentleman who was bringing the chips and filling the drink refill was AMAZING.
Always good food,service,reasonable
Love margaritas there. Good tasting foods, good service and the price is just ok.
Pretty solid mexican food and margaritas. They'll also give your birthday guest a special treatment
Ranchero's is one of the best Mexican Food restaurants in North Houston. The environment is big, open, comfortable, tavern-like that is meant to hang out and enjoy good food and good times. It also has an adjacent bar attached. The food is authentic, and provided in generous servings. The service is friendly and low-pressure, and the prices are reasonable, especially the lunch menu which is available 7-days a week.
Queso watered down, and everything was too salty. I just got 2 tamales with queso, and the cheese was separated from possibly water. The beef in taco meat was salty. This was our first time going, but I'm not sure if I'll go back. There were a lot of people there. How you have better experience.
The price is excellant as well as the service and covid safety, its large and spacious and there is outside seating. The frozen margaritas are very tasty. The enchilada were very thin very skimpy ( I cleaned my plate which is not usual) they are definately not as good as they were before covid. I hope they improve because I really enjoy this restaurant otherwise. 😊
This place was good, not great, but definitely not bad! We went during the week around 6pm for a quick dinner. It was slow but our waiter was awesome! Without having to ask he brought our 15 month olds food so fast saying he understands how it is with kiddos. Pretty good!
The stakes are surprisingly good. Great flavor. Atmosphere is what you would expect and service are hit or miss. We have had incredibly good and attentive service and then the next time it's just bad. Just inconsistent. Go check it out and give it a try for your self.
I have loved this restaurant for awhile now but was disappointed with my last visit. Since it is a 45 minute drive from my house I probably won't return. Our waiter was great but, for some reason, a girl kept coming out to check on us and she seemed pretty rude and impatient for us to leave. The restaurant was nowhere near full and we were sitting outside where there was only one other table occupied. Two of us were there for about 6 hours in total because one was running late and we waited for her to order. We all ended up staying to watch the karaoke that they had going on that night. One of our party tried to order another drink and we were told that we could not order any more drinks because we "had been there a while." We later found out that the length of time we had been there was not the real reason that we could not order drinks. It was their drink policy, one large and one small margarita is their limit. I completely respect a drink policy designed to keep people safe and reduce liability for the establishment. However, their drink policy is not posted anywhere and you are not informed of it when ordering drinks. Personally, I find it embarrassing, and a bit offensive, to be cut off at the bar and to be told it was because I had been there too long. Like I said, I like the food and the drinks and have always had great service here in the past. My husband and I used to frequent the restaurant because we had family living nearby. I chose this restaurant to take two family members I had not seen in a while because the food and service were always consistent. This might have been a one off but there is no shortage of tex mex restaurants closer to my home so there is no reason to drive 45 minutes to a place that makes me uncomfortable in this way.
It's not bad. Beef enchiladas didn't have much flavor, but the chicken stuffed avocados are absolutely amazing! The waiter was good but a little gruff. He kept paying attention to other people and every time he came over, he never looked directly at us. I was a little disappointed that it just wasn't as good as it could have been.
This place definitely deserves merits for excellent service, cleanliness, and atmosphere. The wait staff was personable and attentive. The restaurant was very clean and well maintained. The only issue we had was with the quality of the food. Overall our group ordered a wide variety of dishes but all were dissatisfied, especially given the price of the food. Perhaps it was merely a matter of personal tastes being different from the restaurant's, but we did feel the food had much to be desired. Overall though, while the food was less than ideal, we were all very impressed with the quality of the service and cleanliness of the restaurant.
Very disappointed with the service. It was a large party and we had to wait several minutes for drinks. We had more than one waiter and they were not communicating with each other. We had to order drinks twice, because they would not bring our drinks out. The food came out warm or cold. When we spoke to the manager about it, he offered to switch out meals but we had waited almost 30 minutes for the plates we had. One of the staff was watching us and was not trying to hide it at all. It was sad because we have visited the establishment before and the service was good. Not sure what changed but it made my family feel like they didn’t care about our business.
Went here for lunch, and there was hardly anyone in the establishment. If my visit is any indication.. I can understand why. It is a nice place with a full menu and good service. However... The quality of the food and salsa was pretty good, but I felt the quantity of food was very unimpressive and the prices were out of line. I do not feel I got my money's worth for the $17 lunch fajitas and overall, was unsatisfied with my experience. There are many other Mexican dining options in the area which I will feel are a much better option.
I stopped for a late lunch on Saturday. I ordered the ribeye steak which is served on a hot skillet with onions, peppers and guacamole, rice, charro beans and flour tortillas. I ask for grilled medium and it looked really good, but it was a little tough to eat. It seemed to be pre-broiled to tenderize the meat and then grilled. I would recommend to go with the beef or chicken fajitas and not the steak Rancheros offers. Chips and salsa were good with a Margarita that I also ordered. Overall food rating on 1-10.....I would rate the food at 6.
So ive been going here for years. Absolutely loved it, and then suddenly the other day i got overcharged on my credit card by $100. I called the restaurant to try and set things straight, assuming that it was just a simple mistake no harm no foul. The woman who picked up hung up on me three times, when i asked to speak to the manager she told me "no", not "he's not here" just "No". So i called my bank, told them not to let the charge go through and i wont be eating there again... i would love to eat there again but untill they get new staff who will give me more than "no" i dont trust them to charge me the correct amount.
Food was great. However the service was lousy. We waited about 20 min for them to take our order and they were not busy. We waited over 30 min after we completed our meal to get the check. In fact, we asked 3 times for the bill and only got one because we threatened to leave without paying since they wouldn't bring the check. We were over charged and manager would not correct. When my friend, who is very handicapped complained that one of their very skinny and non handicapped employees came out of the handicapped stall, when the other two were empty, they seriously asked her if she expected them to do something about it. I will not be back there if I have a choice.
First and last time at Ranchero’s on a Sunday afternoon around 3:00. Only a few diners in this attractive and massive interior. First impression was a wow for the design and cleanliness, BUT we were not welcomed with a smile or good service. We were immediately seated and we both ordered a beer (no Bud Lite on draft). Chips didn’t taste fresh and salsa was watery. Asked hostess who seated us to be moved to another table because a/c vent was pointed at us. She said “sure” and motioned to another area a few steps away and then she proceeded to sit at the table she was sharing with another person with her back to the entrance door and us. I had to move all our items over to the other table! Menu items seem overpriced and based upon the chips and salsa we decided not to order. We asked for our check after 25 minutes of being completely ignored, and went to the lively Goode &Co Cantina to eat!
I'm giving it a three because of how long we had to wait for our check (30 minutes..tried several times to get the guys attention but he kept ignoring us) and because they gave me the wrong food but still charged me for what I didn't get. But besides that the food was good (not the tea). The women's bathroom was clean, nice and big. It was super crowded it the restaurant.
I've given this place several chances to improve the dining experience. Service is slow and sometimes downright neglectful. We ordered fajitas, which came with a teaspoon amount of guacamole. Cheese and sour cream costs extra - for a $22 order. No rice comes with it, either. After chewing on cold, stale chips, we decided to spend the minimal and never return.
My wife and I had dinner here a couple of times. Enjoyed the lively atmosphere, thought the food was pretty decent. A few days ago, I took three work colleagues there for lunch. What a disappointment, in comparison to previous two visits. Place was totally dead, no music, hardly any other customers, and the whole place reeked of Pine Sol or some sort of cleaning solution. Food was totally bland. One of my guests said the tortilla soup she had was some of the worst she'd ever had (even contained large pieces of cauliflower). Needless to say, I was embarrassed about taking my colleagues there. Won't be going back.
I have been in this Rancheros for years and have always had great food. Today I ordered the Stuffed bell peppers. I had one bell pepper that was normal size and only half full, the other bell pepper was so small, it says it was supposed to be a fried bell pepper, it was not fried at all, in fact the pepper was still very crunchy. I sure hope that they get another chef. I can't imagine a chef letting this plate out of the kitchen. So very disappointing.
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!! Tried this place for the first time tonight. Will NEVER go back. Had to order our appetizer muilple times because the waiter kept forgetting and when we got it it was cold. He also forgot multiple times to bring our drinks and we had to keep flagging him down for service. Once the food came my wife got her plate and 10 mins later I got mine. Once we finally finished our food and drinks we paid and left. As we were leaving in our truck the waiter flagged us down, thinking I forgot something we stopped, he then asked us if we paid. What the Hell!!! After that terrible service he's lucky we paid. I have had bad service before but this tops the cake. Will NEVER go back and will recommend to everybody in the area to NEVER go. Has only one star because zero is not an option.
Had dinner there on 4/6 2018. Have been there many times and it has been enjoyable. The dinner and service on this night was the worst I have had in a long time anywhere. Service was bad and shrimp was raw when it finally arrived. Will have to seriously consider whether I return or not!
I have eaten here quite a few times and the food while not the best was decent and fast. The last couple of times I have not been happy with the service or the food. Last week I went in to have lunch and ordered the chicken fajitas. The chicken tasted strange it was hard a chewy like it was cooked in advance and heated up. I could only eat a bit of the chicken and just ate the bean soup which was ok. I complained to the Manager and he said he would talk to the cook. Then he came back handed me my bill and walked away. I didnt expect the meal for free but I did expect replacement of the nasty chicken. I paid the bill and gave a nice tip to the waiter. As I left I explained to the manger how disappointed I was and I will not be eating there again.
Just took my family there since we haven’t been there in a while. At first everything was fine until we asked our waiter to sub out regular beans for refried on my son’s meal. He argued with my wife that refried beans and rice didn’t come with the meal. Again, I explained to him every time we come here that we asked for refried beans and rice. And still he argued with us about what the menu says. We didn’t get waters or weren’t even asked if we would like a separate drink. At this time I was ready to leave, but we finished our drinks which could’ve been better and ate our food and left. Don’t have plans to revisit this place again and if we somehow do darken this establishment’s doors, I am asking not to served by Hercules.
Oh, dear - a 1-star review to post, should really be zero or less. After a disastrous experience on Thursday (terrible tasteless food, very rude staff), we returned on Saturday for the excellent karaoke and in the hope of improved food and service. The karaoke was so much fun (thank you, Karaoke Bill), but the food was awful and ridiculously over-priced. We ordered the $13.99 full-size Ceviche, which was delivered as a relatively small plate of poorly prepared Pico de Gallo with a few small shrimp that had been chopped so small it was challenging to find the pieces. Today, by contrast, we enjoyed a very nicely presented Ceviche at Fajita Jacks on Lake Conroe served by one of their super-friendly and attentive staff - the shrimp were clearly larger and more plentiful, and accompanied by Tilapia, Mango, well-prepared vegetables and a beautiful view of Lake Conroe. People of Magnolia, do yourselves a favor - delicious food served by happy people can be found a short distance from Magnolia - the drive is worth it !!!!!
I have been to this place quite alot and a few times, have said I would never go back. Although, this past Sunday sealed that into a promise. My husband and I went with another family to have lunch. The service was the normal slow bad service we are used to, but our friends had not had this before. The chips were not good. Had to keep asking for refills on drinks. They waited so long the ice was melting in the dinks, I had to ask for the old to be poured out. The main thing that seal us to never return is my friends were overcharged on their bill by $15.00 and the manager refused to change the bill. The bill was added on her cell phone calculator she showed them and the refused to change it. Also I am handicap and went to the restroom and waiting on the handicap stall. I had to go bad. I looked at the other stalls the are all good size stalls but they would not work. I have to have the bars. The person who came out of the handicap stall was a worker at the register who was a very small petite person. I was very angry. I feel she had no right to be in that stall when there were two other stalls empty and the place was not busy. We also had to ask 3 times for our bill so that we could leave. I will never go back to this place again.
My husband and myself and my daughter ordered enchiladas. When we finished we received the check my daughter handed the waiter 2.00 and the waiter asked her what it said at the bottom of the check she finally gave him more but it was the way he acted like the money wasn't enough. We will not go back . There are better Mexican food places.
One star is too much. I have been in many Mexican restaurants I can truly said the food here has been the worst. Started off by an unmotivated server instead of a greeting he asked what did we want to drink, I unwrapped the utensils and they look dirty with water spots all over. I asked for clean ones. The salsa for the chips was very spicy. Within 5 min we got the overpriced beef fajitas that looked dried, reheated and not very fresh. They tasted horribly bad and just saved a big chunk of them for the dogs. The guacamole didn’t taste fresh, the charro beans was tasteless. To top it off a few hours later and all morning today we both had explosive diarrhea. I’m not a complainer but I don’t think they are following the health department rules for food in the kitchen. Stay away until they fix that..
I can't even begin to explain how bad the service and food was. My family and I ate here last night and we had to keep flagging different waiters to get service. When we first arrived they host took us to a table that was not clean. She proceeded to take us to another table that had not been cleaned either and just left us. I had to take out my son's wipes and clean the table myself. Our waiter came and no eye contact and did not even say hello. I ordered fish tacos and let me tell you it was bad. It came with purple cabbage that was wilted and dry (not fresh). Fish was just two little nuggets that were previously frozen , no flavor. The food overall is something you would get in a hospital cafeteria. It Overpriced and we had to keep flagging different waiters to get service. Our waiter was MIA. The cashier gave us our receipt and picked up our dirty dishes and tried to had it to our waiter. Our waiter said, " no, no los quiero." And walked away. The cashier was shocked. ..... all I can say is never again will we come back.
Don’t go ! Service is rude and abusive. Charged me 3 plates and I only consumed 2. That is called stealing. BE CAREFUL ! Check your bill. Staff zero friendly. Waiters serve like they don’t want to do it. The worst is the lady at the front desk. Rude, zero polite young uneducated lady and off course bright for the lack of education and sense of customer service. But, that is what you get when go to restaurants with good food and bizarre staff. Thieves !
Sadly, this place has gone downhill. Had lunch here. Wasn't crowded. Only 3 tables full. Waited for our food for about 20 minutes after ordering. Premium margarita was awful. Sent the tortilla soup back because something tasted off. Waitress not attentive. Won't come back here again. Spend your money elsewhere!!!
Absolutely worst service! Waited for 20 minutes for 2 beers. Waiter couldn't explain some of the menu items. Food was bland. Our bill had extra items on it we hadn't ordered so we had to wait 15 min. for the waiter to figure out how to correct it. Table next to us also had a problem with their bill. Another table close by was complaining to their waiter about poor service and bad quality of food so it seems to be trend of the entire restaurant. We will not be back and encourage others to not patronize.
Horrible service from the waiter to the host ‘Alison’. Alison told us if we wanted good service to not sit outside next time. They were slow and several waiters were just standing around. Less then 10 tables inside. Maybe you shouldn’t sit the outside if you can’t provide service. This restaurant has been declining. Alison, your poor attitude and lack of customer service sealed the deal for us.
We had a birthday party and dinner for eight, our waitress was incredibly rude. I ordered beef fajitas, they were tough and chewy. We left because of a bar fight that had been going on for fifteen minutes and was escalating, we didn’t feel safe. I don’t recommend this place and won’t go back, too many other Mexican restaurants in the area…
This may have been some of the worst Mexican food I've ever had. The service was nearly non-existent and it was so dark inside you could barely see the menus. The place was also nearly empty. I'll never make this mistake again. We ate there in late 2023, but just got around to reviewing.
Went in here after a long day and should have walked out immediately, my fault. What isn’t my fault is the poor service, terrible food and decor that could bore a mime. Cold beer, chips and salsa are all they have going for them. Frozen food is better than that and bland doesn’t even begin to cover it. If you’re passing by and think maybe, don’t just drive faster past it. 1 Star cause I couldn’t leave zero.
Worst experience I have had at a restaurant in a long time. We arrived at 6:01 and didn’t get out drinks until 6:44 and didn’t order until 6:50 . The manager didn’t speak English and just walked away when I tried talking to him about it. DONT eat here waste of time, I didn’t even eat my meal completely ruined my evening.
Hardly had any service. We waited for 20 minutes to get our drinks when it wasn’t busy (they were just sitting in the well) The server seemed annoyed when we asked for anything when the manager finally got him over to the table. Cold charro beans. No flavor in the food. I love Mexican food and have seen the parking lot busy so I wanted to try it… my mistake. First and last time there. Do not recommend.
Wait staff was really odd and mute. One guy just appeared and mumbled “do you want something to drink”…. No greeting or anything else… my only response was do you work here…??? I had no idea who he was. The food was extremely blahhhh and the margaritas…. Well, the attached picture…. This was my old glass they removed from the table, only to later serve the same used glass to another member of our table some time later… This is my lipstick… We were absolutely horrified and disgusted! Avoid this place at all costs, because if this is what they are doing with glasses, imagine what they are doing with food 🤢🤢🤢🤢
