I sent a note to management last week to give them a heads up about bad service. I never heard back, so here’s my review. Update 4/11/18 - I heard back from management and they wanted to discuss ways to improve. They didn’t ask to remove the review, and they were considerate. I wanted to remove the review, but I might need to be on an actual PC to remove Google reviews since its not an option from my iPhone. For now I’ll bump it to 5 stars to reflect the owner’s courtesy, and I’ll come back with an updated review on the food and service if I go back.

Definitely get there. The food was great. We had a tradition after we were done camping to get a pizza and eat it in the way home. Well we had a pizzeria we had every year. Turns out the didn't suit our needs anymore because of a couple bad experiences and we found this one. This is our new tradition spot.

One of my favorite pizza and wing places in Cusr. The customer service at the Manlius location is excellent. Hands down you cannot find a better chicken wing and the buffalo chicken salad is amazing and always fresh!

I was one bite in when I started leaving this 5 star review. I travel all over the country and this was as good as any slice I've had in the state, including the city. Crust is crisp, ingredients are obviously high quality and the sauce is impeccable. 11/10 stars.

Ok...if I could give them 100 stars I would!!! BEST PIZZA ANYWHERE.. better than homemade, better than anywhere I've been outside of NYC. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING!!! For example, tonight I ordered double sausage for my picky eater's pizza...they did NOT disappoint! It was literally HEAPING with sausage. Their wings are unbelievably good, and I have yet to have one thing they serve to be anything but PERFECTLY DELICIOUS. Highly recommend!!

Ordered twice now... wings live up to the reputation, pizza is good. Forgot my soda and cannoli (gasp!) but brought it right over. Overall, good experience.

The pizza and wings are great! Just a heads up, the steak pizza is white( as in no sauce). Maybe that's common pizza knowledge, but I didn't know that, and was kinda disappointed.

There's something shameful about the slice. The slice is pizza for one, one slice out of eight. One is the loneliest number as goes a song lyric. "What's the matter, pal, don't you have at least one person who wants to share a pizza pie with you"? The slice has none of the panache of "one and done", a quick pint at the pub. The slice doesn't have the street cred of a red hot from a street cart, either. The slice usually comes from inside, eaten inside. In some joints, the slice comes from a pizza that no one wanted, ordered but left forgotten on the rack at the store. At least, Original Italian Pizza has taken the shame away from the slice. The pizzas available for slices are set out on handsome glass shelfs. The pizzas for slices are baked for the slice shelf. Plus, street types can enjoy their one hand dinner sitting on a tall stool, looking out the window, perched like a nighthawk gazing out into the Manlius dark. The , sliced from a tree with dark heart wood looks far better than nasty hard to clean, plastic counters at lesser joints. Heavens, this brightly lit corner shop has barn wood paneling inside and clean windows., One could stare out and have a good think as one digests. No wonder Little Caesars failed in this location that thrives so well as an OIP. SLICES FOREVER !

Great pizza and wings. But two medium pizza's and ten wings for 50$ is insane. Especially when their "medium" size is the equivalent to a small at pavones. Up the diameter of the pizza slightly and it would easily be 5 stars. A little pricy, and a little bit too small of pies. Only complaints. But for my first order, it was delicious all in all.

I like the pizza a lot and have been getting 2 slices for the last 3 Saturdays. My question is when I get the same order each week the price is different depending on who rings me up. Also, I go to a different OIP near my work and the same slices are a different price than the Manlius shop. Hummmm...The OIP near my home is in Manlius. Near work is in Mattydale. Both are very good for pizza, I wonder why they have different prices for the same products.

Can’t go wrong here if you want good pizza. Lots of different toppings and they also have subs.

We found the pizza to be very greasy. But, the staff was really nice.

Worst OIP I've ever been to! At a place where you are a chain you don't expect for the pizza to taste and look different every single time! when you ask for a light baked on a pizza you don't expect the bottom to be as dark as cardboard and as thick is cardboard, and the cheese on top to be brown. The location is literally a block away and it still takes an hour for them to deliver. I'll be ordering from Twin Trees from now on at least they are uniform and you know what you're going to get!

I love OIP'S food overall. Tonight I had the Buffalo chicken steak sandwhich. This time i was dissapointed....another chain restaurant replacing hot sauce for higher salt content. Red Robin does this with their jalapeño burger as well, and another place i went to down south did it with their wings ( i could eat those, ended up throwing out)They know enough salt will cause what seems like the burning of hot sauce. I'd encourage anyone who likes some some heat in their food to call and complain when they buy something and they've replaced heat with salt...

Bought two slices and char grilled wings. The pizza was mediocre, lacking seasoning and dry. The wings had exceptional flavor and char but also dry. Both tasted like they had potential but disappeared sitting way to long on a warming rack. Hoping to try again and ordering a fresh pizza.

I ordered a house salad with a scoop of tuna salad added to it. I also ordered a grilled chicken salad and two slices of pepperoni pizza. The tuna,on the salad was just plain tuna not tuna salad which is made with mayo. The grilled chicken salad was very wet not like it usually is made. I've been ordering from this location since they came to manlius. The last few visits,not so great.

I ordered a house salad with a scoop of tuna salad added to it. I also ordered a grilled chicken salad and two slices of pepperoni pizza. The tuna,on the salad was just plain tuna not tuna salad which is made with mayo. The grilled chicken salad was very wet not like it usually is made. Got pizza and wings from here last night. Unfortunately the pizza wasn't cut well at all, so all the cheese and toppings came off pulling apart the slices. Also the hot wings we received had no sauce on them :(

The food is good but unfortunately my call-in delivery order has been wrong 3 times now. Egregious errors like no hot sauce on my buffalo chicken calzone. I can't enjoy food that isn't quite what I ordered. Have to cut ties.

My next complaint is that they charge a 4.99 delivery fee and no where on there site does it state that!! The driver is not door dash or grub hub but OIP's own driver!! Mind you I live a block away and had I been told this in advance I would have canceled! I was getting over covid otherwise I would have picked it up myself! I left a message for the owner Rosario to call me back but never heard from him! I will never order from there again and I will tell my friends and neighbors to do the same!

Cheese wasent even fully melted complete trash

The wait time is double what they say, there's no sauce on the wings, forgotten items most of the time. Going to the Eastwood one from now on.

Pizza was dry and there was hardly any cheese on both slices. One was a garlic slice and the other was a cheese slice. Not worth 8 dollars.

I've tried this place several times because of convenience, but no more. Food is decent but service is always a mess, hang ups on hold, lost orders, incorrect orders, incorrect charges on credit card etc. ,

So disappointed. Wings were tiny with little meat and burnt. Only 3 in the order were edible. Pizza was not as ordered. Pavone's and Stinger's have better food.

This is the first time I ordered from the Manlius shop. It was awful. The pepperoni pizza was so salty I could barely eat it. I thought it was the pepperoni but it wasn’t. I’ve never had a pizza where the salt burned my tongue. It tasted like they deliberately used too much salt. I also ordered a calzone and it was flattest calzone I’ve ever seen. There was barely any cheese but they packed the spinach. I’ve ordered from the West Genesee Street shop and their food was fantastic. The calzone had plenty of mozzarella and ricotta cheese and the pizza was the best I’ve tasted. The Manlius shop was a $30 lesson and will never return.

At my local OIP the food was average. The cashier was very inexperienced. On Mondays the pizza is 5$ off but we were almost scammed luckily I spoke up and got my 5$ off, but I would expect the cashier would take the 5$ off automatically and tell us. Also the wait was awful it was 1 hour when we were told 15 minuets and some people came in ordered at the counter and got their food before us. I would also like to add that the delivery guy left after we got there and came back before we got our food. The food is definitely not worth the wait. Might I add that the prices are so expensive. I would not recommend OIP if you coming through town and looking for a quick meal.
