Had a little snafu with our mobile order. After some back and forth with the store and Doordash; the manager Nathan completely took care of us and really gave some of the best service I have ever had from a restaurant. Seriously, give that man a raise, because he absolutely deserves it!

I had the shrimp, sausage and penne pasta dish and a long island ice tea. The pasta dish was very delicious and you get a generous portion and also a breadstick. The Long Island iced tea was very good too. Our wait staff Nick was very friendly and did a very professional job.

The Combo appetizer platter is my favorite-the whole point of our trip too. We drove down (45minutes one-way) yesterday to enjoy an early supper and a drink for date night. The GM sat us at our table took my needy order early with a smile and brought sour cream for me later that I forgot to order originally. Our food was great, service was even better! Fast, hot, delicious. The manager even up sold us on adding wings for $5 which were great. Combo platter, burger meal, extra wings, one soda, one Long Island - not bad for $40 AND happy friendly service if you ask me. 10/10 coming back to this location for our next Applebees trip.

Last night I ordered door dash from apple bees. I'm a single mom of 2 young kids, who lives on the 3rd floor of an apartment building with no elevator so I used the door dash app to make my evening at 6pm a little easier. I got my food looked in the bag realized it wasn't my food. I called apple bees and asked if my good was still there and if I could replace it with the persons I received. Lisa the GM mentioned my door dasher grabbed 2 orders. He managed to bring mine to the other persons house. We attempted to contact the individual Amanda whose order we got and let her know what happened. She did not answer the phone. The door dasher picked up their order from us and mentioned that Amanda had "thrown our order away" I called apple bees and spoke to Lisa again and she went above and beyond helping us. She replaced our order and even added goodies for me and my family all free of charge.She took such good care of us so thank you to Lisa the general manager at apple bees for being outstanding fixing a mistake that truly was not hers to fix. The food was amazing and you all absolutely need to try their new apple sizzle!!! It is amazing!!!

This was my first time ever going to Applebee’s — and we visited the Mankato Applebee’s location — and wow, what a great experience! I brought my young son with me, and from the moment we walked in, it was such a fun and welcoming environment. We went on a Saturday and there was no wait at all, which was awesome. Plenty of easy parking, too — everything was just smooth from the start. The service was absolutely top-notch. I believe our server’s name was Landon, and he was perfect — attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel taken care of. The manager Paul (as I remember) even came to our table to make sure everything was going well, which really shows they care. I told him everything was fantastic — and I meant it. The food was delicious from start to finish. We had 2 full meals with an appetizer and desserts, and everything was very tasty. The portion sizes were large, and the prices were great — especially for how much food you get. Honestly, I had always had a bit of an aversion to going to Applebee’s for some reason, but I am so glad we stopped in. It completely changed my perspective. It was a fun lunch, great atmosphere, amazing service, and just an all-around excellent experience. We will definitely be going back!

We had requested medium for the steaks, one came out well done but jaxson was super quick to fix the issue for us! Super friendly and great conversation! So having ordered Applebee's to go I discovered later on that they had not cooked the steak properly to what I had ordered. It was pretty much raw as you'll see in the picture posted to this review. Upon contacting the restaurant and speaking with the manager they corrected this and redid the order and had the steak I ordered cooked to the way I wanted it originally in the order. Good customer service and good food here where if they don't get it right the first time they'll make it right for you. If your looking for a good local place to go for dinner this Applebee's would be a good spot to go to.

The food was pretty good. We had two entrées and like everything else, the price had gone up since we were here last. We didn't have desserts, and only one appetizer, so a thorough review would not be reasonable. The server was very aware and helpful with table service, suggested beverage and menu options. Overall, the restaurant has not changed. I would like to see some updates as it is showing its age. This Applebee's continues to be a good place for a quick bite or slightly relaxed atmosphere of you arrive at non peak hours.

I've ate here a few times the food is pretty good it can get noisy at times but other then that it was okay. I usually like getting their burgers 🍔 their really good and so is their dessert 🍨. I came here once to eat with family and friends as a big group to celebrate my graduation, and they were able to accommodate us in a room with enough space for all of us. The people their are also friendly and nice, a very welcoming atmosphere.

You know what you are getting. A cheap meal without drinks is probably $12 (plus tax and tip). Obviously, you can spend much more on many entrees. I like the atmosphere. We had good service. Had no wait for Friday lunch. It's always a solid option for my wife and me. My wife always gets the fajita roll up. We keep trying other places but come back here a lot. I really liked their "irresist a bowls". Kind of like a bowl at Chipotle.

Nice relaxing atmosphere. Thank you Jennifer for the freindly service. Half price appetizer (Spinach Artichoke dip) was nice. My friend liked her Oriental Chicken Salad but my 6oz. Sirloin Steak was tough and flavorless. Probably the worst steak I've ever had. We'll be back but not for steak.

Our service was great but I have never had a steak that was that bad. We ordered ribeye's and they were alot like shoe leather. They were cooked medium rare as ordered, just poor quality meat. The broccoli was a excessively salted.

Last night we got the car side to go. My husband ordered the chicken alfredo pasta and it was absolutely delicious. I had the appetizer sampler. The Quesadilla, Chicken wings and mozzarella sticks were delicious as always. I saved what I thought was the best for last. Chips and spinach and artichoke dip. Instead of being best for last , it ruined the entire meal. The dip was burnt with chunks of brown scorched "stuff" in it, no cheese on top and the chips were stale and tasted old. Threw it all out it was so nasty. Made me wonder if they save this for the car side to go orders because the odds of anyone coming back to complain are slim to none. Very disappointing experience.

The the riblets we ordered were dry and tough. This was a first, for us, they are usually very good. UPDATE the manager got intouch with me and offered to make it right. Thank you. Car side made us wait... we were even a few minutes late, so I know the order was ready. They say they don't make you wait for more than a minute, but we waited a few minutes and were getting out of our car to go in when the manager finally came out. Haven't tried the food yet.

I originally made a 5 star review since I typically get takeout if I do go to applebees. Its my second or third time actually going inside. Im not really a confrontational person so asking for something to be remade isn’t something I do if I’m on my own. Our burgers were dripping in grease. Greasy Soggy buns. The one burger was 1/2 well done and the other 1/2 was rare! Two empty ketchup bottles on the table. Our entire plates were covered in grease. Greasy soggy fries!

Walked into the building and were seated as normal, we were sitting for about 10 minutes and still weren’t even asked for our drink orders or anything. We watched a group come in after us be served their drinks before even being asked what we would like to drink. We waited another 10 minutes with no results. Not even a glance in our direction. We eventually decided to leave after about a half hour without being served. I would not recommend this business. I won’t be back.

Very disappointed in our lunch today. Burger special was supposed to be cooked done was raw throughout all of the middle! The wonton tacos were dry and tasted day old, plus about 8 strands of cole slaw thrown on top, not stuffed in each taco like picture shows. After spending $40 on a meal, you would expect to get value for your money. I ordered baby back ribs with coleslaw and fries through Uber Eats just now, and got the most driest fries. I couldn’t even eat them. Had to throw them away. They were old and dry. Why not just refund and say you are out of fries than serving something that a customer won’t be able to eat. Why? The even food came with no cutlery or napkins.

Was excited to go to Applebees for the new remodel and have been very disappointed with the experience. I’m not usually one to leave reviews and as a former server I’m pretty understanding, but the staff seemed confused and overwhelmed and it led to an overall poor experience. “The neighborhood” used to feel like home and now I’m not sure. So many people got the wrong order and didn’t receive things they asked for like silverware or waters, or drinks and it was sad. Also the table next to us watched their iPad loudly and had their bare feet out… not something I want to see especially while I’m eating. Not to mention my favorite meal was cold and awful. Not a good time and what a waste of 40+ dollars. Hopefully next time is better.
