The chicken was very good, but they didn't ask if I wanted to eat in or take out, and they gave me a takeout order. However, I was able to eat it there somehow. The place was clean, and there were plenty of staff, but they need to be more attentive to their customers.

Unfortunately, the quality has dropped considerably. The chicken was over-peppered, to the point of being spicy. The rice arrived undercooked, the grains still very hard. We miss their old sauce; the one they serve now is the same as at other rotisseries.

I don't know if it was the time, but they asked us to wait 20 minutes while the chicken was ready. We asked the waiter, and with a very unethical attitude, he barely paid attention to us. He was on his cell phone until after we'd been calling him for 5 minutes. He finally listened and told us he didn't have anything else on the menu except the chicken. My companions and I decided it was better to leave and look for another place.

I bought a chicken from there and the truth is that for what I spent it is not worth it, the chicken, apart from the fact that they are small, are expensive and bad. I bought package 2 and the truth is, the chicken in the middle was a little raw, the potatoes were cold and raw. The home delivery service is slow, waiting almost an hour and as such I see that they do not have home delivery service because they sent a rappi delivery person. When I asked how many people a chicken is enough for, the truth is they were not completely honest, they told me that one chicken is enough for 4 people but with the net size we didn't eat enough.

Fuimos a Manzanillo y llegamos de pura casualidad a ese lugar, primero, en el área de cajas vimos un precio y cuando entramos a sentarnos, y nos dieron la carta, los precios eran entre 10 y 15 pesos más caros que los que vimos al principio, realmente se me hace confuso que suban los precios si decides consumir en el restaurante (que para eso es, para comer ahí) y que sea más barato si decides llevarte la comida. Nos atendió una mesera, nos trajo la carta y tardó caí 10 minutos en regresar para tomar nuestra orden; cuando llegamos sólo estaba otra pareja y nosotros 2 que llegamos, enseguida llega una señora y sus niños y les pide quesadillas a la mesera, la cual responde que no hay ( OJO, como verán la atendió antes que a nosotros), luego pidieron otra cosa y que tampoco tenían, entonces se acerca a nuestra mesa y le pregunto si me puede decir MEJOR que sí tienen, para pedir, y me dice que todo lo demás, así que pedimos me dio pollo al carbón y frijoles puercos. Listo, se fue, pero regresa más rápido y nos dice que no hay pollo al carbón, que sólo rostizado, QUE HORROR ACABABA DE DECIR QUE SÍ HABÍA DE LO DEMÁS!!, en fin, pedimos 1/4 de pollo y los frijoles, y se retiró, ya no volvió puesto que se tardaron bastante tiempo en traer la comida y tuvo que venir a atendernos otra mesera, cuando trajeron la comida, el pollo estaba muy seco, los frijoles los calentaron en el microondas y estaban secos de arriba, y solo nos dieron 4 tortillas!!, pedimos un refresco de lata, que cuesta 20 pesos y que tardaron 20 minutos en traernos. Y tuvo que hacerlo otro mesero por que ahí todos corren como pollos sin cabeza. Pésimo servicio, pollo mal cocinado, muy, pero muy chico, sin sabor y precios caros. NO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA ESTE LUGAR, LAS INSTALACIONES SON BONITAS, PERO NO TE OFRECEN UNA BUENA EXPERIENCIA PARA COMER AHÍ.

They accept orders without having chickens yet. We've been waiting for over an hour. We had to call directly because they didn't respond or resolve the delay through the delivery app. They told us they were delayed because they were out of chicken, or anything else. What a lack of professionalism. If they don't have supplies yet, don't take orders. TERRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THE APP.

The ugliest chicken I've ever eaten in Manzanillo. It tasted horrible, almost raw. I really hope I don't get sick. I ordered rice and spaghetti, and they sent whatever they wanted. The sauce was all fermented. I definitely don't recommend this place.

Terrible customer service. The staff is utterly unsympathetic. I spent three weeks calling more than 30 times to get my bill. The service and the taste of the chicken leave much to be desired; it's undercooked. I won't go to that branch again.
