Las primeras veces que fui el servicio era muy bueno, al igual que la comida pero mi última experiencia me dejó sin ganas de regresar, llegamos a las 8 y nos dieron nuestra comida 2 horas dspués, lo peor es que sirven los platillos por el tipo de producto, no por mesa (primero dan los yakimeshis y después los rollos) iba con mi novio y fue muy incomodo que le trajeran primero su yakimeshi y 1 hora después mi rollo, planeábamos comer juntos pero así no se puede, mismo caso en las demás mesas donde había familias, no conformes con eso, justo cuando trajeron mi comida comenzaron a recoger mesas y apagar luces para que nos fuerámos, yo respeto los horarios de cierre pero si sabes que diste un PÉSIMO SERVICIO no puedes hacer eso. Ya cambiaron de ubicación pero ni así volvería a ir, era mi sushi favorito e iba 2 veces por semana pero ya no dan ganas de volver...

We didn't like the place. I think it needs a major remodel. We didn't like the service either, but most of all, we didn't like the food. It wasn't a good experience for us. It was as expensive as, or more expensive than, other places, and it was bad. Plus, their buffet is a scam; the dishes are normal-sized, you can't order half portions, and if you leave anything out, you'll be charged (which I agree with, because you shouldn't waste anything).

Servicio pésimo estuve esperando 35 minutos, me paré y le comenté ala recepcionista que quería tomar mi orden y me contestó con muy mal gusto ahorita te antienden y espere 10 minutos más y nadie llegó, el servicio es pésimo, atención a cliente horrible y la comida tarda horas en llegar y lo peor es que tuve que ir al señor sushi.

The service left much to be desired, but the food ended up being better. 90g of rice and 10g of protein, and I don't mind that, but we ordered takeout to eat at home. The rice in the Gohan maki was slimy... Bad experience... I won't be back.

It was one of the few places I liked in Manzanillo for sushi; the food was delicious. But the service was awful... They kept us waiting for over an hour, and the thing is, the chef/waiter said there was a preference for the other table that arrived after us (I should clarify that it was just us and that other table, just two tables), because since they were from an "important" company, he had to serve them first, which didn't bother us... What bothered us was that they should have told us from the moment we arrived that they had this preference for certain customers so we could decide whether to stay or not, but that didn't happen... And to top it all off, the few dishes they did bring us were cold, and the presentation was terrible... We decided to leave, and I asked them to pack it up to go. I saw how they packed it, and it was done with a very bad attitude and poor hygiene. In short, I recommend going when the manager is there... Because every time we've gone, thankfully the manager has been present and there aren't any "preferential" appointments, but oh well, it was our turn. Hopefully they'll improve their service because they're a place with potential, and their preferential treatment is ruining it...

We waited an hour and a half to be served while another table was served very quickly. I paid for the buffet and only ate some cheese skewers; they didn't bring me anything else. There was no organization; they forgot what you asked for.

I'm giving it one star because I can't give it zero. Save yourself the trouble of coming and leaving hungry. An hour and a half wait and they only brought us one order of kebabs. They said the wait time was 20 minutes... Do the math. Service 0/10

Terrible home delivery service. I waited more than two and a half hours, and it never arrived. They didn't even resolve my issue, just that they couldn't reach the delivery person. They never answer their phone number regularly. I had to call the downtown branch and have them place the order. It's unfortunate that they keep people waiting with home delivery.

TERRIBLE PLACE!!!!!! I ordered home delivery, yet it took them 2 HOURS to find a simple delivery person and bring it to my door, THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER!!!, I spent 2 HOURS enduring my hunger for them to cancel on me like that!?!?.. Horrible and unpleasant place, not worth it, first and last time I order from this disgusting place again!!!, if this is how their home delivery service is, I can't imagine doing it in person!! 🤮
