Fuimos 4, pedimos una entrada tipo tex-mex con chicken wings picantes, patatas, ribs y pollo empanado todo muy bueno. Para comer pedimos new york steak, muy buena carne y muy buen punto y tambien pedimos la hamburguesa doble mas top de la casa, muy rica con mucho gusto ahumado y todos los ingredientes de primera. Nos atendieron muy bien, un poco lento el servicio pero nos dijeron que hace poco habian cambiado el menu y por eso iban mas despacio. Super recomendable, hay que comer carne que es de primerisima.

Hajar fue una mesera muy atenta y simpatica durante toda la noche. Todo fue muy agradable y la comida de muy buena calidad. Todo fue excelente y a mi gusto. Super recomendable!

Went here just to see how American is done outside of the U.S. TBH....not too shabby at all 😉 Flavors were about right sans the excess salt that our palate is known for. They had a "chili cheese dog" (keep in mind i grew up in Detroit and we have pretty strong opinions about these things 😆) that made me cringe with the picture but was surprisingly yummy 😋. Somebody at another table had a birthday party and it prompted the all-staff boisterous Happy Birthday sing-song but with a corporate cocktail bar twist. This made me laugh ...SO American...albeit maybe 15 years ago, but still. Props 😆 🤣 😂 for trying. Prices are about what you'd expect to pay in your average U.S. pub in any highly trafficked shopping district.

Ordered tacos for my starter and was absolutely blown away. The shells were crispy and filling was deliciously tender and cheesy. The dips (guacamole, sour cream, and salsa) came fresh and were all notably flavoursome. For my main I had a royal smokehouse, which is a wagyu burger with truffle sauce. This was without a doubt the best burger I have ever tasted. I’ve tasted a few. The service was excellent, waiters were attentive, friendly, and knew how to have a laugh. Most importantly, they kept the drinks coming. A rare 10/10.

Very friendly staff and quick service. Good menu, with lots of food and drinks to choose from. We had the opportunity to switch seats mid-dinner, so we had front row view in Puerto Banus. That was a big plus for us.

It's my second time going to this restaurant and we always eat well and have a good time. There is good music playing in the back. We were 2 and we ordered : - Prawn Quesadillas - Dynamite Shrimp cocktails (Suuuper good and spicy) - One 4 cheese pizza that we shared (Last time we were there, we ordered one each and we could not finish them) - One bottle of water and a coke We paid 75€ We were served quite fast What a shame that they dont servee halal meat, we would have enjoyed even more

I had a nice experience at Jack's Smokehouse in Marbella. We were greeted with warm hospitality and a vibrant atmosphere. The décor is stylish yet cozy, perfect for a relaxing evening out. The menu is a meat lover’s dream, and the service was great. Despite being busy, the staff were attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. Jack’s Smokehouse also offers a fantastic selection of drinks. The cocktails were creative and refreshing, perfectly complementing the meals. Overall, I had a good dining experience, and I would recommend it to anyone in the area.

Visited for lunch - great welcome from the staff who were very attentive throughout our visit. Ordered Potato Skins for Starters Smokehouse Burger and Combo Sliders for mains. The burgers were delicious; the fries a little overdone but this didn't spoil our meal. The restaurant is very clean - noted that the staff brushed up under the tables as each customer left! Great location by the Marina - prices were very reasonable considering the location. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit - would come here again!

Went to Jack's for lunch with the girls and it was a wonderful experience! The restaurant was very accommodating for us as we were a large group, the service was great. The atmosphere was super fun and we enjoyed the music they played. Prices are reasonable, we had a sharing platter and some fries as well as delicious cocktails. Our waitress, Suzie, was amazing. She was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere in Puerto Banus for food!

On the Banus waterfront… definitely the best looking and very busy restaurant on the strip! We were looking for a place to eat after a busy day walking around Ronda! This looked interesting and we were not disappointed. Big place so not so tough to get a table at 7 pm… but later would be tough without a reservation! The service and food were both great! Would definitely recommend this place.

Un buen sitio a precio razonable m, fuimos y nos hicimos un buen desayuno, probamos el complete English breakfast, los huevos Benedict, tostadas NY y el sandwich club. El sitio muy buen localizado y muy bonito con buenas vistas en la terraza superior! Muy Agustí y muy rico todo!!!

En pleno Puerto Banús, carta muy variada: hamburguesas, nachos, perritos… Los nachos, muy buenos y, las alitas también. El perrito un poco flojillo, la salchicha no es muy buena. El servicio, bueno. En general, bien.

El sitio está genial, justo en el mismo paseo de Puerto Banús, en frente justo del mar. El personal muy amable y simpático, y la comida muy buena, aunque eché de menos un pan brioche en las hamburguesas para que fueran top del todo. Pedimos las hamburguesas Jack Smokehouse con carne angus que estaban muy buenas y la mía fue la Royal que tenía carne de Wagyu, que aunque tenía bastante sabor la carne pues la hamburguesa estaba sin más. Pero en general es muy buen sitio, lo recomiendo.

Los nachos tienen abundante carne y queso, de los más ricos que he probado. La hamburguesa vegetal estaba muy lograda y con la Royal agradecimos que la camarera avisara de que era muy picante, nos puso los ingredientes picantes aparte y efectivamente es para estómagos fuertes. El local es muy agradable, muy buen trato del personal. Sin duda volveré.

La decoración del restaurante era espectacular. El servicio muy amable, aunque tardaron un poco en atendernos porque había mucha gente. La comida estaba muy rica y los platos eran abundantes. El ambiente un poco ruidoso para mi gusto, pero tampoco me disgustó.

La comida está buena, es caro, pero es Puerto Banús. Me ha gustado que aún siendo un restaurante estilo americano de burgers y carne hay opción healthy! Recomendable reservar y te aseguras mesa. El servicio muy amable.

Loved this place in the main. Amazing atmosphere and music, good vibes! Service was very good and loved the extensive menu and quality of the food and drinks. Found it good value for money too. Only let down was a steak that took three attempts to get right. Ordered a medium - first one came well done, second rare! Got it right in the end but other people had already finished their meals by the time the correctly cooked steak had been served. In all fairness, the waiting staff were apologetic and took the cost of that particular meal off of the bill. Other meals were amazing though. I wouldn’t let this spoil my opinion and would return.

A revisit from 2023, as it is a nice location to enjoy some fastfood for a change! Though, I forgot that the beef patty served with the Jacks Smokehouse signature burger is so disappointing and needs some serious TLC, as it taste like a thawed and very dense patty, which does not compliment thr experience. All other dishes we ordered was tasty, including the chicken quesadilla, and nachos with salsa and guacamole. With this disappointment, the food rating only gets a two star rating!

I usually avoid sending food back and almost never do, but I had to twice here. I ordered a medium rare steak and received it medium well. Sent it back and unfortunately, the second one was also overcooked. Quite disappointing for a place that calls itself a steakhouse… That said, the food was still tasty overall, the ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender and full of flavor. The view is beautiful, which definitely adds to the experience. It’s best to make a reservation, but when I went around 19:30–20:00, there were still several tables available, so walking in could work too. The service was nice and polite.

I went with my family (5 people), we waited for our food for more than an hour, the place had very loud music which in most cases is great, but it made it very hard to communicate with the waiters and even with each other. Definitely a disappointing experience for us, but I’m sure some people would like this kind of vibe. They made a few mistakes with our meals but after waiting for so long we weren’t bothered to say anything.

Terrible New years Eve experience. Very expensive, with 0 decorations, looked like a normal night, not what you would expect. Food was below par, the menu wasn't very explicit, and they forgot one of our dishes. There was live music, but the sound was very loud, and they only came up once each the entire evening. There was no champagne to celebrate at midnight, and no firework display as per the flyer. All round a very boring night and I would not recommend for a special occasion.

If you are a person of colour. I would avoid this restaurant. I waited over an hour for my food, and they were serving white people who had arrived after me. I only received my drink. The only reason I received my food is because of the waitresses (who I assumed was mixed race) asked me if I was ready to leave. I told her ready to leave? I never received my food. Then she was the one who alerted the staff. I still waited another 20 mins before my food came. So in total, I waited close to an hour and a half for my food. I was warned about racism in Spain, and unfortunately this experience proved those warnings to be correct.

For £90 we ordered ribs, chicken burger a kids hot dog and kids pizza. Service was prompt and responsive. The food was awful. Ribs were full of fat and no flavour, with a side of coleslaw that was tiny and basically a lettuce leaf with leftovers on top. The chicken burger was dry and came in a dry bun on top of a day old lettuce leaf. No mayo or what ever the sauce was they raved about in the menu. The hot dog was just that. Bun out of the bag and a dog. No ketchup, onions or anything to make it taste slightly better than it looked. The pizza was under cooked and my son would only eat the peperoni. Not what you would expect from such a location. It could be so good in that location. They need a chef with some passion!

I ate at this restaurant along with 3 friends. We ordered one starter and one dish each. The waiter made a mistake and only took one of our orders. This means one of us ate while the three others looked at him eating for 40 min until the waiters fixed their mistake. The only compensation we got was one coke and one beer (I guess the third person waiting didn't matter?). Besides that, the food was ok and the music too loud. Overall, would not recommend at all.
