I expect mistakes ocasionally but 5 time in 5 orders. Come on. Ordered 2 sandwiches the exact same way. Yet they are completely different. Dont understand. Every time. Double steak and cheese with extra cheese ranch and Chipotle sauce. Thats it. Dont get it. Hmm.

Won't ever be ordering from this subway ever again disrespectful when I asked if they could substitute one of my drinks I ordered and they didnt have the lady rudely say no you'll get a refund in cash I payed with card why would I want a cash refunded.

Should’nt have bothered leaving a tip, did a simple online order. Needed two sandwiches toasted. Neither were even warm let alone toasted. Cheese is cold and looked like they just did the worst job they could assembling it. I just don’t get it, if you don’t like your job then go home. Will not be tipping anymore sadly.

I had to return two separate times because my mobile order took over 30 minutes. And when I did finally get it the toasted sandwich was ice cold. Never coming to this location again

I had one of the most disappointing experiences at this Subway. I showed the employee my BOGO $1 offer on the app, and she told me it would be honored as long as my number was registered. I trusted her and placed my order. But when I went to pay, another worker refused the offer, saying the first person was new and didn’t know the policy. When I tried to explain calmly, she was extremely rude and even told me to get out throwing the sandwiches on my face after paying. I felt humiliated and disrespected especially since I was just following what their own staff told me. If I had known, I would’ve simply ordered online. No customer deserves to be treated this way. I hope the management takes this seriously and teaches their staff to handle customers with honesty and respect.

I can never get them to answer the phone, even if you repeatedly call. I've watched them ignore the phone more than once while in store as well, so it definitely isn't just because they're busy. The mobile ordering is constantly down (not that you can verify it without going to the store since they never answer), and even when they shut down the mobile ordering because they don't want to be busy, they will decline coupons and will shrug it off if you complain. Normally not the end of the world, but when I'm getting constant ads about the online deals, it definitely gets annoying to find out I can't ever use them because the staff can't be bothered with mobile ordering half the time. I've started going across town to the one by Walmart because I grew tired of the never ending game with this location.

Well I always enjoy subway... But this first time visit here the attendant told me what I'd like... I told him I wanted the #7 Mexicali, everything on it... I was on a phone call for business and didn't think they'd need to tell me much more since it's ingredients are in front of them. They tell me if I'd like anything else. I said just mayo and extra baja chipotle without realizing... This guy didn't add ANY vegetable that goes into the Mexicali sub... Like... Am I supposed to tell this teenager what goes in it??? He could've looked behind him and see what it says there... And yet still charged me for the #7 Mexicali... Like why charge me that when you didn't make it the way it's supposed to be. BTW I didn't realize he didn't add veggies until after I got to my hotel... 🤦🏽‍♂️ My fault for not paying attention after I tell them a subway that they should know goes on it...

Asked a simple question and a young boy just shrugged his shoulder at us and then while checking out my dad asked about a senior discount and the cashier said he's not old enough (he's 65) and the lady proceeded to say you have to be dead to receive one which is NOT very nice, plus $30 for 2 sandwiches and a bag of chips is a bit much. We won't be coming back.

0 common courtesy here. Stopped in here on a Friday night with my daughter. I was the only customer in there but stood and Waited in line to be helped because all of the clerks were making online orders I’m guessing? While I’m waiting, my daughter needs to use the restroom which is behind a closed door down the hallway. I come back, STILL wait for my order to be started (I’m still the only customer in store), but clearly online customers are more important than the one standing in front of you. Its okay, no worries, I’m next. A few more mins go by without my order taken and I tell her I just have to grab my daughter from the bathroom so she doesn’t walk out the other door. I come back literally moments later to a line of 6 people. Do you think they would have had the common courtesy to let me place my order since I just stood there for 10 minutes without being helped? NOPE. they let every single customer who arrived after I did be helped before me. So I just skipped this rude mess and went across the street to Which Wich! YUM! Plenty of other places in MF to eat!
