T there's more meat in their meat lovers Pizza as in you have in your freezer there beer is icy cold I give it a three Emmys in place is awesome

Where do I even begin. I was greeted upon my entrance into this establishment with a warm and sincere smile from the young woman behind the counter. This staff member in no way rushed or pressured me into ordering as I browsed the menu, and was very efficient in correctly taking my order, even repeating each item to insure the size and other customaries were to my liking. As my order was relayed to the kitchen staff I exchanged waves and smiles with other employees who made it clear that their objective was to make my experience comfortable and memorable. I was given an estimated wait time of twenty minutes for my food to be prepared, but was both surprised and delighted to find both of my pies and cheese bread hot and ready when I returned to the restaurant five minutes early. Mountain Mikes in Martinez located on Arnold Dr is one of the finest pizza restaurants I've had the honor of being a patron at. Their code of conduct is that of efficient and legitimate business, and their staff is dedicated to providing a hospital environment for their customers and serving quality food that is worth every penny.

Love their BBQ chicken luau! Amazing pizza, plus they deliver which is hard to come by where I live so it's nice to find a place that actually will. Service is usually pretty quick and they also have some good specials sometimes.

Pizza was great but don't order on line unless you want to deal with AI that convently doesn't understand anything. 😡

This was by far one of the worst pizza's I have ever eaten , well a couple of bites. Mountain mikes might want to consider adding cheese to their pies as there was hardly on the one I got. The doughy under cooked pizza with a lack of cheese or flavor, was abysmal. Other bad pizzas drive in movies,,elementary school cafeterias and mountain mikes.this is a chain restaurant that serves processed tasteless garbage. For those who rated Mountain Mikes excellent quickly go to your doctor and have your taste buds checked.

Pizza was ok.. service is pretty bad, no napkins, no parmesan cheese, Pepsi was out on the soda machine.. couple dirty tables sat for over 45 mins

Twice now they have been out of green onions which is 1/3 of the ingredients on the California club pizza. They didn't even tell me when I ordered the pizza or offered to put red onions on when I asked for onions

Ate here on Columbus day ordered pizza at 4:23 and 30mins later at 4:51 pizza still in the oven:( bathroom is disgusting!!! and front counter girl washed her hands in sink and dryed them on her apron!.We won't be back!!!

Careless about costumer I already order one small pizza they told me came back after 15 minuets I reach there after 20 minute still they not start to cooking worthless pizza in matiniz I never want to order again .............

I moved here 2 years ago. Back then I liked mountain mikes. About 4 pizzas ago (thats about 6 weeks time) I had enough. The pizzas suck. Theres always something wrong with my order. They never deliver cheese or peppers and I'd even catch the guy at my door and ask and he doesn't have any! What pizza guy doesn't keep packets of cheese and peppers in their delivery car? In Turlock CA mountain mikes was my favorite. Now I settle for dominos. Let me know if they get new owners!

I should have known it wasn't a good place because they did not have one single customer when I walked in. No napkins cheese or pepper on the tables and the seats were broken. When the guy gave me my pizza, I politely said thank you and he threw the pizza on the table and walked away. For a $30 pizza, i would expect way better customer service. I do not recommend this place to anybody and will never go back again.

After calling twice and being put on hold both times for five minutes by a guy who was not very pleasant, i gave up and went to Round table;their pizza is better anyway. Having worked in customer service my entire life, I can assure you that being left on hold that long is death for your business. Get it together guys.

Just ok food, poor customer service. I ordered a pizza for delivery, and specifically asked for extra parmesan cheese, and no red chili flakes, I hate chili peppers flakes. I received my pizza with extra chilli flakes and barely any cheese. No communication between the store and driver. This is the third time this has happened, hence the one star.

They used to have pretty decent pizza, but not anymore. The chicken club pizza my wife brought home barely had anything on it - one would need a magnifying glass to find chicken or bacon on it. Unless they change something, I will not be a returning customer. Update - on 5/4/15 my wife ordered the chicken club pizza again, this time it was even worse - besides the cheese sauce, other bits were barely visible. Returned it to the place and I asked the guy to show it to his manager. It looks like some people should not be allowed to prepare food at all.

Ordered A Pizza for pickup since it would be quicker. They said 20 minutes. I showed up 30 mins after ordering. They guy said it would be 5 minutes. Store was completely empty. 65 minutes later I asked for a refund and my pizza was mysteriously ready. 90 mins for a pizza pickup?! No offer of a free soda or salad while I waited?? What a joke of an establishment

Called in order for pickup. Guy answered phone by saying "Yeah" as if he was upset. I placed my order. Guy says 20 minutes in a rude way. As if I was bothering him. Then hangs up. I go to store. As I'm walking to the door I see the guy sitting behind the counter. I enter to see the guy going to the back. I go to the counter. Nobody comes. I stand to the side so the cook sees me. Even though I can see Guy in the plexiglass window. The cook tells him someone is here. Still the Guy doesn't acknowledge me. Finally, the Guy comes around from the back. Doesn't say anything to me. I say I'm here to pick up my order. He goes to the back, comes back with my pizza. Drops it on the counter. Rings it up. Tells me the price. I give him my credit card. Guy prints out receipt to sign. Drops receipt on counter. Then drops a pin on the receipt. Guy says "Sign it!" Then makes the hand gesture for signing. I pick up the pen saying "I know what sign means." I grab my pizza and leave. I get home and there are pepperonis that aren't cooked. Pepperoni slices were in clumps. The customer service was terrible. Also, the pizza wasn't that great. I should have canceled my order from the beginning but wanted to give the place a chance. Will I go back? No.
