But I will say some of their newer drinks are absolutely amazing. They have some of the neatest little Combos and drinks. Boba in some of the lemonades. Just great they do tend to be busy and have very long lines and very understandable why. Staff is friendly just be prepared to wait at times

Opportunity for improvement: Yesterday when I was getting ready to order my large golden eagle frozen the person told me we're out of large cups & offered I could buy 2 small which was same size as large but 3 bucks more. I suggest when you run out of cups charge me for a large and give me 2 smalls to make up for the inconvenience. Cheers The frozen slushy Golden Eagle is my go to guilty pleasure. It's like drinking desert with a coffee kick. Don't forget to sign up for an account and start earning rewards like I am.

Not a single trip to this location has been less than stellar! Whether it's a team member taking your order in line, or the one who takes your money/gives you your order at the window, seriously - expect to receive truly excellent customer service. Warm smiles, actual eye-contact, answers to questions you might have about the menu. The team inside are always joking & laughing with each other - it's obvious the fun atmosphere comes from a great environment to work in. I promise you, their enthusiasm & positive energy flows out the window & into your car & you'll leave with a smile! And if you don't...something might be wrong with you... just teasin'..mostly...;) Ps...it's hard to believe coffee could be that much better at one place than another, but here it truly is. The coffee drinks here are always delicious. And believe me, I wouldn't joke about coffee!

visited Dutch Bros for the first time and loved it! The coffee was amazing, and the drive-through process was smooth. A staff member took my order while I waited in line and brought my coffee out early. I tried the Caramelized Blended Freeze and the Annihilator, both had the perfect balance of sweetness and coffee flavor. The quality and quantity were better than Starbucks, though slightly pricier. I wish they had locations in the Midwest best cold coffee I’ve had so far!

First time for me to get coffee here. I was super excited because I'm from the East Coast we don't have these! The Staff was super helpful and friendly! The coffee was hot and delicious. Going back again tomorrow to try the seasonal pumpkin Latte.wush I had a Dutch Bro in my town!

I love this place. The people are always so friendly, and the coffee is awesome. Even when it is really busy, they do what they can to get people's orders through quickly.

Friendly staff and great drinks, as usual! We get Dutch Bros in Utah (our home) all the time and we wanted something familiar! Well, this location definitely helped us get that! Although the coffee they serve is stronger but it’s almost like it’s supposed to be that way because it’s delicious!

Seen Dutch Bros outlets all over the i5 route to Portland and finally found one in WA when I really need a caffeine kick. From what I have read, they have super friendly staff and it was true! Very friendly staff who listen and make the order accordingly. Bought regular cappuccino and holiday special - Peppermint Mocha. Both of them were good. Liked the Peppermint Mocha as it was not very sweet! Their cup is awesome and the pout makes it easy to drink!

Not friendly at all. Skips two cars inline when taking orders even though they were there first. Don’t know who their bringing drinks out too. This shifts team was not the usual I get. If you have time go to the Dutch bros in Live oak or Yuba they never disappoint!

Im going to be brutally honest. I come from CA where my broistas love conversation and remember your order especially when you come in everyday. The marysville db seems like they could care less about you. They only care to have conversations sometimes when you tip. They have made multiple of my drinks wrong. Ie making something hot when I asked for it cold. They are not really friendly at all and it sucks. I rather drive 30 minutes away to everette girlies because they are the atmosphere that im use to. Sucks because this dutch is 30 seconds away from home literally but they always disappoint me. Just writing this review in hopes of a change.

Got here and waited 40 mins in line for their ornament, got to the window and they rushed our drinks, at 9:59 and when we went to ask for one cause the clock was about to hit 10, she rushed us and said “have a good day!” And didn’t offer us anything or let us ask. Just really disappointed with how this location handled the drop and we didn’t receive what we came for.

Been here 3 times and every time they’ve gotten my order wrong (iced americano with cream). The only time I asked them to fix it, the lady at the counter acted like I was an idiot for just asking for them to put some half and half in it.

Don’t waste your breathe filing a complaint when their employees scream at you when you make comment about a drink not looking correct. Their complaint department will justify just about anything. Take the time to go to Everette location, better staff and quality of drinks.

Thank you so much for making my drink explode the moment you hand it off to me. Now I have to get my carpet in my car detailed and get all the milk out of my car before it rots. Over half of it exploded. Money down the drain. $7 drink to only drink 1/3rd and a $300+ detail definitely means it wasn't worth it. Just checked my bank statement so I went and checked to know how much my card was rang up for.... over $9 bucks for this drink. An absolute joke.
