We had a wonderful time here! Their family meal deal is really great. We got sooo much food and they were all good! Portions are generous, the service is attentive, and the atmosphere is welcoming.
A great place to spend some quality time with your loved ones. Very tasty food and reasonable prices. I highly recommend it for going out with friends, family, or just for a good meal.
We have been coming to this location since the doors opened and have never ever been disappointed. Everything is delicious (ESPECIALLY the calamari and octopus) and the service makes you feel like you’re family. We have celebrated everything from birthdays, anniversaries and just because. We are so thankful to have a place like this in the neighborhood 💕
Had mom’s 90th celebration dinner here and everything was excellent! The food is delicious and plenty of it! The service was great and the waiter Daniel was very pleasant and helpful! We will be returning!
Attended my grandsons 1st birthday. we sat upstairs. Food was served hot. Every dish that was bought out was tasty. Although their was several different parties sharing the space we were still separated enough to make us feel as though we were the only ones there. Great place and service. plan your next party with this place.I loved it.
We celebrated a joint birthday for me and my boyfriend at Patrizia’s, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better night. We did the 10-course family-style menu ($65 pp) and WOW — every single dish was beyond delicious. From the appetizers to the pastas to the entrées, everything came out fresh, hot, flavorful, and perfectly timed. You could taste the love in every plate. But what truly made the night unforgettable was our waiter, Javier. He was AMAZING. Super attentive, friendly, and on top of everything. He made sure our whole group was taken care of the entire night, kept the energy fun, and never let us wait for anything. He explained each course, checked in constantly, and just had the best attitude. Javier deserves ALL the praise — he made our celebration extra special. The atmosphere was lively, warm, and perfect for a birthday. All of our guests raved about the food and service, and we left full, happy, and already talking about when we’re coming back. If you’re thinking about celebrating something big, grabbing dinner with friends, or just eating incredible Italian food — Patrizia’s is the place. Can’t recommend it enough!
I ordered delivery and the food was incredible! The tortellini en brodo is a favorite comfort meal I can only find in this part of the country. It was the best I've ever had. The eggplant parmesan was divine and perfectly prepared with a generous serving. I didn't try the side of pasta that comes with the eggplant but I will have plenty of leftovers tomorrow. I did try a piece of the included bread and wow! The texture and flavor was fantastic. The dipping oil leaked but it is so so good. I can't wait to have this meal again the next time I am in town for work. Update: I decided to dine in person before I left town on this trip. Wonderful experience! Food, service, and ambiance all excellent. I had the artichoke oreganata and the Caesar salad. Ask for Javier for inviting service that isn't rushed and makes you feel welcomed.
We hosted a 15 person luncheon yesterday after my grandmother's funeral and we could not have had a better experience at Patrizia's. Everything was perfect & delicious. Francesco was so accommodating and helpful. The food was fresh and the portions were huge. I loved how easy he made it for us to plan. We were all upstairs in a private room and had the space to ourselves. Thank you thank you thank you!
First time here and I must say the food was delish. I had the penne vodka with shrimp and it came with a side salad. The sauce was creamy which I loved. It came in large portions so that was a plus. The atmosphere was nice and the waiter was friendly. Would be back. And the tiramisu is a must try
Delicious food and serving are nice enough to bring some more.. Very happy with the hospitality. Servers need to keep watch on the water and drinks. Don’t need to wait and for them to be called. It would be nice if they approach with enthusiasm so this way they can get sell .. Anyways the owner makes it up for sure. He got My fiancée awesome shot drinks and very welcoming. Definitely coming back.☺️
Patrizia’s is a warm, popular, friendly Italian restaurant with amazingly good food and great service. The arancini were delightful and the linguine vongole had more than 50 baby clams. I was delighted! There were several delivery bike people who came and picked up food for delivery elsewhere (parking is limited). I would come here again.
I went to Patrizia's for the first time tonight. Staff and service was by far the best I've had in a long time anywhere. Owner came out to say hello to tables which I thought was amazing as he made small talk with me at my table. I'm in town for a couple months for work and I WILL be going back for dinner. If you have never been, then do yourself the favor. If you've already been then we both know why we keep coming back.
We have been to Patriza's in Williamsburg for family events and it's a wonderful experience, but we always did the family style prix fix. Which is a great value, but there were always items on the menu we wanted to try and couldn't. So finally scheduled a visit to the Maspeth location. Layout of the restaurant is a little weird but amiable, they make it work. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. It's an experience coming here, especially if it's someone's birthday. I recommend this place as a go-to for wonderful Italian food served family style. The prices are reasonable and if you make a good impression, you might get a shot of limoncello. Make sure to check out the photos... Standouts were the meatballs (magical they are), calamari, and the carbonara pasta, but like I said it's all good!
If you are looking to get an authentic Italian food experience, I will suggest this restaurant. Their food is amazing and the staffs are super welcoming and friendly. Also, you will love the vibe here. Most of the people gather here to enjoy time with family and some good music alongside the great food. If you have Birthday then let the staff know they will bring a cake and create a different vibe for you to celebrate.
A great place for a party. We had twenty people, we had a pre-fix family style—the food was flowing. The ingredients are fresh and the tomato sauce has no sugar in it (which is typical of low end Italian restaurants). Be warned-this is a party warehouse environment…the Lee are rows of tables with large groups. This means very loud and we must have celebrated 20 happy birthday songs during our 4 hours there. Not for a quiet and intimate meal.
My first time at this location. While the food was good, we were so rushed. We did the pre-fix family style option and they brought all food out at the same time and then were clearing our plates when we were not done eating and when they took the food, asked if we were finished but they took our plates already so even if we wanted to eat more, we couldn't. When we asked for them to slow down, they said they couldn't. So I didn't enjoy any of my food because it was so rushed and didn't have time to savor and appreciate it. Seemed they may have over booked and needed to turn over the tables quickly.
A few weeks ago, someone recommended this restaurant to me. I went there in person to make a reservation because it was a special occasion, and I wanted to make sure everything went smoothly. I wanted to see the place before making any decisions. I went in, and when I arrived, a couple of employees looked me up and down. I think they thought I was poorly dressed and assumed I was a delivery driver or didn't need special attention. However, I decided to proceed, and I noticed someone watching me who then left the counter. Another person attended to me and took my information. I left my details and went on my way. When the time of my reservation arrived, I entered the restaurant and told a waiter that I had a table reserved. He was about to attend to me very kindly, but suddenly someone without a uniform stepped between the waiter and me, blocking my view of him. I don't know who he was or what his position was, but what I do remember very clearly was that it was the same person who had only looked at me before and hadn't wanted to serve me. The service was mediocre; the table service was somewhat distant, neither pleasant nor friendly. This person only focused on the basics, fulfilling their task, but I must say that we didn't feel comfortable with their service. They weren't rude or disrespectful, but I think their treatment was somewhat dismissive towards us, perhaps because we weren't white. They simply did the bare minimum, and perhaps that's acceptable, but I was looking for a pleasant and family-friendly atmosphere to have a good time. I must say that the food was impeccable, and the timing between each course was perfect. The temperatures and portions were just right. The pizza deserves special mention because its flavor was amazing. The beef, however, was a bit small compared to the other dishes, but like the pizza, it had a great flavor and freshness. I'm writing this somewhat lengthy review because I think the place is highly recommended, but this employee should reconsider their approach when deciding who deserves good service, because at the end of the day, anyone can be a potential customer, regardless of how they're dressed, how they speak, or where they come from, whether someone comes in for a glass of water or a dinner for six.
We visited Patrizia’s of Maspeth on Thursday, January 22nd. Upon arrival, there was some confusion at the door, as I was initially mistaken for a delivery driver, which felt a bit uncomfortable. During dinner, our server— a gentleman with a ponytail— seemed disorganized and forgot a few of our requests. His demeanor also came across as rude when we expressed our concerns, and at times his interactions with my wife felt inappropriate. The food was very good, but the overall service experience did not match the quality of the meal. I hope management can address these issues, as guests come in expecting not only great food, but also respectful and attentive service.
Had lunch there with my sister. We shared a dozen baked clams and the spicy calamari. The baked clams were salty and overcooked. The calamari were soggy because they put the spicy sauce over them . Didn’t care for the flavor of the calamari at all. We had coffee and the tiramisu. The tiramisu was delicious. Our waiter was good but we were upset to pay almost $100 for food that was not good. The place is really nice too bad our experience was not.
I hate to leave bad reviews but this restaurant completely disappointed my husband and I. We were there for Valentine’s Day and had a bad experience yet we decided to give it another shot tonight! We called prior to coming in to make a reservation as it is our anniversary. We specified we wanted to be seated upstairs because we wanted to have a little more privacy. When we got to the restaurant other people who got there after us but seemed to know the manager were sat instantly while we waited for about 15 minutes. When we finally got a table we were told we could not be accommodated upstairs because there was a “big party” going on. We were there for nearly two hours and no party ever arrived. Yet two couples came and were sat upstairs. We decided not to make a fuzz and sat wherever we were told. Our server took our order and never came back to check on us. We waited over 45 minutes for our main entree (lamb chops), another server was kind enough to apologize and take over the table for the rest of the time there. It is unfortunate that we had to go through this on our anniversary night!
Came here for Christmas Eve dinner with our whole family, including some on very fixed incomes, as well as handicap needs. They looked over the menu on the website and had a good idea what they wanted to eat AND could afford. We all had a 6:45 reservation...were seated an hour later, while 2 handicapped members of our party were forced to stand the whole time. When we finally got seated, we were SHOCKED to see the fixed, $85 per person holiday menu that was NEVER advertised on the restaurant's site!!! We could hear the same surprise from other tables as well!!! This caused 5 members of our party to have to pick up and leave and have NOTHING for Christmas Eve dinner!!!! The rest of us, including 3 small children stayed but we're NOT impressed with the food at all! The service was extremely slow as well and by 10:30 we had to ask the waiter to take the last course to-go so the children in our party could get home to sleep for Santa. We NEVER got that to-go bag!!! With conflicting schedules, kids, etc, it's hard enough getting family together at the same time...we finally did it...came here and had the experience AND Christmas Eve RUINED!!! We honestly felt like we were prisoners and will never make the mistake of coming back here again!
