The food was okay- not great, but definitely a good value. Margaritas were really good too. The view is Perfect for people watching and enjoying the ocean view. I ordered the chicken fajitas but probably will try something else next time. The service was good and no problem with the language barrier.

Nice authentic mexican restaurant on the second floor at the market. Food was tasty and reasonably priced, less expensive than your typical sit down tourist place and more authentic.

I loved their breakfast! The prices are very good, very economical. I recommend the chilaquiles verdes, and the chocolate milk is to die for! What I didn’t like was the enchiladas suizas. I felt like they put them in the microwave, because the plate was piping hot.

Nice place to stop and enjoy the ocean across the street. The coffee was good (and strong). A simple plate of papaya was delicious! My partner ended up ordering some chilaquiles and they were quite tasty, too. Service was good. Prices reasonable.

Right on the Malecon overlooking the Pacific serving very good food. Went with friends for breakfast. They have some unusual items for breakfast, maybe not for Mexicans but us Americans. Really enjoyed it.

Food is so so; the shrimp cocktail is not what you think, it’s shrimp in a watery tomato mixture. The guacamole is good but they don’t salt anything so you’ll need to. We had a group of 8, with half eating and the other half w drinks and the bill was $67 or &1204 pesos. Service is attentive and the sidewalk watching is on point. Stop here to use their bathroom and for a coke/beer and pass the time.

We stopped by for a beer, a pina colada and some fries. A nice place to people watch. There’s access to the beach across the street, as well as a handful of other bars and restaurants close by. We were there around 4pm and it was quiet. A good place to sit and relax or plan your next move. Lots of choices on the menu and it appeared reasonably priced.

Beautiful Mexican setting on Olas Altas. An original restaurant in old Mazatlan. Close to Plaza Machado, bus routes, plentiful taxi service. Coming from a cruise ship, a quick 10 minute ride! A great place for meeting friends, and getting an incredible view from your table of the Pacific. Prices are affordable, wait staff attentive. Food 3 to 4 star. A great way to view the Real Mazatlan!

Excellent margaritas. I’m assuming they use purified water for the ice cubes because I didn’t get sick. Very friendly service, server helped me translate the menu. The fish tacos were not good. Maybe a little too authentic, not sure, just fish inside a tortilla. Soup beans and my daughter didn’t enjoy her quesadilla. The guacamole and salsa were very good though. I recommend stopping in for drinks and guacamole but skip the meal.

View was good. Food was plain and covered with cheese. Even the Shrimp diabla. I ordered shrimp stuffed with marlin and cheese. It was ham not marlin. Shrimp still in the shell and overcooked. Great view in a good area though. $1000 pesos for 2 meals and 2 micheladas. It was just ok.

Their shrimp cocktail is very bland. Stay away from the chicken and shrimp fettuccine. A couple of us got food poisoning and diarrhea from it. Ruined 2 days because of it. Never coming here again! Their service is not that great yet they automatically charge a 10% tip on your bill.
