First and foremost, there’s something shady going on with this company. They started charging my card every night since September 30 2025 till I finally just got a whole new card which was October 2025. $9.59 and $1.40 was charging and I don’t know why til this day. I contacted the main office and they didn’t want to refund me what was taken out. Instead she wanted to give me a gift card. I told her I didn’t want to eat there so why would I take a gift card. I mentioned if I would take a gift card at least make it double the amount of what they were charging my card to make it right but they said no. Also that they couldn’t refund my debit card only if it was a credit card. That makes absolutely no sense. How hard is it to give me a refund. I gave them all my receipts stating how all these charges were being made at 11-12 at night. Still she kept telling me that they need to investigate. Still nothing was made right and I did a police report and will be investigating this company. I also found out that they were withholding employees paychecks from them. That they couldn’t pay them for the weeks that they had already worked. That’s crazy. The lady’s name is Lydia that I spoke with.

I had ordered one small cup of pretzels and had been told to wait a few minutes. A family of four was behind me and had received their order before me. I had been waiting about ten minutes at this point and when I went to ask the girl at the counter about my order, she told me she had forgotten what I had ordered. Poor customer service. This place needs to train their employees better and make sure they are paying attention to the customers. Not going here again.

Terrible service , they are hiring and have several people go and don’t appreciate any ones time. I do not recommend going at all especially cause the service in general is absolutely awful.

This office headquarters needs retraining on how to handle phone calls. Virria/Lirria/Birria (couldn’t get official name because she was rushing) was very condescending and wasn’t helpful in retrieving my w2. She was also extremely dismissive and didn’t seem like she knew anything on the subject of retrieving my W2. Somehow she made a 30 second phone call into one full of attitude and negativity. The store headquarters are 2522 W Freddy Gonzalez Dr Edinburg, TX 78539. I hope y’all follow up because she shouldn’t be the first voice customers/employees hear when calling your office.

Seems like instead of moving forward auntie Anne's has taken a leap back . They are now charging large size price pretzel dog, but in return receiving a small pretzel dog , What a rip off . And it use to be my favorite place to grab a snack at the mall ..gotta move on to something better where they don't take advantage of your hard earned money .

I received a gift card and none of the locations in here accept gift cards.. What am I supposed to do with an Auntie Anne's gift card if I can't even use it at Auntie Anne's? Make it make sense please.

Ah they dont have cofee the machine is broken since maybe a week ago. How can be like this?besides poor customer service also. Its the one at la plaza new section

Cashier was using the same gloves that she used to charged people to serve the drinks or pretzels and then she would "sanitize" gloves instead of getting a new pair to handle the food.

They ran out of cinnamon pretzels, at $3.99 for a pretzel, they have no right to run out of this pretzels.
