Is just another Pollo Loco franchise. I was surprised when I didn’t see any more chips and salsas bar, since when? The chicken pieces were very small and smell weird… I have to admit the place is very clean

We ate here at 8:30pm on a Wednesday night. There was one other man eating there and no one else in the restaurant. We ordered two “bowls”. One Original Pollo Bowl and the Sweet Corn Chicken Pollo Bowl. They were both very good on their own. The original bowl came with 2 flour tortillas (combo) which were tiny packaged tortillas that were thrown into a microwave and came out hard as a rock! The service was bad. Seemed the employees were not in a good mood (except for the older gentleman with a mustache and glasses - he was a sweetheart). It was the end of the day and everyone was tired, I’m sure. But I was disappointed in their attitudes. I won’t eat in the restaurant again. I’d rather take my food home and eat more relaxed next time.

Food is good most of the time but the customer service is horrible every time I go. Specially the person taking orders. They cut you off, don't let you finish ordering and don't you dare ask for anything else. Just bad all around.

The absolute WORST customer service. The employees are rude. Especially this one onler little lady with glasses. I've gone twice this past 2weeks and they forgot the sauces it comes with and didnt want to give me the sauces that I ordered extra through the app. They messed up my order and told me I was wrong about the menu and what I order. I had 3-5 employees yelling at me about how wrong I was until I showed them on the app and proved i was right and they made the order wrong. And then I had to pay extra for the sauces and the lady just threw them in the bag. All while other customers are having issued with their orders too. Everyone looks frustrated. This isnt a "just a bad day" its like this all the time. They need better management or a while new staff. It was just horrible.

El Pollo Loco has been a favorite of mine for decades in California and Utah. So I expected quality when I visited this one. Boy was I disappointed. The chicken, what little there was of it given the tiny pieces, had no flavor. None. Neither did the sides: mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. There's not enough salt in the world to make this garbage edible. What happened to this place? They used to be epic. Now they're the worst. No way I'll return. Shame on you El Pollo Loco. You know you're terrible. But you seem to be content raking in bucks and serving up swill.

I came to dine here today and the place was not only fithy with chips, chicken bones and skins, crumbled napkins all over the table and floor; but, they were also spraying for ants. Then to make matters worse, one of the employees had the audacity to charge me for a missing item they forgot to include in my salad. Instead of admitting fault, she chose to ARGUE the matter instead of fixing it. This place is usually hit or miss. I'm not sure what happened today, but, it was a definitely a miss.

This is the worst Pollo Loco that have been. The service was poor, the chicken dry and I believe they were not using the original recipe and the red Sauce was not at all the original not even close to the original. I will never come to eat at this Pollo Loco.

I don't know what was up Samantha's ass today when I ordered through drive thru for her to throw salsas in my bag after I told her NO SALSA! And I didn't even get my chips with my combo 😡 Horrible customer service, attitude. And I say Samantha because that's the name on my receipt 🧾 What a major bitch

Ordered 2 burritos 1 with a combo and asked for five red salsa’s and five green. Mind you they are the size of a quarter. They refused and said they only do 1 salsa per burrito. Which is a lie because I ordered there a lot & always get that much. I can also order on the app and get as many as I choose. It’s ridiculous. They told us that we can only get the green salsa if we pay for it. Fine I’ll pay, but wouldn’t just sell me the normal tiny salsa’s they said I had to pay for a giant size for $7.99 because “it’s the same as 5 salsa’s.” It is absolutely not. I have pictures of what I bought and what 5 sides of salsa look like. It was extreme and such a dumb thing to lose a customer over. If the burritos weren’t so dry, I really wouldn’t need to add anything but this salsas help. I’ll happily take my business to Taco Palenque & enjoy more than 1 tiny side of salsa.

One of my favorite places to eat, but any more. I placed an order today and I was disappointed. This isn't a chicken is a baby chick. Look at the size of this chicken. Serving bowls, same size as always, not. Turn it upside down and you will notice 1/2 inch lip underneath which in addition gets you and me less of what we order. It's getting ridiculous, less food yet higher prices.

Forgot our chips on our combo so we said something not sure if that upset them gave us chips but all crushed( see photo) Avocado chicken quesadilla was more than half chicken -less. (See photo) 1ST time here last time ever.
