I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the jack in the box. It was not very busy when I went here, but every table needed to be wiped down. I had to clean the table before I sat down. The food was fine and the wait time was not bad, but the interaction with the employees was minimal. I will try a different jack in the box the next time I have a craving for a jumbo jack and two tacos.

This location is 24 hours. The woman in the Drive-Thru gave me a hard time for wanting a hot coffee with my breakfast meal at 3am. Typically hot coffee is being brewed all the time, I'm not sure why I would be discouraged from having them make me hot coffee.

Why doesn’t their workers here know a difference between a sweet tea and a Peace Tea drink?? They think it’s the same!! it’s not the same thing!! please stop giving me sweet tea!! please understand what i’m saying and learn the differences between those drinks. Even when placing orders on the app the receipt says Peace Tea but yet they overlook it every time. Even when i try to correct them they don’t understand and today i told them the problem and they took my drink and dumped it and they refilled it up with the same drink!! Is this a joke?? This happened a few times already. And this is my first time ever going out my way to make a review online and that’s saying a lot

I don't usually eat from here, but when I got my order of the Jr. Jumbo jack cheeseburger with curly fries. The Cheesburger had a very thin tiny beef patty, one very small tomato slice and one pickle slice. I asked for no cheese. Felt like I was only eating bread. Not flavorful and something hard and small in the burger was enough to make me lose my appetite for it after two bites. NEVER again will I order from here. The curly fries are good.

I used to stop by for breakfast very early until I got tired of being told you couldn't sell anything because the computer was updating. Thought I would try again half an hour earlier another day only to be told it was lunch time. 😒 I wonder how much $$ you have lost along with customers each year?

Gross location and the service is terrible. The soda machine never works and the food always seems to not be fully cooked. Also, as typically the norm these days, they take any complaints as a personal attack. Dude, you're not doing a good job at your job. I really tried, this is my yearly trip to this area and I tried to eat here. But I don't think I'll ever eat at one of these places again. Ripoff and poor customer service? That's gonna be a pass, Jack...

I came to the Jack-in-the-Box this Thursday morning, December 7 and expected a great breakfast but instead what I got was horrible service and the worst breakfast I’ve ever had a breakfast remember that’s for sure the reason why was because of the manager her name is Lupe so me and my wife walk and order food and wait for it to be served to us we got our food and begin to eat. We were not giving any napkins. We were not given any condiments. I had to ask for my water three times before they gave it to me. I ordered the platter with a coffee. My wife ordered the ultimate bacon cheeseburger with two orange juices, and She only finished half of her sandwich because it was cold and steal. The coffee was stale and the worst part about it all was the thin mint Girl Scout cookie shake. It was so watery that by the time I finished my food and began to drink it. It was like drinking water , I kindly walked up to the cash register and asked the manager if she could make me a new one because it didn’t taste right she said it’s supposed to be watery after 20 minutes well I beg to differ I’ve gotten shakes from Jack-in-the-Box many times and it has never been watery after 20 minutes I told him to straighten*please replace the shake. I hadn’t even drink at any of it but she refused to replace it like if the money was coming from her own pocket the worst manager, and the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my life employees were very friendly, and the person that took her order was very helpful. It was just a manager Lupe. She was very rude and very unfriendly refused to help me whatsoever . Don’t know who’s in charge of this place but we spent $24 and expect to receive at least decent service but we’re treated like common scum.

I am disgusted yet again with this particular Jack in the box . Its very sad when you are hungry and order food get home look at your order to see the meal in this condition . I will be contacting their corporate office. This is not the only time an order of mine has been ruined. Never again will i come here ..
