Well that was a breath of fresh air! Thank you .... (I believe Vanessa was her name! Sometime in the morning.) Not only was is quick her attention to customer service and professionalism was excellent 👌🏽. (Not sure her position, by observation she should be a leader) Thank you for keeping my smile and acknowledging customer service with a positive attitude. Keep up the good work ma'am.

Everyone working seemed a little depressed, maybe just a bad day. Chips were stale and when I asked for a new bag they looked at me like I was crazy and had to get permission from the manager. Overall not bad but definitely not great.

I've been here plenty of times, I've never had a problem with the staff or services, but I did find a bug in my soup today. I wasn't able to go back and return or get a refund (im sure they would've been kind enough to provide) just kind of a bummer, I had to throw away my lunch. Other than that no problems

This location is good; however, I had a bad experience once where the worker took my order with food gloves on, proceeded to give me back my change in coins with the food gloves on then to and touch and make the sandwich She was in a bad mood and giving everyone attitude before so I didn’t feel like getting into something since I was in a bad mood that day also

The food is decent for the price. The croissant was a little hard. Would I eat here again, sure.. Maybe my second visit will be better.

I understand that everyone has off days, and it seemed like this may have been one of them. However, the level of service I received felt more like I was on the receiving end of someone else's frustration rather than being treated as a valued customer. We all have difficult moments, but it's important in any customer-facing role to not let that spill over into interactions with clients. I hope things improve, and that future experiences reflect a more positive and professional approach.

I hope they improve the food and service soon. Until then, I’ll be going to other branches.

Online says open till 9:30, door say open till 9:00, got there at 8:00 and the lady had already locked the door, she saw me arrive and proceeded to turn off all the lights.

Ordered a soup and sandwich combo yesterday through doordash and it took about 30 minutes for them to prepare it. The chicken in my sandwich was minced so finely it was like I was eating mush, which is not the case when I order from the location on Shary Rd. Today, I tried to order again through doordash for lunch. I placed my order at 12:03, and they delayed my delivery time to 12:47. According to the app, they were still "preparing" my salad and soup. I canceled the order and wasted my lunch hour waiting on them. Never ordering from this location again.

The worst service, all the employees are so rude, the food is almost fanned in your face and when you arrive they see you with a contemptious face, every time a customer enters they make a worse face, of course the flavors will not be the same in Mexico, but the way they prepare it is horrible I have years of eating in always natural, I know the menu and I order directly, a gentleman arrived after me I didn't know how the menu was I ordered a salad I had no idea of the ingredients or how to order it the lady in charge of the box saw it horrible I didn't even take the time to explain or recommend something, I was just rushing him, terrible service this branch is horrible I already stopped coming for the same thing but I gave it one more chance because I thought that maybe the employees were already different, everything is still just as horrible, the service and the way of serving the food, I recommend you drive a And go to the mission by the expressway... the question where are the managers??? So many complaints with the same thing and everything remains the same... workers if you don't like to give us a service look for another job!!!

Worst experience ever. I went to pick up an order and the customer service awful. They consistently cut me off while I was talking and never smiled. I just wanted to pick up dinner for my coworkers and I at the hospital and these employees here really ruined my whole experience. I will not be returning. I hope the staff is spoken to about their horrible approach towards customers.

two days ago, my husband stopped by to order to go and they lady at the register was being super rude with an attitude. To the point that one of the ladies got super frustrated. They had no soup, and it was about 7:30 pm. and they closed at 9 pm. Plus in our order the bread was burn. There is no reason why to be rude.
