The burgers and fires here are excellent like always, why 3 stars? I dinned in and I ordered a Large meal, when I got it the amount of fires I was given was the same amount as a Medium. I’m sorry if I order a large and especially if I’m dining in I expect a metric ton of fires and not the meager amount they gave me.

I came here walking to see how it was. Food was a bit greasy. Dine in salon was dirty. With staff on site, it was to have it clean as butter. I know we are short worldwide, or so it is said but, come on... cashier can keep salon clean. Table greasy. I had to find water and napkins to clean our own table. Mens bathroom looked like a tornado hit it. Crazy..

I really thought I was going to like it here, but sadly wasn't worth the price. 2 combos, a kids meal, and a chocolate malt was a little over 30 bucks. I could have found cheaper elsewhere. The ice cream sandwich was given to use for free, but I wasted 5.64 on a malt, that I ended up pouring down the drain. The taste wasn't that great. The fries were super thin, the meat patties were super thin, and a double meat looked like a normal burger. Reminded us of a more expensive steak and shake. Not sure we are coming back.

I haven’t been to a “Freddys” in a long time, especially this location. (Now I Remember Why....) REMEMBER: "Please and/or Thank you" goes a long way!!! Customer service is the support a business provides to customers before, during, and after they purchase a product or service. Ordered 3 Prime Rib Burgers for dine in, 1 burger was just 1 patty, not like the other two..went to the staff at the counter and was told ..oh, sorry and she walked away. Did not fix the order or offer a refund....the staff disappeared like bugs when you turn the lights on. $15+ for 1 burger meal very disappointing first and last visit

This place is gross burgers were Cold. When I asked what was in them they failed to mention they come with mustard on them. When they asked me what sauce I said ketchup. I live in the apartments next to the restaurant. I got home and the burgers were cold I ordered 4 burgers. Nasty food….

No soap to wash hands in the restroom, so employees don't need to wash when they use that room? Came in at noon (lunch) no one was eating there. Big red flag. I should have just left at that moment instead of risking it. Food was ok but no telling how unclean the kitchen was but won't risk it again.

Food was decent, attitude was high. All three girls here on this Wednesday night had major eye roll attitude as if they weren’t closing in 45 more minutes. We were not pleased or happy with any service till the cook came out and politely gave us our food. The 3 girls need to get corrected. Thank you. Work is part of life, if they can’t handle 45 min to another hour of work they should think about their careers and job choices.

There wasn’t anyone at the counter for at least 5 minutes. This store needs better management or more staff to support the demand. They sat my order on the counter but didn’t give me any drinks.

Ordered delivery today after my last experience was all messed up. Thought I’d try them again because I didn’t want to write them off after one mishap. Totally regretted my decision as soon as I opened the bag and my fries were not in the bag. (The fries are my favorite part.) I honestly don’t understand why reading the receipt/order is so hard. My last order was wrong too. Super irritated because the onion rings I got to try were not cooked at the way through and were doughy. Then after I took a drink of what I thought was my root beer I ordered…turned out to be Pepsi. Ruined my dinner I paid way too much for. Y’all need to do better.
