It was a little busy when we went, and we maybe waited like two minutes to get a table for two people. It took awhile for them to take our order but I was fine waiting. The food came out very quickly after we ordered and it was all so delicious. We got the garlic noodles, an Alaskan roll, and spicy noodle soup.

I just recently got into eating Pho after my co-workers introduced it to me! This has been my MOST FAVORITE spot to order it from! If you take it to-go, they send it in a nice bowl! Idk why that matters so much to me, but i like it! The customer service is great as well! We dined in yesterday! The employees there, are so nice and are always able to get you whatever you need. You can tell they care alot about your experience! The fried rice is AMAZING too! And they give you a lot of it. Actually, with everything you get, they have great prices!

A favorite place to visit when we are in McKinney, staff is always so friendly and attentive. Fried rice and pho are always a must but they also offer sushi, bento and boba teas. Get a side of their chili oil if you like it spicy :) . Always feel very welcomed here and I’m convinced they never forget a familiar face. Pho Bistro is definitely one of our favorites in the metroplex.

Been here several times. Each time I eat something different. Had the pork chop rice this time. Portion was good. Came with a side of broth. They do serve sushi as well as pho noodles soup. Price is average. Wife had their noodle soup and it was tasty.

Good food, the service was great. I’m a pho fan. I love their pho. It was my first time there but I will definitely go back. The price was fair as well. And the large size pho is huge, It was hard for me to finish it all. the shrimp spring rolls were alright, I had better.

Its OKAY .... let me explain , over all its okay. With the weather changes I wanted to get something to feel warmer. Found this spot based off Google. Arrived at peak lunch time, inside was nearly 80% full. Was sat immediately by an older lady , it looked like she ran the place. No greeting from any staff , no hello ect. Was asked what to drink I ordered water and was give a menu. 5 minutes later was asked if I was ready to order. I mention I wanted some pho what would she recommend and she pointed at the combination "has a little of everything ". 5 to 8 minutes later the food was brought. I was thrown off by no utensils but then realized they are on the table. For the next 20 minutes I ate the combination pho. Yes it was hot, had a little of everything but to me it felt like it lacked some flavor. A deep flavor of brooth. It was OK not the best but its not bad either. Maybe I need to come back when they aren't busy ? They did only have 1 server for about 15 to 20 tables..... In the end total was $16 for a large bowl of combination pho.

Seems like this place isn't the same anymore. Hadn't been in a while, ordered a usual, the vermicelli bowl, grilled pork. Asked the server if it was supposed to come with peanuts, he said no.... That's not true ... So no peanuts. Meanwhile, service was slow although they weren't crowded. Had to ask for water, was hard to flag down the waitress, when my food was gone and drink was completely empty. Overall not very good service and the grilled pork was nowhere near like it used to be. Something is quite different now. Also, having had this for many years even at their former location, portion size has shrunk and price has gone up. Pad thai was more like a pad kee mow in my opinion. Definitely not pad thai-- check photos. Was not bad though, as pad kee mow is a favorite of mine at Thai places.

I order from here for the first time today. When I went to pick up my order I greeted the waitress in the front with glasses and she was rude and just walked right pass me. I went up to the counter and had to wait a few minutes for another young lady to come from the back. I ordered the chicken, beef and shrimp garlic noodle. When I got home there were no shrimp at all. I was really disappointed because I didn’t get what I paid for. I tried calling and each time no one answered. The food was decent but this really wasn’t a good impression for a first time visitor.

We have been visiting Pho Bistro in Mckinney even before they were on the other side of 380 when they were next to Bed Bath Bodyworks. We love the PHO and have returned many times. One of top favorites spots for sushi too. The only drawback to this place is the service. No host to guide you where to sit so kinda awkward when its your first time as you don't know where to go and they seem to ignore you when you walk in. The waiter/waitresses is a hit and miss and tables sometimes are not clean. It's OK place if you don't mind their unique approach on customer sevice.

I didn't get everything right that I ordered. Best to make sure you order by the number, not the name of something. The pho broth was weak flavored. As was the peanut sauce for the spring rolls. And it was the first time I ever had wasabi with no kick to it. Asked for water and tea but never got the water.

We walked into the restaurant and didn’t see a sign or host stand. We walked to the back counter and asked the female manager/owner if we needed to wait to be seated or seat ourselves. She was rude and made a face. She told us to wait in a rude tone. A male server told us we could be seated at table 2. We sat there. She rudely addressed the server in Vietnamese don’t let them sit there and move them to the smaller table. The server had to clean the table and asked us to move to the smaller table. The server was very nice and we decided to stay because of him. We intended to leave when the manager/owner was rude. The salmon was deep fried but the teriyaki sauce was only ok. The grilled pork was not good. The pork and rice was cold. Do not recommend this place. The manager/owner needs better customer service. The server was very nice. Giving 2 stars for server and salmon. If not for that, this place deserves 0 stars.

We usually get take out a few times a year (service at the restaurant is horrible so we only do take out). It's honestly always a hit or miss which is why we only get a few times a year because we never know if it'll be good or not. Today it was the worst we've had. We ordered a shrimp pad thai with no onions and a roll with sauce on the side. The pad thai portion was so small, had onions, and pieces of BEEF. The shrimp looked like it was cooked separate and just thrown in after as it had no sauce. The sushi roll had the sauce on it instead of on the side. We of course didn't notice until we got home. Unfortunately we've had more bad meals than good ones.

I’ve been here twice now and this time around there was hair in my pho soup noodles- like twirled into it. I was hoping to get an uplifting soup for my cold on this rainy day but no that was not what happened. Highly discouraged 🫤 and now nauseated from the experience. The people are down bad in the area….where are the decent Pho restaurants 🫤😭💀

Don’t waste your time or dollars. Server was rude young guy never came to ask if food was ok or for a refill. Came in on a rainy day hoping for some good pho. The pho broth taste like water and where was my meat in my soup??? Oh I think it was the 3 tiny shreds they tossed in as an afterthought. No thank you. Total fail

Older woman working there is very rude. Served cold nasty egg rolls didn’t eat them she didn’t want to take them off bill. As I was trying to order she tapped the menu on the table as if she were rushing me to order.
