This is one of my favorite Chipotle locations to visit. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean, the food is prepared nicely, and the portion sizes are optimal.
I lost the receipt but yesterday (12/4/18) I stopped within the last hour they were open to get some food, there was an issue with the food that the manager on duty (or what seemed like it) stepped in and took care of it asap. First time ever coming here and I’m nothing but satisfied all around with the service I received. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful.
We had our daughter's birthday party catered by Chipotle. The food was fresh and delicious. The service was well organized and beyond convenient. Chipotle provided EVERYTHING needed to cater a party. That included the food, sides, condiments, napkins, eating and serving utensils, plates, warming trays, tray holders and sternos. They packed all the food into two sturdy boxes, one hot the other cold. Everything else was neatly bagged. When we arrived to pick up our order it was ready and they kindly wheeled everything right to my car. My wife and I were very pleased with the service provided by the Chipotle staff. Our guests were also impressed with the quality of the food. Thank you for a great experience!
Everytime i order from chipotle for delievery… I always get less food than what I would in store! BUT NOT TODAY ☝🏼 THEY PACKED MY BOWL FATTTTTTTTT! They gave me so much meat too, I was overwhelmed! (In the best way possibly) Chips WERENT STALE. Literally the best chipotle chips I’ve had ever!
Quality food for a nice appetite
very clean like most of the chopotles. all the stuff are very frinedlly and smile, even que cooker was smiling, very happy stuff. they keep everything very clean as well. it has a very parking place. great location, and he best, even tho was busy, the were super quick. faster than any other chipotle
This location is one of my favorites. The food is always cooked perfectly, the vegetables are always Super Fresh, and the chips always salted perfectly. I had gone in there this time and there was no wait which is unusual for Chipotle.
This is the closest Chipotle to our house which is still a few miles away, but it's always worth the drive. The food is always fresh and hot, and incredibly delicious. They do a great job. Service is always fast and friendly. They're gluten free friendly which is awesome for someone with celiac disease, like me. I've never gotten sick from eating there. I'm glad chipotle is kind of far from our house because it would be all I would ever eat! I'd weigh 300lbs! Lol. Definitely worth checking out.
Lovely Mexican food and they will take the time and effort to customize your meal if you wish. I hate cilantro and they give me fresh rice and salsa without it before it's been mixed in. Not just this location, but others as well. I like their beef barbacoa a lot.
It feels like a classic chipotle in there. The stuff is friendly, the portions are fair, and the food is great. The counters were clean and neat and the guy on the line was calling for food so nothing was running out. I wish all chipotles were like this!
Great place. Good service..
If you've heard the hype, you'd ought to know Chipotle's success is well earned. Where else can you get a generous portion of locally sourced, health and environment minded, delicious(most important to me) food as quickly and efficiently as they do? This location is no different. Incredible throughput during a rush with a consistently satisfying result by design. While the price point isn't exactly cheap, the quality of the food, the convenience and experience are beyond appropriate and a great example of what fast food should be.
Very fresh food here all the time. That is what many other Chipotle’s get wrong, so it’s very refreshing to get Chipotle in its highest quality here. It ends up tasting like a completely different meal versus a bad location. Food supersedes everything for me. Sure it can be messy in here, missing napkins or sauce bottles, but nothing is ever missing on the line.
The time waiting for my burrito was reasonably. Due to covid-19 the made the burrito skinner with less filling. I did enjoy this as a lunch meal during a car ride to my hair stylist. Flavors were amazing and have many options for diet plans.
Food is ok/good as any Chipotle, service is always on point and their service is with a 😃 smile
Melville is one of the BEST locations. The food is ALWAYS FRESH and the staff is always friendly. GREAT customer service. The one complaint I have is that I would like to see them change their gloves more often, hence 4 stars and not 5. Otherwise Awesome food! Awesome service!
Food is the same as any location. Staff is nice. Sometimes you have to wait for ingredients if they are running low. Had mostly good experiences. I did preorder onetime online to pick up but when I arrived my food was not made at all. Ended waiting another 15 minutes for them to make it. There’s always someone that goes and sits in a corner around lunchtime on a weekday and asks everyone for change. The guys seems harmless but I think he tries to hustle you out of his corner spot if you’re sitting in it.
I have always love Chipotle. Even though they use the same ingredients at every Chipotle locations but I have had bad experiences, believe it or not. I was shopping in a nearby mall so my friend and I decided to have lunch at this location. We were pretty pleased with the service and the quality of food. I would give it a thumbs up!
Glenn wrote: Consistently the food is ready on time for pick up and the APP is trouble free. The only issue they keep forgetting to put the bottle of Mexican Cola with my order. I have learned to always check my order before I leave.
Not the worst, but not the best Chipotle. Often a line and the portions have gotten significantly smaller over the years since this place opened in 2009ish. Food quality and customer service are solid though, and the manager is kind and compassionate!
Great food. Staff sometimes doesn't know how to punch in a kids meal correctly, so most times I am overcharged. Other than that, you get a lot for your money, If you know what to get. I would probably spend about as much here as I would at Taco Bell for food so not that much of a price difference.
Full disclaimer: the world could come to a fiery apocalyptic end due to one false step of a Chipotle worker and as long as their food continued to taste as delicious as it does, I would still give it no less than a four start rating. There's just something ineffable about the savory and perfectly balanced seasoning combinations when you bite into your tacos at this chain of Mexican style fast food cantinas that makes the mouth fountain flow. Even just remembering or while patiently waiting in the long lines that wrap feverishly around the dining room, the senses anticipate that first bite. The tortilla chips have the delectable tang of lemon and the guacamole is spoon edible. Don't worry, the line moves fast as workers spoon out each item (a la SUBWAY style service) into your choice of three tacos, a burrito or a bowl They even have a kids meal option that keeps 3 ingredient compartments separated for your picky eaters. My only complaint is that the din of clanking metal spoons, yelled orders and piped in music tends to make sitting in the dining areas a bit over-stimulating, so we often will take our food and go find a nice park bench. Sit and enjoy, or take it to go, Chipotle will feed you and satisfy your Mexican fast food cravings. Yum.
I like that the staff member with the mask prepared my food. It looked way cleaner than the first time I went last month. The staff memver with the mask was also cleaning the food area that first time and I appreciated that. He seems to treat the workspace as he would likely want it as a customer. I was so happy to have him as my food prep person tonight.
I've been eating burritos here for 3 weeks and it's hit or miss. Either you get a full scup or half a scup depending on who is serving. It's not always a pleasant experience, and perhaps some training is needed to provide a positive experience every day.
Asked fot extra carne asada but got more rice instead. Overall, food was good!
Its filthy, overpriced, small portions but staff is nice Update, the staff is miserable, portions got smaller still, only the price got bigger... They're plenty of places that will make burritos and get me more for my buck. I've now completely been turned off by chipotle. Adios
Same as most other Chipotle restaurants. Food is fresh! It tastes great! It is reasonably priced and it is served quickly. The indoor dining area is clean. The outdoor dining area is great when the weather is nice - like today! My personal favorite is the chicken bowl, but the steak and pork are delicious also. If you're feeling adventurous ask for a 'Quesarito' - half quesadilla half burrito. Yum!!
It's just ok, they got my order wrong and I was back in my office before I knew. They made good on offering to replace it but that didnt help with the lunch fir that day. Personally I think Moe's is better, more variety and they get my orders correct every time.
Not the best Chipotle I've been to... cold chicken and pieces of cartilage as well...Chips were from yesterday ez... Service was there but not present, change was rolled up and handed back... Tough day today at Chipotle!
It's okay. Depending on the time you go the lines aren't too long. I usually order online and my order is usually ready when I get there for the time specified. I keep seeing articles about breaches and salmonella so I haven't been going as much. The food is good, my only complaint is there is raw onion in everything. Kinda gross.
I’ve been here many times before but the quality of which has gone down. Had to use the restroom which has a code on it but it was not very clean. They have become more stingy with the meat and the rice very clumpy the last two times. Overall lack of attention to detail is evident.
Varies Everytime you come. Sometimes they only give you one tiny scoop of rice, meat, and beans which is really cheap of them considering how much they charge you for a rice bowl. And other times they are good and give you the two scoops of rice, beans, and meat, which is what they are supposed to do. I don't recommend coming to this one considering how many times they have either shorted my order with items missing or given me a child size portion. The negative experiences here have so far outweighed the positive experiences. I am talking about the Huntington Chipotle across from Walt Whitman Mall.
I normally go in person but this time I decided to order online and sadly when I got my food it was cold and also my burritos were missing I contacted support and got no refund I highly don’t recommend.
The staff is so unbelievably rude. I go there often and I wish there was a different location closer to me.
Every time I get the food from here or any Chipotle. To be honest with you, it tastes like a dump, a whole salt shake or ripe in the food. My mouth Burns from the amount of salt that they put in their food and it's crazy. I was hoping that a few times it would have been a mistake, but it definitely seems to be a consistent theme.
Stopped by since I had the BOGO offer. Felt really rushed. Overpriced. I’d hesitate to go to Chipotle in the future. Food: Ordered a bowl with cauliflower rice, sofritas, pinto beans, salsa, corn, and lettuce. Sofritas were quite salty and the cauliflower rice for $2 extra wasn’t worth it. Felt watery and received barely two scoops. Service: Felt really rushed but the staff was accommodating and nice. Price: About $12 for bowl. I don’t know. Doesn’t feel worth it anymore. Portion size is small too. Overall, I’d have to think again before going to Chipotle. Only giving this 3 stars because the staff was nice.
Stood in line for ten or so minutes, ordered my food for dining in and noticed there weren’t any forks in the concession area. Asked the employee for a fork, they said they were out. If you’re going to be out of fork or any other plastic silverware, at least make an effort to tell customers before they chose the option to dine in. Or at least go to the nearest grocery store and buy some.
Employees had attitudes, portion size is small, they charge you extra for chicken when they only put a half a spoon in your bowl,I also had to wait for more chicken to be made. At the Huntington NY store the employees don't like to give you enough. .Think your a 5 or 6 year old. The service sucked!!!
Usually good, but I guess their hiring standards are declining (surprise surprise). Young guys behind the counter seem annoyed at preparing food and cleanliness seems like an issue behind the counter and in preparation area.
This location is poor. There must be no manager here. The food is up to par but like other reviewers have said the service is horrible. The dining room is disgusting mess and the napkins are empty and the drink station is awful and wet and disorganized. Trying to approach the counter to get a side of sour cream is very difficult when 3 or 4 employess ignore me as I patiently wait for some help. I'm not sure I will go to this location again. This location needs some adult management before it gets worse.
Do yourself a favor & NEVER mobile order, uber eats, doordash, etc. from here EVERRRRR!!!!!!! They legit will put as little as possible. If you go in person & watch them they’ll actually put food in your bowl but if you’re not there they will cheap out as much as they can & you WILL & I PROMISE, get only half of a bowl. The food is good tho but it would’ve been better if there was more to eat.
It's super dirty, the food tasted funky and all of my coworkers got it at the same time and said it tasted weird. No one would answer us when we tried to pick up the order we had placed ahead of time. Go to fla different chipotle if you can.
Portions sre not good, give half of one scoop of chicken or any meat, then u ask for more and they ask "double", no wsnt a full portion. Plus fill bowl on rice so looks getting large portion. So dont look down or on ur phone b/c u get cheated. What reslly stinks was young kid in front of us the server puy just few pieces of meat not even spoonful. Too advantage of young people.
This is probably the worst Chipotle I've been to. The workers usually have an attitude or passive aggressive behavior. The most recent time, I ordered 2 bowls exactly the same (I get the same thing every time I go). I noticed the lady went light on the protein so I asked if she can do double meat on both orders, she gets mad at me and loudly says "oh if you know you're gonna get double meat just tell me the first time" and tosses a little bit of extra meat in each order with an attitude, then slides both bowls to the extras section and leaves to take an other order. I waited probably like 5 minutes and all the workers are just walking past my order that's waiting to be completed. Finally she shows back up after taking 2 or 3 more orders, I tell I just want Pico, corn, cheese and salad for both. The first bowl she forgets to put the lettuce and I politely tell her I want lettuce on both and she looks at me and ignores my request and closes my order while I'm continually asking for her to add the lettuce. At this point I'm ready to lose my mind but I decide to hold it together and never return to that store. On top of the horrible customer service the soda station is always a mess and the tortilla chips are always soggy and stale. Unfortunately this not the only bad experience I've had here and I hope they fix this.
The food was great, but the customer service could have been better. When the associate packed my bag, he put to much in there. I asked for a better bag politely, but he acted like he didn't hear me. The food leaked in my car and the food fell through as soon as I got in my house.
Tables were dirty. Staff wouldn't prepare a quesadilla (said it had to be ordered online). No napkins or tableware were provided in the bag with our meal - and they were definitely needed. They were not available at the self service table either. Not a good experience at all. I'll leave this place to those who prefer "cool & trendy" over value and quality - because Chipotle works very hard at being cool.
Shrinkflation is all the rage at Chipotle these days! HALF the meat, DOUBLE the price! No wonder their stock is down 40% YTD📉🙃
Slow service and poor cleanliness. The employee refilling the rice didn’t acknowledge me at all while I was waiting. In addition, every table in the dining area was dirty, and I had to ask for one to be wiped down before I could sit.
Me and my friend went to get some chipotle, ordered and were going to pay however my friend’s apple pay didnt seem to work. We are there trying and she is giving an attitude, looking at us weird. Then I ask her politely if she can help us by positioning the phone correctly because maybe that is the issue. Instead she rudely says no. Then proceeds to make a face. Then we continue trying. The total was 35.40 and we have 35 even on card. So i gave her 50 cents and she made a face looking at us with disgust. Then when the apple pay still not working, She COULDNT tell us to move aside and try to work it out. Instead, when a worker offered to pay for it at the moment, she called us broke and said we had no balance. Horrible service. No worker should ever assume that someone is broke. Instead of helping us, she says that as an insult infront of all the guests and workers. Then me and my friend work it out and I am able to pay, she charges me the 35.40 even though she took my 50 cents. I said “why are you so mean to us” in Spanish and all she replies is that thats her job.
Food is overpriced, and you don't a whole lot of food. I paid $15for a streak burrito bowl written Guac and a beer. I definitely didn't get a lot of food, i used to get so much food I'd have to take home, no more! It seems like management is getting cheap.
Please stop buying food from here. I got a burrito bowl with chicken, first it gave me horrible anxiety then I got very sick with fever and stomach pain. This is not the first this has happened, at first maybe I thought it was something else after this happening the second time, this food is definitely full of harmful bacteria’s. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Huntington Chipotle is the worst most unprofessional fast food place ....will never again order online from there ....gave us what ever they wanted ....cause they ran out of hard taco shells & chocolate milk .....my 4 yr old cried for 1 hr. Went back to them to advise ....they didn't care just said no hard taco shells left n no chocolate milk....who be nice if they communicated this when I went to pick up.....very poor costumer relations out of their whole staff....$0 dollars of my money for future reference!
This place sucks they say their quesadilla machine is broken when it’s not bc they’re lazy as hell. Then i found a hair in my food because they don’t wear hair nets. Don’t come here save yourself.
I'm done with Chipotle! I went to the Huntington store and they had a sign stating they require exact change and they do not give change, with no explanation. They did not run out of change; they just do not give change. The sign was there the last time too. I wish I could hang a sign in my store stating "Give exact change or I will steal your change." I tried to call and ask about it, but they do not have humans answer the phone. I will not be back.
Disgusting. I think they dropped a whole salt shaker in my burrito. One of the worst burritos I’ve ever had
Very upset ordered off of doordash the main thing i even wanted from here was the chips and guacamole what do they forget the chips and gave me so much guac but now i have no chips to eat it with do a favor a make sure you are packing orders correctly it drives me crazy how hard is it to go the extra mile to check if it is packed correctly.
Don't bother ordering ahead of time from the app or online. You're better off just using your mental powers! They'll just make it whenever they feel like it. Although, they might try and tell you "we don't have an order for you" first - that's my personal favorite. Also, don't expect an apology or any acknowledgement of poor service... Obviously the fact that "it didn't print" is my fault. I hate when my personal printer at Chipotle acts up like that. I'll be sure and fire it. - oh wait... But in the end, I guess, you should be grateful to enjoy the fantastic cuisine that is Chipotle - said no one, ever.
Was kinda bummed my last visit. No brisket, no fajita veggies, no ice in the soda machine (who drinks warm soda?🤮). Steak was dry & Tables were dirty…they didn’t even get his with the lunch rush yet. No where near the standard I’m used to at Chipotle.
Very bad , disgusting service by staff. STAFF NEED MORE TRAINING TO PREPARE THE FOOD AS WELL AS THEY NEED MORE CUSTOMER SERVICES TRAINING. Went in for take out , Ordered Chicken hard taco and vegetable hard tacos. On vegetarian tacos server put couple of green pepper pieces in each tacos, reason , i noticed the container was empty and he just want to sell me the vegetarian tacos , nothing inside. I told the server, you charging me for nothing inside the tacos, then he told me to wait for another 10 minutes as they will prepare the vegetables, How comes you guys don't have prepared vegetarians on saturday evening dinner time, disgusting. Then i opt out for another chicken tacos, I asked him to put all the three salsa on each tacos, he angrily spill the salsa inside and outside the tacos , same thing i asked him to put guacamole on my second chicken tacos order, same thing he just throw the salsa and guacamole on tacos, They are charging $2.00 for guacamole , and he did not put on one of tacos. I told him what your are doing he said, he do like this way.He was so rude . When, we ate the tacos , TACOS get very soggy , because he spill all the salsa every where. We have to throw out the all the tacos. Never go again on this location. Very bad service.
This location was once my go to Chipotle...... not any longer! The Sunday night staff is the worst you will find in any location!! Upon entering the restaurant at peek dinner time we found half the dining area closed for ceiling repair which wasn't the problem. Two of the only seven available tables were occupied by ill-behaved Chipotle employees who were on their dinner breaks leaving five tables for the paying customers. Of those five tables there was NOT one that looked like it had been wiped off since the lunch rush. The self-serve beverage area was just as dirty with nothing but empty bins. Then, while waiting on a long line, we watched as the employees on brake kept distracting the few employees who were suppose to be serving the customers. Then we were told by a giggling employee who's in the middle of preparing our order that there is no chicken available and it won't be for at least 15 minutes. I look down and see everything empty..... rice, beans, all meats. All the staff keeps doing is laughing with each other like it's a big joke with no regard to any of the very annoyed customers. They're out of food because the head "joker" on break is also the cook. No customer wants to enter an establishment were the employees are acting like they're at frat house party. They were ALL more interested in talking and laughing between themselves and could have cared less that they had a job to do. Management needs to take out a big broom, sweep every last one of them to the curb and start over with employees who would appreciate employment! This is not the staff that's going to help re-build Chipotle! We walked out that night along with others and will not be returning!!
went there on saturday 10/29 around 4pm and worker was high as a kite. I asked for a bowl he grabbed the container and before asking me what i wanted he was staring into space for a good minute, which freaked me out also with a big line behind me. Also he was acting odd and his eyes were red. Make sure this man gets the help he needs.
Chipotle started out really good and I loved it. I just visited this place after a month and Boy I was disappointed. It did not taste the same, at first I couldn’t put my finger on it and the suddenly I noticed that they switched from chicken breast to chicken thighs and that does not taste anything like before. It’s bad for me because I always pick the option of chicken for meat. Will not go there again.
Wouldn’t recommending coming to this chipotle as the service was awful. Specifically the line people who assisted my order had a nasty attitude and needed things repeated multiple times. One specific girl paid more attention to those around her than the customers. As well the manager was very rude when asked if he could make a new side order of rice since the one that was made by his team was placed on another customer’s plate on the line, had no cover on it and he wasn’t even wearing gloves. (Which in itself is not hygienic since you’re handling food) Not sure what his issue was as 5 minutes before he had told another associate to not accept food back when it’s already been touched by the customer and in this case the customer behind me had touched the Order with the side order of rice container. I normally wouldn’t complain about any of these issues but I was a manager at chipotle in my early career so I know the standard the company holds in selecting employees and handling their food. This interaction showed the lack of professionalism and of hygiene this specific chipotle held. Won’t be coming back here anytime soon.
5/15/25 I have just got food from here, and unfortunately, the rice is not cooked....very simple thing, I wish they tasted the rice before they served to customers. I've noticed a lot of places are slacking on food quality check.I'm veryy disappointed. Very simple task and very important....
This will be the last time I attend any of these establishments. You never get enough food. The co-worker ordered in front of me got a lot more than I did and paid the same amount as me. The amount of food I had it didn't even take me more than 3 minutes to eat. You're better off going to any other of their competitors. You'll get more for the same price
I’ve ordered pick up twice at this Melville location. Both times my order was messed up. The first time there were items missing of my order. i ordered a bowl and a side of chips & guac, and when I got home I opened the bag & I didn’t have my chips & guac. The second time, I ordered my bowl with half smoked brisket, and half steak, and when I ordered my bowl, they have given me chicken. I also ordered extra corn & pico and there was barely in the bowl. Mind you the two times I’ve ordered from this chipotle locations was about a year apart. Better service is needed for sure.
This is the most poorly managed chipotle ive ever attended. Ive been eating at this location since it was first opened, and the service has declined over time. Currently, the service is the worst it has ever been. There have been many occasions where i wait >=20 minutes to get my food. The reason: because the employees have zero sense of urgency. They take their time, and do not execute on their job quickly or effectively. My girlfriend jokingly said, "it took two people to fill up my guacamole." This statement highlights the inefficiencies of this location. It is extremely frustrating to watch them fill my order. Like cmon go go go! Just fill up the bowl with chicken, put tomato on, put it in the system and let me pay! Go go go go faster faster faster. That is what the nanager should ideally be saying.
Went there and ordered two kids meals. My child only eats meat and cheese. They put the smallest scoop of meat in the one section. I requested she fill it and she said no. I asked again and she looked at another worker he said no you cannot have more. I asked for the manager. He then said he was the manager. After a few minutes someone came from the back and said he was the manager. He said if I wanted more meat I had to pay for double meat. I finally said okay I’ll pay. They literally were going to charge me the same price as another kids meal. I said why would I pay that instead of getting another kids meal? It was a horrible experience and I decided I would most likely drive to another location instead of ever going back to Melville. I was tortured over a few chunks of chicken!!!
The food is amazing here, always. No complaints about that.. My main complaint is the terrible service. Mostly one worker in particular I don’t know his name never catched it but he has black earrings and is pretty skinny, white, and has black hair. He had his ego destroyed when my friend and I came in here. My friend and I came in here last Thursday after watching a movie expecting a nice experience like we did with this chipotle a few months ago. Unfortunately that didn’t happen. My friend bought a burrito and a drank this was all around $12 I can’t say exact prices because my friend has the receipt. But anyway, she gave this worker $50 expecting change right and she did get the change but it wasn’t ALL the change. So my friend and I did the math and she needed around $10 for the whole change to be correct. So she went up to this worker explaining what happened expecting he would understand and give the rest of the change but he didn’t. He made her feel like she was dumb. So she sat back down, her and I reviewed to see if we were actually the ones making a mistake but we weren’t, we even pulled out a calculator. So I told my friend to confront this worker again because he’s clearly in the wrong. She did confront him and he started being very rude just because we are minors. He said “did you do your little pemdas” over and over to her and made us think just because we are younger than him we’re lesser than him and dumber. He made it seem like he was incapable of making mistakes and just gave her overall rudeness and disrespect when all she did the whole time was be respectful and point out his error, we’re all human. So in the end another coworker suggested to look in cameras and they did. It was so obvious in the cameras the worker gave my friend the wrong amount of change and still needed to give her $10. Fortunately my friend got the full change back but the way this worker acted was so disrespectful, and his ego was clearly hurt by all this. It’s okay to have bad days but don’t put it on other people. This guy does not deserve to work here. Before people start to point out it’s just $10 in this economy we can’t just have our money robbed like this. Not everyone is fortunate to even have $10..
15 dollars. extra chicken extra rice all that for the most disappointing bowl in the history that I've ordered from this place. Theres like like 7 clumps of chicken at most. Never mobile order, it's basically a scam
Nah they got me messed up. I asked for chipotle honey chicken, the lady gon look me dead in my face and give me regular chicken. Then to top it off she chiefed my shi and gave me nun. I’m tight 😔
It's extremely unfortunate that the Huntington Chipotle is the only one in town. The service at the store is horrible. The workers are rude and you get charged for a bowl that barely has anything in it. Even though you get less food when you order through doordash it's better to not deal with the workers there at all. They get your order wrong and then they're rude to you when you try to correct them for something you're paying for. I'm definitely going to be on a search for a different Chipotle because at this point I'm just done with the one on Walt Whitman Road.
Me and my boyfriend were rushed through everything. The food was cold , and when my boyfriend went in to ask them to remake it he was given an attitude by one of the female workers . And she tried to say it was because of the sour cream that the food was cold. Sour cream at the top of the bowl does not make the rice and meat at the BOTTOM of the bowl cold. Do better.
Tonight I had a bad experience because of a lady who served me and who wanted to scam me just because I ordered the spicy and the corn and cream on the side, she charged me more, luckily I paid attention and didn't let her scam me for supplying one of them. Her colleagues came out and helped me. They have to be more careful with that lady who likes to scam clients and charge too much.
Don't buy from this store if you're planning on ordering online for take out. I ordered a chicken burrito and literally only had 2 small pieces of chicken and a whole pack of rice. To top it off my burrito wasn't even wrapped correctly. Won't recommend trusting this store if your not dining in to watch them build your burrito correctly. Bunch of thieves.
Worst Chipotle visit ever! This place is slow and my online order wasn’t even ready yet. I placed an order online to skip the line and I should have just waited on the line I would have saved time. And then the worker there doesn’t even put my order on the rack once it was ready. Plus this place was filthy.
The employers are so angry all the time, so rude, the portions are so little I’m so done of this place irá the drive to Commack than keep coming here, bye
Paying $20 for a bowl of rice and beans is crazy. A single scoop of protein. Soda and ice machine off at 830 at night when this location closes at 12am. Most of the steak I did receive was tough and full of tendons. The price of food is increasing and the quality and quantity is decreasing. Will probably be the last time I eat here.
No reason there should be food on tables when there’s 15+ workers in the building and 3 customers, manager should be fired
Good was not good at all. Ordered a steak burrito and it was more of a rice burrito if anything. Hardly any steak, my wife and her parents received the same amount of protein, more rice than anything else. Even after picking up the worker was very rude to me when I showed her the order number as if she didn't want to work there. As someone who has traveled around the US as a filmmaker this is by far the worst chipotle I have ever visited.
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the poor customer service I experiences on 03/26/2025. Unfortunately, the level of service I received from your employee, Liss, was far below the standards I have come to expect from Chipotle. Liss was unprofessional and dismissive, showing little regard for customer satisfaction. I was met with rudeness attitude and a lack of willingness to assist. Additionally, the overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming, making the experience quite unpleasant. I believe that excellent customer service is an essential part of any dining experience, and I hope that appropriate measures will be taken to ensure this does not happen again.
Came around to grab a quick lunch around 3pm on a Friday. This place was dead had no line and I still had to wait for 5 minutes before someone came up to me. There was a worker who was cleaning the station and didn’t even acknowledge me and when one of her co-workers was leaving she made him a bowl the quickest I’ve seen from these people, and then served me. That left a bad taste in my mouth and while I was eating I saw one person come in every 2 minutes and no one was taking their order so after 10 minutes they had 5 people still in line because no one was taking orders 👎 Food isn’t bad but definitely need to hire new workers who are ready to greet the guest and get them food as fast as possible.
I love chipotle but this location is absolutely horrible. The workers are always sluggish and extremely slow. On top of that they give you a genuinely depressing amount of protein in your entree. I’m not sure if it’s the awful managers demands but it happens to me every single visit to the point where i have to go to different chipotle locations, it’s a shame this is my local chipotle. I ordered a protein cup and the kid behind the counter filled it up half way. Ended up in an argument. What a shame
I had a terrible experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill today. I ordered a bowl and a side of chips, and while eating I found a bug in my bowl. I was so disgusted that I immediately lost my appetite and even spat into the bag of chips because I couldn’t continue eating after seeing that. When I went back to request a refund, the manager only offered to refund the bowl and refused to refund the chips, even though the entire meal was ruined due to the contamination. This situation was handled poorly, and I left feeling frustrated and unheard. Food safety should be taken seriously, and customers shouldn’t have to argue over a full refund after something like this.
(GO TO ANYOTHER PLACE THAN CHIPOTLE) Personally I’ve always had chipotle it was what I considered fast food since the lack of quality and quantity you receive when I went to go recently after not going for awhile I decided to give it another chance commuted to get a bowl the staff clearly are low quality based on the way they treat customers, food portion sizes , disrespect, and how they seem to charge you double for what you could go to another place within a 5 minute distances to get better quality of food and receive a better quality interaction as I went in the store to order my bowl the lady at the front preparing them gave me the bare minimum for a adequate dish and even giving me two small scoups of steak as I looked at the bowl being rushed I requested alittle bit more steak since what I was provided would not amount to the ending price I would have to pay in which she responded “ so double “ and I responded “ no I need a reasonable portion size “ in which she put 3 more pieces of steak I kidd you not and passed the bowl to the other person in which when I made it to checkout she whispered to the clerk charge him double in which obviously like anyone else would I confronted saying “ what i was given is not double do not charge me for double “ in which if they did I would’ve walk out which the clerk looked at the bowl and did the common sense choice and charged me regular in which I also requested chips and a water cup but was met with “ we are out of chips “ which I was in the store mid day in which had me question what was staff doing for the duration of the day to not have chips or dip ready I ended my order paying more than 15 dollars for a bowl and chips and a smug look from the lady when confronted with common sense and not allowing myself to get overcharged for the low value I received in return, personally there are way better places in the area one being “ bubbukos burritos “ which gives great value amazing customer service and overall better prepared food for what you are paying at a CHEAPER AND REASONABLE RATE I truly don’t understand how chipotle is still in business let alone the lack of on point training when this corporation has money to dispose for acquiring better standards for workers yet another place I am shutting myself off from based on many variables and the fact I can get better quality and a better bang for my buck at another business if you are inquiring to try chipotle just don’t hesitate to rethink the choice since as you can see by many other reviews this place is garbage.
Worst chipotle location ever. I will never be returning to this chipotle ever again. All the workers need to be fired immediately. No customer service skills and don’t deserve to have a job when other people are suffering from unemployment. I don’t deserve to get treated with disrespect especially if they were in the wrong. If I could give 0 stars I would.
If you enjoy being overcharged for a bowl of air and treated like an inconvenience by staff who clearly hate their lives, then this is the place for you. I walked in and was greeted not with a "hello," but with a blank stare and a heavy sigh like my presence was a personal insult. The employee behind the line moved with the speed of a sloth on tranquilizers, only to snap into high gear when it came time to skimp on the protein. The Experience: • The "Micro-Scoop": The server literally shook the spoon to make sure every last piece of chicken fell back into the tray before dumping a pathetic half-serving into my bowl. When I politely asked if that was a full scoop, I got a massive eye-roll and a "Double meat is extra" snapped at me before I could even finish my sentence. • The Attitude: I shouldn't have to apologize for ordering food at a restaurant. The staff acted like they were doing me a massive, life-changing favor by placing three cubes of dried-out steak onto a mountain of rice. No eye contact, no manners, just pure, unadulterated hostility. • The Mess: Despite the staff having plenty of time to give me attitude, they apparently didn't have five seconds to wipe down the line. There was sour cream and old lettuce everywhere—it looked like a crime scene. The Bottom Line: Chipotle has become a masterclass in corporate stinginess. They’ve trained their staff to guard the chicken like it’s solid gold, and they’ve hired people who treat customers like a nuisance. I’m done paying $16 to be glared at while I eat a bowl of rice and disappointment. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. The gas station down the street probably has better portions and a friendlier staff.
Actually the worst chipotle I have ever been to. Their portions are the smallest I have ever seen and they refuse to give you even just a little bit more protein. AND if you ask for more they WILL give you a horrible attitude afterwards.
I’ve had repeated issues at this location, most recently being charged for double chicken and receiving a noticeably small second portion. Portion consistency has been a recurring problem here. What’s frustrating is that this store used to be much better. When the previous manager was running things a few years ago, the line moved faster, portions were more consistent, and the overall operation felt better managed. Since then, service and efficiency have declined. Checkout staff are generally friendly, but issues tend to happen earlier in the line, especially around portioning. I hope corporate looks into consistency because the food is really good and this location didn’t always operate this way.
Came for the BOGO deal, line was 20 people deep. They were out of salsa, corn, sour cream, cheese and didn’t even bother to refill. Meanwhile, the online ordering station had plenty, but the worker just said we are out. My bowls had protein, rice, onion/pepper, lettuce… great For a promotion that was heavily advertised, the store was not prepared.
Horrible experience! Place was a mess. Ordered a head of time because we have a 30 min lunch break only to spend 20 mins waiting for our food which they messed up twice. The workers were non apologetic which is not ok. They helped two other pick up orders with their food before they helped with my order. Shut this place down!
Dear Chipotle Corporate Customer Relations and Legal Department, I am writing to formally report a deeply troubling incident of racial discrimination that my wife and I experienced at your Huntington, New York location on Wednesday, October 22, 2025. What should have been an ordinary lunch became an embarrassing and discriminatory experience that left us feeling humiliated and singled out because of my race. When we arrived at the restaurant, we ordered two bowls for lunch and requested two water cups, which were provided to us by staff. After we sat down, we went to the fountain machine to fill our cups with water. However, when we attempted to do so, the entire soda machine—including the ice dispenser—had suddenly been turned off. Confused, we approached the counter and asked the employees what was going on. One of them, William Ullola, stated that because we had “H2O cups,” the machine had been turned off and that we could not use it for anything else. He said that if we wanted any soda at all—even just a sip—we would have to pay for a full-sized drink. At that point, I agreed and purchased two medium drinks, as confirmed by receipt number 10148, at 1:48 PM. Our original lunch order was receipt number 10143, at 1:42 PM. We then filled our drinks, sat down, and began to eat. A short while later, we observed multiple other customers—who were white—approach the same counter, request the same H2O water cups, and proceed to the very same drink fountain. These customers filled their cups with soda and ice freely, without interruption. The machine remained fully operational for them, and none of the employees said anything to stop or correct them. This was in stark contrast to how we had just been treated. My wife, Sara, then confronted William about this and explained that what he had done was unfair. She asked him directly why he had turned off the machine only for us. William responded that since he happened to be available at the time and noticed us using the fountain, he decided to turn it off. He further admitted that he doesn’t usually do that with other customers because he’s often busy and doesn’t always have time to shut the machine down. His statement clearly demonstrates selective enforc... Due to this clear admission of guilt, William then proceeded to offer us a free chips and guacamole as a form of apology. We declined his offer because it did not address the discriminatory behavior we experienced. By that point, the damage had already been done—we felt embarrassed and unwelcome. We barely touched our food and ultimately threw out our bowls due to the unsatisfactory and humiliating experience we had at this Chipotle location. To make matters worse, my wife—who speaks fluent Spanish—overheard employees laughing and making comments in Spanish about turning off the fountain on us. They found it amusing that we had been forced to pay for our drinks, saying it was “funny” that we had to pay. This mocking and discriminatory behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and humiliating. My wife also asked William for the name of his manager, and he falsely claimed to be the manager. We later discovered that was untrue, as the actual General Manager is Jose Garcia, who was not present at the time. The entire incident ruined what should have been a pleasant lunch. We felt embarrassed, disrespected, and targeted based on race. This was not a simple misunderstanding—it was discriminatory and unacceptable under both federal and state civil rights laws. I am therefore requesting the following: 1. A formal investigation into this incident, including a review of any available video footage and employee statements. 2. A written apology from Chipotle Corporate and from the management team of the Huntington location. 3. Assurance that corrective and disciplinary action will be taken to prevent such discriminatory behavior from recurring. If this matter is not addressed promptly and appropriately, I am prepared to pursue legal action for racial discrimination and emotional distress.
HORRIBLE!!!! Literally gave my mother the smallest portion of steak. In front of us were 3 employees that took a while to order and when they served them they served them A LOT OF FOOD. But when it came to us we told them to add more and the guy said “they ordered double” I try not to write reviews like this but seriously disappointing. It was not even a small portion literally a little bit of meat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UPDATE Responded to their contact page, hopefully they answer.
The lady is fine but the guy who is cashier is on something, i asked my food, he was laughing on me, seriously this staaf is on something . Worst experinece .
I came in expecting to have a pleasant meal and that definitely didn’t happen. First of all, this place was so disgusting. Then there was almost no food available. All the chicken was gone. No black beans. They didn’t even have one measly vinaigrette available. The lady that was attending me got mad because there was a line, which is crazy because it’s literally her job???? She was rushing me and I don’t understand what the rush was for if you guys don’t close until 12?? It was 8pm. Anyways, I paid and tried to get forks. There were no forks, spoons or anything. This place needs a major change. Horrible!
