We were able to discover the best stew we've ever tried. Incredible beans with sacraments. The beans alone have a tremendous flavor and texture, but when you add the sacraments, the taste experience is spectacular. A place steeped in history and very welcoming. We were treated very well. We returned the next day!

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, and it was a real find. It's a beautiful, very welcoming place, both the interior and the terrace. The town is also lovely. The service was perfect; everyone was very kind and friendly. It was a weekday and we didn't have a reservation; there were a few tables occupied, but just as many empty. There was no problem at all. We ordered leeks, tuna belly croquettes, and cod scramble (for me, the best), and goxua for dessert (delicious). If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back!

Cozy place! Very friendly staff explaining each dish and what the menu included. High-quality meat and hearty, delicious starters. The stone-cooked ribeye steak was incredible. Among their starters, a special mention goes to the cod scramble. And their dessert is uniquely local. Accompanying it with a cider. And the perfect choice of coffee and dessert outside on their terrace.

A place with a very cozy interior, even with the fireplace off. Very pleasant. Of course, as time goes by, it starts to smell like steak, meat, and stone... but come on, once you start eating, you forget all that. We ordered red beans for two and a kilo and a half steak. The beans... outrageous. Delicious. With all the rituals... even with some spicy pickled piaparras. The meat was also very, very good... but it seems "average." Seriously, the beans are outrageous!! Afterwards, goxua and rice pudding. Will definitely come back!!!

The quality is excellent. The stone-cooked steak is delicious, as are the potatoes. I recommend the cod scramble. Everything was perfect 👌🏼 I would definitely go back. The only thing I could improve is that it took almost an hour to serve us even though we had a reservation.

Estuvimos hace poco en este asador. La comida estuvo bien, sobre todo la chuleta, que estaba correcta para terminarla a la piedra. Lo que no nos convenció fue la gestión del menú. Desde la reserva te hacen elegir entre menú sidrería o alubias, pero allí cambiaron sobre la marcha el “menú de alubias” sin explicarlo claramente: al final era solo la alubiada. El puchero fue algo escaso y, aunque lo comentamos, no ofrecieron más. Con la chuleta no preguntaron el punto y, cuando quisimos añadir otra extra, ya no fue posible. También hubo confusión con los postres: éramos 4 adultos y 2 niños y pensábamos que entraba un goxua por menú adulto, pero después nos dijeron que el menú de alubias no incluía postre, algo que no quedó claro al reservar. En general, comida correcta, pero falta más claridad y organización.

Very well-maintained place. A typical cider house/grill. Easy access from Vitoria-Gasteiz. A hearty menu. The leeks in vinaigrette are perfect. The beans are delicious. The kokotxas had extra sauce, and they were delicious in texture and flavor. Homemade desserts. The service is friendly and professional.

To be honest, we were expecting quite a bit more, given the restaurant's rating, the menu, the location... It was a bit of a disappointment; the ribeye steak left much to be desired, and nothing else stood out either.
