This place is great. Excellent coffee and pastries. Service is good, prices reasonable. We stayed in Mendocino for a week and tried other places. Bay View is the best in town!!

Bay View Coffee is a small down to earth retailer. They specialize in Coffee and Espresso drinks and beans from Thanksgiving Coffee, roasted locally. There are pastries from Ft Bragg Bakery. Stop by and introduce yourself and enjoy the Mendocino hospitality.

Chai latte was decent.

Not impressed with Bay View coffee company. Got a standard latte, flavor was poor, and the milk tasted a tad burned. I ended up throwing it out. I do hope to try Bay View again and change my review.

I don’t recommend to get coffee here. My quad iced espresso was grossly watered down, I ended up using it as my liquid to make a protein shake just to not waste it. Staff was nice, and the shop was cute featuring art for sale. But the coffee was a big miss, will not be returning.

Rude service, weak burnt tasting coffee, cold rooms, spinach feta pastry was delish but they aren’t in house so are available elsewhere.
