Good staff, can see everyone is grinding and working hard to get orders out as fast and accurate as possible. My orders are usually one or two items and come out within 5-7 minutes. If they don't, they always do something to make it up which I respect, but this is rare, it looks like they have their stuff squared away. Good all around.

I always get impressed with the organization the entire team has. There are a lot of people working, they work together, and maintain their good and friendly customer service! We came here for lunch on a busy day. Walking through the parking lot was an absolute mess as we had to walk through the drive through lane to get to the restaurant. As we came inside there was no line so we got up to the counter and ordered our meals: three #2's. We waited about 10 minutes for our food but that is normal for an In-n-out. When the food arrived it was delicouse and hit the spot. The fries were like normal In-n-out fries and the burgers were good as always. The drink machines were all working and the staff was friendly. Not a bad place to eat lunch or dinner!

usually I have really good food here. only one time in the drive-thru. I started eating my fries immediately and they are cold and the line was way too long to get back inside so I just went home. however, that's not usually the case with most of our food that I buy from here and they are quick and fast with a drive-thru often

You cannot go wrong with In-N-Out, never.

This place is mostly crowded. However, there is no lack of service. They obviously have a lot of cooks, which probably wish they had a larger cooking station. However, Everyone is quick, attentive & courteous. Which is a big ask with the crowds they tend to. I've never witnessed anyone displeased with food or service. If anything, they could use more room to accommodate All those regular customers.

I visit this in and out frequently. Now I will say it is always packed and there might be a bit of a wait but I've only ever waited about 20 minutes tops and it was so worth it. I will say that the friendliness of the employees that stand outside and whatever weather conditions just to take our orders is what really makes it worthwhile because customer service for satisfaction is everything. The employees have always been very friendly. Also I have never had one bad order from this location. The food is always hot It's fresh it's cooked to perfection and the employees are not sloppy with the way they put the food in the bags there's no fries spilled or anything and they never forget my condiments.

For a hamburger joint, it's a top notch place. There are additional menu items that are listed online only. The staff is always polite and friendly, it's almost always a busy location. Their coffee is better roasted than some of the specialty places nearby, need I say more.

My hometown staple of burgers! Great to enjoy when I come home to visit! One thing I miss is that they don't have these where I am. The closest is a 3-hour drive away! I don't post 5 stars enough because I usually post when I'm upset about bad service, so after my drive thru experience recently here (and so many others), I thought I should say something nice. This In N Out is fantastic. I mean, expect crazy long lines in the drive thru, but hey, it's In N Out. Service is great, my order is always correct, and they wouldn't dare park you to wait for your order because they are called IN N OUT! McDonald's, Jack in the Box, Del Taco, service sucks, food is garbage, and they almost always park you to wait for your "fast" food. I appreciate In N Out simply because they provide exactly what they are supposed to as a drive thru restaurant. No frills, no bs, just what I ordered while keeping it professional. Not much else to ask for.

This In-N-Out always has a very long line, maybe 20 cars or so, but the workers are extremely fast and get the cars through in no time. There is a large parking lot too, so your car does not get stuck in traffic like the one by Railroad Canyon.

This In-N-Out location did not have the best looking landscape, but I must say that the wait time at the drive thru took approximately 10 minutes. Worth the wait! 🍔🍟 The franchise is always consistent and this location is no different. Depending on the day and occasion, it can get crowded at peak times. The menu is the same and the service is always awesome. * French Fries: 10/10 - hot and fresh * Hamburger: 10/10 - duhh Located in Menifee Countryside Marketplace, their parking lot is very spacious which makes it easy to get in and out. The drive-thru line is also structured in a way that doesn’t block the parking lot which is much appreciated! 🚙 Our go-to location! 👌🏻

What can I say it’s In n out! Everyone knows what they expect when they come here. This is one of my favorite locations because they seem more efficient and doing extra for you. I’ve been to a lot of locations up and down the coast and they are all wonderful. I usually the order the double double and if I’m really hungry I would the 3x3 with their pink lemonade and well done fries. The order is always consistent and I love it. The only thing I can complain about is they can busy in the evening and weekends but that goes for all their locations because they are so good!

I got a California In and Out tshirt for $14.95. In-n-Out I'd great if you're doing Keto or have a gluten or yeast allergy. You can order a burger protein style and they will skip the bun and lettuce wrap it. There isn't a place anywhere else that compares when it comes to lettuce wrapping a burger. They do a fantastic job. They also always have the friendliest staff. There was someone cleaning the bathroom while we were there as well. Two thumbs up and get in there and have a double double protein animal style with mustard instead of animal sauce.

The burgers are decent, but not as good as a lot of people would have you believe. The place is so busy, you're always having to wait 10-15 minutes for your order. The atmosphere is like a 50's diner if it was inside a bus station waiting room. I couldn't have left soon enough after getting my order.

When we got there all the booths were taken. But the food was great. We had Burgers animal style and Fry's. We dined in and it was very clean. The people there were very friendly and the prices are reasonable.

This place was cram packed, cali people really love it here, the rest of us don't really get the hype. I tried it the first time as a teen when it opened in tx, purely because we'd (friend group) all heard about this "magical" place. I just didn't understand why it was so loved. Now I'm in my early 30s, and I've tried it a few times while visiting in-laws, but my opinion hasn't changed much. My husband had me try "animal style" nearly a decado ago, (but I'm already a mess without the help) and it didn't go favorably for me. When I went with family about a week ago, I just got a regular #1 or whatever they call it, and it was almost as good as Steak n' Shake (which is my all time, unbeatable favorite) which surprised me! I sorta understand the hype now, if you can't get any Sn'S, that is.

But very convenient to have someone standing outside to take our order. 1st building window they took money. 2nd window picked up our order. He seemed very concerned that I know that the law said people who were working inside NEED NOT wear a mask if vaccinated. (California July 28, 2021 says ALL should wear mask inside. ) IRONICALLY, the guy standing outside was wearing mask. Most employees inside were not. My photos were to accent their huge window to the prep room and their transparency and cleanliness, not to reveal some were unmasked... but apparently there was some guilt about that fact. They ought to invest in some road side attractions, since the Drive-thru alone is 20 minute experience anytime past 12 on a weekday. Foods okay, burger patties are very thin, which might be okay for the blonde haired blue eyes 100 lb California girl demographic. However, if you're a large, fat, American man anything less than a triple (3x3) patty burger is just playing with your meat. Fries are terrible, don't waste your time. The service was absolutely unacceptable. I came in to dine in and was shocked by how I was treated. One of the front cashiers, Regina, was extremely rude and unprofessional from the start. When I respectfully explained the modifications I wanted for my order, she acted as if I was inconveniencing her, made me feel completely stupid for even asking, and continued to avoid eye contact the entire time. To make matters worse, she had the audacity to tell me to “order correctly next time,” which was both insulting and degrading. No customer should ever be treated this way.
