I always order online, and they make them perfectly. There are a couple of other subways nearby that don't really pack on the veggies when you order extra. This place is the bomb. Get the subway app and use the coupon codes. There is always some deal to get a 12in sub for $5.99 or they are rolling out the Bogo deals.

I much prefer this subway than my local one in hemet. Very friendly service and all the veggies were fresh. Definitely did not skimp me on my veggies either. Definitely will be back when I'm having my subway cravings

Fast and always reliable. Your options of course are healthy and a small sweet is available. Prices for a sandwhich should be like subway, other places are ridiculous. Good customer care at this location.

I had a really great time, the manager came to my table and took my order because im temporarily un-able to walk. I was so surprised and touched by her gesture. I really can't recall her name for some reason but it was definitely top notch customer service. Food was good too, i ordered the Subway club on herb & cheese bread.

This place is always my go to spot if I want something healthy when it’s past 10 pm. The staff is great, patient and their food is always fresh. I can usually tell by the quality of the avocados and tomatoes and they’re always fresh even at night. One of the best subways I’ve been to in a long time.

I want to shout out JACOB! He is this location’s best employee. I came in, he greeted me and every other customer that walked in. He was making app orders as well as walk-in’s. Almost got charged for bacon on a sandwich that comes with bacon. Plenty of meat not many veggies and the bread was very dry. I ate half and took the rest home and ate it on my own bread.

I'm not really a huge fan of subway as it is, but this one was meh. I know subway in general doesn't hook it up like submarina does, but this one kinda skimped on the toppings more than other subways and everything was mediocre. The sandwich itself was good but the service was meh... it was kind of a rush so I'll give them that though.

Subway sandwiches are ok their skimpy on the meat, you're paying $5.00 + and getting maybe 4 to 5 slices of meat. I personally don't patronize this sandwich shop any longer due to the above.

I ordered a side of meatballs and dude swore he had to charge me for a 6 inch sandwich. He asked if I ever ordered it before, I let him know that yes, just not this location. He asked how much was I charged and I told him $1.50. Dude almost lost it and was like oh no we can't do that. It kind of ticked me off and I said dude, you're acting like I'm trying to steal meatballs 😂. Anyways, long and short, I made him call his manager and sure enough $1.50 + tax it came to $1.74, way less than a 6 inch.

My family and I were planning on dinning in but as soon as we walked in the door the place felt much hotter than outside. No A.C got our food to go. Sandwiches were not great. My husband had a stomachache after eating the tuna sandwich.

Does not look clean in food prep area. Staff throw around toppings when making sandwiches. Makes u sick watching them. Really need help with presentation. Poor management leadership.

Booooo for Subway! I ordered a footlong meatball sandwich for my boyfriend, and a Turkey with bacon and avocado for me. $27!!!! That is just ridiculous,especially because they use the cheapest meat available and they are very tight. I actually wanted to give the food back and make some rude comments, but theni remembered it isnt the workers that make the prices. Never will i go again. Id starve first.

One employee decides to clock out and leave the other employee with 4-5 customers waiting in line while I'm just waiting to pay for my sandwich. They charge me for the wrong sandwich with extra ham, roughly $ 2.00 more. I catch it on the receipt and the remaining employee fixes the mistake and gives me 10 % off. I wouldn't suggest going here and please check your receipts

How could there be no spinach. And the lettuce looked like 3 days old. The 9 grain honey oat bread looks more like wheat. But I don't eat processed meat anymore.

Laziest subway on this side of the mississippi. Ordered a sandwhich from this subway through door dash. When it was delivered, they basically gave me a plain spicy Italian with lettuce while everything else I asked for to be on it was in packets or small plastic containers.

All I can say is don't waste your time or money going here when you could go you could go to Firehouse subs Or Jersey Mike's. I don't know how they think they can charge as much as they do when their food isn't even that good and the portions are so small!

Rude customer service by one of the staff members. To be fair, I didn't know what I was getting yet since I rarely go to subway, but this lady seemed to have no patience at all. She was slamming the sandwiches down on the table while making it. The cashier was nice though.

CAUTION; THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST IN QUALITY OF SERVICE. DONTTRY TO COMPLAIN. THEY JUST DONT CARE!! I called subway to have two sandwiches delivered on Sunday evening. When the sandwiches arrived they failed to put 3 bags of chips in to complete the order. The sandwiches only had the main ingredient and nothing else though a cheese steak at least should have the cheese included along with the additional choices. I called the store and was told there wasn't a manager around and if I wanted the chips to come and get them. There was no resolve for the sandwiches ordered. Tough luck!!! If this is the kind of business that subway runs then I would suggest that you take your business where you will be appreciated. They really have shown that THEY REALLY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER OTHER THAN TAKING YOUR MONEY. For$25.33 I was not given anything in the way of quality of service. THIS SUBWAY SHOULD NOT EXIST SINCE NO ONE CARES TO MANAGE IT!! THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THIS POOR SERVICE.

Walk in to subway on 5/27 at 5:08 pm… Two young boys at the front working. Very unprofessional… I walk out. This location will never get money…My house in the lakes but I will drive all the way Bundy Canyon Rd to order subway… That suck.

Food was marginal, service horrible . Young girl could not calculate a 6.99 meal deal x 2 + $6.00. She told me it was $27.00 . I said 6.00 in taxes. Gave her the correct amount $21.75 . She argued and refuse to recalculate and walked away. Another lady came up and properly rung it up.. While the young girl hid in the back. They have no basic math skills. Good News they are hiring and interviewing on the spot. Never going back ! Privileged kids

This location is horrible and extremely unprofessional. I went in 30 minutes after placing a pickup order online for only 2 sandwiches. It said that it would be ready in 15 minutes. I get there stand in line patiently for 10 minutes while they make 2 sandwiches for the 2 people in front of me. I then let them know I had a pickup order for the employee to look at me like I was crazy. She goes and finds the ticket sitting on the counter by the microwave. They had to then make the 2 sandwiches which completely defeats the purpose of online ordering. I assertively spoke my concern of that for the male employee to then yell at me “hey, lady. We’ve had a really long day.” That location is not even busy nor were they busy from the 30 minutes while I was in there.

We ordered 4 sandwiches for in store pick up last night. The one pictured was for my kids. After my youngest started choking on a bite, we opened it up. It had a piece of plastic plus the one we pulled from her mouth. Be more vigilant when you’re making the sandwiches. We were fortunate to be able to lodge this out.

Very disappointing experience. I arrived at the scheduled pickup time for my app order and was told it would be another 10 minutes. I wasn’t even upset about the wait and politely stepped outside. When I returned and picked up my order I asked for a side of sweet onion sauce. An employee named Lyss loudly said “not right now” in front of several customers. I was caught off guard and didn’t know how to respond, and she then said I’d have to wait even longer. The rudeness was embarrassing and completely unacceptable. Based on this interaction, Lyss clearly lacks the basic customer service skills expected in the service industry.

My written instructions on my app order said to double toast the bread with its 3 meats and some extra veggies on it. The bread was too soft to be double toasted. And I didn’t notice any extra veggies on it. So it didn’t fill me up as much as I expected. And I’m saving half of it for tomorrow’s lunch. But the bread will be even softer then, since it wasn’t double toasted. So it wasn’t made correctly like it was the last few times I ordered subs from the app with similar instructions. And I’m not happy with it.

Whoever the two workers working 10/8 during the day seems to not follow much directions. I ordered the sandwhich online for me and my coworker. I went to pick it up, no problem. Got back to work ready to grub on my sandwhich with my co-worker and instantly saw it was things missing plus mine was too overcooked and so was my coworkers. So I had to wrap our sandwiches back up and take it right back. The male worker opened our sandwhiches and act like nothing was wrong. It was no sorry for the inconvenience of me having to come back to even get the sandwhiches fixed. I was close to having both sandwhiches remade but I had no time so I drove back only to realize the main important thing was also missing……. The cheese! You’ll think they’ll know what comes with their bacon and chicken sandwhich. I’ll just know next time to not even order online because it seems like simple instructions on a receipt is complicated! 2 stars for the food only because the veggies tasted fresh.

Firstly one of the sandwiches was missing half of the things on the order and they have it advertised online they have the honey sauce and didn’t even bother to let me know they didn’t have it anymore once I picked it up. Once I got back to my location I checked the sandwiches and notice both of them were burnt and soggy, and missing ingredients. I went back to fix the issue and the guy work around 3:50 pm was very argumentative saying he barely missed any ingredients when there was a handful of them missing and then wanted to say there’s no more honey sauce … well then take it off the website Will not be returning to this location again. A waste of my rewards. Don’t come here.
