Guanciale molto buono, dolci fatti in casa molto buoni e il giovane cameriere bravissimo e disponibile

Ci siamo fermati per caso per pranzo durante una passeggiata in città, convinti dai complimenti fatti da un cliente che stava uscendo. Sale interne molto belle e curate. Servizio gentile e accoglienza cordiale. Ottimi i piatti scelti, un gulasch con canederli e un filetto di trota salmonata. Prezzi alti ma ormai rientrano nella media.

Esperienza bellissima. Location molto elegante in bellissimo palazzo d epoca. Buono e fresco il cibo. Personale gentilissimo molto disponibile e veloce e con bei modi davvero piacevoli ed educati. Un bel posto dove tornare volentieri e da consigliare. Voto alto.

We dined here on January 5th after a visit to the city. Even without a reservation, they gave us a table for three. The service was prompt, and the menu offered a wide variety of traditional dishes. The portions were adequate, and the prices were typical of Merano's city center.

We dined at the restaurant during the Wine Festival with friends, and it proved to be the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy a delicious meal. The atmosphere is that of a welcoming yet elegant stube. I ordered a trio of revisited traditional dishes, which I was truly satisfied with. The homemade tagliatelle with game and truffle ragù was a blast, a well-crafted, characterful autumn dish. The beef goulash was also very good: tender and flavorful, accompanied by speck dumplings and sauerkraut salad. I finished with a classic tiramisu. The service was attentive, making us feel pampered without being intrusive. An excellent choice for those seeking authentic South Tyrolean cuisine with a twist. A culinary experience with full marks!

Excellent experience; we stopped in almost by chance, but we weren't disappointed! The beetroot dumplings with gorgonzola cream were delicious, as were the speck dumplings in broth. The tartare was excellent, though simple, and the chicken tagliata with vegetable salad was well-made and delicious. Excellent service

A very cozy restaurant at the Rössl Bianco B&B&B in Merano – you immediately feel at home. The service is friendly and attentive, the portions are generous, and the food is really good. The service was warm and attentive, and we immediately felt at home. The food was simply fantastic: the schnitzel was perfectly prepared, the pasta was fresh and incredibly delicious. You can tell the passion the food is cooked with. Highly recommended – we'll definitely be back!

Beautiful restaurant with a pleasant garden terrace in the courtyard. The service was nice and fast. For lunch we had a delicious Wiener schnitzel with potato salad and gnocchi pesto, as well as tomato salad with onions. Everything was very tasty. We paid an average price of around 60-,Eu for lunch for three people with drinks and coffee. The toilet inside is clean.I can recommend this restaurant and we would definitely stop by again for a visit sometime.

I only ate at the restaurant so I cannot say anything about the rooms but the restaurant is such a hidden gem! It's quiet and has good prices for the quality. The staff is very polite and the service is pretty quick. The inside is also so beautiful. I would recommend the Garden Pizza and the Gnocchi, also the Aperol Spritz. I would visit again!

This place is a treasure! Do yourself a favour and discover it. A beautifully restored medieval building with many original features. We enjoyed a drink in an atmospheric bar constructed in 1437 and then enjoyed a magnificent meal in the adjoining dining room. We were well looked after by Moritz and Mergana. We are looking forward to returning and staying here for a night or two.

I had dinner there a couple of days ago. Location 5. Service 5. Traditional dishes ok and good ingredients...other dishes i don't really recommend. Not expensive at all considering the atmposphere and the location: jump back in to an historical, original and traditional building with a restiling touch. Probably one of the best esxperience in Meran town. I really suggest. Hope they will change few plates.

This review is about the restaurant. The interior is beautiful and atmospheric, but unfortunately, the dishes we ordered lacked flavor. They were the most mediocre dishes we had in Merano: the ravioli were underseasoned, and the goulash soup was too thick and lacking in flavor.
