Decided to make this the restaurant that me and my husband would celebrate our 14-year wedding anniversary. What a fabulous choice we made! The service was top-notch. The food was absolutely delicious. Everything was perfect about the meal the service and the atmosphere. It was not crowded. It was very comfortable and the ambiance was so chill and relaxing. It was a Tuesday so it happened to be half off any bottle of wine. So we ended up paying $17 for a very delicious bottle of wine. Everything was just so perfect and I know we will definitely be back very very soon. Thank you STRINGS for making our evening so memorable!

The deliciousness was what I needed. I got the Lasagna and Tortellini combo...WHEN I TELL YOU IT WAS GOOD...IT WAS GOOD. I can still smell the flavors, still taste the yummy goodness. I can't lie, I passed out after indulging on this MUST TRY item.

Enjoyed a great dinner here. Atmosphere a little sparse, but I came here to eat! Really crisp and fresh salad. Generous entres and a nice glass of chianti to go along with them.

This was my first time visiting.. The ambiance was beautiful..you can dress casually.. There are plenty of tables in a L shape dining area..The food comes in a timely matter..The waitress was friendly and on top of whatever you needed. The food is amazing! Large portions and well prepared and presented. They do sing Happy Birthday and bring you free small cake with a candle and spell out Happy Birthday! Beautiful experience with friends!

My review is based on : chicken picatta with a side of rissotto and a small ceaser salad . Price : about $23 I initially had a small issue with my order but the owner kindly with urgency did his best to resolve the issue and was sincere in regards to making things right....he provides good old school lets fix it and make it right service..he was beyond kind and attentive. In regards to the food : it was good, not the best but way better than that frozen rubber chicken "olive garden " serves..The chicken portion was a generous size and the two sides rounded it out to be a satisfying meal. NOT the best chicken piccatta ive had but definetly not bad..just squirt extra lemon and your set.. i am basing this on the chicken picatta. The other items very well could be even more amazing. I will be certainly coming back to try different items..

I’ve been going to Strings Italian Cafe for so many years. Service is awesome. Lacey is amazing. So kinda and sweet and remembers your order. The new owners are doing great with there new touches on the menu. Love the new addition of Olive Oil and Balsamic with your bread basket. Food is always delicious! Full of flavor! And Never disappoints!! If your looking for a good, delicious Italian restaurant, Strings 100%. My go to order is the house salad. Tomato, Basil Bruschetta! 💯. And the delicious Chicken Parmesan dinner with the side of fettuccine pasta.

From the moment we arrived, Mike went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Managing a party with kids, family, and a birthday setup isn’t easy but he handled it with patience, kindness, and a big smile the entire time. He was incredibly attentive, quick with requests, and made sure every guest felt comfortable and taken care of. What really stood out was how thoughtful and calm he was throughout the celebration. He made our special day feel stress free, which means everything to parents celebrating a 1 year milestone. Thanks to Mike, we were able to actually enjoy the moment instead of worrying about logistics.

The meals ive gotten here have been pretty good, I love their salad and garlic bread, price is not too bad and speed of service is decent.

Great place with really good food! We were in town touring UC Merced for my son’s school introduction. After the visit, we decided to grab something to eat nearby, and this spot was only about a 10–15 minute drive from campus. When we come back to visit our son, this will definitely be one of our go-to places to relax and enjoy a great meal.

I used to come here often when I worked nearby and it was delicious but today was terrible. The usual soup and salad everyone enjoys lacked all flavor and ingredients. It was not minestrone it was cabbage soup in broth and even the usually delicious salad was boring and flavorless. Very disappointing because I used to enjoy the food so much. I hope they can figure it out and get back to being a reliably delicious place to go out.

I went with my kids and we heard the f word come from the manager twice The food also was not good. The balsamic vinegar had slimy peices coming out when we poured it. The oil had black in the bottle. The balsamic vinaigrette was cloudy oil with black tar looking stuff at the bottom. When asked they told me they make it with pesto and oil...that's not balsamic vinaigrette. The zoodles were bland. The kids mac and cheese tasted like plain overcooked noodles that had NO CHEESE TASTE. The fries were undercooked. Basically the bread was edible that's all. The food is not worth the prices they charge.
