Los mejores chilaquiles en Mérida. Lleguen temprano porque se les acaba el aguacate. Para mí el mix perfecto es: salsa de mole, con attackers y longaniza - un hit!

Recomendado, la verdad muy ricos chilakilez y la manera en que puede uno hacer sus combinaciones, me pareció muy innovador y fresco. Los jugos deliciosos, todo preparado al momento eso brinda un sabor muy agradable y el ambiente me gusto sencillo pero agradable a los sentidos

Perfect place for a delicious breakfast in Mexico and can honestly say this place is totally worth a visit. We tried the chilaquiles and pancakes with maple syrup, scrambled eggs, bacon, and avocado. Everything was perfectly prepared, fresh, and full of flavor. The portions were generous, so you definitely won’t leave hungry. The place has a great, cozy atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed morning. Fresh juices were a big plus, and the staff was super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Delicious chilaquiles !! And the salsa that we asked for on the side was nice and spicy!! I got the torta and my husband got the chilaquiles and we both go eggs with it and poblano sauce! Uhhhh so good.

The orange and carrot juice was on point...loved it. Being vegetarian we got avacado with the chilakeleez. It was wholesome, tasty and a good portion. The informal atmosphere just made it very comfortable. A good 2Km walk from the hotel area on a lovely large road for most of the way which also we enjoyed.

Hands down the BEST chilaquiles I’ve ever had! This was the first meal we had upon arriving to Merida and it really set the tone. Cute little spot, walkable from some of the main attractions in the area. Portions are huge and service was fast and friendly. Must try! I’d eat here again and again if I could.

Had an awesome breakfast. You have to get the chilaquiles! You can design your own ingredients. Was a huge plate that you could easily share. The staff spoke English and had menus in English which I appreciated. Get the cappuccino it was the best I’ve had in a while. Definitely add this to your list of breakfast places in Merida

Best Chilaquiles I've ever had and I always search this dish out whenever I'm in Mexico..which is often. Good variety of customization....between my wife and I we tried 4 different sauces. All of them were delicious. I highly recommend the crema poblano and the salsa potosina. Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful with the menu. Must check this place out for breakfast or lunch if you are in Merida.

Stopped for breakfast before heading to the airport and heading home! We’ve had a ton of great food here in Merida, but here was not only wonderful food but outstanding service! We had the enchiladas mole & omelette and lattes, food was devoured before we could take pics but everything was delicious.

Chilaquiles at Chilakilez... yes please! These killer chilaquiles were freaking amazing. Amazing for breakfast or lunch. We had the Molletes and make your own chilaquiles... but to be honest, we could have split 1 of them the portions were so large. Make sure to get a fresh made juice for $60 pesos. Service was awesome. We'd definitely go back for a killer breakfast again!

Very chic place, friendly staff that speaks English and according to them, most things on the menu are naturally gluten free. Lunch options are somewhat better than breakfast choices. If you love cheese, this is the place for you.

They are standing behind their slogan, these are really good chilaquiles! They usually take some time to prepare the dishes so be patient. Things to improve: - My table wasn't really clean when I sat down. - Music is fine but I wish they would play more calm and relaxing music. After a long week usually I want a place to relax while having breakfast or brunch. Other than that I highly recommend trying this chilakiles!

El servicio es muy bueno super amigables y atentos. La comida con muy buen sazón sin duda una muy buena opción para desayunar. Las porciones son de buen tamaño y precio justo. Recomendado.

Todo estuvo muy rico. Pedimos tres variaciones de los chilaquiles, una torta y unos molletes. En específico, la torta con arrachera estaba muy rica. Las porciones eran bastante grandes, así que lleguen con hambre. El ambiente estaba muy lindo, aún siendo un local pequeño. Había WiFi disponible.

Los chilaquiles son muy ricos, sin embargo, la bebida que pedimos no me gustó. Ordené un latte y no sabía a café, además que la capa de espuma desapareció casi de inmediato. Me hubiera gustado chilaquiles más crujiente, pero eso es a gusto personal. El platillo está por de más decir que está muy bien servido. La atención es buena, el personal muy amable.

Desayuno con chilaquiles, el lugar es agradable y se ubica en el centro de Merida. Una de las cosas que me pareció mas interesante fue que puedes personalizar tu chilaquil, es decir, escoger tipo de tostada carne y complementos. El sabor fue bueno pero siento que podrían mejorar agregándole queso gratinado y asi sería un 10/10. Probé la galletita de red velvet y licuados con leche, estuvieron super ricos.

Pedí el paquete de arma tus chilaquiles con tortilla azul, salsa potosina, mas un extra de carne arrachera. Me gustó todo menos la arrachera, se sentía algo chiclosa pero no le quita que estaba rico y te lo sirven bien caliente.

Antes se llamaban chilakillerz... Ya pusieron más cosas en su menú de desayuno y para los chilaquiles tienen la misma dinámica de hacerlos a tu gusto, escoges entre topos amarillos o azules, salsas y proteínas diferentes. Si quieres más salsa te la cobran extra, eso fue lo que no me encantó, ya que los chilaquiles para mí gusto estaban muy secos y las tortillas duras. Fue como comer nachos. Siento que el lugar ya no está acogedor, quieres salir pronto de ahí además de que los chilaquiles no son de lo mejor. Se ven bonitos para la foto pero les hace falta mucho sabor.

Somos de Cancun y venimos de vacaciones a Merida, visitamos Chilakilez y ordenamos Hot cakes venian acompañados con huevo revuelto, salchicha y tocino, les recomendaria freir mas el tocino y la salchica, ademas de que estaban pegajosas, pero los hotcakes parecian de un dia anterior o congelados, estaban secos y no estaban bien cocidos. Muy decepcionante, pedimos la cuenta y los platillos los entregamos practicamente enteros, pero no se tomaron la molestia de preguntar porque los dejabamos asi, solo los retiraron y nos trajeron la cuenta, mi suegra vio que otros comensales dejaron sus platillos enteros.

Había visitado en varias ocasiones su restaurante aunque el sabor es bueno, casi siempre tienen problema con falta de algún ingrediente. Generalmente este lugar “es de los restaurantes que por que es bueno el sabor, regreso” pero siempre que he venido y traído/invitado gente hace falta algún ingrediente del menú o “no tienen algo” en esta ocasión, supongo que por que es la primera vez que me tratan tan mal decido quejarme… Su horario aquí dice 3:00 pm, entramos a las 2:00 a pedir mesa, solo habrían dos mesas ocupadas y una persona salió a decirnos que solo tenían para llevar, le pregunté pues por qué? Ya que su horario dice a las tres y luego me dijo “es que ya no nos queda nada”, entonces ¿cómo puede venderme para llevar si ya no les queda?. Este lugar me gustaba mucho por su “buen sabor” pero es muy tortuoso que su servicio al cliente siempre sea deficiente y el día de hoy, grosero. Sin ganas de seguir discutiendo el por qué no podía comer en su establecimiento si su horario aún me lo permitía, nos volteamos y nos fuimos, lo cual fue una desgracia por qué había recomendado sus chilaquiles a con quienes iba. En fin, por las razones que competan, si su horario cambió hay maneras de hacerlo saber a sus comensales sin ser groseros o poner pretextos, es una pena, no regresaré
