They are very professional and welcome you. There are fast preparing coffee, hot or cold and is a very good place to study to take somebody special thank you, Starbucks
Usually there in the early evening once or twice a month and never had any problems. Crew is knowledgeable, friendly, and very efficient. Most times they even remember my standard bread and veggie selections.
Went for lunch on a Friday and there was only 1 person ahead of me. The employees gave great service and were very nice unlike alot of other sandwich places. Highly recommend this location not to mention great tasty food. I ordered the #20 and man I tell you I was more than satisfied. I give a 20 out of 20 stars.
I think this is the cleanest best service and taken care of Subway in all of San Jose.
What keeps me coming back to this Subway is their exceptional service and great food. The staff always greets me with a smile and is happy to customize my sandwich just the way I like it. The restaurant is clean, the atmosphere is casual, and it's the perfect spot to grab a meal on the go. The quality of the food is consistently great—fresh and tasty!
The woman who made my sandwich was very attentive to the ingredients, and the cashier who rang me up was very careful to select my cookie without touching it. The place was very clean and the prices were very reasonable. The food was delicious and I got out of there very quickly, which was good because I had somewhere to be. The atmosphere was quiet and pleasant. This is an excellent location, and I highly recommend it.

Radio playing and echoes (and masks) made it very hard to hear the staff. Recently renovated, but when will retail designers learn that hard surfaces everywhere creates an echo chamber? Otherwise, its a nice Subway with easy parking.
Subway #44239-0: Disappointing Experience I was excited to try Subway again, especially since I had ordered through the app and requested specific customizations for my sandwiches. Unfortunately, my experience at Subway #44239-0 was extremely disappointing. When I arrived to pick up my order, the staff refused to make the requested changes, claiming it would require an additional charge. This was despite the fact that I had already paid for the order in full through the app and the customizations were listed on my receipt. It's frustrating to have my order not prepared as requested, especially when I've already paid for it. I won't be returning to this location in the future.

I had ordered veggie patty sandwiches but when I tasted it it’s not fresh and I can feel bad smell from it I don’t like this one and also staff lady was bit rude with me

Every time I come to this location they are super stingy with their veggies. I literally saw them put TWO tiny slices of green pepper on a 6”. They short me on spinach every time. I e been to a dozen subways. This one is consistently stingy. Too bad my office is down the street. I spoke w manager. He told me they will not make money if the give “extra” veggies. I don’t want extra. Just what a 6” calls for at every ofher location. I will go out of my way to avoid this location
I guess eat fresh was the old slogan. Not my favorite subway location. My order was fine, but the three employees behind the counter shamed the lady behind me in line for asking for vegetables on the new brisket sandwich. I won't be back to this location again.
Really rude customer service. Woman did not include an item on my receipt. When I asked to see the problem, she refused. Very unprofessional and terrible experience.
Terrible, they act like they don’t want to make you food or like they can’t spare extra olives etc. and touching receipts with gloves she planned to use for my sandwich, disgusting manners , rude service , sandwich was mid & she got mad because I wanted extra . Stingy, rude. Terrible
Me and my boyfriend ordered sandwiches that came with bacon. But then the lady charged us for “adding bacon”. What? We got the chicken bacon and ranch sandwich. I’ve never had the happen before. The food was terrible. Don’t get. It felt very scam-ish
My dad goes to many different subways. By far this is the worst one he’s experienced. They are extremely unfair with the portion sizes, and give far less. Mind you he goes to multiple different subway locations so he is used to a certain portion size. Also they cover the meats here as if to purposely hide how much they are putting on your sandwich. Then when he went to use a coupon, they said the sandwich he got doesn’t qualify for that coupon. On the bottom it lists certain exclusions like the Mexicali, etc. But nowhere does it list the type of sandwich he got. The cashier was very rude and unhelpful. This location has bad customer service and bad practices and we do not recommend coming here.
I only gave one star because food is good but they REALLY need to put a sign up stating “ THE COUPON OFFERS ARE ONLY FOR SPECIFIC SANDWICHES. NOT ALL !!” I had to argue that the sandwich I purchased should have been honored because every other Subway Shop honored it . This was very unfair to me as a customer…!!! They should then ask customers “ do you have a coupon ? THEN EXPLAIN which sandwiches we can choose from —-so better yet , JUST PUT UP A SIGN 😡
