Had a excellent experience dining in on our way home from a trip. The food we had was hot and delicious. Everything was prepared well and the service was fast. Laura the manager and her team were very nice to our big group! Thank you for going out of your way to take care of us.

I needed to share this because, it's completely wasteful and the owner of this location is needlessly losing money. 25 packets of honey for an 8 piece order of chicken, no butter or napkins so I suppose they saved a little money there.

Was good but so overpriced. We got the $20 meal deal and it is just not at all worth the price. Recently when we went our order was forgotten and we waited a very long time for it just to have to wait a very long time again for it to be made. Would have been happier if I was offered a partial refund instead of a piece of brownie.

I gave my order back for refund. The female manager and make service worker exchanged comments of discontent. She was sitting in a front room and he was near the fryers. Suppose I wasn’t to hear their comments. But wait… The last time I was there a man cussed them out royally! Apology after apology but none for my Luke warm food that had obviously been sitting there. If I would have cussed at them as that guy did may I would have warranted an apology. But I got nothing!

I went thru drive-up earlier today for 8 pc. Tenders. When I got home found someone on staff can't count past 7! Hope they do a better job counting $

We were asked to pull around to wait for our food... normally, I don't care, BUT this KFC, to "pull around" you have to drive out to the main road, flip a u-turn, and then you can properly "pull around" back into their parking lot.

I got a Mac a cheese and that was definitely expired, didn’t taste like cheese and had a rotten taste, me and my girlfriend immediately spit it out, shall be requesting a refund if can.

We reached here at 9 PM and ordered from the self checkout station, after waiting for 20 mins we asked about our order and the staff was like they don’t have our order. We had our receipt and we showed them the receipt and he is like i’ll bring it out. The staff was not present at the counter so we gave to literally wait for 10 mins just to ask someone about it. Not at all a good customer service
