I had an awesome dining experience here! The food came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The lettuce wraps and Mongolian beef were especially good! Our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the service was quick even though it was busy.

My wife and I sat at the Bar and had the privilege of being served by Pip! She is the epitome of GREAT service! We just want to give props when props are DUE! Thank you Pip and PF Changs!

I recently visited P.F. Chang’s Sawgrass and wanted to give a special shout-out to Michael, the operating partner on duty the service was impressively fast and spotlessly clean from start to finish. 🤍 We kicked things off with Chang’s Lettuce Wraps and Dynamite Shrimp !the wraps were fresh and crisp, and the shrimp packed the perfect amount of spice. The appetizers came out quickly, showing the team clearly runs a tight ship. For dessert? Total indulgence. We ordered The Great Wall of Chocolate® and Banana Spring Rolls both a massive hit. The chocolate cake was rich and decadent (exactly what you dream of after savory starters), and the banana spring rolls brought that crunchy sweet finish that left us hovering over the last bite. Yummmmmm 👅 Overall, it was a fun treat after so much shopping. Between the speed and cleanliness of service under Michael’s leadership and the deliciousness of the food especially the appetizers and desserts!! I’ll definitely be back for some more indulging

What truly elevated our dinner was the service. Our server, Valentina, was incredibly attentive without being intrusive. He gave us excellent recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed. People like that make you want to come back.

We came here for our anniversary and had such a great time! Our food was amazing and Levi was an awesome server! His recommendations were spot on and we were not disappointed with the food. It made our anniversary memorable and we would definitely recommend the place to our friends and family!

The food and drinks were good and so was the service by Ashton. Be sure to check out the lunches that come with spring rolls or soup. Better to stop here than the food court when visiting Sawgrass Mills.

We had an awesome time! Our server Khang was great. It was my son’s birthday, and another restaurant at Sawgrass could not accommodate us. But P.F. Chang’s was so helpful, letting me drop off decorations and decorating the table before we got there. I’m so glad we ended up here. Everything was terrific!

Came here for lunch on a weekend recently and had a very flavorful meal served by an attentive and friendly waiter. The dynamite shrimp appetizer was amazing! I enjoyed the sesame chicken as an entree and it was served piping hot, clearly very freshly prepared. My husband enjoyed the Vietnamese noodle salad with shrimp which was HUGE! He was expected it to be all noodles and veggies but it was mainly lettuce. Still yummy, just not quite what he was expecting.

After a long tiring day we decided to have lunch at P.F. Chang’s. We got seating rather quickly but the wait after was so long we were about to leave. Ali was not assigned to our table but decided to serve us because our waiter never came. Our appetizers came out in less than 5 minutes. The food and drinks were excellent, which made up for the long wait. I gave a 5 star rating because of the exceptional service Ali provided. We realized he was done for the day but stayed to ensure we got the best experience and service. We left lunch beyond satisfied! I’d 100% recommend and request Ali as a server!!

We came in with a large party, which can often be challenging, but Kai handled everything with absolute professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude from start to finish. He was attentive without being intrusive, incredibly organized, and made sure everyone’s orders were correct and delivered in a timely manner. Kai went above and beyond to ensure our entire group felt taken care of, and his energy truly elevated our dining experience. He managed our large table effortlessly, kept everything running smoothly, and never missed a beat. It’s rare to find service this consistent and genuine, especially with a large group. My server was Khang and he took care of us from the moment we sat down till we left!! The service was 10/10, the food incredible (I’m vegetarian and the tofu options are my favorite!! so delicious!!) definitely coming back soon!

This communicates that the menu duties are more important to the restaurant than the customers who walk into the restaurant. Table service and food was fast and amenable. Camille took great care of us and was very attentive.

The day we went was crazy busy. The waitress was clearly overwhelmed but she was very nice and positive, and didn't forget anything. Wish I would have gotten her name. She deserves a good praise. At 6210pm i called the restaurant and asked for 730pm reservation for 6 people I stated it was for my mother's birthday We showed up around 722 pm and the hostess could not find the name and then found the name and said it was for 3 people. The we got sat at 725pm and no one came to the table. At 742 pm i went to the host stand and said we haven't had a server come to our table At 750pm a manager came to the table to take our drink order. We ordered drinks and crab ragoon and the ragoon tasted so fishy that it was nasty. The drinks were delivered by the manager and then we ordered and the soups/salads were delivered by another person. Then finally our food got there and there was another person that was supposedly our server. He was so unprofessional that he kept saying, Bro to me and our table. I told the manager at time of ordering drinks it was my mom's birthday. The table next to us had dessert with a sparkler. Then i told our final server it was her birthday and what can we do. He said he would buy us a dessert but only two different types. We told him for the chocolate with peanut butter but can we get it togo as my mom wasn't hungry anymore. Then we got the dessert to go, we paid the bill and the table next to us got a celebration at their table with dessert and a sparkler. I then went to the server and asked why we didn't get that and his response was Bro, how do i sing happy birthday and put a sparkler in a to go dessert. I looked at him and said that he was so unprofessional and he kept saying Bro, it isn't my fault. He then walked away. The manager who first helped us was right there and never said a word. Then i spoke to the same manager at leaving and she was stunned. The place was half full. Empty tables everywhere., We visited the restaurant right after Thanksgiving and our service was horrible as well.

My boyfriend and I went today saturday January 17th to the Sawgrass mill center pf changs around 3pm. When ordering we order a wonton soup, 2 strawberry cucumber limeade, and 2 MEDIUM size Mongolian trio platter with BOTH AN UPGRADED sides a low mein with chicken and a low mein with steak. My boyfriend clearly heard me say MEDIUM and UPGRADE not that we were ordering two extra platter of the actual low mein dishes. The server admitted to ordering up a regular portion and ordering us an actually specialty platter of both low meins which was an extra 17 each. Although she was good clearly we spent an extra 60 dollars we didnt want to spend because we tip when we shouldn't have because she basically put in dishes we didnt want and plus when reading our order back she repeated what I told her yet still order us the regular portion as well as two extra dishes. Our bill came out to be 125. And change. We are very disappointed. Our bill should have been close to maybe 80 to 85 dollars. We WILL NEVER BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN.
