I don't know if it's the franchise or company policy. The bread was too fragile for its contents; it started to fall apart in my hands after the second bite because the toppings made it watery (this isn't my first time eating a sub, and it hasn't happened to me even when I've bought takeout), and they limited me to just five vegetables. The sub felt empty; besides the three boneless ones on a 6-inch sub, there was a lot of bread left in that sub. It's a shame because I've had favorable experiences at this place, but I don't think I'll return. The only positive thing is that the promotional price was honored.

The lettuce was oxidized, and the lady who served us added $1 of what we ordered, literally three slices of onion and three jalapeños. Honestly, it was the "meanest" Subway I've ever been served.

The best thing about it is the promotions; the staff is attentive and friendly. I asked for a food receipt and they provided one. It's worth mentioning that not all establishments are willing to provide receipts. A good option for eating.

Monday, February 17th, and the person who works in the mornings is awful. She leaves everyone waiting in line, and there are so many people, and she's just at the back. Very bad.

Sunday, 6:30 PM. Only one girl was working, and she was quite busy. There were a couple of guys ahead of me and a man behind me waiting in line for at least 15 minutes. Then a worker came out from the back and served the person who had just arrived, even though we told him we were waiting in line. That kid needs training, and if he doesn't understand, someone else should be given the opportunity. Terrible service.

The service is very slow, they spend their time playing games instead of serving customers, and they have zero attention to customers and don't guide you at all. If you're a new customer, you wouldn't know how to order your food correctly and you'd end up eating what they want.

Deceptive pricing and misleading advertising: when you order your sub, they just ask if you'd like a certain ingredient added, but they don't tell you it costs extra. In the end, you literally pay double the price on the board. Be careful and always ask if there's an extra charge because they don't mention it, but they still charge you.
