Excellent service, and since they offer coffee tastings from all over the world, it's more than just coffee; they seem to work hard to achieve perfection. Today I bought two boxes from the Barista collection. I also recommend their artisanal, single-origin range! 👌🏼 They also have an ongoing campaign to recycle used capsules, so they're responsible and contribute to the environment. 👍🏼

This franchise needs to improve. Just because it's in Palacio de Hierro doesn't mean people will automatically buy it. There are no promotions, no offers, and if there are—or so they say—they force you to buy a lot of capsules, and the most expensive ones at that. The staff isn't friendly; maybe they think people will buy just because it's Nespresso. They sell because people who drink coffee are addicted.

Nespresso is located inside San Pedro Passage, on the upper floor of the Palacio de Hierro, up the escalator. Pros: Delicious coffee and a wide variety. Cons: THEY ONLY HAVE 2 CHAIRS!!! So it's uncomfortable to enjoy the coffee standing up or wait for it to be empty. Please be patient.

Terrible service at the Palacio de Hierro Restaurant. We asked for water, they didn't have any, and we tried to order ravioli, but they didn't have any. The waiters were very inattentive. They ignored us. The bill for two came to $800. I'm sorry I didn't leave the place!

I wasn't very impressed with the service from the manager; she seemed more interested in chatting with her colleague than answering my questions about the gift packages they had. I ended up leaving and buying the capsules on Amazon. They were the same price, there was a wider variety of packages, and with Prime they arrived in two days.

Highly recommend going to other Nespresso location. here you would have to lose a lot of time in line because employees do not consider moving faster if they have overcrowded boutique. If you value your time - don’t go there. Order online or visit Punto Valle location.

Maybe it's a bit childish, but I don't like the cocky attitude of the guys who serve that coffee. I prefer to go to Starbucks. They're quieter and very friendly over there. The Palace is always the best, but I buy Nespresso somewhere else.

I arrived at 8:59 and the doors were already locked, the guy who was there didn't want to help me, by the time he went crazy and checked his cell phone it was already 9:00, I understand that I arrived almost at closing time but closing at 9:00 is closing at 9:00, if a customer arrives at 8:57, 8:58, 8:59 they should be served, if the doors weren't locked they would have managed to get in; no matter how much I insisted that I arrive at 8:59, the guy just didn't listen to me, I was going to take 200 capsules, I'm going to go tomorrow but to the palace to see if they train their people to look for sales instead of going around locking and keying minutes before closing, very bad for the branch because there should be a manager who is interested in making sales.
