CORALLO 🇮🇹 Amalfi coast

Perhaps the best Italian food in Miami Beach. Our meal was 5 Star and Francesco, our server, was absolutely excellent. I am Italian and rarely give an Italian restaurant 5 Stars but I would like to give Corallo Miami Beach 10 Stars. We will be back.

Probably the best Italian restaurant on Ocean Drive so far, hands down! 🇮🇹 What truly made our lunch special was Francesco, whose warm Italian hospitality and top-notch service made us feel like VIP guests. We were welcomed with freshly baked bread and high-quality olive oil. The burrata was simply exceptional, incredibly creamy and fresh. Kids had pasta and it was rich, flavorful, and cooked just right in ideal italian way. For main course we had the slow-cooked sea bass in sea salt, absolutely delicious! It was so good that we just wished there was more of it. The octopus, was amazing and standout on its own, tender, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The ambiance is authentically Italian, with cozy vibes and traditional music in the background. If you’re in Miami and want real Italian food with unmatchable service, Corallo is a must.

This place was so good! It was great food, romantic vibe, and great staff! It’s authentic Italian food and not a tourist trap like some of the other spots. Our waiter, Francesco was amazing!! He gave us great recommendations and was so professional. He also made our experience there amazing! Because of all of this I’d highly recommend this spot and plan on going back next time I’m in Miami!

I was beyond impressed with this restaurant. Clro and Salvatore immediately made my wife and I feel like family. Our waiter Lugi then continued this throughout our entire dinner. A lot of reviews for restaurants just focus on the food (makes sense). This was not only the best salmon I have ever had, the atmosphere at this restaurant is what truly makes the difference. If you are looking to eat in Miami, stop scrolling and pat yourself on the back. You found an absolute gem.

The food is simply delicious and impecable presented. We try the Seafood fettuccini, the Lobster fettuccini (with actuality Maine 🦞 and Pasta Alfredo. And a delicious Tiramisu for dessert. Don't miss this restaurant is beautifully decoded and worth every Penny. As we say in Portugal Recomendadíssimo. Hope to return soon.

A fabulous evening with authentic Italian fare! We enjoyed excellent service from Carlo, and his wine suggestions. The Risotto with shrimp & saffron was perfectly seasoned. The ravioli was so fresh and mouth watering! Beautiful venue and outdoor seating.

You must check this place out if you want AUTHENTIC Italian food in Miami. Our server; Francesco, was outstanding and made our celebration even better. Cannot say enough good things about the food and the ambiance. Wonderful!

Awesome Italian restaurant. The foods and service are all good. Honestly, I wasn’t looking for Italian food when I’m visiting Miami as I found it not interesting enough but I came across this place on Google with good reviews and the pictures look good so I decided to gave it a try. I was not disappointed. The seafood and meat were cooked perfectly and the ingredients they use are fresh. The cocktail was a bit on a weaker side to me but still flavorful. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The very best meal we had in all of south beach! Service was incredible, food was better than we could have ever expected and authentic. Everything was extremely well presented…very artistic and inspiring. Each course was introduced with a clean table and new silverware….refreshing fo what we had experienced this week!!! An absolute gem! Recently took my wife there for her birthday, What a beautiful spot! We sat outside , our amazing server was Francesco, he made us feel so special , so much so , that I let him choose all my meals. And he chose so well. We ate some of best Italian delights outside of Italy! The homemade pasta was to die fur and the octopus was the best I’ve tasted! And of course the lemon cello is a must! Again Francesco, you made my wife’s birthday very special with your great service and menu knowledge and your fun personality. We will be back! Corallo is a must try on the beach. From the moment we were seated, our server Francesco delivered an incredible dining experience. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the menu, they guided us through each dish with perfect recommendations—including a rich truffle risotto and the house-made tiramisu. They anticipated our needs without being overbearing and timed each course perfectly. Even when the restaurant was busy, they never seemed rushed and remained attentive. It’s clear that they take pride in creating a warm, elevated Italian dining atmosphere.

My brother and I were fortunate enough to find this GEM and have an amazing Italian meal during our vacation on Saturday February 8, 2025. We are Chilean born and live in New York State so we know good Italian food. The young man who greeted us showed us pictures of the food on his cell and we were sold. Our waiter was Francesco and he was AMAZING! He had great suggestions for us to pick from, was attentive, courteous and extremely well polished! The entire experience was phenomenal! The restroom was not as pretty as the restaurant itself BUT I think that’s just a South Beach thing!? 🤷🏻‍♀️ anywho, it was great and I highly recommend a visit, I was able to enjoy 2 glasses of Limoncello at the end of the meal (my sibling lives a healthier, sober life). Please go to CORALLO, you won’t regret it! 🍝

Looked up seafood around town and Corallo’s came up. I will tell you it did not disappoint. My husband had the gnocchi bolognese. I had the grilled octopus and Lobster ravioli and it was all delicious. The staff and our server Luigi amazing. Definitely try it out if you want an authentic Italian atmosphere and great Italian/seafood.
