This was our first visit to any Canes and all we can say is Wow! From the disco lights to the DJ to the Texas toast, chicken, SAUCE, and Cane's ice! Fun and delicious! Love the kiosk ordering even though we almost accidentally ordered 8 additional Texas toast ;) Would definitely return again - especially good for a late night after drinks dinner
I visited this place yesterday at night. The stuff was very friendly and they were smiling a lot. I ordered a set with chicken fingers and I loved it! It was very crispy and tender. the fries were amazing, very soft, just like I like. local is very pretty, now it had some halloween decorations. Tables were clean and toilet was okay. I recommend if you want a quick fast food!
The food is always delicious at Cane's. The service was fast and friendly. Atmosphere was off the charts. We really enjoyed our lunch time.
We visited quite early in the morning, at around 10.15 am. The food was delicious, it’s worth a try for anyone visiting the East coast! The man at the counter was very friendly.
After seeing many videos on social media. We tried here while in holiday in Miami. We all had the Box meal combo and throughly enjoyed it. I can eat for my country and was pleasantly content with my meal. The toilets were out of order on our visit and only had 1 working. But apart from that. The service was very friendly, asking where we were from. Very qui kmon our meals and hotter than most fast food outlets in the uk.
Amazing food! Chicken really crispy, great sauce, Texas toast the best! Good atmosphere, live music, very friendly staff!!! Only minus is that it was too cold
OMG. Fantastic. It's got a great feeling a vibe to the place. The food is hot and fresh.
Hands down the best chicken tenders in Miami! If you’re in South Beach, you have to stop by Cane’s. This location serves the best chicken tenders in the entire city — crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. The Cane’s Sauce is absolutely amazing, and don’t forget to order the Texas toast… it’s out of this world! The Caniac Combo is a great value — it’s more than enough for two people to share. Drinks are refillable, which is always a plus. There’s often live music and the whole place has a chill, beachy vibe that makes you want to stay longer. The staff is super friendly, and the restaurant is always clean and well-organized. Whether you’re a local or just visiting Miami, this spot is a must-try!
Superior service, restaurant was clean. The chicken fingers fries and texas toast meal is a win win! The decor is so funky and cool.
If you want to try real American food known as finger foods you can't miss this place. The value of a combo is approximately 11 dollars and you can enjoy a refreshing lemonade, crinkle-cut fries, Texas-style bread and the traditional house sauce. the best? Fresh chicken, not frozen and free of antibiotic treatments. The flavor makes it really different. I recommend you try the iced tea with lemonade. Perfect for a very hot day. Another fact: They now have a DJ with very good music. Thursday and Saturday. The ambiance of the place is another point in its favor, as is the speed in delivering orders.
One of my fav restaurants!!! Service is very friendly, atmosphere and music is INCREDIBLE!!! Highly recommend!! ❤️💛

First time at Raising Canes and WOW. The meal we ordered was 4 chicken fingers. Crinkle cut fries coleslaw, garlic bread. Good to put one of the fingers in with there sauce. Thought Chic fil a was good but this is so tasty and the meat was steaming hot with crunchy coating. Way better than the others. Service was fast friendly and smiling. Tables were being cleaned and restaurant was very clean. They even had a dj spinning records. Colourful and wasn’t too busy. Can’t wait for locations in Montana and Washington along with Idaho. Hurry up This will be one of last stops before heading back north.

It must be good if its open til 3am on a Tuesday. Self order kiosks as you enter, but we went straight to the counter to order with a person, skipped the kiosk lines. Chicken was good, Texas toast was buttery and cooked just right

We absolutely loved this place. It was the very first spot we visited when we arrived in Miami. There was a DJ playing, which set a great vibe right away. The food was superb, and we loved everything about the atmosphere, the flavors, and the overall experience. If you’re a fan of chicken and great value, this is the perfect place to be.
The DJ was playing and the food was very good. The chicken isn't greasy or too salty. A lot of people and big lineups but worth the wait. The ice tea with sugar cane is amazing. Great ambiance.
Great food with big portions and amazing service. There was a DJ playing christmas and other great songs so there was perfect armosphere
First time I've ever eaten at Raising Cane's and the chicken was delicious! Staff were friendly and the place was busy! I will come back. I wish there was one in Bellingham Washington where I live.
Food is amazing. Great toast and juicy tender chicken fingers. The only minus is very loud music, so loud that it’s hard to talk with the other person.
The hype is real! First had these chicken tenders in Las Vegas and I have been hooked ever since. Was counting down to the opening of the Florida location on south beach and I wasn’t disappointed. The food is awesome. That toast and sauce is the truth. The staff is super friendly and attentive. All around, the place is tops. They are raising the roof with quality chicken tenders. Love raising cane’s.
Finally it has happened To Me (shouts to CeCe Penniston) A FRESH FRIED FLAKY CRUNCHY CHICKEN with Hot Crispy Fries and THAT TEXAS TOAST buttered and Hinted with Garlic. This is All I Can Hope For in Life! Canes is the sponsor of The Fried Chicken Festival in New Orleans which I had The Distinct Pleasure of Attending in its Inception. Although I did Not Agree with the Judging. Oh I wander sorry, Back to These Sumptuous Filets That Crackle Crunch then Melt into your Tastebuds. This Fried Chicken is Consistently The BEST. Slightly Seasoned Tender and Juicy, the Breast Used is Obviously of a ‘higher’ Standard which I was on this Balmy Evening. Prepare to Lick Your Fingers and Lips. The Presentation alone creates A Sense of Voracity. And as i was Famished, I attacked that Bird Like a Cro-Magnon. Artistry arises in Many Forms. Raising Cane’s are truly the ‘Masters’ of their Domain. Respect and Behold the Taste of Perfection.
You most likely will pay for parking if want to dine in. We ordered online so we got our food faster then expected. The line inside the store looked to be about a 15-20 wait. The chicken was great, they did miss the coleslaw which I was bummed about but overall i was excited about this try
Can’t think of any other “fast food” spot that had a dj and great music. The disco ball was a nice touch! Great experience
Very good food and good sauce a little bit more expensive compared to other fast food but not that bad
Visited this place the other day with my wife for a quick bite. The food was delicious, the service was ultra fast and in addition they had a DJ in the store! Very nice, fun atmosphere and an affordable choice for that area that everything is quite expensive.
Raising canes just never misses, I don’t know if I’m just lucky but the staff were super friendly people, I don’t get to go to canes as often as I’d like as we don’t have it in Canada but every time I do it just always hits, staff were all super happy didn’t look like they hate their life’s, laughing and joking around, food was great super fresh, amazing environment! Well kept place!
We love Cane's and this location didn't disappoint! Food is always good, Ive always thought the fries could be better, but it is still all good. The sweet tea and lemonade are also great! The service here was great to very friendly staff and we're kind when helping pick up a drink spill from our kiddos.
NOTE: The meals were comped using a gifted Caniac Card. I was not compensated for my review or expected to write about a positive experience. With that out of the way. let me say, South Beach welcomes Louisiana. This location seems to be somewhat of a Florida flagship, so there's lot of the franchise history baked into the decor and design including an original barstool from the first location by LSU. But you're here wanting to know about the food, so let me get to the point. Yes and please and thank you. CHICKEN: it's clearly the frontman in all that they do and unlike at other LA chicken franchises, the spicier seasoning is in the sauce. This allows the breaded and fried white meat chicken to really be the focal point, because after all, Cane's does one thing only, so they focus on doing that extremely well. The Cane sauce brings added spice in a creamy sauce that I also used for my fries, so get extra. Coleslaw: here's where the devil is in the details. Because coleslaw, as easy as the recipe is, is a easy thing for a fast casual place to underwhelm. But not here. the cabbage is crunchy, the dressing seasoned and the combination of flavors makes you wish the serving was larger. I looked forward to it every time. Fries: crinkle cut and average but crispy and enjoyable. Dip in Cane sauce and you'll eat every one. Texas Toast: bruh. When eating fried chicken I didn't need any extra carbs but this pillowy, buttery slice that was lightly toasted pulled me in each time. I put the Cane sauce on here too and I'm sure many alcohol induced meals will involve making a chicken sandwich out of it. Just be careful when eating on the beach because a seagull stole my toast from my hands as I was eating it. Overall, Cane's is a valuable stop on the affordable offerings to the expensive restaurant list in South Beach. They have many highlights one of which is happy employees and you can tell from the service. They like their jobs. Honorable mentions: the fresh-squeezed lemonade and a Beach towel, which makes for the perfect Miami Beach souvenir. Do go. Oh, and takeaway is just as fresh as dine-in, just watch out for the seagulls. A+ Recommends
Went to visit Miami for a couple of days, already seen some videos about Rasing Cane’s, but it was just the vibe I wanted. There was a dj in the restaurant, CONSTANTLY blasting bangers during we ate our 10/10 chicken fingers, and the Texas toast just incredible. Since then, we try to make it home as well. I really liked that the stuff sad ?love for…and your name? when your order was ready, if I understood it correctly. Def. was a vibe, will visit Cane’s again if we go back to the U.S. !
One of my weaknesses is fried chicken and what a way to kill that delicious eagerness to eat it by going to a legit fried chicken spot like Raisin 🎣Cane! The chicken is crisp and fried so you can savor all the chicken 🍗tenderness! Once again, my favorite food item is the buttery Bread 🍞, it is freshly and warmed served so you can savor all of its fluffiness, as well as the french fries 🍟that will pair up nicely with your comb! And of course, I can’t leave behind the delicious cole salad 🥗 that is a must when you eat fried chicken! What I like about this location, is that suits the Miami Beach context, it tunes you up to the beach attitude with the latest hits played by the DJ 👨🎤💿🎶. Also, the decoration makes allusion to all of the South Beach icons 🦩🚙🌊👙⛱️🏖️☀️🪁, making it a staple and unique spot compared to its other locations. But the best of the best is the service💁♀️ and attention from the team, led by Brittany, and supported by Miranda and Sofia! 👌🏻 So if you are in Miami Beach and you are craving fried chicken, why not raise the level to Cane’s!

Raising Canes is fantastic American fast-food chain. I stopped by Raising Canes in Miami on a Sunday afternoon. It was a great experience overall. The establishment was very clean. I used the kiosk to self-order which was good because I had time to really dig through the options. The chicken is very good quality for such a low price. I added an extra Texas toast for a dollar. The Canes sauce is delicious. The cashier ran the food out in a couple of minutes at most. Excellent customer service!
I don’t usually leave reviews for fast food places, but this one really stood out! The chicken was perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The staff even checked in with customers at their tables about the food, which was a nice touch. I definitely wouldn’t expect this level of service from a fast food restaurant.
Cannes Miami Beach exceeded my expectations! The atmosphere is elegant, the food is delicious, and the service is outstanding. Everything felt fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. It’s the perfect spot for a special night out in Miami Beach. Highly recommended!

This place was super busy but the staff kept up with everyone. It has a great atmosphere and there were enough tables to seat the large crowds that were flooding in. The disco balls and merchandise were on point. It was nice to sit down for a bit while walking around South Beach.
My first time here and WOW what an experience. Very tasty food and really cool atmosphere, the DJ was a great! I am from Canada so we don't have the food chain but now that I have been I sure wish we did!
Nice food, saus is amazing. Order at least one extra jar so you can dip extensively. Only wish they would clean the tables a little more often. It was a cold day, outdoor area was not an option and all tables were occupied and/or dirty. We had to clean our own table before we could eat. Food came very fast though, was HOT! And very tasty!
They don't make eateries like this anymore where they just go all-out on the decor to the point where you can play a rousing game of "I spy" with your dining companions. Raising Cane's is decked out …
Love the chicken to die for loved it so much and dipping that bread in the sauce was so good and the fries were great
The nicest canes restaurant I've been to. Very friendly staff and a clean restaurant.\n\nI don't even like fried chicken, but I would come here because the staff is friendly
This place has such great service in particular the day shift they helped me with a remake after getting an order that was cold and soggy without any hassle and the remake came so crispy and fresh.…
My daughter really wanted visit here whilst in America, have to say food was lovely and great atmosphere, we loved the music the DJ was playing, we would definitely return.

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is not only about tasty chicken — the fingers were incredibly crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The fries were also good. The only downside was the restrooms, which were far from clean. The cashiers, however, were very nice and friendly.
The food is solid — crispy chicken, tasty sauce, exactly what you’d expect and want from a place like this. Everything came out fresh and hot. That said, the atmosphere can be a bit much: loud music, lots of teenagers, and a generally chaotic vibe. Not the place for a quiet bite, but if you’re in the mood for good fast food and don’t mind the noise, it does the job. Overall: good food, lively (maybe too lively) environment.
First time trying out canes. It’s Miami Beach so it was packed around the time I went in. They do have two kiosks to order as well with a cashier to help go faster. Their fries are great, I did enjoy their sauce but chicken felt it needed more taste

Inexpensive for their locale. Petty on extra dip. Some good employees. One even was nice. Others avoided eye contact.
Food was delicious but Miami prices are higher than in New Orleans ($15.39 for caniac combo there vs $18.69 here) Portion / the 6 Chicken finger sizes were smaller too than in Louisiana. Mathematically it's cheaper to order the box Combo + buy 2x Chicken fingers extra if you don't need the second Cane's sauce! They gave us the same cup sizes for all portions, free refills are available at the fountain.
So happy that raising cane’s finally has locations open in south Florida & Florida in general. The location is perfect in Miami Beach & the interior is stunning. Service could be a lot better, that was my only downfall. (but hey it’s Miami, gotta give to take) The food was perfect, I got “the Box” 4 piece chicken fingers & fries substituted the coleslaw for extra Texas toast with the canes sauce! Everything hit!
The food is amazing. Good service. Only thing that i really didn't like is how loud the music was there.
food was amazing, but I will say to be charged for a refill in a KIDS cup is a little bizarre. Never went to Canes and had been charged for a refill. Could smell a little bit cleaner in here as well.
Such an interesting place with good chicken tenders. Fries are similar to shake shack but I don’t love them, and no desire for slaw or toast. The sauce is good but they give small portions , but despite being fast food the vibe and crowd make for a nice enough atmosphere, with ample seating and classy tunes.
These chicken tendies, SLAPS. They were very juicy and had tons of crunch to them. The sauce provided is delicious. The coleslaw, probably one of my favourites right now. It is the creamier version instead of the more vinegary ones. Fries are good as well. I ordered the four piece meal - 4 chicken tendies, bread, fries, coleslaw and dipping sauce and a drink. The atmosphere itself is nice. Wish the music volume was lower as it was quite loud and hard to talk to people across from you. Our tables were unfortunately not cleaned when we sat down. Would definitely come back for these tendies when I am in the states again.
Mid-day Friday and there was a live DJ! Chicken tenders were high quality meat with a light batter. Live DJ was great for atmosphere, but the entire restaurant was too loud to hold any type of conversation. The counter also needs some sort of order status board... The girl working was literally shouting to call out orders ready.
The food is good. The price is good. The service is good… but lower the damn music. The DJ is rocking out in a full set, making my food vibrate across the table. Not exactly the atmosphere to eat in.
Tried the Raising Cane's chicken fingers--crispy, tender, and flavorful. The fries were good, though I personally prefer a bit more spice since the chicken isn't very spicy. Overall, it was a satisfy…

Chicken tenders, Cane's sauce (more sour than sweet, & creamy), crinkle fries & buttered thick toast were all pretty good, but nothing was special or unique. They were out of coleslaw so I can't judge that. Service & the app were bad though. The app insists on a 3-5 number zip code, so if you're not using a US card you may be out of luck. When I ordered at the kiosk I asked for utensils & my order included a drink but they gave me neither. Then though I'd paid for Lemonade I had to return to the counter because Lemonade wasn't in the self serve drinks area. They do have a dj onsite so that's quite special, if noisy. The ketchup also comes in huge, neat, ez-squeeze packets. The hot sauce is original Louisiana hot sauce which is thin & decent.
I have been wanting to try Raising Cane's for the longest time and finally did so yesterday at their location in South Beach. The ambiance is colorful, trendy, and casual. I even saw customers with their dogs on a leash inside the restaurant. Mostly families and people of all ages. We got there around 1:00 pm and it was practically empty. By 1:35 pm, it was packed!! No tables available. We ordered a 3 piece Chicken Tenders for me and a 4 piece for my daughter. My first bite created an "mmmm" reaction from me all the way to the last piece of chicken! Tender and juicy! Yummy!! My daughter agreed. The fries were good too. The Texas toast was very soft and I prefer a crusty edge but it was still good. We both picked the lemon lemonade but it was so sugary that we couldn't drink more than 3 sips. It was not drinkable. That was very disappointing. Our table was sticky with spilled food and the employee who cleans off the tables was walking around in a daze and never cleaned the table we picked. She walked by so fast and never looked at us. I tried to clean our table myself with a small napkin but could only get a part of it clean. She walked by again after 10 minutes because the place is big with lots of tables but she was still in her dreamworld and didn't hear us calling out to her. It was frustrating. Next time I will bring wipes to this location. They really need 2 people to walk around and clean the tables. Parking is not available. My daughter dropped me off at their entrance to get a table and drove off to find a parking spot. She drove around and around for 20 minutes until she found a spot 2 blocks away. This info is for those who need a handicapped ♿️ spot, there is none. I doubt that we would return to this location in the future. I will check for other locations.

The food was okay, don’t really understand what the hype is. The chicken is tasty but it’s just lacking the great flavour that the colonel offers. Reasonable price for the combo meals. The restaurant was clean and ordering on the self service machine was straight forward. Food was ready in a few minutes. Public restroom available.
They’re a bit disorganized with the pick-up orders. I placed the order online to pick up and when I got there the order was nowhere to be found. I had to wait for them to make it. Chicken is good though. Nice location right across the theatre and lots of other eateries and shopping. Parking is rough as you need to park on street or a nearby lot.
For our first time trying Raising Cane’s, we were excited because we heard great things about the chicken. However, I must say the chicken was actually pretty disappointing. The chicken itself was great, tender and juicy, however the breading was not very crispy and had little flavor which overall is worse when compared to competitors. The fries were good but it’s hard to mess those up, and the coleslaw was about the same just being mediocre overall. The sauce was delicious though and that is obviously why this place is probably successful. The interior was cool and that made a nice location to eat in but ultimately I do not think we will be returning to Cane’s, or at least not this location.
We went to the Lincoln road location. The DJ was playing but the music was loud. The place was very crowded with a line to the ordering counter, and hard to find a table. Still the best tenders out there, but this location is too crowded. It's fine if you don't mind the noise and crowd.
Food as always was DANK. Very quick service, which is always a plus. I've been to many raising canes around the country and this was not it. My big issue was the music, when I say it was LOUD, if felt like we could not escape the sound. We should have ordered it to go, but since we didn't, we scarfed our food down (again, hella DANK) to get the heck outta there.
I recently visited Raising Cane's in South Beach. The restaurant is spacious and appealing, offering delicious chicken. However, I was surprised they charged extra for sauce. The cleanliness of the two restrooms was disappointing. While the food was tasty, it came at a relatively high price.
Had to see what the hype is about. Inside is clean, cute decor. There’s a kiosk you can order from. Service is usually pretty fast. Decent chicken fingers and reasonably priced meals but they can make the chicken tenders bigger. Taste like real chicken but the dipping sauce is what makes it better. Usually not a fan of crinkle cut fries but these are good and seasoned. Wasn’t too crazy about the sweet tea. I’ve had better and to make it better I just do the half lemonade and ice tea.
The food was okay, don’t really understand what the hype is. The chicken is tasty but it’s just lacking the great flavour that the colonel offers. Reasonable price for the combo meals. The restaurant was clean and ordering on the self service machine was straight forward. Food was ready in a few minutes. Public restroom available.
around 4:20 pm 02.02 i asked a girl on the counter to call someone to clean the table (got all the cups away but it was still covered in sauce and crumbs)the same employee from the counter came over and started wiping the table with a wet wipe, while my family was still sitting at the table, and she swiped the crumps in all different directions, including the seats where my family was sitting,we asked what was going on,and she said smth like “how do you expect me to clean the table when you’re sitting here”she did not ask to stand up,acted rude when i tried to explain that this is not how you behave when you’re asked to clean a table.Place was not busy at all,we asked to TELL!! someone to clean the table nicely, not in a hurry, there are workers that clean the tables but instead of saying that we should come to them or tell them herself she called out to clean the table herself and did it really rudely. But the food was excellent as always

I have been wanting to try Raising Cane's for the longest time and finally did so yesterday at their location in South Beach. \n\nThe ambiance is colorful, trendy, and casual. I even saw customers …
You can improve the food by leaving out the gravy. The service was inelegant when asked for tab water. It costs 25c for the cup. Is tab water not free? But another waitress cleared out the table, so the three stars. The atmosphere is loud and noisy. Not a place you want to stay.

Disorganized, extremely busy, understaff. They need a better ordering/ pick up stuff. Hard to even move to get your order. Barely any utilities provided to you.
I ordered the combo box and they didn’t even have the coleslaw salad, but they still charged me the full price. If a place doesn’t have all the items, they shouldn’t charge you for the whole combo. It was disappointing because they didn’t offer a substitute or adjust the price. I hope they fix this because it feels unfair to the customer.
Hyped up? Long lines. Only 2 order takers. Flat soda. Bland chicken. Good fries. Good bread and coleslaw. I think sauce was best part, but for fast food, it took forever and it was expensive comparatively and unimpressive. It’s a simple menu, it seems like they should do it well, but it took way too long for fast food.
Dont come to this canes no parking i ordered on the mobile app for a set schedule food was cold bread was stale missing a bread
Walked 45 minutes here for a sweet tea as those are super rare to find around the area and was highly disappointed. It's the worst sweet tea I've ever had at Raising Cane's. I've been to the original and dozens of locations from Atlantic to Pacific 100+ times and never has the sweet tea been this bad. I had the tea from both lobby urns and the ones behind the counter and all were the same, warm, bitter, and not at all sweet. It's so unsweetened I'd call it unsweet tea as a southern even thoufh there was sugar in it. For some reason the dispensers aren't bubbling or cooling the tea either which is a chain wide norm. The staff said it tasted normal to them and that they don't make it as sweet. Asked for a refund and they gave me a lemonade instead. Someone from corporate, please fix your sweet tea problem.
I ordered the caniac size, no coleslaw but extra toast, and an a tea without ice. "They sent the 'caniac' : with the coleslaw, one toast, and the full of ice tea" .The fries fit in my small hand and still have a space on my hand to put the toast, and cold and soggy. I took pictures, but guess what!! Doesn't give me the option to upload it 🤨 Never ever ever again will go to this location!!" . "🚫 zero ⭐️ for them.
The food is good, BUT, a big minus for the manager who instructed the DJ to play the music too loud. At first it's cool/a nice gimmick, but after a while and while you're eating it's simply unbearable. My whole insides were vibrating from the bass and the volume of the music, which ruined my appetite. The concept is cool, but why such loud music??? And I'm young, I'm not some old crank.
Food is great BUT they don't accept Uber eats orders and let it sit pending so you have no idea if they are actually working on it. They never includ ketchup or the option for it. If you get a sandwich enjoy dipping your fries in nothing. I know they have it because in the store it's there. Just put ketchup in the order, like every other place that sells fries. Your main sauce is great but maybe someone wants something else. I'll adjust to when they include it as an item or just throw on each bag to go.
The store is completely incompetent. They always mess up the order z never include your extras like if you order extra bread, never include condiments. You sell chicken and fries, why not put condiments in the bag? You call to make sure they do it right this time and they promise it's good and still can't manage to do it right. The food is great, the half wits working are great at running a lunch break.
Chicken? DISAPPOINTED. Fries? BASIC. Toast? WASNT EVEN TOASTED IT WAS SOGGY AS IF THE HEAT OF THE STOVE WAS ACTUALLY AN OCEAN. The sauce? It was okay it added flavour like how we add color to things ig. But yes this is my rating, I do NOT recommend at all.
PROS: Busy, lively store. Loud music. Great customer service. Ok fries. CONS: Fake chicken. It's very soft, tastes unlike chicken, is part gristle, part jelly and if you drop it, it bounces like a rubber ball. The sauce is a mix between ketchup and something else. It tastes tangy and salty. The lemonade is lemon flavored sugar water. There was also a slice of fried buttery tasting bread which seemed out of place with the meal. It would have been better with a biscuit like Popeye's. Nothing tasted like it contained anything real besides the fries.

You sell chicken and fries, why not put condiments in the bag? You call to make sure they do it right this time and they promise it's good and still can't manage to do it right.
