I want to say the best McDonald's I've been to. They had this one Dominican worker there with such a beautiful smile. Remembered me by name on my second order.
I gave the four stars because when I ordered egg and cheese biscuit. They forgot my cheese one time out of the two times going. I would still go to that McDonald because of the soft biscuit. Keep it up McDonald on 163 St.
This location is always some point very consistent. That employees are very nice and attentive.
Well Everyone on my way to work so I stopped at my favorite fast food restaurant and what a joy. Ordered my cheeseburgers fresh from the grill and took them no time to make them, large fries (fresh) and my diet coke. From the cashier to the food expediter/manager it was a great experience. As always if you want a great restaurant you hire a great team and you’ll have it. Ray Kroc would be the founder would be jumping for joy over this McDonalds at 200 NE 167th street. From the incredible cashier who took my order to the manager it was an awesome McDonalds experience as it was meant to be.

Service was speedy and very polite. The food was also speedy, but the fries, half of the package was practically still raw. There was also a hair in one of the chicken nuggets. The chocolate chip cookies were warm and yummy. I will not be coming back here, but if they improve their food quality, they can probably return to proper McDonald's quality.

Nice restaurant. Clean, updated, easy drive through. Food excellent. Staff are pleasant and efficient, but need to be taught to say "you're welcome" when a customer says "thank you". After a very positive experience, the final interaction was weird to have two different staff just look away when I thanked them. Basic manners.
I love going here since I live near by! The staff is awesome! I talk to a couple of regulars everyday and are very kind and helpful! Sandybel or she goes by Sandy is always great help and of service!

Seems like they made my food 20 minutes before I ordered it. This was 5:30am in the morning. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t served hot, more like lukewarm. This was the first time I stopped at this location because it was on my way to my new job. Will give other McDonald’s a chance before I come back to this one.

my order is more often than not incorrect, you have to ask them to make fries fresh or you'll get extra greasy soggy fries. I was dining in once with my child for breakfast and asked the lady could she have someone clean the tables off since they all were filthy. She said "we don't clean tables off" I can believe it by how filthy the tables & floor were!
This McDonald's was the armpit of McDonald's. There wasn't any toilet paper in the bathrooms. It was in a sketchy area as well.
The tall guy didn't want to pay any attention to me all I asked for was strawberry jelly. He said no I have ketchup but when I asked for grape he tucked his teeth said something under his breath and gave me strawberry like I asked. He need to care for his job.

The crew are very rude no respect
They gave me cold food and I was on my way to the doctor's office
By far worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Had to repeat my order 3 times and they still got it wrong. Ordered fries and saw after I paid that they were not on the receipt, so I told them at the pickup window and was told I had to go all the way through the thru again. I was happy to pay for them but there was no way I was going through the drive thru again for fries. No sauces for my nuggets and I paid for extra cheese on my sandwich and of course there was no cheese. The employees here couldn’t care less.
Employee with red and black brades in her hair is very rude. I was waiting for a ice coffee when she opened her mouth and told me that I am weird for standing by the counter to accept items. Employees says she just graduated from high school and does care how she talks to people or treat customers. Store manager allowed employee to continue to speak reckless and the manager actually started to gang up on me telling me I was wrong when I did not even engage with the rudeness of the young employee with the black and red braids in her hair. I was politely waiting for my mobile order which was only a ice coffee which took over 15 minutes to make. So I kindly waited by the counter and this is when the young lady with the red braids told be to back up I am weird for just waiting where I was. Please look at your camera and audio. This location is really horrible
Walked in about 2p was kinda crowded, when it was my turn to order the Cashier SIDEL walked off had to get some to find her to take my order. Then she act like she didn’t know even wanna take my order at all. I should have left then, so I FINALLY place my order. I asked to speak to the manager I heard her talk SIDEL and I quote : these people AlwAYs want something . She never came she REFUSE to speak to me, when I asked her name she said why. I asked other employees what’s the managers name and EVERYONE refuse to give to me. She and that staff needs to be fired. This is not the last step for me, I will for sure talk to General Manager District Manager whoever.
Disgusting. Filthy. Terrible service. Drive thru is always mismanaged. Paying $50 for 3 garbage quality meals isn’t fast food, plus you’ll wait 30 minutes. Shut this one down or remove the management in place, at least then maybe the tables will be cleaned
24 hours and its closed and no one is telling at the drive thru that are closed with long line, useless customer service
In this McDonald's the only thing that is highly efficient is the machine where you place your own order and pay. The rest is extremely terrible, the service given by the staff who work there is too poor, they walk from one side to the other screaming (that is, they are not able to communicate by talking), there is no order for the delivery of orders, therefore the waiting time for a place that is "fast food" is totally illogical and abnormal.
Terrible service do not order a happy meal here ever! You will get toys from last year the employees do not care.

Really bad customer service. They will not give refills on iced tea. They do not speak English so if you're not bilingual, you're screwed. Every mcdonald's I go to they give your a free refill as long as you're in the restaurant. I could not believe it. Really disappointing.
I can say that it has happened in numerous occasions when an employee treat me with an attitude when I’m just confirming my order is complete or ask for sauces that were added to my mobile order and were not in my bag. The first time I thought maybe the lady is having a bad day. But it’s every single time I come to this location. Today there was a different employee with the same attitude. They don’t greet you and give you a nasty look when you are asking for what you paid for.
MISERABLE EMPLOYEES!!! Cannot get an order correct and then overcharge for an item. These employees act like they are forced to work for free. Worst location i have ever visited!!
Just left drive thru at this location .The line is long because only one side of the drive thru is open. I order, pay and get half of my order . It took 45 mins for me to get the rest.
After receiving a cold sandwich in the drive through I went inside & asked for another cheeseburger made fresh they gave me sliced onions instead of slivered, when I asked for the manager, she sucked her teeth, dragged her feet across the floor, and handed me another cold burger overloaded with enough onions for five sandwiches. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and the staff on shift tonight should not be representing the McDonald’s brand. I expect better from a company of this size — this needs to be corrected immediately.
Pick up my order missing toys on happy meals no mayo no cup holders and the girl on the register walking bear foodnon the place bad service food wrong and missing food on my order
There has been a fly in the bakery box the past few visits, I think the fly checks in daily or permanently resides. Unfortunately, no one has taken notice or cares. I don’t recommend the cookies, unless you want McFly sauce.. Yeah, I’m thinking I probably shouldn’t eat here too. Also, closed the dining room at 10:30 pm, although the signage says the dining room closes at 11 pm. Franchises are not reliable, they lack the standards.
Place was very dirty, employee drinking soda while attending a customer, garbage can was full so easier to throw trash on the floor. Very poor customer service, employee should be wearing gloves and face covering while preparing food!
My food was paid for but the attendants were rude and they refused to give it to me. I spoke to 4 employees during a 30 min wait and they told me to come inside to discuss. I am very busy, they wasted my whole lunch, and I did not get to eat or receive my food. They just canceled my order after the whole ordeal to not take responsibility. There is a sincere lack of care for the customer or their time.
I've ordered happy meal and 1 meal combo and they gave me this toys which is 2 season before the Space Jam, but the receipt show Space Jam toy, this is very crazy, this Scooby doo been super old like the previous 2 season on APRIL or something. And they show me the happy meal cars all of them is old toys and I'm not the only one complaining for this matter, also the box is OLD too, the toys security box is broken, super bad. Please manager follow up

I went to McDonald's at 9:20 and ended up leaving the McDonald's at 9:50 all because they made a mistake the night crew which was a dude a young girl. I was charged for the 6-piece Nugget and the fries as well as a Big Mac that I did not ask for and it was such a big confusion to the point where I paid with my Apple pay and he had to give me the difference in change in cash and then when I ask for the receipt the young dude proceeded to tell me that he could not give me the receipts. To tell you the truth is is very unprofessional and very unaccommodated I was in the line for over 30 minutes all because of the mistake that they made I checked my order and realized that they gave me a Big Mac and then the young dude and the girl comes and make it seem like it was my fault after I check my my order. I will never come back to that McDonald's if I could give a zero star review I would unprofessional.

They refuse to provide the order I placed and was charged for. I pull up to the window because the intercom wasn't helpful. I get to the window and they refuse to approach the window to see what it is I may want. The gentleman with the tatted sleeve tells me he cant do anything and tk wait for the manager, but she is in the restroom for 20 minutes. I went to this McDonalds today 10/22/2025 around 1:15 pm. The lady at the drive-thru had terrible customer service. I confirmed my order at the 1st window and I asked if I had entered my code. She rolled her eyes at me and told me what I had to pay. I asked her what was wrong and she said nothing. I told her why you have bad service. She rolled her eyes at me again and told me the price I had to pay again. I left McDonalds and went to another restaurant to get something to eat. People like that shouldn't be serving at McDonald's

I visited the McDonald’s at 200 Ne 167th on September 16th 2025 around 7:25am, and unfortunately had a very poor experience with the manager on duty. When I approached with a concern about my order, the manager was dismissive and spoke to me in a rude, unprofessional tone instead of trying to help. I asked her name she barely wanted to give me her name. I asked her to spell it for me she told me no call corporate and tell them the name I gave you. This left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome as a customer. I expect better treatment from management, and I hope McDonald’s addresses this with better customer service training, because no customer should be treated this way.
