Tonight the stars aligned. The evening sitting on Lincoln Rd and people watching was lovely. We ate somewhat early so the music was not intrusive. The service was good as it always is. And tonight the food was really good. I had the pollo e caprino salad. I salad with a grilled chicken breast and lots of goat cheese. My husband had at the segafredo burger, done just right. The fries have changed and were good. This place dependable place was just that, dependable.

Walked in for rainy day drinks with friends and gracefully stumbled out - kidding. Get the espresso martini, literally the best I've had on the beach so far and completely didn't expect that. Segafredo is one of the best places on the beach to grab a drink or a coffee and hang out with friends. They often have a DJ but always provide a comfortable ambiance that is as inviting as it is Italian. All the favorites and classics are present plus they can deliver whatever cocktail comes to mind. Their food menu provides sustenance while drinking with a solid variety of salads, appetizers, sandwiches, and flatbread pizza. This place is a staple for a reason and won't be changing any time soon. This is a place full of locals that visitors will be able to enjoy too.

Segafredo for many years was one of my favorite place in Miami Beach to grab a drink, aperitivo . My husband and I stopped going for couple months because the energy was different and menu too. Last night we decided to give it another try and we were happy to find out that Segafredo is back, great energy, great service. Without doubt we will be going back couple times a week as we used to do

Always great. Drinks are the best, Shakerato, is my fave iced coffee ever, then they have delicious Italian sodas like Chinotto and San Bitter. Cocktails are great and food too. Ambiance can't be beat and the waiters are super friendly. One of the last remaining gems on Lincoln Rd.

The outdoor seating here is the best on Lincoln Rd. There’s a variety of chairs and tables, all near a large fountain, and typically guests can choose where they’d like to be seated. Once you sit, the staff never take too long to get to you. They’re attentive and genuinely care about your experience. The food is simple and delicious, like a good cafe with a good small kitchen, definitely alright for a relaxed lunch or dinner outside. Sandwiches, charcuterie, pizza, salads, etc. The cocktails are made with care and have more flair than you’d expect. The wine list again is simple but good. I’ve been here many times, and I always bring people from out of town so they can sit outside and watch the reality show walk by on Lincoln Rd.

Have been coming here several times a week since we moved a few months ago (and had come when we visited prior to that)...great for a simple coffee or a glass of wine and the food and service is fantastic. The service is one of the things that has brought us back repeatedly. There is tons of great seating, outdoor fans (if you're like me and need the cooling off in this heat), music etc - highly recommend!

A favorite place in Miami Beach! The atmosphere is friendly and relaxing—not to mention there is a nice breeze from a beautiful outdoor fountain. It’s a place we keep coming back to—from welcoming staff to delicious food and coffee drinks (not to mention the Bailey’s cream affogato is amazing) and a lively evening atmosphere, Segafredo has it all. We have had lovely interactions with everyone who works there—and Sanja even remembered us during our second visit and was always super accommodating during our time there! Segafredo is right on the Lincoln Rd. Mall strip and fairly close to the beach, while also being it’s own oasis. I recommend this place to anyone visiting Miami Beach!

As a Miami Beach local, Segafredo is hands-down my favorite go-to spot for fun house music, outdoor vibes, and a solid cocktail or tasty snack. It’s the only place I’ve found where you can chill outside and enjoy a lineup of all-female DJs spinning great music. This isn’t your five-star luxury Italian dining experience—if that’s what you’re after, there are other places for that. But if you’re looking for a laid-back, local gem with good energy and an original vibe, Segafredo on Lincoln Road is where it’s at. Total hotspot.

We stopped in the other night for a nightcap and Sarah B. took amazing care of us at the bar. She was knowledgeable with the menu and recommended a couple different options to us. I ended up getting an old fashioned and it might’ve been one of the best I’ve had! Can’t wait to come back and enjoy more drinks and try the food. This is hands down one of the best places in Miami Beach. Not only their coffee is stellar, their service will make you feel so welcome that you will want to return every day. Sanja, who works there, is very kind and has a great attention to detail, even for the smallest things - like an ice bucket to keep your sparkling water cold in the summer heat. Come here during the day, sit by the fountain, grab an espresso, get some work done (Wifi is great!) or just hang out. They got great flatbreads and salads. Also, don’t miss out on affogato with a baileys shot. Come here in the evening - and enjoy a friendly social atmosphere along with one of their cocktails.

Came for the coffee. Instead got a bar / nightclub experience. Which is fine if that’s what you’re after. They have a DJ playing. I just wanted a coffee. Segafredo should mean a decent coffee…I ordered a cortado and was delivered a sort-of macchiato that wasn’t great. It was warm, and tasted sort of like coffee.

For years I have been coming here for their cocktails, its a nice place to grab a couple of drinks with friends in a nice atmosphere. I have no complaint about the quality of their drinks but the service is my main issue here, there have been a couple of times where the waiters give good service, but for most of the time the service situation here is terrible! waiters are basically non existent and lets not even mention a manager which we are in doubt if there is even one! Last time I was here we looked around tables and not even one table had a fresh drink the only thing you could see were just empty glasses and frustrated customer on a very hot day trying to get another cold drink! Worst service ever!!! The hostess was bitchy and rude . The waitress did not bring plates, napkins or silverware before our food arrived but told us we needed to pay as soon as the food comes because she needed to close her register. They got one of our dishes wrong and the waitress was nowhere to be found so we could ask for more drinks and condiments. The pizza was mediocre at best. The busboy who helped us get our order corrected was at least very nice though. Will probably never be coming back here again. Tourists should avoid!

Speaking about the restroom, it was the nastiest most dirty and disgusting restroom ever. Hasn't been cleaned in so long. The service was fine and the coffee is absolutely delicious. The best idea is to take it to go. Seating there is not worth it.

When we explained that we had just bought drinks from the bar in front, the waitress claimed it wasn’t part of Segafredo, which I seriously doubt. To make things worse, moments after we moved to sit by the fountain, a new group arrived with their own drinks, and the same waitress greeted them warmly with hugs and smiles — clearly friends of hers. It was very obvious she was keeping the table for them. After so many years of loyalty, this kind of treatment was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Sadly, we’ll have to reconsider returning to Segafredo in the future.

very bad attention, the cocktails are not strong ... In the second drink, my partner and I told the waiter to please bring some better drinks, and he replied: I don't prepare the drinks..... I left him a 5 dollar tip at the last one and he complained.... I told him to bring the manager" and the latter was worse...

Non-existent service! Truly POOR QUALITY cocktail! In my case there was an ice cube as big as the glass and a 20cc topping of cocktails! Truly Shameful!! we left a 20% tip as per the agreement (obligatory)! A real disappointment! Rest assured that we will never set foot there again!

We will NOT be coming here again unless they beg Brian who was THE BEST, to come and work here again. We have see the revolving door of employees here and this experience today was SO DISAPPOINTING and DEMORALIZING since we have been true blue patrons for over two decades. The wait staff they had before they had a massive turnover is a reflection of poor management. I have consistently loved coming here but I won’t be back again, unless they make a change

I have been in different Segafredo in different countries, and definitely this is the worst one, lucky us that we only tried the cheesecake with berries. The worst cheesecake ever and not even berries on it. Cocktail was OK. Service was terrible, they have no clue about service.

Worst service ever! We ordered 3 hot cappuccino and the coffees were cold , I was looking for the server for 10 min to tell her that , when she finally comes she said that she ll bring new ones. When she came back with the 3 coffees ,were half full and she said because we returned it half. We asked for the manager to come and he came and said that we drunk half of the coffee when we returned it , so that’s why they brought back half. So we refused to drink it half and we asked for the check and the manager said it’s on him and also comment “it’s just a coffee it’s on me” And I asked him if it’s just a coffee why u return the second coffee half empty?? I ended up paying for the coffees and left. So unprofessional service! I ll never go again! And I used to go every Sunday !

We ordered 3 burgers and sent all 3 back. I’d compare it to dog food. Disgusting. I do not recommend this place to anyone but your dog. Our waiter said he would check with the kitchen. No one ever came back to our table. Oh and the manager…nope not a word nada nothing.

Absolutely awful experience! Never setting foot here again. My family, friends and I visited last Sunday for my graduation dinner, excited to have a great time with music in the vibrant atmosphere of South Beach. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, we had to wait a frustrating 15 minutes for a table for 11. Our hopes were quickly dashed when our server arrived. His attitude was beyond rude; he didn't even bother addressing our menu inquiries. Ready to order, we requested drinks and told him we were ready to order food. To our disbelief, he simply walked away without a word. Upon his return, I ordered a pizza, only to be told they were out and he walked off yet again. The utter lack of professionalism and courtesy was staggering. Frustrated and disappointed, we opted to cancel our drink orders and left. It's disheartening how one person's appalling demeanor managed to ruin what should have been a memorable night.

Server cold as ice....lazy. Never came to refill water....coffee made it after 3rd time simple order. Not sure how she thinks to make tips .. Used to be great service. Coffee is awesome....just server 🤦
