They were very polite and had great customer service. I was shocked that they were so polite. Now adays places are rude to customers. The dunking Donut, where I live in Wallkill on 211 they sometimes is rude.
The dunkin on 211 is not consistent. Unfortunately some days it's spot on other days it's just ok.
Place is understaffed, and when you go there to buy the donut you want,they are either sold out often, so your wait in the drive threw is a waste of time. I go to shoprite where donuts are plentiful and cheaper.
Heather went above and beyond for me 2 days ago. She did the right thing for me as a customer and I will never forget that. This will be my go to Dunkin going forward. Thank you Heather. You guys definitely exceeded my expectations.
I LOVE THIS DUNKIN!!!! There's a kool kid here who makes the BEST coffee!!!! He memorizes customers' drinks and is always happy to serve!!! Great 👍🏻
Quick and convenient, dual drive-throughs make it easy to order. Inside of store is very clean and well kept. Plenty of employees to move through orders inside and out.

Wow..This place is clean and beautiful...I was greeted within one minute of walking in the door. I bought a dozen dounts for $12.99... Whoa inflation everywhere😳...But they were fresh and delicious.
I get coffee from here pretty often but haven't tried any food or doughnuts. Service is usually good and lines move reasonably fast the majority of the time. This Dunkin is much better than the one on Dolson and worth the extra trip across town.
Dunkin donuts did a great job on this one. Walking in it looks very similar to a nice Starbucks with the fireplace and comfortable seating. One of the best upgrades they did is the glass case with their donuts right up front so you can actually see them. The employees were great I have two young boys 5 & 1 and they were very friendly to my boys. My iced coffee was perfect and everything was fresh. (we went around 8pm or so) Great job Dunkin y'all should model each of your stores after this one.
This is a very busy location and the staff remain patient, extremely hardworking, and friendly. Cheers to this early morning team. These employees earn their paycheck.
Just ran in to grab a coffee. Had to place the order on a screen and waited till it came up. Not sure why they ask for your name or give you a number when they just said what the coffee was. So I almost didn't realize it was mine. So it's not bad just not very personable. But I get it in the am and being in a rush people don't have time and can be grumpy. My coffee was good and just the way I ordered 😌 ☺️ so thats a win for me.
The staff was pleasant and cheerful and on New Year's Day at 9 AM. Great job!
Great service! DJ, the new manager, introduced himself and took my order. Order was made fast and you can tell there was good communication/vibes amongst the staff. Will definitely be back :)
Dunkin has good coffee. They have really stepped up their breakfast game. I enjoy going to get a Coffee and Donut for here. Try them out.
They need to hire more people, Employee's look like they are being under pay, overworked, no wonder why they don't ever have enough people, that's the reason for the long lines all the time, this is a chain, that affects customers too.
The signature mocha latte was delicious. I can compare it to Krispy Kreme. But not the donut, Krispy Kreme hands down on those🏆⭐🎖
Definitely the best of the Middletown East End stores right now. Clean and modern, they have some kind of new on-tap system that I've only seen them use once. The main drawback is that they are currently having staffing issues which close the dining room, forcing the use of the drive-thru which invariably has a 10 minute wait for someone ordering a twelve-course meal. Also, the drive-thru has two order stations that merge into one lane, so beware idiots who think they're going to get their order faster by cutting in front of people who ordered before they did. I hope the staffing problems get solved soon, because ai think that this store has potential.
Love getting my coffee from the young lady with the pretty nails, she always greets me with a good morning and a smile. I think her name is Alexis, she even remembered my order and always makes it just how I like. Thank you for making my mornings easier.
Only thing bad is the double line outside. It is always long and the customer all have attitude. And I don't want someone get mad at me if am ahead of them when I order first. And the weekend help needs to have a more professional attitude. It's just serving coffee. #hardyourjobmuch

I made an online order. It was very busy and they forgot to make my drink so I did have to wait there for it but that’s no problem. The employees are very nice. The only complaint that I have is there. Ice cubes are very large I’ve never been to a Dunkin where they have ice cubes this big, so it took up most of the room in my medium cup, and I barely got any drink.
Dunkin' has so many locations in a 20-mile radius of OC NY. This particular location is run by 20 somethings and maybe 30 somethings who take their job a little bit more serious than other locations. My problem with all Dunkin' locations are their cooks. They don't follow order directions,this location does it less than others do. The busiest time to get a drive-thru order is usually around 10-11am. Simply order your food at the drive-thru,then go instead and pick it up if lines are long.
Only reason I am giving a 4/5 is because they need more people working on weekends. At least 3. I have been standing in line for 20 minutes and did a mobile order and when upon receiving my food it was completely cold. Workers are very nice and professional. This specific place just needs more than two people on weekends
The employee's are all so warm & professional. The store is always clean. Sometimes service is a bit slow as they focus on the drive thru and forget about the walk ins but when they get to you you will receive good service. I love their grilled cheese but sometimes if you get later in the day they are very hard for some reason. Not sure if they make earlier in day and reheat but they are almost not edible. They always package products very well when taking out. The new holiday munchkins are awesome.
Got a Ice tea with no sweet and low in it . To far away from DD when I noticed. To late
They hire too many children here who do not know what they're doing and oftentimes just look around dumbfounded waiting for the experienced person to take over and do all of the work. These millennials need to get better training.
It's about average for a drive thru. My coffee tastes ok, though.
It would be nice if they supply napkins and stirrers when ordering coffee and food. Put more butter on toasted bagel, there's hardly nothing on the bagel if any. Everything else is great with a few miners.
No hot sauce😒. And NO NAPKINS in the takeout bag. Food was adaquate but a little messy. Please remember the napkins. Just to save a penny I have a mess.
I love the matcha lattes but too many times the skim milk is going bad. Please check it before giving it to customers.
First, DD had the Best Coffee, I go thru 5 Extra Larges a Day as I travel around the Hudson Valley. Also I want to make sure past employees reading this that the Employees that worked here abt 6-8 months ago and back for the past 5 yrs that this WAS a 5 Star Location. For this Specific Location near entrance of the Old Caldor Mall. This has happened Multiple times at this specific DD , no other DD does this happen at. I just sat in Drive-Thru Outside Lane for 5 min. The car on the Inside Lane ordered. Then another car pulled up to the Inside Lane abt 3 min after myself. They then took that car’s Order while I waited another minute while on my way to Work. First, there are 5 employees, 3 girls & 2 guys that are very good at this location, so it’s Not every employee. I’ll now continue; I’m an everyday customer at this location in Middletown, also at the 24 hr DD in City of Newburgh and I go abt twice a week to the DD on Route 300 in Town of Newburgh. But this is the ONLY Location that you can watch 2 or 3 cars place an order while you sit there. Today it was 2 cars I watched order. The Management here to allow this to happen about 2 out of every 7 days must not understand how to run a business. Luckily it’s DD and many ppl are gonna come just bc they want their products. But this location is bad!! It just started happening abt 6 months ago. Prior to 6 months ago it was an entirely different staff running the drive-thru and I am guessing they had a Management Change. There are 2 others nearby that if you live in the area you can go to. For me this one is only a few buildings away from my job so I really have no other choice that makes sense, it sucks though! Up to 6 months ago, this was a 5 Star Location. Times change very quickly!! Adding to this review; this is now the following day. I’m sitting AT THE DRIVE-THRU WINDOW, I pulled up to it at 3:38pm. It is now 3:44pm and I’m still at the Window with 5 cars I can see behind me waiting patiently. What did I order? A Large Iced Coffee w/Hazelnut Shot. Why am I still here? Because I’m waiting for the coffee to Brew. It’s now 3:46pm and I’m finally leaving. This location very unorganized which I blame management for.
This Dunkin was painfully mid in my opinion. I’ve only had Dunkin a couple of times now, but feel like I’m chained to use the $7 monthly Amex Gold credit. Upon ordering, my girlfriend and I were informed they were out of strawberry flavoring. The cashier was short with us and didn’t have a pleasant demeanor. Also not sure how two drinks and a single donut is $15, feels too expensive. I actually enjoyed my mango refresher drink, the flavor was sweet, but my girlfriend did not love her coffee. The brownie batter donut was good but a sugar overload - perfect for two to split. Overall, I’ll continue to begrudgingly use my monthly credit at Dunkin, but I wouldn’t go out of my way, especially to this location.
Visited twice- Saturday and Tuesday (May 22 and 25th, 2021). I’m a huge fan of Dunkin’ visiting Dallas. Love Dunkin coffee and donuts 😍. Crazy fan of Dunkin’. The first day I got small macchiato, and dozen variety donuts. I was sad that I couldn’t modify the donuts, and when I picked up in the drive through the satff didn’t give me a choice 😩🥺 sadd!! But loved the donuts and coffee 🤤. No complaints on the taste. Second time I ordered for chocolate frosted donut, 3 count munchkins (got all powdered), large macchiato (free drink 😍), love the Dunkin points. I didn’t get the chocolate frosted donut, but was given only old fashioned 😪. The staff said they are out of donuts 🥺!!! Sad and atleast they should provide some alternative if you are out of donuts for the price. Huge fan of Dunkin’ 😇
I ordered a frozen iced coffee with whipped cream. It wasn't frozen had no whipped cream and the server was under trained and was overwhelmed.
I normally come here once a month; 15 minute wait for coffee and donut! Counters are dirty, spilled coffee, who is watching the place? Irresponsible workers, Everyone is at the window ignoring the customers inside waiting to order! Nope, never again!!
I ordered a large hot latte with milk and caramel swirl. I got half a cup and probably 1 caramel swirl squirt. It was lousy and donuts were stale.
Probably one of the most disorganized and understaffed Dunkin’s I’ve been to. Don’t get me wrong, I know it’s a commercial coffee shop and don’t expect anything extravagant, I just feel that there should be a certain “flow” of things when it comes to these places which is a shame because this location is beautiful. Service was super slow and I was one 1 of 3 customers in there at the time. Some of the workers seem to be just walking around aimlessly.
The workers have 0 manors its like im at McDonald’s the coffee is decent (could be better) and the other beverages are DISGUSTING the drinks are made with no gloves and your lucky if the worker washes their hands often. The donuts are ok but sometime they are STALE. Would not go here.
Their appliances look messy and spill all over. Sugar, etc.The tables were dirty, and the floors. But their bathroom were decent. Too bad that place is brand new.

Staff were extra bored & uninterested, (tired?) & two customers, including myself, waited at a good 10 minutes from ordering til order-up. maybe it was unexpectedly busy at drivethru at the moment. how long shd it take to get a regular coffee & a muffin? When I went into the store the whole floor was covered with coffee dropped all over the place with sugar in it, there was no supplies on the side except napkins and then the girl that made my coffee had the audacity to stir my coffee and 2 other drinks with the same spoon without rinsing it. "disgusting " I don't think I'll ever return to this one again. The only good thing is they got the coffee right this time.
I’ve been to many many Dunkin’ Donuts across the United States, and I tell you that this is one of the worst ones. These young employees do not have any type of customer service skills and really don’t care about nothing but only for a paycheck. There’s not one time where I go in there and do not hear any type of foul language, or ghetto and immature acts of foolishness. This place needs to have a manager there at all times. This location is constantly dirty. Donuts on the floor, spilled liquid all over the counters. It’s ridiculous. This location needs help desperately.
This looks like a newly renovated Dunkin but the service is horrible. I walked in to order no one even looked or attempted to even engage with me, I had to order through the touchscreen on the counter. The drive thru was flowing fine but the walk in service took forever. I ordered the ham and swiss sliders and it was such a mess and the hash browns were burnt.
Custom service training is well needed here ; Rude Workers they are very rude especially the Manager. My order is always burned ! Or Wrong ! I'm tiered of being told "Oh Sorry Sweetie" No that's a Professional Apology!
I love Dunkin Kolaches. They're my go-to for a delicious breakfast. However, I believe this location's oven is due for a replacement as it overcooks them, resulting in a hard crunch with every bite. Customer service is about what you would expect. Not welcoming and very robotic but also not rude.
They didn’t have anything they didn’t have any drinks available not even coffe or green tea and when we went to get it they didn’t have any hash browns and they were cleaning up at 8:30-8:35 when they do t close until 9:00 and when so we canceled the order
This is the third time a get my order wrong and i am done with this place. Last time i came here i order by the drive-through and had to get out of my car with my son to tell them they gave me the wrong order. The didnt even apologize or anything i guess they dont care.

Ordered a bagel not toasted with butter. Instead they gave me a toasted burnt bagel with nothing on it. This location is going downhill fast.
Nasty staff. She practically threw the donut in the car. They didn’t even have the donut I wanted. I asked for a hot chocolate with whip cream, no whipped cream. The hot chocolate was also nasty. Definitely instant, tasted like hot water. Never coming back to this one.
Counters always messy with splattered milk all over Everything. One employee had to take an airpod out to hear my order!!!! The employees don’t care. On there phones most of the time talking while waiting for a drink. Never again
Every time I go here the iced tea is spoiled rotten. I don’t work at Dunkin, but I might as well because I know that iced tea expires after 8 hours and a fresh batch needs to be made. Seriously you’re going to get someone sick, this is a regular occurrence for this location. Also if the tea is sitting out, it is not the right temperature and will begin the fermenting process. The best Dunkin I’ve been to was in Poughkeepsie.. where they know the proper protocol for drinks.
Absolutely appalling what happened at this location. The staff who made fun and laughed at someone with special needs is despicable. I suggest that the staff here be better trained. I will be sure not to visit this location until everyone that supports your business is treated fairly and respectfully.
I go here a few times and everytime I go they get my coffee wrong. A butter pecan iced coffee isn’t hard to make . They gave me coffee with cream, no sugar and no butter pecan.
When you place a mobile and show up to the window and it’s still not ready after waiting for 20 minutes, you know something is wrong here. Your staff needs a training overhaul. No apology or any form of compensation. Doubt I’ll be returning to this Dunkin any time soon.

Staff is very lazy and don’t give orders correctly. I went for a pickup order and at the window they acted all lost and had no idea what was my order even after telling them the name! I ended up getting the wrong sandwich as well. Horrible experience
I was sitting down with my kids i had gotten something from subway and they got a drink from dunkin it was maybe there for 5 minutes sitting and was rudely told by the manager that tables clothes at 7pm which there are no signs stating this. Dunkin closes at 9 so I figured I could sit at a table. I work in food service and when we close at night we don't tell people that they can't sit down after they purchase something. It's in a gas station so you would figure you can sit down but guess not.
Place was nice and clean, but the customer service was particularly terrible, when I walked in and stood in line, no one even acknowledged me, after about 4 min, one lady, seemingly annoyed at me just standing there, finally came over and said "Did you want some food". I thought to my self "what the heck kind of service is this". I placed my order, while waiting i watched another customer experience the same thing. After I got my order I left saying to myself "never coming back here! "
So far for the last few months this Dunkin has been horrible and unsanitary. As I walked in , I slid an twisted my ankle/ sprained my foot ! They had no wet floor sign up ! I’m hurt ! And in great pain.. There’s a young girl who works inside of this Dunkin’ Donuts as of September 7, 2024 with hot pink hair, who is extremely rude and disrespects customers. I had a small problem with my coffee the day before that I asked to be remade after providing receipt of purchase and she was extremely disrespectful and slammed the window. There is a store manager by the name of Heather, allegedly that, I would assume would do better hiring her staf and training staff in regards to safety precautions for the Store ! I spent a lot of money in this store. It’s a shame that the staff that they hire are completely unprofessional, undertrained, and Disgustingly not sanitary!! Safety should be first always
I have never left a review for a Dunkin. I would never be able to work here, I know it. However, I have never been inspired by a single store like I was today. My coffee was terrible, foamy iced coffee? Where did the foam come from? People behind me received their ice coffee order before I received mine. Atmosphere was horrible due to so many people complaining. So, I was inspired to buy a Keurig for our hotel room instead of going back here.
I stopped coming to this location because they always messed up my order. I decided to give them another chance because I was right there. Wait time was pretty long but doable. Ordered my extra large moca swirl paid for extra large and they gave me a large. Asked them to replace with an extra large. They did but only dumped it into an extra large cup added just more coffee so now it's not light and sweet like requested cant taste the chocolate. And got to my destination picked up cup and they never put lid on right spilled all over and they never gave us any napkins. This sight must lose so much money because of all their errors. Management really needs to look for this product waste. They are losing money.
The service at this Dunkin' Donuts is terrible. Asked for a simple coffee with milk and suger 1st guy gave me milk with a splash of coffee ask the guys with long hair if he can make it a bit darker he threw it out made a new one this time i had coffee with a splash of milk. Left it on the counter snd left. I spend my money here, and they need to do better. I've been to other Dunkin' Donuts locations, and they are much more welcoming.
This location needs to hire better or close the location. As someone who has worked for Dunkin Donuts in Middletown when I was a teenager the customer service is actually disgusting now! I just came from Dunkin Donuts on 211, I waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes until someone took my order. I ordered a medium coffee light and sweet. I get my coffee and there is literally no sugar in it! Burnt coffee taste literally. This is at 5:45 am in the morning. How could your coffee be burnt?! The coffee has a shelf life are they redoing the coffee, I believe after 10-12 hours if I can remember? Where is the franchise owner Sergio? He used to own the Dolson locations and the old 211 location. Where is he? He ran a tight ship and would visit the locations and make sure things were running smoothly. This is just ridiculous, the hiring young people who just don’t care and with a very laxed lazy attitude. You have people waiting in line for over 20 min during the weekday morning commute. Then you give them the wrong order or mess up what they asked for. Do better! I will be looking into who the franchise owner and writing something. As someone who never comments on business this is very atrocious. Seriously do better!
Poor customer service. Ordered 2 things on the go and it took them 25 minutes to make a coffee and a sandwich. Those that came in after me had better luck and were served in no time! I order on the go for a reason and give enough time for preparation since I can’t afford being late for work. Will consider going somewhere else.
The staff here lack friendliness and proper training, often failing to greet with good morning or good afternoon. Their attitude is consistently negative. The facility's cleanliness is subpar, as I've never observed any staff cleaning or organizing. On multiple occasions, I've had my food turn cold while driving on the highway after rushing to work. Despite the facility's supposed opening time of 4:30am, it frequently doesn't open until 6am. There have been instances when the main door is locked, forcing customers to use the drive-through because the staff refuse to open the door. The manager's competence is questionable. Despite the presence of many staff members, they mainly engage in idle conversations and phone usage.
WHERE IS THE MANAGER? SERIOUSLY. The customer service has proven to be beyond despicable! On our first visit to this location we arrived about half an hour to closing(830p). We asked to order a latte and were told that the steamer was already cleaned since they were ABOUT to close. What other options did they offer? Hmmm... ONLY regular coffee! We decided to pass. Tonight was no different. The hours posted share that closing time is at 9pm. We arrived at approximately 804pm, and when we parked to go inside an associate hurried to LOCK the door to the lobby! We didn't even bother to go through the drive-thru! I was disgusted and I vowed that I would never again waste my time visiting this pitiful location!!
I have made more than two orders online and when I arrive they say that they can no longer do it, that they already have everything saved, some workers have bad service. it is a lack of respect. If the hours are until 9:00 p.m., why are they no longer placing orders at 8:15 p.m.? So put in until 8PM if you don't want to work anymore and so you don't waste time going to look for an order that they won't do and having to contact customer service to get the money back

placed an order on my dd app for pickup. money was paid and I had a order#. When I got to the dd located 350 Route 211E in Middletown NY about 15 minutes later. They did not have my order. The counter staff was rude. Her attitude was openly displayed. This is a dd in a prime location, how ever the people they are hiring are unprofessional, rude, arrogant, incompetent. I never had any problems with dd when they were locate across from Midas. I would give them ZERO stars but my review will not post unless i give 1 star....
I always go to DD on 211 every morning before I head to work. This morning I had forgot my wallet at home but I had a gift card , I normally get a medium coffee , medium coffee is normally $2.80 the gift card had about $1.61 so I had to pay the difference of almost $1.19 , I went to my car and had a few coins that added up to $1.16 , I was only 4 pennies Short .. she wouldn’t accept the fact that I was 4 Pennies short , I felt so embarrassed . I’ve worked in customer service before , I know some people will let four cents go without making it a problem. Dunkin do better.
About 5 people working there, they were all dancing and on their phones. Messed up my order. Asked for a large frozen hot chocolate, small hot chocolate, and a large tea with lemon, extra ice, and sweet and low. I got no sweet and low in my tea and a large frozen coffee instead of hot chocolate.
According to your website you close at 9:00 p.m. I got there 15 minutes to closing your doors were locked I went through your drive-thru and had to keep saying hello hello because nobody was there to answer. And your machines were down for a collate. And did not have the traveling mugs which I asked for. The person on the mic did not sound very friendly and not very helpful. Plus they did not have the traveling mugs which they sell at other shops.
A bit confused when it takes 10 minutes between ordering a simple bagel and a muffin, The bagel has some type of oil like if butter was put on it as a mistake and tried to fix it by spearing cream cheese which is what I asked for. Not butter. Simple tasks CREAM CHEESE ON A BAGEL NOT BOTH 🤌🤦♀️
Ordered an apple pie braid. Although it didn't appear to be, the pastry tasted burnt. Service is always slow. As I read all the reviews here, most of them cite the terrible service. The owners obviously don't care. Boycott Sardinha Brothers'-owned Dunkins, although it appears they own most of the ones in Orange County.
Had to wait 5+ minutes in the drive through this morning only to get to the window and them have my order wrong. Politely tell them my coffee order is wrong only for him to tell me the wrong order and then hand it to me and wait for me to drive off. Routinely disappointed by the customer service here, no “good morning“, ”have a great day”, etc. won’t be going back to this location again. I’ve never had an issue at Starbucks with the customer service.
The manager tried his best to fix my order by remaking and talking to me about my concerns! I’ve ordered thru the mobile app the order was completed at 16:55 to dine in! The two drinks from the order was completed 7 minutes after, and then the two hash browns, chicken pepper wrap and, avocado bacon toast was not made 14 minutes after I came back to the online pick area to see what the wait was about! And that’s when one of the staff actually made it another 7 minutes and the wrap was cold and the avocado toast had no bacon which I told him and he added bacon. And the manager fixed the cold wrap and the hash browns!
I’ve had multiple bad experiences at the drive through. Order ahead and still have to wait. Even when nobody is ahead of you. They are super slow and don’t even make eye contact with the customers. My last and final visit I was handed half my order. Before I could say anything the window was closed and the person walked away. Then I waited as they all walked around and couldn’t bother to make eye contact with me so that I could get the rest of my order. They had no other customers at this time.
The service at this Dunkin' Donuts is terrible. When you order food or coffee, the food is cold, or the coffee is sour. When you ask them to heat it up, they overheat it, almost like they're doing it on purpose. I spend my money here, and they need to do better. When you go in, it's like the employees don't want to be there; they have bad attitudes. I've been to other Dunkin' Donuts locations, and they are much more welcoming.
I had a very concerning experience at the Dunkin’ location at 13535 Preston Rd, Dallas, TX. Our order was entered incorrectly, and more importantly, the jelly donuts we received had visible mold, which is a serious food safety issue. The customer service was also unprofessional. The cashier appeared visibly frustrated and audibly sighed when we continued adding items to our order, creating an uncomfortable experience. For context, I frequently visit the Aubrey, TX Dunkin’ Donuts, where service and quality are consistently excellent. This feedback is specific to the Preston Road location and reflects a clear breakdown in service standards and quality control because of this experience, I do not feel confident returning to this location. I hope management reviews this and takes appropriate action to prevent it from happening again.
My opinions on this network are for when I don't feel treated as I expect. The customer service I received was the worst; they mocked me and still gave me a different donut than the one I ordered! They need to improve their service. I hope they take into account the comments made about their staff! They laughed in my face for not pronouncing a word correctly. I felt discriminated against by the employees. What a horrible store! I won't be ordering from here again.
First time I came in and the lady she was very mean, WHY SHE WORKING ON THI PLACE?! She have bad actitud I love dunking donut, and the donut was hard. I don't came back
The service here is very subpar. I walked in. There was nobody else in there. I stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge me. There are three employees standing over by the drive-through window. I can hear one of them is clearly taking a drive-through order. I kept waiting & finally one of them said I'll be will be with you in a minute. Kept waiting, kept waiting, I got tired and walked out.
Terrible Management. The manager Is an extremely rude guy. I would not recommend anybody to buy in such a terrible place I ordered 3 items and they serve me 1. So I told them I just needed the two other, you would t thing this is a big issue right? Well this guy came to me with a very bad attitude telling me “you ordered just 1” and rolling his eyes at me, with a mean tone. I told him to not come with that attitude and he closed the windows at me. A very rude person that should NEVER be in charge of any establishment with that attitude
Hate writing reviews, but corporate needs to step in and retrain this team. As someone who grew up with a DD on every corner in Massachusetts this was underwhelming. I first ask for 2 avocado toast w/bacon and loaded hash-browns. I ask the cashier for them to be extra toasted, or well done and she told me they can’t do that? Since when?! That’s how I ALWAYS get my order. After excessive wait time the toast is given to me and the order is wrong and cold. No seasoning, no bacon and extremely burnt bread. They go to fix the order and the bacon she put on it was cold as well. I’m not understanding how the wait time was so long and the food still came cold? The hash browns were warmish. Went to ask for my money back but the lady returned the food to me as I was asking. SMH
What is up with the morning weekday crew here? Is there a manager in the morning time or do i need to take this up with corporate. They are rude and always rushing things. Hire better people. The Easter African lady who wears a hijab is the only polite and patient person I’ve met at this location. This location is on my way to work which is why I stop here but I don’t know how much more disrespect and attitude I’m willing to take
I will never go back after they started cheating me on putting a tip on my debit without authorization!!! Plus asking to heat up the bacon either almost burning my hand or not heating it up!
I came in tonight around 730 to get their six dollar meal deal a bagel, a medium iced coffee and some hashbrowns. They informed me they were out of bagels I said can I substitute the bagel for the bacon egg and cheese croissant I was told it comes with different bacon I said that’s OK I don’t mind and she said well I can’t do that, so I replied, but you said I could save it out because she did it. There might’ve been a miscommunication, but then some Indian voice came over the speaker, aggressively yelling. Whether you could substitute out or not, do not yell at somebody. Zero out of zero.. I hate to leave this review because there’s a amazing young woman that works here but the lady yelled. I hope you lose your job. You’re nasty inconsiderate and weren’t listening to the full conversation. I will not be back.
Very bad experience. The person taking the orders is extremely rude and unpleasant, treating customers with a terrible attitude. Early in the morning, all you want is a coffee and a friendly smile, but here it feels like they don’t want to serve you at all. It’s a shame that Dunkin’ has employees with such a negative attitude. I don’t recommend this location.
This is the only Dunkin anywhere near my house and work. There is ALWAYS something wrong with my order. Numerous times I’ve ordered sandwiches with NO CHEESE, only to be given a sandwich that is just bread and bacon, nothing else, no egg; or I’ll end up with a sandwich with cheese on it. I’m routinely given the 10 count munchkins with less than 10 and I ask for assorted with powdered and I’ll either get all powdered or no powdered. I work in customer service so I get how it is, I never expect super peppy service (who can keep that up all day every day) but the service is lacking at this location. If I could go to a different location, I would. As it stands I’ve lessened the frequency of my visits.
It was my first time at Dunkin yesterday, lady taking my order in the drive thru was rushing my order and when I got to the window she looks frustrated. Made no big deal about it figured she wasn’t having a good day. I went again this morning and got the same service she rushed my order and had an attitude, once I got to the window I was already upset with the attitude she gave me. To top it off she said very loud and clear “UGH I HAVE A HEADACHE “ like ok I get you don’t feel good but should’ve stayed home instead of bring that nasty attitude to work and let it out on PAYING CUSTOMERS.
I do NOT leave google reviews, so the fact that I’m compelled to is telling. This location is constantly out of half of their menu, however, I can understand that is not the fault of any of the present employees. It’s the service that is the issue. At the drive-through I have gotten nothing but attitude every time I’ve gone. Little mistakes here and there are normal I completely get it. But when I very patiently bring a mistake to their attention and they have the audacity to look and talk to me crazy instead of owning up. That’s insane. I (again) do not leave Google reviews, but I genuinely do not recommend this location until they’ve had some kind of customer service training. It’s ridiculous.
Ordered through Doordash and received the wrong persons order. (Which btw they got that persons order wrong too according to their receipt). Then I placed a request for redelivery, and finally got my order, only to eat half my sandwich and realize the bread had mold. I was appalled. They staff training, lack of hygiene and clear lack of sanitary practices of food safety are highly questionable and concerning to say the least. Absolutely terrible and never returning.
