The fastest drive-thru I've ever experienced in my life and the sweetest staff. If they happen to mess my order up, which is rare, they have always been quick to fix with no hassle. We eat there at least once a week but sometimes up to 3 times a week lol great place even when the line is wrapped around the building. It's still faster than anywhere else with the best service.... They're amazing 🥰

One of my favorite Chick-fil-A locations. I always drop by when I'm in a mood for some tasty chicken. Cashiers have been nothing but nice and patient to me every time I've visited, sometimes I take my time when ordering, since there's plenty to choose from, but never did they mind. Overall I really like this place.

Always the best! Perfect waffle fries and a half lemonade half sweet tea that makes you angry when it ends. Service with a smile and a "my pleasure" that sounds like they mean it is always great to hear.

Chick-fil-A is always good and always well managed. Very clean and a fun place for kids.

I arrived here for lunch. My original intent when I arrived was to get some waffle fries, some chicken tenders, and some lemonade since they have the best lemonade. As I stared at the menu, I realized they had some mango-flavored beverages. I love to experiment. I tried the Sunjoy flavor. The only regret I have is that I didn't get it in a larger cup! That's how good it was!

This location of Chick-fil-A is one of the best! We stopped there this morning for a quick breakfast. We had a VERY minimal wait and our food was served hot and fresh. My toddler loves their hash browns and I recently discovered their DELICIOUS chicken biscuit (yes, I’m late to the party...lol).

It's in a busy location which can make parking a challenge. The last time we came here the drive thru line was backed up to the entrance. The food and service were as great as you'd find at any other Chick-fil-A.

Went here for lunch with a couple of friends today, it was kinda busy but our order was made and taken to our table right away. I got the chicken pretzel club meal, they were very flexible with making my order while some cheeses weren't available. I believe they were training someone at the time to take our order, she was very kind and hard working. I was shocked that she was doing great and in crutches. Hope you feel better! Chick-fil-A always has great food, and this location was clean with very polite staff. I’m giving 4 stars only because of the seating situation. Out of the 10 booth seats available, 8 were taken by employees in uniform on break, each sitting alone. I didn’t mind sitting at a table, but a larger group of about seven came in afterward and struggled to find a spot big enough for everyone. None of the employees offered to move or help, so I ended up giving up my own seat so they could sit together. Not a huge issue, but something that could be improved for a better guest experience.

Came here for lunch. We were surprised it wasn’t as busy as we usually see when we drive by on other days. This Chick-fil-A could benefit in another location. The parking is extremely minimal and the drive thru is always backed up. People are super impatient driving into the entrance that it backs up traffic trying to go to the Target shopping center. I got grilled nuggets, a kale crunch salad, and a fruit cup. Everything was delicious and came out quick. Everyone was very friendly. A good choice if you are looking for something quick and fresh. They have a play place which is nice, my kids are older so they wouldn’t benefit from it but there were a lot of kids using it when we went while Moms ate. Very clean inside.

Dropped by on my way home for dinner and the drive thru wasn't busy but waited awhile for my food. 2-3 cars behind me got their food before me. I have never experienced a wait time that long before out of all the chikfilas I have been to. Possibly won't be coming back to that one. Food was great however I would have understood if it was slammed but it wasn't.

I know the place is known for the better of chicken sandwiches around, this visit was different. Service was great as always but the food was subpar for what you regularly expect. Cold sandwiches and fries. I didn’t feel so great a few hours later. Just didn’t sit well. Never had that happen.

This is the 2nd time I got their cold brew coffee, the first time I got it with the vanilla but it tasted sour. I figured it was the vanilla so this time I got the regular cold brew and same thing, it tasted so sour. I’m not sure if they changed their recipe or what but it’s not good anymore.

The slowest Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. I've gone here maybe eight times and every time it takes forever to get through the drive-thru. No matter what time of day it is. This is ordering ahead in the app too.

Chick-fil-A.... You are loosing the chicken sandwich war. I gave three stars for this location because the service is great and the employees have a great attitude while helping this very busy location move efficiently. But, this sandwich is WEAK; the patty is as small as the palm of my hand and the flavor is mediocre. I get that the waffle fries are different and there's the whole "we don't work on Sundays" thing, but this chicken is for bland suburban people who think mayonnaise is spicy and salt is the best seasoning. I would recommend most other chicken places over this stuff, sorry Chick-fil-A.

We were the only ones inside this morning and the muffin served was hard as a rock. The cook knew putting the sandwich together and chose to serve anyway. The unsweetened tea had no sweetener available. The automated trash can would not open until management used a key then unplugged the trash can to reset. A plugged in trash can - wow! Then when throwing away a soiled napkin it kicked it back out for me to pickup off the floor. Went to use the restroom and an employee hanging out in the bathroom. (It’s not rocket science to know) What a memorable experience on a Monday.

We just moved here 6 months ago from SC and this CFA does not hold up to its name like any of the others. I’ve never been to a CFA that doesn’t ask its customers if they need refills or ask to help with trash, or even just lend a mom a hand getting to the table. I totally understand those things aren’t promised, but it’s always what has made Chick-fil-A, Chick-fil-A. Sad to see this one is not the same 💔

I went to chick fil a on my lunch because they normally never get my order wrong, I went through the drive through and the lady that put my order in didn't put my order in correctly at all?? I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich meal and 8pc grilled chicken nuggets. I get out of the line after getting my food, get back to my job and my whole order is wrong, it's all regular chicken, nothing grilled. I was extremely disappointed when I got back to work.. I usually never have this problem with this location.

This location makes me so upset . I go to different locations often and they never forget to put my condiments . I’ve gotten accustomed to not checking my bag because my items I requested are usually all there but for some reason this is the THIRD time with this location my salad dressing or straw isn’t in the bag. Oh and don’t expect napkins, they will never give you those . Nothings sadder than a salad you can’t eat and you don’t feel like going back out to get what you asked for. Also there’s a certain level of unprofessionalism that I’ve witnessed at the drive through. The teens are more concerned with their convo with their coworkers then putting straws or condiments in the bag. I’ve overheard conversations at the window that I know have to go against company policy. I think they need to retrain the window team because the ball is being dropped in so many ways . Everyone is really nice but the attention to detail isn’t their and the awareness not to have certain convos within ear shot of customers is way off. Well me head back and pick up my creamy salsa dressing and avocado lime ranch since that’s something that’s not just laying around the house 😡.

Chick-fil-a, what happened to your standards I came threw at 4:34 pm. on 5/3/2025, order #403529. The gentleman that took my order was amazing, very polite. He read it back, and at the time, it was correct. Got to the windows, and the young lady said, "Here is your drinks (2), one was correct, and the other said, "Diet coke." I replied it should have been a regular coke and gave it back to her. I turned my head to answer a question from my son that was in the back seat. She then gave me the coke back. there was no way she fixed it that quick. Gave me my bags, I ask if that was everything. She said yes. I pulled up to check it and. Both my fries were missing. So I parked. I checked the drink and guess what it was a diet coke. "Shocker." I walked in, and there was a gentleman who asked what i needed. I told him I was missing my 2 fries, and the ranch i requested also my drink was incorrect. He fixed the issue. But I did not receive an apology or a " my pleasure" form 2 out 3 employees i had an interaction with. When i got home, my 12 count nuggets only had 10. I used to like coming to this location, but the last few times, I have had an issue, so I had to leave a review this time.

Really makes me disappointed that this particular operator and location does not take part in the national Chick-fil-A deals like kids eat free on tuesdays and teacher appreciation. Basic greed from the operator. Would gladly drive farther to different locations with operators who do willingly and happily participate in these types of deals.

Food was good, as usual, but I was terribly disappointed that my catered order with a "promised time," their words, wasn't ready for pickup. I waited 15 minutes beyond the pickup time because they didn't have a single thing ready. It wasn't even that busy. Two guys were standing around at the front counter laughing while looking at one of their phones when I stood there waiting to be acknowledged. Only a handful of customers showed up in the entire time I waited. When I explained that it was taking forever to get my catered order, I was told, "sorry, we're busy." That's a poor excuse. I expected more out of Chick-fil-A which is EXACTLY why I chose it for catering. This delay caused me to be late to a venue I was renting for a party. I will add that one employee, Boston, was very courteous.

The slowest drive thru I’ve ever been to at Chikfila. No one outside taking orders. I come here bc it’s fast but won’t be coming back to this one! They also don’t let you customize your order like other ones do. They also took down my name wrong so when I got to the window they had a hard time finding my food. Oh and they forget to add napkins unlike the other ones that never forget anything! Not impressed!!!

Me and my wife order our food online 10 min before we got there. We waited an extra 10 min before anyone even interacted with us and assisted us. The food took 30 min to come out for a single chicken sandwich combo. The chicken sandwich was cold and it tasted like nail polish. If I could rate it a negative 5 star I would.

Seriously, this location is the worst. They always forget something on their orders, whether it's drive-thru or delivery. I hardly ever order from this location but every time I do, something is missing. Yesterday, I ordered delivery from the Chick-Fil-A app, NOT Doordash. The "manager" who was too scared to give me her name, kept telling me to "call Doordash" because "they delivered it", and accused me of yelling at her "two months ago about missing fries". First of all, this was my first time calling about missing fries lol. Second, the problem here isn't the missing fries - it's the weak leader, aka "manager", because something missing on their orders is obviously a very common problem. And she keeps telling people to call Doordash lol. She doesn't get it. You can't call Doordash if the order wasn't directly placed through them. And most importantly, they don't actually fulfill the orders (I don't think she realizes that either) so they can't put the fries back lol. Anyway, I will NEVER order from this location again. Oh, the chicken was also burnt. Such a sad experience. Someone from Chick-Fil-A - please educate this whatever "manager" and put her out of her misery.

My daughter spent at least 40 dollars for greasy , overcooked chicken sandwiches, half full greasy waffle fries ... We will never return to the lake Worth Texas restaurant... I know for sure I will never pay for their overpriced food anywhere again ... Yeah they're closed on Sundays because they say they're good Christians, but good Christians do not rip people off and that's exactly what they're doing...

I was super excited I finally made it in time for breakfast. Sat in the drive thru line for over 10 minutes for y’all to change the menu from breakfast to lunch when I was next to order. Y’all let the car in front of me still get breakfast, then told me you were “all out of breakfast.” Such a disappointment on top of an obvious lie. I ultimately decided not to get anything. I’ve been to locations that put a tag under peoples windshield wipers for the last car in line to get breakfast but LW doesn’t do that. Always a “pleasure” sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes for nothing.

I'M DONE WITH THIS PLACE!! They think because they're the only location in this area, people are going to put up with bad food! I understand the covid situation, I understand having to wait, but what was once a decent fast food place is now awful! I've never had a bad meal at a Chick FIL A until visiting this location. Everything seemed fine until I went to the bathroom and saw an employee leave without washing her hands. It was odd but I didn't think much of it, until several hours later when I had a bad case of food poisoning from the meal. I won't be back to this chick fil a since it seems they don't take food safety and cleanliness seriously.

Worst chick Fil a experience EVER!!! waited in line through 3 songs approximately 10 minutes. Ordered a peach shake got a vanilla (gross) and not what I ordered. After that wait, the sandwich was cold and hard like it had been sitting a long time, although they were somewhat busy so how that happened I'm not sure on top of that my fries were less than half full and also cold. This is the first time I had ever had such a negative experience at chick fil a every single item was wrong or nasty! SHAME ON YOU FOR WASTING MY TIME AND MONEY!!!!

I'm done. Past couple weeks soggy fries. Orders wrong. Had the girl tonight not repeat my order to me. Then the person giving my reicept just asking my name and saying I'm good..... as well as the next car.... All new people but this problem. Has been for a while. My dad got horrible food poisoning from a Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich. He ended up in the ER. I don’t think I could ever eat here again after this experience.

Recent: Went during rush hour stood there about 7 minutes gave up and left very disappointed and hungry. Plus I heard they kept sending the orders wrong so I did not want to take part in that so it was just best to walk away. Old review: Pretty good breakfast, lunch and dinner to get in a rush.

Ate lunch at lake Worth location and had my expectations set high on their newly advertised grilled chicken sandwich. Boy they sure dropped the ball on this one. The chicken filet was half the size of the bun, the sandwich was Luke warm and did not have that fresh taste that we all like. I don't think we will be eating here anytime soon.

By far the worst Chick-fil-A in DFW area. And I have eaten at many of them. I’m sorry, the kids tried hard but didn’t flow together well. I waited in drive through line for 45 minutes! Dining room was closed but there was no way you could tell it was closed until you got out of your car and walked up and tried to open the door. There were people in the dining room and all the lights were on. There was no way to tell that it was closed. Then there was an employee who left! I’m sure his shift was over but the kids there sure could have used his help. Because they were struggling to keep up with the orders.

Issues everytime we come. Never have Mac and cheese when we come & dont tell us to after we paid for it. Also bought a bottle of sauce they forgot & had to walk in after realizing that and missing an order of fries. Most recent time they confirmed 2 honey, and wasn't in the bag once we got home along with no straws. I usually never check my bag with chick fil a bt looks like we'll have to.

This location consistently gets our order wrong. Two weeks ago, my wife drove thru and placed an order that included a sandwich on a gluten free bun (because I have Celiac). When she got home and opened the bag, the sandwich was on a regular bun, so I had to throw it out. Tonight she drove thru again, and while they got the gluten free bun right this time, they forgot to put my order off fries in the bag.

I'm not sure what's going on with the management lately but we've had back to back bad experiences with this location. They can't seem to get an order right . After we kindly called and let them know , they gave a coupon , but when we tried to use the coupon they couldn't understand what we were saying and even said out loud "I don't know what they are talking about, good luck buddy" to the manager. After rolling their eyes and said okay they charged us an extra 8ct nugget instead of taking the one 8 ct nugget off. This isn't the first time we have had issues with this location and after talking with our friends, they seem to always have issues with this location as well to where they have even had to call and get replacements. As this is our closest chick fil a, we were regulars here, but with everything that has happened, we will take our business elsewhere.
