My wife and I stopped here for lunch and right off the bat the people at the counter were amazing. Took a few few minutes for the food to be cooked up and it was delivered and it was delicious
I eat here at least once a week. They are always so nice and quick to get my order out no matter how busy they are. Food is good, fresh, and consistent.
I wanted to take the time to thank the gentleman who helped me out yesterday night, I had a problem with my order and was upset but the employees were very patient and definitely addressed my problem. Customer service is 10/10. Will definitely be back thanks again. -Sarah
Went to the Wadley location 6-19-21 at 8pm. Ordered the rueben got home and there was no sauerkraut. Returned and they slapped some on the sandwich like I was gonna eat it. Asked for my money back, the manager refunded my money and asked what the problem was and instantly told me to park that she was giving me a free meal. She has great customer service and will be back only because of her friendliness and service on making the customer happy.
Good place to get sandwiches. I had the French dip and it was a big sandwich. My Uncle had the belt + a (avocado) he said it was excellent. We went at wpm and there was a short line. I imagine between 11-1 the wait is longer. Iced tea was good.
Wow! What a mouth watering feel you get from just entering into this location. Customer service is another wow about this location. Greeted with a wonderful smile and feeling of not being rushed at all. First time here and was offered they're two for 8/9 dollars deal and my, my it was such a great deal the sandwich was so tasty as well as the shareable nachos👅 My wife ordered a pastrami corn beef sandwich and I was taking bites more out of her sandwich then I was mines I couldn't get enuff of tasting everything and almost a Ordered everything on the menu bt I had to brace myself, A1 for sandwiches as well as they're flavored lemonade and iced teas not too sweet just perfect👌👌👌
I've been here 2 times so far, and every time I have gone, it has been very welcoming and clean. The staff is always friendly and the food has been delicious. I plan on visiting many more times.
Good customer service. My daughter ordered without specifying a food allergy, but they fixed the food quickly and without charging even though it was our fault. Love the tea.
Absolutely amazing! Wonderful food. The people were super sweet. We went in about 45 minutes before they closed which is not something I like to do just because they're already trying to get cleaned up. They had no problem serving us. We were in & out and they were super respectful. Great service!

We went to the one on Wadley. And honestly it was great. Ordered off the app got there when it said to and the order was ready. No complaints. We've been to this one several time with no problems. Only bummer they were out of potato soup. But not their fault the app didn't let us know. Plus it was a quick fix my brother likes the broccoli and cheddar too 🙂
The service was great and yes the food was great!! I ordered just a spud with bacon and cheddar cheese and a Sprite,my daughter got a grilled chicken salad and Another lady that was with us got a chicken wrap and the cost was 35.00 and change. They handed out coupons after the meal that's good until May 10,2020
This place is incredible. The food is fresh, delicious, and plentiful. Prices are not bad. I normally only order diet coke but I had the pink lemonade with something added from cactus. I am not sure what it is called but it is yummy!!! I believe if you try it you might love it as much as I did... This restaurant is definitely a great choice. Yum!!!
They have very nice delicious sandwiches and soups. Lots of ppl go here after church. Flavor teas but not to sweet are very refreshing. You order at the counter then they will bring your meal to the table.
Cassandra at this location might just be the nicest person in the Midland service industry. She was so patient and kind while taking our order and then as we waited for our order I could hear her taking care of other customers and she just seemed like a good hard worker that actually cares about customers. Yall should give her a raise.
This store has recently come under new management and it shows! The service is much faster and the food has been consistently good every time we’ve been lately. I’m so excited to have a good McAlister’s again! Great job staff!
First, I travel around a lot and have eaten at numerous McAlister's, but this particular store is by far the BEST one I have ever been to. The entire team, including Zack, Gabby and Johnathan were phenomenal! The food (I ordered the Veggie sandwich with very specific demands due to a specialty diet) was absolutely made to perfection. Although there were many people there, I had a very short wait time before my food was brought to my table. The entire restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly towards me during my entire visit. The manager, Reginal was just awesome! He has that great motivational spirit that is infectious–this is displayed by the entire staff. I would like to thank the Wadley St. McAlister's for a very enjoyable visit, and the best food. You guys rock! I'm looking forward to seeing you again.

A tasty option to grab a sandwich. The best deal is to get a combo of sandwiches, soups and salads. They do offer free refills on your drinks. The food is fresh. There is lots to choose from and it is a good place to dine in as well.
I haven’t been to McAlisters in quite some time. The atmosphere was always cold and the food was okay. I decided to give it another go because I was craving chicken and dumplings. My order was taken by Manager Rachel and she must be new because she has such an amazing personality. She had extraordinary customer service and amazing work ethic. She was cleaning all around the restaurant and made my family and myself feel welcomed. The food tasted much better this go around! As long as Rachel is here this will be my go to location.
Just finished our dinner at the Wadley location. The service (TJ) was great, the food was hot and looked just like the pictures, the atmosphere was quiet and nice. We always enjoy the food but today was just an extra good experience. Our compliments to the whole staff!
I've been traveling to Midland frequently for the past couple of months and McAlister's is close to my project site. I was initially reluctant to visit a franchise-style deli, but I took a chance and loved it. This is now my go-to lunch place in Midland. I tried a couple of different sandwiches but now I'm stuck on the French dip. Fantastic. And the service is fast and friendly.
Eating with friends after church! I had never eaten at a McAlister's. They had been there often enough that they had their favorites. I had 1/2 classic BLT and soup. Dee had a Club Sandwich and loaded baked potato. He had a Savannah Chopped Salad with cranberries and almonds and a cup of chili. And, then, we shared a cookie, of course!
We love Mcallisters! We thank GM Thomasa for the support she has shown our Campus! She, (without hesitation and during a lunch rush) provided TWENTY Meals on Mcallisters for my parents who completed an 8 week parenting class. These cards include ANY sandwich, along with a salad or spud, a cookie, and a drink! 👏 thank you so much!
The food is always always delicious! I like that they do it fresh and make it amazing every time! I love the king club it is like the mcalisters club but bigger and better! I get extra honey mustard on it as well gives it a little extra greatness! The salads and soups are always so fresh and delicious! Now there sweet tea is aaaamazing get a gallon to have for later and you will be so happy! The desserts are also very good! Call ahead or order online whichever you prefer. I recommend the one on wadley rather then the one on rankin lot better service and they treat you so much better!
Was very surprised with the service. We all know McAlisters takes time to put out their orders, but the manager walked around making sure everyone was ok and letting them know the orders were a little backed up but they would be on their way shortly. Cashier was super nice, overall a great experience.
A little disappointed in my food only, the sandwiches we ordered were all good but the spud was pretty much unedable. It was made incorrectly and the quality of the potato, it should not have been served as brown as it was.
Food is always good and service is great! They did however forget my honey mustard on the side that I ordered.. and had to pay for mind you. If wasn't for that tiny mistake would give 5 stars!

Had a wonderful experience today, food was brought out with average time and the food runner Ashton was very pleasant and thoughtful! My daughter ordered soup and I didn’t even think to check in see how much was it it will be doing that next time.
Great place to eat. I never go inside because their online ordering is so simple. Plus, when your food is ready, just go through the drive through and pick it up.

I placed a pre-paid web-based order that was supposed to be ready by 7pm, I got there at 7:05 and that's when my order was started. It appeared they were short-handed and you could tell moral was low even though wait staff was friendly. Person that might have been a manager was carrying a clipboard and conversing with kitchen staff and also getting some really dirty looks. He might have been a manager but not a leader...
I love this place. I've had amazing service before so that's what's keeping the 3 stars. I had a bad experience this time, for starters, I purchased a gallon of sweet tea, when I got home and poured me a glass, it was unsweetened tea. I opened up my sandwich and saw a hair at the very end of one half of the sandwiches. So I ate the other half and cut off the area with the hair and threw the rest of it away. I upgraded my cup of chicken tortilla soup to a bowl. But it seemed like it was reheated and half of it was a goopy burnt soup texture. So I payed all this extra money for what I thought was going to be a good meal, but it was one of the worst meals I've had from McAlister's. Honestly I'm dissapointed cause I've had amazing visits before.
The giant Angus baked potato was dry and the Angus Roast Beef was dry. There was no gravy, two pats of butter. This was the worst service that I have ever had at McAlisters. I will never go back for food again.
It's a hit or miss, Sometimes it's amazing. Great tea, good food. Sometimes it's not so good. So I give 3 out 5 cause I haven't had anything that bad happen yet to stop me from going back.
Salad was good southwest chicken & avocado! Atmosphere was good, not too busy for a Sunday afternoon. This was my second visit in about a week and I got the same Sorry service from Leslie. No greeting, smile or Pleasant attitude. Seemed very unhappy and thought she was just having a bad day, however my second visit was worse. If she’s not happy with her job, perhaps she needs a change. Her customer service is lacking tremendously. Manager was accommodating and brought me my food and the extra avocado I asked for. Other team members were pleasant and helpful, clean space. Will return however the first face their guests see is important and they should at least have a good attitude and nice to customers. At least make customers feel welcome and realize we pay your wage. And prices are increasing so at least say thank you for buying my $13 salad!
Love eating there, just can't understand why you're REQUIRED to leave a tip. Last 3 times we've been there, pay with debit card, don't leave a tip, transaction canceled. I'll run it again, no tip, transaction canceled. When I finally leave a tip, transaction approved. Now that's some BS....
Food is good . Prices are decent. Friendly staff. Atmosphere is a little boring. No TV'S, no music, no table games . Needless to say everyone is on their cellphone or laptop ignoring each other.
McAlister's is always delicious, but if you're going to order online, make damn sure you check your bag before you pull away or you'll be eating a dry salad with extra water to wash it down. It's seldom that the staff misses something major - but the small things that make the meal edible usually tucker out halfway to the sack. This time it was the dressing for my salad, last time it was the entire cup of cheese for the nacho plate. It doesn't take much to ruin a meal you paid over $50 for - which is insane anyway for a restaurant of this class - but sometimes they just find a way. Don't get me started on DoorDash though. I still refuse to use that train wreck.
Ordered for delivery drinks didn’t show up. As you can see they didn’t check them off. So store didn’t make sure the order was there and neither did delivery company. No add chilli on the spud either. Was told we could come get it or get a refund. Edited: the food was on par so I came back and added a star.
Pretty terrible service. Waited inline for about 20 minutes. The line was to the door and only one cashier. Halfway through our order, cashier walked away and started helping someone else. I'm sure the food is good.
I love McAlister’s but both this location and the one in Midland need a lot of work. If you order on the app your food should be ready by said time and you shouldn’t have to wait an addition 30 minutes for your food. Also if you’re out of something then you should somehow make it known that you’re out of it on the app and in the store as well. It’s not okay to wait 40 minutes for your food only to find out they’re out of it and then have to wait another 10-15 minutes for them to make something else.
With my wife’s dairy allergy we have to be careful when traveling where we eat. We tried stoping here but they are call orders only and have a sign in their drive through stating that. Our order took 45 minutes to get to the window, and wasn’t even right. When we asked them to make it right, they said that’s how they make it.
I love McAllister's food and I love their tea. However, their service at this location is horrendously slow (even for Midland). I don't prefer to write bad reviews but this has been a problem consistently over several visits at least at the Wadley location in Midland TX. Last night, I thought I had averted this problem by calling in my order before leaving my house. I arrived 20 mins later to find out my call had been taken by some off site service and had not even been placed in their system. They said they mught not even get the order until the next day. This is not the fault of the restaurant itself and they were very friendly and took my order as to go order immediately. What I just can not understand is why it then took 45 minutes for them to put my order together when there was no one in front of me in line at that point. The order was simply two sandwiches (cold ones), two cups of soup, and two sides (a.plain baked potato and potato salad.) I am done with visiting this location. I will go to the one on Big Spring or save my McAllister's cravings which I do get for days when I am out of town.
The food is fine, but expect to wait 45 minutes for anything you order. I’ve been here several times, often times when there are very few customers, and still just two sandwiches take 45 minutes. I’ve tried ordering ahead and picking it up in the drive thru, but once again, count on 45 minutes though they will tell you 15.
The tea was my favorite, but the tea tasted like it was made with Midland water not RO water. Broccoli and cheese soup was cold and tasted sour. Cheese cake was very small for 5.00 a slice. We were on a time frame so we just left. Commercialisation has lowered the standards of this place. This used to be a real good place we were very disappointed with this place will not be back.
“Nose-dive” In the past, this McAlister’s restaurant was a favorite of mine. I used to treat my mother to meals here some years ago when she lived in Midland. My wife and my last visit left much to be desired. We arrived at 5:15 p.m. and were greeted by half the tables in the place covered with dirty dishes. Twenty minutes later a young man began bussing tables. Before he arrived, it was like the attitude of staff was “let ‘em sit; not my job, man”. I ordered a bowl of chicken dumpling soup and my wife ordered the same in a bread bowl. When the food arrived, both helpings were lukewarm at best. My wife’s chicken dumpling soup had morphed into broccoli cheese? I would have been really disappointed that my “bowl” of soup was really only “half a bowl”, but it was consistent with a bowl of chowder I had there six months ago. I suggest either filling ‘em up or lower the price. Bread in the bread bowl was nothing special. The high point of the visit was the ice tea. Seriously, those folks can brew up a great glass of tea!
Very chaotic for 3 pm on a Tuesday. No one knowing what's going on, employees moving from register to register. Pretty sure I got charged multiple times, just waiting for my company expense report to show up. All that on top of waiting at counter for 5 minutes for somebody, anyone to acknowledge my existence. Very weak showing
Foods good, however the service is slow, relaxed, and needs direction. Instead of ringing up our order to get it in quick, our cashier got our drinks, and then rang up our order. They only ran one line at a time until their line was to the door. Poor work ethic for such a reputable company.
By far the absolute slowest I have ever experienced. started with dine in figuring it would be fairly quick given the restaurant wasn’t even at half capacity I ended up having to get it to go because I sat there for 30 minutes or so eating up my break. Need to analyze your Manning and placement of team members in the restaurant food needs to come out a lot quicker
Hit or miss, half the time I ask for extra honey mustard and it’s like a roulette wheel on whether I’ll get none, a little tiny bit, normal, or extra like I actually ordered. This happens for basically anything, half the time no butter and sour cream for potato either. Take your chances sometimes it’s amazing sometimes it was thrown together with no care especially when they’re not busy
We encountered substantial issues with our order, beginning with a 25-minute wait for the new honey BBQ nachos, only to be told the BBQ pork was depleted. A further 20-minute delay ensued while we awaited a replacement wrap that was unconvincingly assembled. Additionally, my wife's French dip sandwich was significantly delayed and the experience is growing more unsatisfactory.
Waited 35 minutes in drive thru for a call in order, could have went to a steakhouse ordered my food ate and made it back to work in the hour that I have. Call in order and pick up drive thru doesn't work very well, they need to do away with the drive thru for pickup orders. No parking and dining is a bit crazy. But they are just like every restaurant or fast food in midland Texas slow, slow, slow ! Not going back..
I called at 6:26 to place my order. The man who took my order said my food would be ready in 15 min so I took a quick trip to the grocery store. I arrived at the restaurant at 6:45, saw the long line in the drive through take out and decided I’d try going in. When I got in I realized they no longer had a ‘pick up’ counter inside. It had been walled off since the last time I was there. So not seeing an obvious place to pick up to go orders I went back outside, got in my car and got in the line. It was about 6:55 at this point TWENTY FIVE minutes later it is finally my turn at the window (one truck in front of me gave up and left because it was taking so long). When the lady at the counter asks my name she can’t find my food. IT WASNT READY YET! Nearly an hour after I ordered and my food wasn’t even ready. I expressed my frustration at the line taking so long and the lady at the counter just rolled her eyes. When I got home we were without one of our bags of chips, two pickles and my sandwich that should have had bacon on it had none. Also I had asked for the chipotle ranch on my sandwich and they gave me a side of regular. Now normally I would be glad to just call up the manager and ask them to fix what was wrong with the order. But amazingly, their phone system seems to be down and has been for nearly an hour. This is just ridiculous. Get your act together Mcalisters.
Tried to call in order. Attendant hung up on me. Girl at drive up was rude and shut window on me while I was talking to her. Went inside to order. Waited 30+ minutes. Ice cream melting in car because it is taking so long. No boiled eggs on Cobb salad. 2nd time visiting this McAlisters and horrible experience.
By far, the WORST experience to date! I ordered through the app & upon arrival, was told my order was not found in the system! I gave my order number & was still told my order didn’t exist. After 20 minutes, my order was magically found, but the woman at the window was EXTREMELY combative & rude & made me feel like I was in the wrong for asking where my food order was at?! I love McAlister’s, but this soured my experience!!!
We give this McAlister’s one star! We have been to all of the McAlister’s in Odessa/Midland areas and this one may just be the worst. It is nicely updated but our food was the worst quality out of them all. Our king clubs which normally comes with alot of honey mustard without ever asking for alot at any other location is amazing! This location had NOT one drop of honey mustard on them and we had no idea until we got back home across town to realize this. The quality of our foods were not up to par with the other restaurants in this area.
We usually love mcallisters we order from the wadley location on a regular, 9/10 the food is great but tonight im just really upset with the service, I understand workers want to go home at 8:40; 20 min before closing. When I called to make a to go order I can tell the young lady was irritated at the fact I ordered 20 min before closing. When we got home I have never ate a sandwhich so hard! Just by looking at the sandwhich it was very small as if it was poorly made barley any meat and had no honey mustard and just thrown in the box. Mind we ordered two choose twos and both sandwhiches were hard as a rock.Sad to say this place is going down hill, We wont be coming back for a while.
The Wadley location used to be good but it any more. This is the second time I've ordered ultimate Nacho's only to get home and find there's no chili in it. If I'm going to pay that much money for something I want it done right! I called the first time and they offered to give me some chili if I went back to get it. I said by then my chips will be soggy so I talked to a manager and she offered to give me my money back on my card. I never received that refund. This time I called and talked to a manager and told her I'm coming back up there and I want the whole thing made over again. They did and when I got home there was maybe a tablespoon of chili in the nacho cheese. That was my husband's meal. Then I finally opened my Savana chopped salad and poured what was supposed to be sherry shallot dressing only to taste it and find that it was chili lime dressing! Yuck! I'm tired of it! I'm not going back. I'll drive to Odessa for better service if I have to but I don't plan on going back to the Wadley location!
This doesn't even feel like a mcalisters deli. The atmosphere felt like run down dinner. The staff which had about 12 people and only 1 register open with a line almost out the door. After a 15 minute wait which shouldn't have even happened with the amount of staff ok hand. (Which were too busy talking and screwing around in the kitchen). My wife and I ordered two sweet teas (the mcalisters famous tea). The tea was a total disaster. It didn't even look like tea. Needless to say we didn't pay and just left to the other location in midland. If you're staff is reading this you need to get HR and corrections manager there ASAP.
Ordered a meal for my wife and I to-go today. After getting home I was extremely disappointed to find out that they messed up my order about as bad as it could have been. Our Nachos were filled with only crumbs and chip dust instead of actual chips. Our Tea didn't have Lemon in it (despite it stating it comes with it *and* me adding a note to add it). One sandwich was missing the lettuce that it was supposed to come with as well as the onions and olives that I asked to be added. It also had a shard of a broken-off toothpick in it; I have no idea where the rest of the toothpick was, but there was 2cm of wood just nestled in with the meat. The other sandwich was lacking the cheese that I payed extra to add and while it came with extra chicken like I had asked, it lacked the extra sauce that I requested, thus leaving the sandwich very dry. The 'bowl' side of mac & cheese was only half full and was clearly scraped from the bottom of the pot given the crusty edges. I've typically been very happy with other McAlister's locations, but you can be assured that I will never eat at this location again after my experience today.
TERRIBLE!! We ordered the mcalister's club & and five cheese grilled cheese both with chicken and dumplings. Everything was cold and tasted old. Every table in the place had dirty dishes on them! I had to clean a table off just to sit down and eat..while a worker just sat and played on her phone. Definitely would not recommend and will not be back.
Placed an order online this night, a simple order for mine and my boyfriend's dinner. We got there at exactly 8:20, and had to wait an extra 20 minutes before they even acknowledged us there and finally then we were able to pick up out food 12 minutes before they closed. They completely messed up both the orders, he requested no onions on his spud (he's allergic), and I requested guacamole for my sandwich. We didn't find this out until getting home. Usually they would open up the boxes to see if our order was correct, and they didn't do this for us. My visit at McAlister's is not usually this bad, but this time however it is. Not certain if it's just the location and time, but I have had expected better. Thank you for wasting $32 of our money and over an hour of our time.
Took 30 minutes for the 3 families in front of us in line to order. Watched as multiple people came back because their drinks or food was wrong.. we were over charged, hopefully refunded (who knows at this point) and then charged again, pretty sure overcharged again but I just want to be done at that point. Then it took another 30 minutes to get food. Which was still wrong when we got it.. we used to love coming after church on Sundays but this will be the last time for a long time. This place needs to get their ship in order.
WOW! This place has gone down hill. This used to be our favorite place to eat now I can’t come back here. People in the back are yelling at each other saying we are out of soup then yell again never mind... We came at a slow time around 730pm barley any people and they could not keep up. One of the guys in charge of prepping the food kept walking out to talk with his friend and never changed his gloves not once! Only communication here is people screaming at each other. Very disappointing experience.
Service horrible. We had a to go order and was missing 1/2 my order. I had to get off and explain to the manager I was missing items. Their should be quality control or check off to make sure everything is included in the order. No remorse or apologies either from the staff on my missing items. Had I not checked my order, it would have been a 25 minute drive each direction from my house. Looks like McAlister's Deli will not be my choice of carryout any more.
Hasn't been the same since new management. Service is slowwwwww, a worker shared loudly with the crowd of people waiting in line to order that they were short handed which is understandable, but then he grabbed his backpack and left, with 30 minutes till close. Why not help out and get the line done with and your customers fed instead of leaving.. looked like he could have been management but I couldn't tell. Either way it's all in the management.
I am very upset and I will not be going here again. I placed my order online at 6:15 and did not receive my food until 7:24. I arrived at the store and was told that they got rid of their indoor pickup line and that I had to wait in the order line to pick up my food that was already done. The order line inside was extremely long, so I went through the drive thru pick up and ended up waiting an addition 35 minutes. When I spoke to the manager he blamed their poor service and management on the oil field and was extremely rude to me. I will never go back to this establishment and a call to corporate will be made in the morning.
Absolutely horrible service we went for dinner and they were not busy at all still took 40 minutes to get our food. We had a kids ham and cheese to go and we’ll lets add another 30 minutes. The girl serving food was rude and slamming dishes she had to pick up. Definitely will not be returning.
This place use to be so good. Now their service is less than average. The broccoli and cheese soup is disgusting. It use to be thick and rich. Now it's watered-down and you can tell they use cheaper cheese for it. Do not recommend. All thumbs down
I called in a order and thay hung up on me but that what my husband wanted. So I tried one more time. Placed my order no problem. I then had to wait a HOUR to get my food. The drive threw line moved maybe two cares in thirty min. Blocking people trying to get out. So I went in side had Two people in front of me Still took another 30+to get my order. When No One that was sitting in had to wait A quarter that time to get there food!!! Then thay gave no apology. Just we are busy ,but again no one in side had to wait 30min. To a HOUR for There food. Never again will I eat there I'd rather go across town to the one on rankin/i/20
Good food but terrible service. Only one guy working the counter and he looked like he didn't want to be there. Very slow in taking orders and even slower when it came to receiving our food. When we did get it we were missing a sandwich. They have gone down in service.
i ordered my food online and it said it was supposed to be done by 8:10. when we arrived they asked for my name and didn’t check to see if the food was done, the just said it would be out in a minute. we then proceeded to wait for OVER AN HOUR and had to ask 3 times when the food would be done. the last time we asked the finally checked in the back and someone said it had been ready for a long time.
Absolutely the WORST lunch experience I’ve ever had. We waited almost an hour for our food before having to get a refund Because the manager said “there’s still 40 more sandwiches I haven’t been able to get to and have no idea where yours is”. Incredibly understaffed. Hot and uncomfortable. Avoid this location at all costs.
Worst customer service ever They can't even get the order right you order one sandwich and the one you get is wrong the second time this happened
Firstly the UberEATS order was canceled because it was not found ?? I had called to confirm...We went to restaurant and were initially given the wrong order and had to ask for utensils during correct order... When I wanted to talk to manager on duty she walked away... Worst experience I've ever had !!! I was polite but annoyed
Never got my food, waited 40 min everyone came and left. Asked 3 times kept a being told it would come. Asked for a refund. MANAGER IGNORED ME. never coming back. Very dissatisfied with the service
This place has really gone down hill. Even after their remodel and supposed restructure, customer service continues to be less than desirable, and they repeatedly leave stuff off my order. I am keeping tabs, and so far I've been charged $28.55 for food/drinks not received. They're not ever that busy, but refuse to answer their phones. All the workers behind the counter care more about the gossip of who's seeing who rather than delivering quality services and food.
EXTREMELY slow service. Broken A/C. We waited 45 minutes for our food and had to get our food refunded. And much worse, It was so hot inside that an elderly woman passed out, hit her head, and had to be taken away by EMS. When we finally did get our refund after an hour the manager said there are 40 orders he still hasn’t even been able to get to because they are so incredibly understaffed and he was the only one making sandwiches.
What is the point of having an online ordering option if your order is not ready by the time you get there? Ordered my food online and waited an hour and 30 minutes before I finally got tired of waiting and requested a refund. While I waited I ordered online at Jason's Deli. My food was ready when I got there and they had excellent customer service.
My mom and I went and had lunch with my sisters and my little one and first off it was hot as heck in there it was at least 100 degrees outside and felt much better outside then inside. The lady taking our order talked to us very unprofessional and ghetto, another lady was trying to sweep under our table while we were still eating our food, and had her mask down trying to talk to my one year old which I did not appreciate. After we finished eating we seen a roach in the dining area. If that’s how the dining area is I could only imagine the kitchen! Will not ever be returning to that McAlisters again. Disgusting.
I would give them no stars but that's not an option. We have had terrible customer service and have had to wait on our food longer then 30 minutes on multiple occasions. But we will not be going back to this Mcallister's again!! We ordered our food and then had to try and find a clean table. We waited more the 20 minutes and when my husband went to check on our food we were told oh we forgot that we don't have any potatos!! Really well how long were they going to wait to let us know!! We had our money refunded immediately
Pretty bad service and all I got was sorry man. Ordered two plates then called them and had recording telling me they were on phone and to leave a message. I left a very detailed message about wanting different dressings, door dash didn’t have the option to change which might be a problem in their end, and I was very specific and detailed about my order details and phone number to reach me back. I waited about 5-7 minutes and called back and got a guy and he asked which order and he said I’m sorry man it just left. I asked well did you guys get my voicemail? He just said sorry man again. So I hung up and wanted to let everyone know in the digital world. Oh and they didn’t even send utensils. I’m in the business and it’s pretty unacceptable to send out a To go without a way to eat it, especially salads.
Food was sitting in the counter for 15 min and soup was upside down
I had a roast beef French dip it was was microwaved so long the meat was dried like beef jerky. I will not spend hard earned money at this establishment again
Just gave them $12 for an order and got the wrong one, I didn’t eat it and they never gave me the correct one after waiting 20 minutes. Used to go here never again. Not sure why these types of business keep open when no one wants to do a good job at them. They mainly got $12 for free
I spent $60 on 2 sandwiches and kids meal and ice tea. The food was horrible. We didn't even finish it. French dips are gross. Kids pretzel dogs were gross. My kid didn't even want to touch them. We ended up at chitos for a late lunch. Service was great but will never go back
Not impressed. It taste good. But they put the few big tostadas on top and underneath were the little ones you can’t really do anything with. The customer service was amazing. Just did not like the my nacho surprise. They’re food is good just maybe save the nachos for the mexican restaurants.
Worst service I have received at 4425 Wadley midland, TX. Had to ask for fork, napkins, crackers and spoon for my to go meal. Look at my salad tell me if that even looks like a savannah chopped salad. Went back asked for cucumber and spring mix and dressing they are looking at me like I don’t know what I’m talking about. Said we don’t have any, would been nice to know prior to ordering makes no sense. Didn’t try to accommodate, not helpful at all won’t be returning don’t go.
Always loved the food here. The service has always been good until recently or unless you use the call ahead drive through. Today's fun story: Told 20 minutes for our order. 45 minutes of drive through wait time for 7 cars later we get to the window and our food still isn't ready? Awesome. Wait another 5 minutes to get our food and instead of the sandwich I ordered, I got some random grilled sandwich. And we're also missing the bread bowl. The guy on the phone read back the order. Mistakes happen. Oh wait, the tomatoes on the salad are bad. Great...
