today me and my family ate at Applebee’s bar and Grill and our server’s name was Andre He was very nice attentive and had amazing hospitality. Customer service even made me a beautiful drink. I appreciate the amazing food.

I love this Location specifically because it’s very full of culture from the food to the music and the Atmosphere our server at that time was Andres. He was wonderful great conversation intended to everything I needed For my dining experience, food was hot which I know is a major thing for a lot of us, especially when dining out. My husband and I came to Applebee's after my surgery. We're not from the area. We had GREAT SERVICE, the food was GOOD. The atmosphere was different than what we are used to. I should say the music was different. We enjoyed a 2 for $20 and a dessert. There was a photographer on site taking pictures. That was a nice touch too. We had an enjoyable meal. Friendly staff and had a nice time.

Appetizer and main dish came in perfectly on time, the service was great and our waiter Andres was phenomenal. They kept our table tidy and made sure our needs were met. They have great recommendations and I personally would recommend coming when they’re ther!

We come here all the time after the Bronx Children’s Museum and Mill Pond Park across the street. Our server Andres was great, helping with recommendations and accommodating with our child. Food for the kiddo came fast, and we got a good deal with the 2 for $25(we upgraded one entree though). The food was yummy, but it’s not a Michelin star place, as we all know. We’ll be back for sure

This is the best Applebees location. I have been going there for about 10 years with my family. It’s clean, the service is excellent, they have a good selection of drinks and food that never disappoints, and it’s always a warm and welcoming environment. The manager Jecely makes us feel like family and really does a fantastic job of running the restaurant. Whether it’s for takeout or eating in, I highly recommended this location!

My server was Andres! He went above and beyond. He was so sweet, kind and very attentive. Andres has excellent customer service skills. Everyone he was serving always had a smile on their face. Hope to see him again when I go back to this location. Which is my favorite location in the Bronx.

They were knowledgeable about the menu and gave great recommendations that we really enjoyed. Their warm attitude and excellent service truly made our meal special. Our server was Clarissa and she was absolutly amazing! With a full section no less she was speedy and on point with everything we needed! our food was put in and hit the table so quickly and she was so happy to help some of the best service I've had at a restaurant as a server in a long time. We came out to cheer ourselves up from an unfortunate situation and she completely turned our night around, we need more servers like her! We will definitely be back to sit in her section!

My experience when I visit Applebee's is always great but this time I could say it was exceptional! My son and I had a great time, the service the, attention, and the food was excellent. We even watch a movie and the Kimberly went above and beyond with her kindness Ana attention. I totally recommend people to eat here more that always. We felt treated as family.. Went on a weekend. Place was packed. We got a seat by the entrance where the line to come in was. The server Andres was very fast and professional. The food was hot and tasted good. I will come back in the future. It's a popular place so if you go on a weekend expect to wait for a table.

We've experienced servers at this establishment that have absolutely gone above and beyond. Then we've encountered servers that one can gather that they just reported to work that day, damn the customers needs. Honestly, it's pretty average. There wasnt really anything really special about this place. The food was mediocre, the service was mediocre, the price definitely wasn't worth the products. It was an all around, mediocre experience. Would I go out of my way to dine here? No. Would I come here if it were the last restaurant on Earth and I had no other choice? I went here for lunch today I ordered the $27.99 deal and I got steak and shrimp with mashed potatoes and French fries I also got an order of mozzarella sticks. The food took some time but when I did receive it it was warm.. which makes me believe that the food was sitting for while… mind you the restaurant was not crowded when I got my food.. Service was good my server gave me refill of soda even though I didn’t ask for it which is very good service. He was very nice and helpful.
