The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. The abandoned monastery was fascinating and perfectly balanced: challenging enough for the time we had, fun, just the right amount of scary, and truly beautiful. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience. Riccardo was super helpful and kind, ready to help us with any questions we had… He even guided our friend in the center of the photo, who had several clues, starting with his hair loss at a young age, and then struggling with some of the puzzles inside the room.

YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO TRY IT! Fun, teamwork, logic—these are just a few words to describe the experience. Luca, the Game Master, welcomed us at the entrance and was extremely kind, clearly explaining the game, and very patient in answering all the questions from the people I was with who had never played it before. Among the many, we chose "The Abandoned Monastery." Compared to other escape rooms I've done in the past, this one is DEFINITELY THE BEST. An escape room is the experience that makes your day/evening memorable.

I visited Milano for some days,and then I decide too try this escape room,I heard a lot about in general but never tried before. So even holiday is full of surprices,it was really interesting,the room calls a cube it has really particular structure. I had a lot of fun and recommend it too everyone outside of the escape room. Next time I will be in Milano and definitely try the other rooms,I love it🙏👍

Played the cube, a classic escape room with lots of padlocks and number codes. The girl giving the instructions was really nice and we did enjoy the game! However, 2 things were already unlocked when we got to them, and the card activation did take a few tries.

Purtroppo esperienza deludente, soprattutto considerando il potenziale del posto, che è davvero bello. La stanza (“Il monastero abbandonato”) ci è stata presentata come la più complessa, ma probabilmente non tanto per la difficoltà degli enigmi in senso stretto, quanto per come è strutturata e caotica. Sembra una delle prime realizzate nella sede e probabilmente non è mai stata aggiornata o controllata nel tempo: diversi elementi risultavano incoerenti e alcuni pezzi sembravano mancanti, rendendo il gioco poco fluido. Il problema principale, però, è stato il comportamento di uno degli operatori, Luca, che si è dimostrato poco professionale. Le spiegazioni iniziali erano poco chiare e durante il gioco non forniva veri suggerimenti, ma direttamente le soluzioni, togliendo completamente il senso dell’esperienza. È un peccato, perché la struttura merita e avrebbe tutte le potenzialità per offrire un’ottima esperienza. C’è però molto da rivedere, sia nella gestione delle stanze sia nell’assistenza ai clienti.

We booked an escape room on and were really looking forward to it. We even spent an hour getting there, and everything seemed fine—I received my booking confirmation by email, and there were no issues on that end. However, when we arrived at the location, things went completely downhill. We couldn’t even get in. We tried everything—finding the entrance, unlocking the door, ringing the bell—but no one answered. We also tried calling multiple times and got absolutely no response. There was zero communication from the staff, and in the end, our booking was simply cancelled without any notice. This completely ruined our evening, and honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service is unacceptable.
