Ci siamo fermati a pranzo in questo ristorante, cibo delizioso e servizio molto cordiale. Le uniche pecche sono i tavoli decisamente troppo vicini gli uni agli altri e la cameriera che si è fermata a parlare con il tavolo accanto per più di 5 minuti malgrado stessimo aspettando di poter chiedere il conto.

Da tempo a Milano è difficile trovare un locale piccolo e sobrio dove mangiare davvero bene, quindi questa cena è stata una bellissima sorpresa. La Locanda Perbellini ci ha conquistati: sono stato a cena con alcune colleghe di lavoro e siamo usciti tutti molto contenti. Personale informale ma sempre attento e piatti davvero di qualità. La consiglio senza dubbio.

We have dined at Locanda Perbellini each time we visit Milano. It has become one of our constants during our visits especially during the lunch service. The staff is friendly and attentive and the menu is extremely well curated. This last visit the tuna belly carpaccio and arancini were delicious. The fresh pasta is light, savory and quite delicate. Always a perfect experience (6th visit thus far) and cant wait to be back again!

Amazing food and a truly cozy, non-touristy spot. The cuisine was outstanding, with rich flavors, great quality, and a menu so diverse you want to try everything. It feels like a local place rather than a tourist restaurant, which makes the experience even better. The space is a bit tight, but the food is absolutely worth it.

I have been recommended this restaurant as a good local restaurant that locals go to. I went there without reservation and got a seat. Since it was my first restaurant in Italy, I asked for a true Italian carbonara. And I finished with a pannacotta. That was the best carbonara and pannacotta I have eaten so far in my life..

Highly recommend this place. It has absolutely spectacular food, the service was great, and it had a good wine selection (waiter helped us pick a nice bottle). Didn’t catch a photo of the main course but that’s because we were too busy enjoying it! I recommend making a reservation as they are quite busy, but we called just a few hours before and the maitre’d fit us in.

My partner and I had a great visit to Perbellini Bistrot, when we arrived at the restaurant we found out that our reservation was actually for the next day, the staff helped us out and was able to offer us a table anyway. We both had starters, main and desert all were impressive and interesting takes on traditional dishes. The beef tartar and saffron risotto were our favorites, would highly recommend a visit here!

We recently dined at Locanda Perbellini Bistrot Milano and were thoroughly impressed. Our meal ranged from beef tartare and creamy egg starters to saffron risotto and crispy suckling pig belly mains, capped off with delicious apple cake and millefoglie Perbellini for dessert. Each dish offered a new take on traditional flavors, executed brilliantly. Our favorite dishes were the saffron risotto and beef tartare. The cozy ambiance, coupled with the helpful and friendly staff, made our experience even more enjoyable. Surprisingly, the high quality of the food comes at a good price. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy innovative Italian cuisine in a welcoming setting.

Very nice restaurant with a small but varied menu. We both had the specials including octopus, ravioli, and a fillet mignon. Pricing was very fair for the quality of food. I recommend making a reservation. It is a small area so the seating is tight, you may be quite close to another table.

I went there twice for lunch on two consecutive days (and there's a reason I came back on day 2). Before getting to food: the service was incredible - by far the fastest, most attentive, and friendly wait staff I've seen in Italy. First time I was done 3 courses with wine and coffee in under 40 minutes! As to specific dish reviews: Visit 1: * Tartar → stunning flavour, hard to describe how good it is. The crackers add a bit to the presentation but don’t contribute much flavour or texture, a little unnecessary since pistachios already contribute the crunch. (Possibly the best dish on the menu) * Pork Belly → Asparagus was the star here for me → The pork belly was crispy and cooked nicely, but still somehow didn’t hit the mark for me as much. Asparagus absolutely rescued it with the flavour and texture. Still a great dish. * Millefoglie di Giancarlo Perbellini → The fluffiest french pastry on planet earth. If it was in Toronto someone would try to rent out the space between layers as a 1+1 bed condo. Melts in your mouth. Star of the dessert menu. Visit 2: * Ravioli cacio e pepe → Really good, small bites with great flavour. The beans help with texture and add a bit of contrast, I think if they were even crunchier and less cooked the dish could have some more funk to it * Braised Veal cheek → Meat was perfect, bed of potatoes as well, The fried leeks were a little stringy instead of crunchy, not as satisfying as I have hoped, but nevertheless a good idea. Solid dish * Mascarpone e Caffe → Great dessert, basically a tiramisu. Heavy and satisfying. Good way to end if you don’t intend to walk around too much after. * Good Espresso to finish both times Overall a 10/10 dining experience, there's a reason this place is on the Michelin guide. Worth the money (each lunch with wine and coffee and water was 61E)

I was there some years ago and such a good dinner that wanted to go back. Even after time, everything was as expected. Perfect service , excellent tasty food. Only the Cotoletta was a little bit disappointing, we expected to have something more original for this type of restaurant. the plating of the other two meats were very similar but tasty anyway. Cena da 7 portate Servizio informale ma molto presente :) Cucina carica di sapori e molto grassa (deve piacere). C’era troppa maionese nel menù (4 piatti su 7 la contenevano). Non l’ho capita come scelta perché tutti i piatti, presi singolarmente erano di un’ottima qualità! Ritornerei a provare altro e a rimangiare i plin con coniglio e spuma di patate 😍

Dal punto di vista culinario, i piatti sono davvero eccellenti: porzioni equilibrate, grande attenzione ai dettagli e sapori molto ben riusciti. La proposta unisce tradizione e modernità, con ingredienti rivisitati e ricercati che rendono l’esperienza ancora più interessante. Il servizio potrebbe essere leggermente più attento: qualche svista c’è stata, ma comprensibile visto che si trattava del secondo turno e il locale era pienissimo (un martedì sera di fashion week). L’unico vero limite, a mio parere, riguarda gli spazi: i tavoli sono piuttosto piccoli e molto vicini tra loro, creando una sensazione di ristrettezza. Nel mio caso ho trovato la postazione un po’ scomoda e ho notato la stessa difficoltà anche in altri tavoli. Non oso immaginare per persone molto altre come ci si incastra.

Mi sono fermato per un business lunch, provata la milanese con panatura di fagioli (buona seppur porzione ridotta rispetto allo standard normale ma ci sta x pranzo), ottima la millefoglia, prezzi allineati al contesto di locale e zona, servizio cordiale e veloce, peccato gli spazi davvero ridotti e i tavoli troppo attaccati stile “Parigi”dove per sederti devi spostare il tavolo e con poca privacy.

Ero curioso di sperimentare il Bistrot a Milano del tre stelle Michelin Giancarlo Perbellini. Un menu a tutto tondo della tradizione Lombarda e Veneta. Ricette classiche personalizzate da una mano esperta. Prezzi onestissimi. Servizio giovane ma impeccabile. Migliorabile il locale: all’interno è molto angusto, all’esterno (un dehor sul marciapiede) i pedoni passano tra i tavoli.

Ristorante di ottima qualità in zona Moscova. Ho trovato ogni portata abbastanza godibile ma soprattutto apprezzabilissimo rapporto qualità/prezzo: eravamo in 4 e abbiamo preso tre antipasti, quattro primi, due dolci e una bottiglia di vino, il conto finale è stato di circa 45€/testa. Un punto debole a mio avviso è la location un po' troppo angusta: lo spazio è poco e i tavoli sono estremamente ravvicinati, forse sarebbe preferibile rinunciare a qualche coperto per garantire una migliore agio ai commensali.

Il locale é elegante, ma non grandissimo e purtroppo i tavolini sono davvero molto molto vicini tra loro. Manca quasi lo spazio di movimento. Il menù é interessante nelle sue proposte di stagione. In generale era tutto molto piacevole al palato. Purtroppo però non mi sento di dare il massimo perché ho trovato il servizio davvero stressante. Troppo frettoloso nel portarci via il piatto dal tavolo. Un vero peccato.

My wife, two children and I, had a delicious dinner tonight at this restaurant. We thought it would be a great start to our trip to Milan because of the ravenous reviews here as well as being on the Michelin star guide. I have to say the food was excellent especially the saffron risotto, suckling pig, pasta dish, milanesa and Guinea fowl - not a one single negative thing to say about the flavor or presentation of the dishes - everything was incredible. The wine we had, a 2020 Tignanello, was simple one of a kind in aroma and flavor. Also, the team was attentive and professional EXCEPT for one of the waitresses by the name of Matia - this person treated us with a bad attitude and almost made us feel like we were not welcome. Thankfully, the rest of the team took good care of us. We hope this person, Matia, gets better training at treating every customer with the same respect, welcomeness and professionalism.

Minimalist and modern decor. Very centrally located in the heart of Milan. The venue definitely feels a little bit cramped. A part of the kitchen is literally located in front of the tables. Personally I found that a bonus because I could watch the chefs. They have unlimited bread so every time you finish the bread basket, they bring a fresh basket of warm bread. The staff was friendly .

Ci sono stato oggi. Gli antipasti sono stati buoni (tranne il fatto che il piatto di uno dei due antipasti era messo in un piatto strano, che faceva credere al cliente che fosse pieno (come un piatto fondo) ma in realtà non lo era). Abbiamo anche preso due carbonare, e non era buone. Di guanciale era presenta una minima parte, gli spaghetti erano metà cotti e metà crudi (ad ogni morso sentivo spaghetti crudi) e sembrava quasi una zuppa semi liquida. Dolci erano discreti. Il pane buono. Il rapporto qualità prezzo, con quello che abbiamo pagato, è da 4/10. L’atmosfera può anche essere bella, ma è rovinata dal fatto che ci sono i tavolini (quelli fuori), troppo vicini, e si ha la sensazione come di mangiare con le altre persone sullo stesso tavolo. Non posso consigliarlo, ma è da provare lo stesso se si vuole vivere un’Odissea.

Avevo un buon ricordo della Locanda Perbellini, ma questa visita per un pranzo di lavoro a Brera mi ha lasciato perplesso. Piatti corretti ma senza emozione: battuta ben fatta ma anonima, risotto allo zafferano con ossobuco dal bel profumo ma troppo cotto e troppo liquido. Ambiente molto affollato, con tavoli ravvicinati e un’atmosfera più da open space che da bistrot elegante. Carta vini minimale e con annate troppo giovani, servizio rapido ma impersonale. Nel complesso un’esperienza efficiente ma poco coinvolgente, che non giustifica del tutto il nome e il posizionamento. Rimandato, con la speranza di una prossima visita più convincente.

Food is of high quality, staff is very friendly, and restaurant is in a great location but there is a but… a BIG but… we got the anti pasti, primi and secondi in a pace that would make McDonalds envious (total time 30 min, wine not on the table for anti pasti). Again nice people but in this format wont be back unless it was for a business lunch with a colleague. Ps. To the restaurant I would also advise against having a paper cover on the table… Pps staf very friendly… they are working within the concept which to me is not appropriate.

I’m really disappointed with Locanda Perbellini Bistrot. Apart from the tartare which was just ok, otherwise the food was inedible. Carbonara is swimming in sauce, very little guanciale, we were not given parmigiano cheese even if we asked for it (although the table next to the Italian customers got a whole bowl). The waiter rolled his eyes and walked away without a word. Veal cheek, although the meat was tender it was diametrically over-salted, inedible. The same for risotto, pure taste of saffron and salt. Eventually the eggplant parmigiana not very distinctive in taste. All dishes are quite small so 2 starters and 1 main course is the minimum for one person. Not only the food is at a very poor level, but service as well, waiters are sad and unhelpful, we did not get the information on off-card dishes and we were not given parmigiano cheese like other guests. Evidently Italian origin customers are better treated and served, while English-speaking tourists not at all. The decor is quite modest, the restaurant is very cramped, guests sit next to each other and there is a piece of paper on the table instead of a tablecloth.
